Starr: The coast is clear.

Todd: Okay, good. You didn't tell anybody I was back, did you?

Starr: No.

Todd: Good. You're sure you know what to do?

***********************************************

Keri: Mom, now that you don't have a anymore, there's no reason for you to go to Chicago.

Liz: No, Honey, I still think --

Keri: And that's the best news I've heard in a very long time. You can stay here in Llanview with Antonio and me. It's perfect.

***********************************************

Max: Let me play this back. Uh, Keri is pregnant, but it's not her baby?

R.J.: Exactly.

Max: The baby was conceived by her mother and her stepfather, [some words missing]

R.J.: Right again. Liz has a heart condition and can't carry the baby herself.

[Line missing]

Max: Hmm, and is Antonio any happier about this than you are?

R.J.: He’s fine with it.

[Line missing]

***********************************************

Cristian: Hey.

Carlotta: Do you know about this?

Cristian: What's that

Carlotta: Natalie ordered it. The idea of throwing a bridal shower for Jen when she's trying to seduce you away from her.

Cristian: She's not trying to do anything like that, Mom.

[Line missing]

Cristian: Mom! Leave Natalie alone.

***********************************************

Carlotta's voice: You think you end to be Jen’s friend so you can stay near Cris?

[Leaves rustle]

Natalie: Hello? Is somebody there?

***********************************************

Roxy: [words jumbled] It's the end of the world. It's a regular magodden.

Rex: Look, will you put down pop's ashes before you  [words missing]

Roxy: Would you listen to me? I'm telling you it’s all over.

Rex It might be for you. It’s not for me.

Roxy: Listen to me; I'm serious about this. Viki knows everything.

Rex: Well, not – not exactly. There's one thing she's never going to know about.

Roxy: What?

***********************************************

Viki: Jessie. Didn't hear you come in.

[Line missing]

Viki: Ahem. Jessie, I just came from seeing Roxanne. I am afraid I have s—

Jessica: I already know. Seth told me. Roxanne is not my biological mother.

Viki: Jessica.

Jess: Oh, Mom.

Viki: Oh baby. Baby, it's going to be okay, I promise you.

Jessica: I don’t know who I am.

Viki: Yes, you do. You are a beautiful and loving woman

Jessica: I don't know who my parents are.

Viki: Clint and I are your parents and always will be.

Jessica: You adopted me, but, God, how am I ever going to find out where I came from and why somebody took me from my mother?

[Some of transcript missing here]

***********************************************

Cristian: Mami, I mean it. I don't want you going after Natalie.

Carl: What, I'm not allowed to tell her truth? It's disgusting the way she's pretending to be Jen’s good friend.

Cristian: She's not pretending anything.

Carlotta: And all the time she just wants a chance to throw herself at you. She's just causing trouble.

Cristian: Would you stop blaming it all on Natalie? Jen asked Natalie to throw the shower, and Natalie was trying to get out of it, but Jen wouldn't listen. She did everything but beg.

Carlotta: That doesn't sound like Jen.

Cristian: Mami, Jen made Natalie agree to do it, okay? And now Natalie’s going crazy trying to make everything okay for Jen.

Carlotta: Oh, being in love with Jen’s fiancé is going to make things okay?

Cristian: I mean it, Mom. You stay out of this. You don't know what you're talking about.

Carlotta: I don't?

Cristian: Look; I'm doing the right thing, okay? I'm marrying Jen. I'm going to be a good husband and a good dad.

Carlotta: I know that.

Cristian: But Natalie, she's been hurt enough. So I don't want you making things worse for her.

***********************************************

[Leaves rustle]

Natalie: Hello? Who's there?

Bo: Natalie? Hey.

Natalie: Hi.

Bo: Thought that was you.

Natalie: Uncle Bo.

Bo: Great day, huh?

Natalie: Yeah, great.

Bo: Did you work everything out with Al?

Natalie: Oh, uh -- Al?

Bo: Yeah, Al. Remember last time we talked at Llanfair, you said that there was sort of a -- a thing between you and --

Natalie: Oh, um, wow, I'm sorry. I -- I shouldn't have given you the wrong idea. The guy that I'm -- it's complicated.

Bo: Uh-huh. And Al isn't really even in the picture?

Natalie: No. No. The, uh -- the real guy, he's totally unavailable.

Bo: I got it. Hey, but, look, don't worry because you're young, you're beautiful, you're strong, and there's a guy out there for you somewhere and you're going to find him.

Natalie: Yeah.

[Phone rings]

Natalie: Sure.

Bo: Excuse me just a second. Buchanan. Yeah, yeah, you know, Sarge, I'm right in the middle of something here. Just hold on one second, okay? Hey, you going to be okay out here?

Natalie: Yeah. No, I'm -- I'm fine. I've just got to finish doing these last few invitations for Jen’s bridal shower.

Bo: Uh-huh. You know, I know now that Viki's back, I would imagine my days of the go-to guy are probably going to be fewer and fewer, but if you ever want to talk --

Natalie: Thank you. I'll remember that.

Bo: Good.

Natalie: You know, I have to admit; I'm looking forward to sharing things with Viki again. Mom. She always has the right answers.

***********************************************

Viki: No, baby, I don't know. I wish I did. I asked Roxanne, but, you know -- well, you know how she is.

Jessica: Somebody has to know who my birth mother is, come on. You know, I'd finally come to terms with the fact that it was Roxanne. At least I knew.

Viki: I'm so sorry.

Jessica: No, I -- are you kidding? I should be happy that it's not her. She's worse than we thought. She actually stole a baby?

Viki: Well, she claims that that was her husband's doing.

Jessica: Right, of course. Roxanne never does anything wrong. But, come on, Mom, her husband had to know what kind of person she was. Why would he steal a baby and give it to her to raise? That doesn't make any sense.

Viki: No, it doesn't make any sense. Unfortunately, though, he's dead, so we'll never have the answer to that.

Jessica: And why wouldn't my parents come looking for me?

Viki: I don't know.

Jessica: Maybe they didn't want me.

Viki: Jessie -- you know what, I promise you, no matter what it takes, I am going to find your mother.

***********************************************

Blair: Sam, you're kind of quiet all of a sudden. Something wrong?

Sam: No.

Blair: You know, here you are, being nothing but nice to me --

Sam: Hmm?

Blair: You bring me beautiful flowers, you pay me a ton of compliments, and what do I do? I bring up Todd.

Sam: All you said was Todd -- Todd's not big on respect, that's all.

Blair: No, but I brought him up. You know what, Sam, I -- I don't even -- really, I don't even think about him anymore.

Sam: Blair, you are entitled to mention your ex-husband every now and then.

Blair: No, I'm not. Because I asked you to stop looking for him and you did and, you know what, I'm going to stop bringing him up.

Sam: Well, hey, we both have a long history with the guy.

Blair: Yeah. I guess if it weren't for him, we would've never met. And we're way past that now.

Sam: Oh, yeah, you could say that.

Blair: Mm-hmm. We were friends, and then we were good friends, and now we are more than -- than that.

Sam: Yeah, I like that last one.

Blair: Yeah. So do I. I guess we're lucky we're as far as we are with all the mistakes that I've made, like trying to push you and Nora back together again. I mean, what was I even thinking, you know?

Sam: You weren't thinking that this was in the cards.

Blair: Obviously not. And then when I did actually accept a date from you, what did we do? We had a big family hoe-down here watching videos and --

Sam: Yeah, yeah, yeah, well, you know, I liked that, but I want tonight to be different.

Blair: You do?

Sam: Mm-hmm.

Blair: Okay. Well, what do you got in mind?

Sam: Just you and me.

Blair: I like that. Where we going?

Sam: That's a surprise.

Blair: Oh.

***********************************************

Starr: You have to go back to your hiding place now.

Todd: Okay, I will.

Starr: You can't keep bugging me. This is hard enough as it is.

Todd: Look, just remember that -- just remember that you're doing this for you and for Jack.

Starr: That's why I'm doing it. Now, go on. I'll find you when I'm done.

Todd: Okay.

Blair: Starr. How many times do I have to tell you it is very rude to interrupt? I mean, Sam and I were in the middle of something, Honey.

Starr: But this is important.

Sam: What's on your mind, Starr?

Starr: You know how you're getting me a present for Jack's birthday? Well, I know what I want. It's about my daddy.

***********************************************

Roxy: All right, this is going to calm down your mommy's nerves. You are way, way too sure of yourself. I think that's a big problem.

Rex: Problems seem to run in our family.

Roxy: You're not listening to me. I'm telling you, we are toast.

Rex: Okay, listen up -- Viki may know that you're not Jessica’s Mom --

Roxy: "May"? "May"? She does!

Rex: Okay, and Jessica knows, too, now, thanks to Seth, but neither one of them is on to the fact that I knew the whole story before I came to Llanview.

Roxy: Oh, listen, you take it from me, baby boy, I'm telling you, when everybody finds out all the nicey-nicey stuff that you got going on with Jessica, that's going to go right out the window.

Rex: They're not going to find out.

Roxy: Well, your auntie dearest told Seth everything.

Rex: Yeah, about you. But I got Aunt Corinne to promise not to tell anybody that I knew all along.

Roxy: Oh, and you think she's not going to rat you out?

Rex: She loves her nephew, and she's got her own secrets. What can I say?

Roxy: Oh, swell, swell. I'm going straight to prison and you're going to come up smelling like a rose.

Rex: Should've thought of that before you started stealing babies.

Roxy: Stealing babies? I never stole a baby! It was all his fault, your father, Mr. Know-it-all, except he never told me a thing!

Rex: Okay. Okay. Whatever.

Roxy: Can't you ever stick up for me? I mean, what kind of son are you, anyway?

Rex: Oh, the kind whose mom was too drunk to find the diapers. Pop's sister had to come and take me away and you never bothered to call in, like, 15 years to say, "How's it going?"

Roxy: All right, all right, all right.

Rex: You never did a single thing for me!

Roxy: All right, all right, all right! I'm going to make it up to you. Starting right now, right here, I'm going to be a great mother.

Rex: I don't need you to be a great mother. How about trying to be a decent human being? Can you manage that?

Rex: All right, look, I -- I shouldn't have thrown that at you again, all right? Sorry.

Roxy: I'm sorry. I just get a little misty when I think I'm going to prison.

Rex: You're the only one talking about prison. The statute of limitations thing probably ran out years ago. The cops can't touch you.

Roxy: The statue wasn't up? You lied to me.

Rex: I'm not a lawyer. You should check it out.

Roxy: What if the statue isn't up?

Rex: You still have a rich husband. Have him keep you out of jail.

***********************************************

Max: I don't know where to begin with this woman. I mean, she's -- she's --

R.J.: Still your wife.

Max: Jeez, there's got to be some way out of this.

R.J.: Uh-uh, not since that court stunt.

Max: I still don't get how she found out about the divorce hearing.

R.J.: Oh, there's no telling.

Max: You know, you want to hear something really scary? The other day, she gave me a bit of advice about how to handle Al. It was a decent bit of advice. I mean, for a split second there, I was almost grateful.

R.J.: Oh. You're on the slippery slope to love.

Max: Oh, shut up!

[R.J. chuckles]

Max: Was just a moment of weakness.

R.J.: Mm-hmm. Which means?

Max: Which means I gotta find a way out of this marriage before my brain rots.

***********************************************

Carlotta: Two flans. Anything else?

R.J.: Is something wrong, Mrs. Vega?

Carlotta: No, everything is fine.

R.J.: Well, I wanted to thank you for that engagement party that you threw for Keri. It was terrific. And if you have the time, I know I would appreciate your input on Keri and I planning the wedding.

Carlotta: Thank you. We'll see.

Max: What was that?

R.J.: What?

Max: "Well, gee, Mrs. Cleaver." Come on. You were -- you were downright civil to Carlotta there. What's going on? You give up your plans to create the great schism between Keri and Antonio?

R.J.: Yes, I've all but thrown in the towel.

Max: Aw.

R.J.: Those two have ignored enough problems to break up 10 couples, not the least of which is Keri having this baby for Elizabeth.

Max: Yeah, and if that doesn't ruin things --

R.J.: Exactly.

Max: Hmm.

R.J.: I can't think of anything that will.

Max: Yeah, but if you could use that to use against them, you would, though, right?

***********************************************

Keri: Mom, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound thrilled that you lost your job. I just meant, you know, there's nothing tying you to Chicago now. You're free. You can stay here.

Liz: No, I still think -- Honey, come on, staying here is not a good idea.

Keri: Mom, it's a great idea. You and Steve were going to have the surrogate live with you during the pregnancy. You told me so yourself.

Liz: I know.

Keri: And I'm not just a surrogate, I'm your daughter.

Liz: I know. It's just --

Keri: And here you want to bond with this baby before it's born, not to mention make up for a lot of lost time with me. This is your chance.

Liz: Look, Keri, I know this is what you want, honey --

Keri: Mom, this is what we both want. Isn't that right, Antonio?

Antonio: I -- honey, I think your mother should go back to Chicago.

***********************************************

Blair: What about your daddy?

Starr: You remember. You're getting me a present for Jack's birthday, right?

Blair: Starr --

Sam: Absolutely.

Blair: Where are your manners today? You know it is rude to ask for presents.

Sam: It's okay, Blair.

Blair: No!

Sam: It's okay, it's okay. Yeah, yeah, you wanted some kind of a present like what your daddy would give you, right?

Blair: Wait, wait, wait. No more iguanas right now.

Starr: Yeah --

Blair: None.

Starr: Forget about reptiles. I want you to make a legal paper that Mommy can sign saying that she can't serve Daddy in jail.

Blair: Okay, where did you come up with an idea like that, young lady?

Starr: I thought it up.

Blair: Starr, we have a pact now where we tell each other the truth, right?

Starr: Right.

Blair: I want the truth. Has your daddy contacted you?

Starr: Yes.

Blair: Starr, did your daddy call you?

Starr: No.

Sam: He contacted you?

Starr: Yeah.

Blair: How?

Starr: By Fred, the magic frog. See, I heard you talking to Comm. Buchanan, and you said that you were going to throw Daddy in jail if he ever came back. So I told Freddie that and I could hear Daddy's voice from a long, long way off.

Sam: What did your daddy say from a long way off?

Starr: He said not to cry when the kids at school make fun of you, when they call your dad a criminal and a jailbird.

Blair: Oh, Sweetie, do the -- do the kids make fun of you?

Starr: Yes. And if Daddy got sent to jail, Mommy, my life would be miserable!

Blair: Oh, Starr.

Starr: But if you do sign the paper and then I can show it to the kids, and then they won't make fun of me because they know that Daddy won't be a jailbird. Please, Mommy, will sign it?

Blair: Uh –

***********************************************

Natalie: Oh, great.

Cristian: Natalie? Here, let me help you.

Natalie: Uh, what are you doing here?

Cristian: I was looking for you, actually. My mom told me that she said some stuff, and I -- I wanted to apologize.

Natalie: You don't have to. I'm fine.

Cristian: Natalie, I hate to see you hurting this way. And I know that you don't really have anybody that you can talk to, so if --

Natalie: Cristian -- you don't have to come to my rescue anymore. I don't need you to be my hero.

Cristian: Whoa, whoa, wait a minute. That's not what I'm doing.

Natalie: And I don't need you to come find me every time you think that I need help. And I -- I do have someone to talk to -- my mother.

Cristian: Your mom's back from Switzerland?

Natalie: Yeah. Um, if you'll excuse me, I have to deliver these invitations.

Cristian: Whoa, hey, look, let me talk to Jen. I'll tell you can't throw the shower or do anything.

Natalie: Don't you dare. Cristian, Jen thinks of me as her friend. She has no idea how I feel for you.

Cristian: Well, that's all the more reason to say it.

Natalie: Cristian, please. Can you just believe me here? I know what you're doing is the right thing. And I am determined to make everybody believe that I am happy for you and that I can live in the same town as you and that I can see you every day and not be with you and be fine. And if I can make everyone else believe that, then maybe I'll start to believe it myself.

***********************************************

Jessica: I'd rather you not try and find out, Mom.

Viki: Why not? I thought you wanted to know who your mother was.

Jessica: And you can stop looking through this. This is just a bunch of old pictures. There's no way you're going to find who I am out of this.

Viki: Honey --

Jessica: Mom, seriously, I can’t. I can't go through that search again -- you know, dead ends, constant worrying. I --

Viki: I know it was hard for you.

Jessica: And what if she's worse than Roxanne?

Viki: I don't actually think that's possible.

Jessica: Well, whoever she is, somebody took her baby and she never went looking for her. I mean, I don't want to know who that is.

Viki: Darling, we don't know that. That's my point. She may have been looking for you all these years. She might still be looking for you. That's why we have to know.

Jessica: I don't know. I don't know anything anymore.

[Doorbell rings]

Viki: Bo.

Bo: Hi.

Viki: Thank you so much for coming.

Bo: Sure. Just saw Natalie in the park.

Viki: You didn't -- you didn't tell her what I told you, did you?

Bo: What, about your therapy sessions?

Viki: Yeah, I mean about Niki Smith saying that I was more of a mother than I knew?

Bo: No, I think that would be better coming from you.

Viki: Thank you. I'm going to try and keep that quiet for now. I don't want to upset Natalie unnecessarily, and I certainly don't want to raise Jessie’s hopes.

Bo: You lost me.

Viki: Okay, Bo, I need your help, all right? I want to have a confidential D.N.A. test done. I really, really need to find out who my daughter is.

***********************************************

Keri: Antonio, would you mind if I have a few minutes alone with my mom?

Antonio: No. No. I -- I'll go to the diner. I'll be back later.

[Door closes]

Keri: Okay, Mom, it's just us. What's really going on?

Liz: Honey, look, I've lived most of my life in Chicago. That is where all my friends are.

Keri: Yeah, and your daughter is here with a baby on the way -- your baby. So why do you have to leave?

Liz: First, I don't have a place to live. You're staying in R.J.'s apartment, and I certainly can't stay there with you. So -- you know, and a hotel for nine months is going to be way too expensive.

Keri: Mom, I can find you someplace to live. I mean, I could move out of R.J.'s apartment. We could get a place together.

Liz: Sweetheart, did you forget? You're going to be a married woman soon.

Keri: Then I'll get a short-term lease. Mom, what is really going on? I guess I just didn't want to believe it.

Liz: What?

Keri: This is about Antonio, isn't it? About that one-night stand at the motel?

***********************************************

Antonio: Bendicion.

Carlotta: Dios te bendiga. So where are Keri and her mother?

Antonio: They're back at my place. They had a few things they had to deal with.

Carlotta: I can imagine.

Antonio: Mami --

Carlotta: Don't worry. I'm not going to say a word. The reason Keri’s pregnant is her business.

Antonio: That's right.

Carlotta: But I would like to spend a little bit more time with Mrs. Reynolds. I really didn't get a chance to get to know her very well at the party.

Antonio: Yeah, well, that's not going to happen this time around. She's headed back to Chicago.

***********************************************

Max: Well, I guess that answers my question.

R.J.: Question about what?

Max: If you're still interested in Liz Reynolds.

R.J.: I'm interested in Keri -- my daughter? Elizabeth just happens to be her mother.

Max: So it doesn't mean a thing to you that she's leaving town, huh?

R.J.: Nope.

Max: R.J., you want Liz out of your life about as much as I want Roxy in mine.

***********************************************

Roxy: I'll tell you one thing, Maximilian’s not going to save my bacon.

Rex: Still not your biggest fan, huh?

Roxy: Oh, are you kidding? He would donate a wing to prison if he knew they'd take me in.

Rex: Look, like I said, check with a lawyer on the statute of limitations thing. But in the meantime, just make sure you don't drag me down with you.

Roxy: What, by blabbing to Jessica that you knew the truth all along? Maybe I should. It would serve you right after the way you treated me.

Rex: Look, if you do go to prison, you're going to need me on the outside to bring you things, appeal your case, stuff like that.

Roxy: You'd do that for me?

Rex: You're still my mom. Just keep my secret, that's all I ask.

Roxy: Hey, you know, I don't want to ruin your world. I mean, after all, you're my little Rexy.

Rex: Hmm, thanks. Anyway, sorry I yelled at you, and we'll talk, okay? I mean, assuming you're still around.

Roxy: What does that mean?

Rex: Well, you know, you could always skip town. I mean, why hang around while they go looking for the handcuffs?

Roxy: Hey, Wally, what am I supposed to do now? They're going to crucify me, they are going to electrify me, and they're going to throw me in the clink. Oh, what am I even asking you for? You're no help at all. Luna's going to help me.

Roxy: No, not pause. No -- come on! Where's the volume on this? Come on, no, no, not the menu. Come on! Would you work? Come on, Luna. Come on, Luna! Come on, Luna, you gotta help me out. Luna, help me out!

***********************************************

Starr: So, will you make a paper like that for me?

Sam: This really isn't up to me, Starr.

Blair: Starr, listen to me, your daddy did something very wrong, and having him arrested is his punishment. Well, part of it, anyway.

Starr: But he hasn't seen us for months. And if he never comes back, then he won't see us ever again. Isn't that punishment enough?

Blair: What do you think?

Sam: I think Todd is Todd, and if he finds out he's got a get-out-of-jail-free card, he'll be back here in a minute and he'll snatch the kids in no time flat --

Blair: And we'll never see them again.

Sam: Exactly. And don't forget he called Gabrielle.

Blair: Yeah, but she seemed to think that he was in another country. Look, I'm just thinking about Jack and Starr. I have to think about them. I don't want kids making fun of them, laughing at them.

Sam: All right. All right, I suppose I could make up -- craft a document here on your computer, but you got to make sure that's exactly what you want, Blair.

Starr: Are you guys going to whisper all day? Are you going to give me my present or not?

Blair: Okay. Sam will draw up the papers and I'll sign them.

***********************************************

Jessica: Who are you? You weren't Viki's daughter. Now you're not Roxanne’s daughter. So who do you belong to?

***********************************************

Viki: And the doctor turns out to have been Roxanne Balsom’s late husband.

Bo: He was your obstetrician?

Viki: Yeah. Please, in a million years, I would never have thought that Roxanne was married to a doctor. I mean, that doesn't fit, right? So, obviously, I never put two and two together. I don't know why I didn't, but I didn't.

Bo: Don't beat yourself up about that. I wouldn't have, either. But, you know, this is another piece to the puzzle.

Viki: Yes.

Bo: All right, so what about what nice Smith said --

Viki: That I was more of a mother than I knew?

Bo: Yeah. So what's that mean? Does -- maybe Natalie really isn't your daughter?

Viki: You mean I'm more of a mother because I'm being a mother to somebody who's not my daughter?

Bo: Well, yeah. I don't know. I'm struggling here.

Viki: Bo, how can this be? Natalie's D.N.A. was tested last year.

Bo: Someone could've been paid off to change the results.

Viki: Yeah. That's why I would like to have her retested.

Bo: Okay, what about Jessica?

Viki: And Jessie, okay? I know for a fact that this is Jessica’s hair, okay?

Bo: Okay.

Viki: So I'm going to get you some hair from Natalie’s hairbrush later on. And the favor I would like to ask you is this -- would you please supervise these tests?

Bo: Sure, I'll stay right there in the room until the technician is finished and he signs off on the results to me.

Viki: Thank you so much. I can't tell you how grateful I am.

Bo: It's no problem.

Viki: Well, but the thing is I cannot go on like this. I can't live like this. One way or another, I have to know.

Bo: Well, what do you suspect?

Viki: I think that I might be Jessica’s biological mother after all.

***********************************************

Luna: Darling, you may smile and look away, but I know you understand. And, honey, when I'm gone -- which I must be if you're watching this -- I want you to let love find you again, and embrace it.

Roxy: Oh, forget about it. He ain't interested.

Luna: Just make sure you find a woman that makes you happy. I mean, don't be swayed by a pretty face.

Roxy: He don't even want to look at my face.

Luna: Find a woman with a good heart. She's out there. I promise you she is. You'll know you've found her because she's going to be there for you when you need her. She'll do just one pure act, one -- one selfless thing, putting you first instead of herself, and, darling, she's the one.

Roxy: She's talking to me. I mean, how does she know that? I mean, this is so weird.

Luna: You look deeply into her eyes and you're going to see everything that's true. You'll know everything about her. You'll instantly know everything that's hidden inside of her heart.

Roxy: And Max is going to look deeply in my eyes and he's going to know the truth and he's going to turn me in. Okay, Luna, you said it all. Rexy was right. I'm going to blow this pop stand.

Max: Leaving?

Roxy: Don't look.

Max: What's the matter?

Roxy: Nothing.

Max: Nothing?

Roxy: Uh, yeah, nothing.

Max: Well, then why won't you look at me?

Roxy: Aw, nuts. I got nothing left to lose. Okay. Max, I've been keeping something from you.

***********************************************

Liz: So how'd you figure it out?

Keri: It's obvious. I told you about Antonio and that other woman, and you turned against him. You hate him. That's why you're going back to Chicago.

Liz: Keri -- no, Sweetheart, I don't hate Antonio.

Keri: I never should've told you about this.

Liz: No, Honey, I have not changed my opinion of Antonio, I swear.

Keri: Mom, it was a one-time thing. He was hurting like crazy.

Liz: I know.

Keri: Yes, and he's the sweetest, most wonderful man in the world. I mean, look what's he's doing for me, for you. How many men would say it's okay for their fiancee to carry somebody else's baby?

Liz: Keri, I could not agree with you more, honestly. Antonio loves you very much, honey. And I'm certainly not going to judge him for having this one-night stand. I mean, believe me, I can understand how these things happen.

R.J.: Hey.

***********************************************

Keri: Why are you acting so strangely?

***********************************************

R.J.: Mind if I come inside? I wanted to catch Keri, see if she'd have dinner with me tonight.

Antonio: Well, now's not a good time. Maybe you should call her later.

R.J.: Well, why isn't now a good time?

***********************************************

Keri: I know you better than that!

Liz: Would you -- would you please just stop being so silly?

Keri: You have been hellbent on getting out to the airport, getting out of town. Something is definitely going on!

Liz: No, Keri, I told you --

Keri: And don't give me that "I want to get back to my friends" thing. You are definitely hiding something and it has to do with Antonio.

Starr: So now Dad can't go to jail, right? It's official?

Blair: Not until I sign it.

Sam: And I notarize it. Okay. There.

Starr: Oh, thank you, Mommy!

Sam: It's official.

Starr: Thank you so much!

Blair: Oh, you're welcome. I just don't want those mean friends of yours to make fun of you anymore.

Starr: They won't, not anymore.

Blair: Okay, good.

Starr: And thank you, Sam. You're the best.

Sam: You got it.

Starr: I can't wait till I tell Daddy.

Blair: What?

Starr: I mean, I'm going to go right upstairs and tell Fred the magic frog right away!

Sam: Okay. I've got a client and I've got to go.

Blair: I'll walk you out.

Sam: Okay. I'll file this document at my office and I'll send one to Bo and I'll make sure Miss Starr Manning gets a copy, too.

Blair: Did I do the right thing, Sam?

Sam: I'm still a little uneasy about it, but I'm sure it'll be okay. And if Todd does come back, he won't hurt you because I won't let him.

Blair: Thank you. Thank you so much, for everything. This afternoon was pretty special.

Sam: Tonight will be better.

Blair: I hope so. Anything to get my mind off Todd.

Sam: Oh, I guarantee that'll happen.

Blair: Good. So you'll give me a call?

Sam: Yeah.

Blair: You know what time? Bye.

Todd: Hello, Blair.

R.J.: What could Elizabeth possibly be hiding about you?

Roxy: I saw Luna.

Cristian: I want to go in with you.

Jen: You can’t.

Gabrielle: There's just something not quite right about that girl.

Todd: Hate to be the one to break the bad news to you, Blair, but I'm back
