One Life to Live Transcript Wednesday 10/30/02
>> Previously on "One Life to Live" --
Troy: She definitely knows something about Joanna.
Emily: So, what are you going to do?
Antonio: The baby Keri is carrying -- am I the father?
Liz: No.
Bo: She tell you anything about Jess and Natalie?
Viki: She said I should "Ask Mitch."
Bo: Mitch Laurence is dead.
Allison: Is he?
Michael: It's just good to be back.
***********************************************
Bo: Roxanne, we're here about Mitch Laurence. Does that name mean anything to you?
Roxy: Don't ring a bell.
Viki: Please. It has to.
Roxy: I never heard of him before.
Bo: Well, maybe this will refresh your memory.
Roxy: Oh, my God -- him.
***********************************************
Natalie: Well, my supposed friend found out. Jen found out that I'm in love with her fiancé, Cristian.
Michael: Oh, I'm sorry. That must be very hard for you.
Natalie: It was awful, the worst thing ever.
Michael: Is there anything I can do to help you?
Natalie: Doesn't matter. I'm leaving town tonight.
Michael: Don't you dare.
***********************************************
Liz: Antonio. Gee, Keri didn't tell me you were joining us. So, you sure you want to spend your evening house-hunting?
Antonio: I didn't come here for that.
Liz: Oh?
Antonio: I just want to make sure I understood something you said to me.
Liz: What?
Antonio: You said you thought you were pregnant the night we met.
Liz: Yeah? So?
Antonio: So the baby Keri is carrying is --
Liz: Steve’s. It's not yours. Don't worry.
Antonio: Right.
Liz: So, why are you bringing that up again now?
***********************************************
Nora: Spill the beans, Emily. What's going on?
Emily: What do you mean?
Nora: When I was at the loft before, you and Troy were very upset. He thought I'd given him some mysterious gift. That upset him.
Emily: Look, he didn't mean anything by it, I swear.
Nora: Oh, I know. I know he didn't. But then he took off like a shot, and you couldn't wait to get out of there, either.
Emily: Look; I've got this really big test tomorrow, Nora --
Nora: No, you're going to answer my questions, and it won't take that long. After you left the loft, I found an empty gift box and a card in it. It said, "Never forget." What does that mean, and why did that upset Troy?
***********************************************
Troy: Why don't we just stop with the games, okay? If you have something to say to me, why don't you just say it.
Lindsay: Gosh, I don't even really know where to start.
Troy: How about the beginning?
Lindsay: How about Africa? How about Joanna MacIver, your wife, the one you've never really quite gotten around to telling Nora about? The dead one. Let's talk about Joanna. All about Joanna.
***********************************************
Roxy: Hey, am I in more trouble?
Bo: No, no, no. We just wanted to ask you a few questions.
Roxy: Well, should I call a lawyer?
Bo: No, no. This has nothing to do with your case.
Roxy: Then what's she doing here?
Viki: All right, Roxanne, actually, we just need your help.
Bo: Do you mind if we come in?
Roxy: No. Come on in.
Viki: Thank you.
Roxy: Uh -- she seems a little spooked.
Bo: Listen, you're going to be just fine, okay? Trust me.
Roxy: So, shoot. Get it?
Bo: Uh -- about this man --
Roxy: Yeah, Mitch whozits.
Bo: Mm-hmm
Roxy: Well, I didn't know him. He used to come see my husband.
Bo: Dr. Balsom?
Roxy: Oh, yeah, the late, great.
Bo: Do you know why?
Roxy: Uh, no. They used to kick me out of there before they got to talking about anything. You know, it's not so easy to push me around, but I would leave because he had crazy eyes.
Bo: Mitch Laurence?
Roxy: Yeah, the kind that could freeze your blood. So I didn't ask any questions -- not while he was there and not after.
Viki: You know -- I mean, a totally strange, weird man comes into your house, and you ignore him?
Bo: Viki, I'll handle this, okay?
Roxy: He was nuts. I think you would've handled it the same way. You know, I think I overheard a couple of things, you know, when they didn't know that I was listening.
Bo: See, this is great, Roxanne, because anything that you can remember -- it's going to be very helpful.
Roxy: Well, it's kind of a blur because I used to go to the local watering hole, and I would wait for his car to drive off. And by the time I get home, I was, like, really happy. But whatever they were talking about was downright creepy.
***********************************************
Michael: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to speak so sharp to you. It's just -- well, perhaps I've come to identify with your pain too much, too strongly.
Natalie: What do you mean?
Michael: I feel your heartache almost as if it were my own.
Natalie: Well, then you understand why I have to leave.
Michael: Running away is never the answer. You will take your pain with you wherever you go.
Natalie: Yeah, but I won't have to see Cristian and I won't have to see him with another woman.
Michael: Your life is here, Natalie.
Natalie: I don't think so. Not anymore.
Michael: God will give you the courage to face any obstacle that lies ahead.
Natalie: You wouldn't think that if you knew the whole story. You wouldn't want me to stay.
Michael: Then tell me everything.
Natalie: I can’t.
Michael: You can and you will.
***********************************************
Antonio: We'll talk about this later.
Keri: Handsome. Fancy meeting you here. Hi, Mom.
Liz: So, you ready to go? I don't want to keep the realtor waiting.
Keri: Well, actually, I was hoping maybe I could catch up with you. There's something I want to talk to Antonio about. It's kind of important.
Liz: Okay. Take your time. Hank's going to be meeting us at the first house. He doesn't want me making any rash decisions.
Keri: So nice of him to be concerned.
Liz: Yeah. Here's a list of the houses we're going to be seeing. Here first.
Keri: Okay. I won't be long.
Liz: Okay. So, Antonio, I'll be seeing you later, too? Okay. Goodbye.
Keri: Bye.
Antonio: Honey, what's wrong? Why are you so upset?
Keri: Jen's shower was a disaster.
Antonio: Why? What happened?
Keri: Your mother got a little worked up, and she ended up telling Jen that Natalie’s in love with Cristian.
Antonio: Oh. Well, maybe it's better that everything's out in the open.
Keri: No, it's not out in the open. Natalie swore that it was one-sided.
Antonio: Wait a second. What do you mean?
Keri: Natalie swore that Cristian still loves Jen, that he doesn't return Natalie’s feelings.
Antonio: Oh, damn, I -- I was hoping -- it's just better if everything is out in the open.
Keri: Yeah. I mean, I felt so bad, especially because I know how much Natalie and Cristian love each other.
Antonio: I just -- I just wish to hell that Cristian would come clean with Jen.
Keri: You know he's not going to do that. He's not going to. I mean, he's feeling responsible. Jen's carrying his baby.
Antonio: Yeah, I know, and Cristian’s determined to do the right thing.
Keri: And we have to support him in that.
Antonio: Of course.
Keri: It would kill Jen if she knew the truth.
Antonio: Yeah.
Keri: Poor Jen. She's such a sweet girl. Here she is, pregnant, about to get married. She thinks everything is fine when the truth is that there's a -- a secret that has been kept from her that could wreck everything.
Antonio: Honey, are you okay?
Keri: Yeah, I just -- I feel so bad for her, you know? I mean, here she is -- the man she loves and is going to marry -- he's keeping this huge secret from her. I could never live like that. I'm glad I don't have to.
***********************************************
Rae: Hank. What are you doing here?
Hank: Well, I'm supposed to be meeting Keri and her mother here. Liz is looking to rent a place for a few months.
Rae: Oh.
Hank: Well, I was told the broker would be showing the house.
Rae: Well, the broker is sick. Now I want to rent the house, so I offered to show it myself.
Hank: Listen, I can just wait out in the car. They should be here in a few minutes. I've seen the place already, actually several times.
Rae: Hank, don't be so ridiculous, all right? I think we can try and be a little civil to each other until they get here. Now, come on. Come on! What?
Hank: Just keeping a lookout for flying wine bottles.
Rae: I thought you would have a new wardrobe by now -- on me, of course.
Hank: You do mean on Asa Buchanan?
Rae: Would you stop it? Now, just stop it. This isn't about wine bottles or Asa or me turning out to be the woman that you thought I was. You're angry at me because you screwed up. You had a chance with me and you blew it.
***********************************************
Emily: You want to know something about my brother? Ask him.
Nora: Emily -- I care an awful lot about him. I want to help him.
Emily: You can't, Nora! There are some things in life that you can't fix. Haven't you figured that out by now?
Nora: I guess not.
Emily: Look, Troy told you that he was upset about a patient of his. And just because he's not at the hospital right now doesn't mean that he's lying to you.
Nora: I was never accusing him of lying.
Emily: Troy -- he is a wonderful doctor. He has saved hundreds and hundreds of patients. He is a wonderful brother to me and he loves you more than anything in the world. And nothing else should matter to you.
Nora: Then why won't you tell me what's going on?
Emily: Nora -- there's nothing else to say.
***********************************************
Lindsay: There's a lot to say about Joanna. I really don't know where to start.
Troy: Good. Then don't.
Lindsay: Well, that's not an option, see, because I've got so many questions that I want to ask you. For example, when we were involved, why didn't you just tell me that you had been married before?
Troy: We were never involved.
Lindsay: When we were doing whatever it was that we were doing on that bed and when we were supposed to get married, you never even mentioned Joanna’s name. Look, you may as well admit it. I have a copy of your marriage certificate. Well, I'm waiting.
Troy: I never told you about Joanna because I would never desecrate Joanna’s memory by telling someone like you anything about her.
Lindsay: Well, that would sound almost noble if I didn't know what really happened.
Troy: Well, you don't know anything.
Lindsay: The only part I can't figure out is, why haven't you told Nora yet? I mean, if you two really do have a marriage of the minds, why haven't you told her that you were married before? I mean, why bother lying about it?
Troy: I -- I'm going to tell Nora everything.
Lindsay: Oh, really? When? Five years from now? 10?
Troy: Look --
Lindsay: 20?
Troy: Lindsay, listen to me, okay? Joanna's death is still very, very painful for me.
Lindsay: Yes, I imagine that it is. I bet it's going to be painful for Nora, too, when she finds out. It's probably going to be more than painful, don't you think? So, tell me.
Troy: Tell you what?
Lindsay: Tell me what you think Nora’s going to do when she finds out what you really are. What's she going to do when she hears what you've done?
***********************************************
Viki: Roxanne, come on. You've got to be able to remember something more specific than -- than what they were saying was creepy.
Roxy: Isn't there some rule about not talking to the criminal before the trial?
Bo: No. See, this has nothing to do with your case, though. I promise. Now, do you remember anything that they said?
Viki: Please, Roxanne. It's really important.
Roxy: Well, you know, the only reason I remember this guy was because he was so fine-looking. But, you know, on the other hand, he was spooky. He was like something out of a horror movie. And my husband said he was a minister, but I never met a man of God like that.
Bo: No, this man was no man of God.
Roxy: Well, I was glad when he stopped coming around. My husband said that he croaked. He is dead, isn't he?
Bo: Yes. Yes, he is.
Roxy: Is she okay?
Bo: You know what? I think that she could probably use a glass of water.
Viki: Yeah.
Roxy: How about something a little stronger, Vik?
Bo: No, no. You know, water's going to be just fine.
Viki: Bo, thank you.
Roxy: Okay.
Viki: So it’s true. There was a connection between Mitch Laurence and the doctor who stole my baby.
Bo: It looks that way.
Viki: Do you think Mitch could've set this whole scheme in motion? I don't know.
Bo: Yeah. My instinct says, yes, he could. But proving that? That's going to be tough, Viki.
Roxy: Hey, Vik, you want some ice?
Viki: Bo, the iced tea that Allison gave me when I was pregnant --
Bo: Yeah. What about it?
Viki: Well, I -- I'd always assumed that whatever drug it was laced with was supposed to kill me. But maybe Mitch didn't want to kill me. Maybe the drug was supposed to make me -- I don't know -- black out when I was giving birth to the second twin. I don't know.
Bo: No, no, no, no. That's possible. There are some drugs have a delayed reaction.
Viki: Why would he do that? And how could he have known that I was having twins? By the time I gave birth, Mitch Laurence had been dead for months.
***********************************************
Michael: Give me your burden for a while. I won't judge you.
Natalie: It all started with my mother. I didn't know her growing up, and she was finally beginning to care for me. Then all of a sudden she changed, and because of her, everyone thought that I was this terrible person except --
Michael: Cristian?
Natalie: No one has ever believed in me like that. He -- he stood by me. He didn't leave my side for one second.
Michael: So he felt something for you, as well, hmm?
Natalie: But I didn't know at first. He -- he had this girlfriend.
Michael: Jen.
Natalie: Mm-hmm. And all the while that I was falling for him, I thought he was -- I thought he was in love with her, but he wasn’t. And we tried to fight it. But I have never loved anyone like that before, and he said the same thing.
Michael: And then the two of you found out that Jen was pregnant?
Natalie: You remember.
Michael: I remember everything you tell me, Natalie.
Natalie: So it's hopeless. You know, Cristian’s a good guy. He's not going to hurt Jen and he's not going to leave his baby.
Michael: Even though he's in love with you?
Natalie: I won't ask him to make that choice. I gave him up.
Michael: And where does that leave you?
Natalie: In hell. And somehow I got roped into doing this bridal shower for Jen, and then someone said something they shouldn't. She found out that I was in love with Cristian. But she doesn't know how he feels about me. I protected him. I had to.
Michael: You gave up the man you love for her sake.
Natalie: Yeah. Well, she doesn't think that's so great. I mean, I don't really blame her. I -- I made her think I was her friend. I'd hate me, too, if I were her. So, anyway, you understand now why I have to leave town. It's -- it's for Cristian and Jen and the baby.
Michael: There are other people who need you here, who love you very much.
Natalie: I haven't been here that long.
Michael: What about this sister, your twin that you told me about?
Natalie: Jessica?
Michael: Hmm. Now, I know you said that she hates you, but I don't believe that. A twin is something very rare and special. You deserve the chance to know her. And your mother and father -- they live here, too, don't they?
Natalie: My mom.
Michael: I mean, it would break your mother's heart if you should leave.
Natalie: How would you know? How would you know anything about my mother?
***********************************************
Lindsay: What's the matter, Troy? Cat got your tongue? Don't think Nora will be quite so understanding about what happened to poor Joanna? You may be right. After all, I've given you chance after chance to come clean with her, and you haven’t. She's got a memory like an elephant --
Troy: You know what? Just say what you have to say and get it over with, Lindsay.
Lindsay: Remember the painting that I donated to the clinic? Oh, and then there was the student that was taking the survey and asked you how many times that you've been married before? Yeah, that was me. And then I sent you that amulet earlier. I have been daring you for weeks to tell Nora the truth, but you didn't.
Troy: I couldn't.
Lindsay: Well, of course you couldn't. I mean, it's hard to tell someone that you love so very much something like that.
[Knock on door]
Nora: Troy, are you in there?
Lindsay: Speak of the devil. Well, that's a stroke of good luck. Now you don't have to tell her. I can tell her.
Nora: Troy?
Troy: Now, you listen to me. You keep your mouth shut. You hear me?
Troy: Nora, hey.
Nora: My God, what's wrong? What happened? You okay?
***********************************************
Hank: There you go again -- practicing without a license.
Rae: You don't have to be a shrink to see what was going on between us before everything blew up.
Hank: What was happening, Rae?
Rae: You wanted a relationship with me, and I gave you every sign in the book that I wanted the same thing, but you -- you blew it.
Liz: I -- ahem. I'm really sorry. I -- I knocked, but I don't think you guys heard me.
Rae: I am so sorry. I'm sorry.
Liz: I'm sorry.
Rae: I'm Rae Cummings. Actually, we met briefly at Keri and Antonio’s engagement party.
Liz: Right. I remember.
Rae: Right. Yeah. Well, listen, come in, look around.
Liz: Are you sure?
Rae: Yes, yes, yes, yes. It's all right. If you need anything at all, I'll be upstairs.
Liz: Okay.
Rae: Okay.
Liz: So, what was that all about?
Hank: Nothing.
Liz: Didn't look like "nothing" to me.
***********************************************
Keri: What'd your mom say?
Antonio: She wasn't making any sense. She feels terrible.
Keri: I can imagine.
Antonio: And she should. She has this thing about interfering with our lives. She can't seem to admit that we've grown up.
Keri: She made a mistake.
Antonio: No, she -- she blew up Cristian’s life again.
Keri: She was being protective, the same way that she was when she found out R.J. was my father. It's how mothers are.
Antonio: How does anyone survive?
Keri: Look how my mom handles things. I mean, she didn't want to tell me about R.J. being my father. She thought it was for the best. She wouldn't even have told me about the baby if I hadn't been right there with her when she realized she might be pregnant.
Antonio: Honey, are you sure your mother didn't think she was pregnant before you were with her in Chicago?
Keri: Yeah, I'm positive. You asked me that once before. Why?
***********************************************
Bo: Mitch Laurence was obsessed with you, and this was a very smart guy. He could've set this whole fiasco in motion.
Viki: But, Bo, he was dead. How could he have known?
Bo: Well, he programmed Allison to kidnap your baby, so maybe he set up a lot of other things before he was killed.
Viki: I don't know. I don't understand any of this. How could I not remember having two children? What kind of a mother am I?
Bo: Viki, you were drugged. You were probably unconscious. Now, don't blame yourself for this.
Viki: But, you see, if I had remembered --
Bo: Look, Mitch was brilliant. He happened to be a brilliant criminal, but this guy was an expert in mind control.
Viki: Oh. And what about the good, old Dr. Balsom? He was my doctor. Why would he steal my child?
Bo: I don't know. But at least we know that we're on the right track now. We know that there's a connection between Mitch Laurence and this doctor that stole Jess.
Viki: They're both dead. What do we do now?
Bo: We ask Roxanne if the doctor left anything -- you know, his diaries, medical records, papers, anything that might dictate what our next step will be.
Viki: That's going to require Roxanne’s complete cooperation, isn't it?
Bo: And it's your call.
Roxy: Hey, you didn't answer, so I gave you a cube.
Viki: Roxanne --
Roxy: You want me to pick it out?
Viki: No -- thank you. No, it's fine. Thank you. Could we sit down, please? I need to discuss something with you. It's very important.
Roxy: Oh, no.
Bo: No. Hey, it's going to be all right.
Viki: Did your husband, Dr. Balsom -- did he leave any papers, any other effects, anything when he died?
Roxy: Are you kidding? He left me everything. And I guess I should've thrown it out, but I get sentimental sometimes. I even got his ashes.
Bo: Where are his things now?
Roxy: Oh, they're in a shed behind my place in A.C. How come?
Viki: Um -- all right, I have a proposition for you.
Roxy: Huh?
Viki: Look, if -- if you're prosecuted for your role in the kidnapping, then my daughters are both going to have to go through hell all over again.
Roxy: Well, they would? Well, how about me?
Viki: So Jessica and I will drop all the charges against you if -- if you give Bo everything you have that belonged to your husband -- and I mean everything -- his papers, his appointment records, his medical records -- everything.
Roxy: That's it?
Viki: Yeah, that's it. But, Roxanne, it has to be everything. If you hold anything back, you're going straight to jail. Do you understand?
Roxy: Yeah, sure. You know, help yourself. You can even have his ashes.
Viki: No, you can keep the ashes.
Bo: Viki, why don't you let me handle it from here, okay?
Viki: I'm going to go and see my daughters. I'll see you later.
Roxy: Hey, Viki -- I just want you to know something. You know, I don't care how many personalities you got. You're the best. I mean, you are really great. So, no hard feelings, huh?
Viki: "No hard feelings"? You stole my child.
Roxy: No, that was Walter.
Viki: You certainly went along with it, didn't you? Do you have any idea at all what you've done to Jessica’s life, to my life? My God, what you did to Natalie?
Roxy: Hey, Vik, I'm sorry about that.
Viki: No, you're not. You're not sorry at all! And you know something else? I will never, ever, ever forgive you.
Roxy: Look, I didn't do it. Hey, I was not responsible.
***********************************************
Michael: Well, I can't imagine that any parent would want their child to move far away from home, can you?
Natalie: Trust me, it would be good for her, for everyone.
Michael: What makes you say that?
Natalie: Because I'm toxic. I kill everything I touch.
Michael: I don't believe
Natalie: You should've seen me when I came to this family. I was deceitful, manipulative. I can't change that.
Michael: Even if that is true --
Natalie: Ask anyone.
Michael: God forgives. No matter what terrible things you have done, you always have the power to change.
Natalie: But you can't change the past.
Michael: This is between you and God. All you have to do is ask his forgiveness for your sins.
Natalie: And he'll just give it to you like that? Kind of a pushover, don't you think?
Michael: Hardly. But God has forgiven me for sins far worse than anything you could possibly imagine.
Natalie: I doubt it.
Michael: Sin is sin, Natalie. But you always have a chance for a fresh beginning, to be reborn.
Natalie: Is God going to erase everyone's memory?
Michael: Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
Michael: You are not a bad person. Far from it. I think you are wonderful.
Natalie: You don't even know me.
Michael: But I do. I have known you from the day you were born.
***********************************************
Troy: Hey, Sweetheart.
Nora: Hey --
Troy: Look -- I'm sorry. I just -- I -- I really can't talk right now.
Nora: What's going on with you? What happened? I've never seen you like this before.
Troy: No, it's -- look, I'm fine. I'm fine. I just -- I need some time alone, you know?
Nora: Because of the patient?
Troy: Yeah. Yeah.
Nora: Oh, God, I'm sorry. I know how much your patients mean to you, and I just -- I'm intruding. I'm sorry.
Troy: No. No, no, no, no. Listen to me. Don't be sorry, okay? I love you. I love you more than anything.
Nora: I love you, too. I'll see you later, okay?
Troy: You don't tell Nora anything. You hear me?
Lindsay: That's not your call. If Nora ever does find out what you've done, she's going to leave you in a New York minute.
Troy: You don't know that.
Lindsay: Oh, yes, I do. She'll be repulsed by what you've done. Any woman would.
Troy: Well, unfortunately, Lindsay, you're not qualified to judge that.
Lindsay: When she does find out, she's going to look at you like you're Colin. You won't be the good twin anymore.
Troy: I'm warning you, Lindsay. This is none of your business.
Lindsay: What about the truth, Troy? Remember that? You taught me back in the fun house that the truth is really very important, and you know how much that that means to Nora. The truth is what matters.
Troy: Fine, Lindsay. You're in control. So, what are you going to do now?
Lindsay: It's time to tell the truth, the whole truth, about Joanna.
***********************************************
Hank: It's complicated, Liz. I'd rather not talk about it, if you don't mind.
Liz: Hey, of course. Hank, you're one of my oldest and best friends. You know, hadn't been for you, I don't know what Keri and I would've done all those years before I met Steve. I owe you big time.
Hank: Liz --
Liz: So if you ever do want to talk about Rae Cummings or anything else, I'm here, always.
Hank: Yeah. Well, the same goes for you. You're an incredible woman, Liz, and there is nothing I wouldn't do for you.
Liz: Right back at you, big guy.
Hank: You know, this baby that Keri is carrying for you -- it's going to bring you two so much happiness.
***********************************************
Antonio: I was confused with the timing, that's all.
Nora: Ahem. Hi.
Keri: Nora. Hi.
Nora: Hi, Antonio.
Antonio: Hi.
Keri: You look upset. Is something wrong?
Nora: I am a little -- Antonio, do you mind if I borrow Keri for just a minute?
Antonio: No. No, no. Not at all. I will -- I will catch up with your mother and let her know you're running late.
Keri: Oh, thank you. I'll call you when I'm on the way?
Nora: I promise I won't monopolize all of her time.
Antonio: Oh, please, no worries. Take your time.
Keri: Bye.
Antonio: Bye. Feel better.
Nora: Thanks.
Keri: So, what is it?
Nora: It's Troy. I think something's wrong with him.
***********************************************
Troy: Someone like you could never understand what happened. But just for the record, I loved Joanna more than anything on this earth.
Lindsay: Whew. Then I thank my lucky stars that you never really loved me. And someone, frankly, should warn Nora because, apparently, no woman --
Troy: Shut up.
Lindsay: Can survive --
Troy: Just shut up.
Lindsay: Being loved by you.
Troy: Shut up! Shut your mouth!
***********************************************
Natalie: Wait a minute. We just met. How have you known me since the day I was born?
Michael: I meant in my heart. I believe that certain souls are destined to meet, that God brings them together so that they can grow and learn from each other and love.
Natalie: Yeah, I started believing that, too.
Michael: Don't shut down, Natalie. You have a lot of life ahead of you, and love is always the answer.
Natalie: Whatever.
Michael: Listen to what I'm telling you. No matter what you have done, you can turn your life around if you have love. The only way to get it is by giving it unselfishly.
Natalie: And then what? You get clobbered?
Michael: No. Your family and your friends will protect you if you let them love you.
Natalie: Maybe you're right. Maybe I should stick around after all.
Michael: Well, of course you should.
Natalie: I have never met anyone like you. Are you sure you're from around here?
Michael: Well, not exactly, but I did live here once before.
Natalie: Do people still remember you?
Michael: Most definitely.
***********************************************
Roxy: You know, I'm just a small part of this little puzzle, and I didn't know that those babies that I had -- I mean, either one of them -- I didn't know they were Viki's. So why does she hate me so much?
Bo: Maybe because you're the only one left to hate. See, everyone else other than Allison that was involved in this case -- they aren't alive anymore.
***********************************************
Natalie: I just heard the door. I'm going to go check, see who it is.
Michael: I'll be right here.
Viki: Oh, Natalie. Oh, honey, I am so glad to see you. Have you been crying?
Natalie: It's been a horrible day.
Viki: What's wrong, Darling?
Natalie: It was actually so horrible that I was thinking of leaving town.
Viki: Oh, no. Please don't. Please don't do that, honey. I couldn't bear to lose you. Please.
Natalie: Actually, I'm not going to. A friend of mine convinced me to stay.
Viki: Well, I'm very glad, and I owe your friend a thank you. Who is it? Somebody I know?
Natalie: Um, actually, I just met him, but he's right outside on the terrace. Come and meet him.
Viki: Okay.

Liz: I think that you should go upstairs and talk to her. You don't want to leave things hanging like this.
Hank: You know me pretty well.
Liz: Mm-hmm. Perfect. Good luck.
Hank: Thank you.
Liz: Antonio.
Antonio: Why are you lying to me?

Keri: Is Troy sick?
Nora: No, no. No, it's nothing like that. He -- he lost a patient -- or so I was led to believe -- and he's very upset.
Keri: I can imagine.
Nora: And I was very insensitive.
Keri: No, I can't believe that.
Nora: Oh, he wanted to be alone, and I just kept badgering him about what was going on.
Keri: You care about him. You wanted to help him.
Nora: I know, but then I went back again when I knew he wanted to be alone and I kept badgering him again. He just -- he still wouldn't open up to me. Oh, Keri, he's a wonderful man. I just wish I knew what was going on.
Troy: You don't know anything, Lindsay. You weren't in Africa and you never knew Joanna. You have no idea what you're talking about.
Lindsay: I know exactly what I'm talking about. I know exactly what happened to Joanna. You killed the poor woman, and you and I both know it.

>> On the next "One Life to Live" --
Troy: What makes you think you know anything about what happened between me and Joanna?
Carlotta: Your foolish mother let everyone know how Natalie feels about you.
Cristian: It was you?
Antonio: Why did you tell me one thing and Keri something else? Is it because I really am the father of your baby?
