>> Previously on "One Life to Live" --

Ray: There's someone in your community working as a therapist without proper credentials.

Blair: Well, I'm going to seduce Troy away from Nora so Sam and Nora can be together and everybody gets what they want.

Natalie: Jessica saw me in the window.

Cristian: Yeah, but that doesn't mean you pushed him.

Bo: I only want the answer to one question, Larry -- who did this to him?

Ben: Viki.

***********************************************

Starr: You look pretty, Mommy.

Blair: Well, that is the point and -- why aren't you dressed, young lady?

Starr: Well, I thought I'd go for another swim.

Blair: No, no, no. Sam is going to be here any minute, Honey.

Starr: Just a quick one?

Blair: No, no, no. Now, you go upstairs and put on your pretty dress, ok?

Starr: Ok, I'll get ready.

Blair: Ok. You get ready, and I will be ready for Troy. And then when Sam and Nora get back together, everything will be absolutely perfect.

***********************************************

Troy: Sometimes I feel like I've waited my whole life for you.

Nora: Well, you got me now. I'm not going anywhere. I think I'm going to have to just lie here for the next 24 hours.

Troy: Who knows what can happen in that time, huh? You --

Nora: Uh-huh?

Troy: Are the woman of my dreams. You know that? You are the woman --

Nora: Of the year!

Troy: What?

Nora: It's the woman of the year. The award ceremony -- it's tonight. I completely forgot. I got to get dressed.

***********************************************

Rae: At least I did some good.

Hank: Well, Rae, there you are.

Rae: Hank.

Hank: Well, I was worried you weren't going to make it. Hey.

Rae: Well, I made it.

Hank: Wow. You look great.

Rae: Thank you. You look pretty spiffy yourself.

Hank: Well, thank you. Now, listen, I hope you don't have any plans for after the ceremony. I have a surprise for you.

Rae: Well, I have a surprise for you, too.

***********************************************

Asa: Are you kidding me, Stansfield? Anybody gives me a tip like that deserves a whole pot full of cash. Now, make sure "The Sun's" photographer and reporter are there because there's going to be one hell of a ceremony. Bye-bye.

Renee: I thought that you said that nothing could make you put on a monkey suit for "that woman."

Asa: I said that?

Renee: Yeah. So, why are you here?

***********************************************

Jessica: Thank you.

Cristian: Any change?

Jessica: No, Uncle Larry says it's going to be a while yet.

Cristian: All right. Then we wait.

Jessica: You know, Natalie seems pretty nervous.

Cristian: Of course she's nervous, Jessica. She's worried about Dr. Davidson, just like everybody else.

Jessica: Ben and I have always been close ever since we met.

Cristian: Yeah, I know.

Jessica: I want him to wake up more than anything. When he does, we're going to find out who pushed him out the window because he'll be able to tell us.

***********************************************

Ben: Viki -- no. No. Viki -- no.

***********************************************

Niki: Oh, you're so smart! Finally I get to leave this boring mausoleum! Oh!

Bo: Hi.

Niki: [As Viki] Hi.

Bo: I heard the news.

Niki: You did, huh? What?

Bo: Ben's coming out of his coma.

Niki: Oh. Yes, yes, it's so wonderful.

Bo: Sure is.

Niki: Yeah.

Bo: You ok?

Niki: Yes -- a little overwhelmed.

Bo: Yeah, well, I can imagine.

Niki: Yeah. Other than that, I'm fine.

Bo: Well, good, good, you know, because I was surprised that you weren't at the hospital with Ben, you know? I thought maybe something had happened to you.

Niki: Nope. Nope, not a thing.

Bo: Where are you going with that?

***********************************************

Blair: I know that I'm doing the right thing because Sam has been so good to me and it's the least that I can do for him. Besides, it might be a little fun to see what Dr. MacIver is really like. Todd's not coming back. If he does, he'll go to prison. And that is just fine with me. Ok. Lights. Music.

[Music plays]

Blair: Ready for action.

***********************************************

Nora: Oh, darn. This Woman of the Year banquet never sells out.

Troy: Well, it did this year.

Nora: I wanted to get a ticket so you could come with me.

Troy: Maybe you shouldn't go.

Nora: I have to go.

Troy: No, you don't.

Nora: Yes, I do. I'm one of the speakers.

Troy: Maybe you can just phone it in.

Nora: I can't phone it in. It's Rae's big night.

Troy: You could always tell her you forgot. Up until a few moments ago, that was technically true.

Nora: No wonder I forgot -- always a fiasco, that evening.

Troy: Why?

Nora: I don't know. I think it's jinxed or something. When I was chosen, my marriage to Bo ended.

Troy: Well, you see? Now you definitely shouldn't go.

Nora: No, I have to go. I have to go. Please, please, please let me go. I will. And you know what? I'll -- the sooner I go, the sooner I can get back.

Troy: You see? Now I'm starting to like what I hear.

Nora: And Rae -- Rae's a great choice. It's just going to go like clockwork, and I'll be back here in no time.

Troy: Hmm.

Nora: Ok? Ok. What?

Troy: On second thought --

Nora: Yeah?

Troy: I can't wait that long.

Nora: No, no, no, no, no, no. Ok, wait a minute. If we do this, I'm never going to leave. And if I don't show up, Rae's going to be very upset. I'll hurt her feelings, and then I'll feel very guilty. And you don't want to live with that kind of guilt, do you?

Troy: Oh, no, I can’t live with that. Hurry back.

Nora: Oh, I will. I'll be back.

***********************************************

[Phone rings]

Blair: Hello?

Troy: Blair, hey, it's Troy MacIver.

Blair: Well, hello, Dr. MacIver.

Troy: Hey, listen, I'm sorry, but Nora and I aren't going to be able to make Starr's pool party tonight.

Blair: Oh, well, that's too bad. Starr will be so disappointed.

Troy: Yeah, I know. Do me a favor -- can you apologize to her for us? It's unfortunate, but Nora had to go to the Woman of the Year ceremony tonight.

Blair: Are you going, too?

Troy: No, no. Actually, the tickets were all sold.

Blair: What a shame.

Troy: Yeah, well, what can you do, right?

Blair: Well, I tell you what. Starr would be so disappointed if you didn't come over, so why don't you just come over anyway? Grab your suit. The night is hot, the pool is cool, and you don't want to disappoint a young lady, now, do you?

Troy: Well, since you put it that way, I will be right over.

Blair: Great. We'll see you then.

***********************************************

Sam: I must say you look ravishing tonight, Starr.

Starr: "Ravishing." Wait -- doesn't that mean dorky?

Sam: No, it means beautiful -- breathtakingly beautiful.

Starr: You're weird.

Blair: Hello, Sam.

Sam: Hi.

Blair: How's Ben?

Sam: Oh. I've got some good news on that -- on that score. Larry said that he may be coming out of the coma fairly soon.

Blair: That's wonderful!

Sam: Yeah. Yeah, we're all hoping for the best.

Blair: Oh, Sam, I can't tell you how happy that makes me.

Starr: Me, too.

Sam: Well, Starr.

[Blair laughs]

Sam: Thank you very much for that.

Blair: So Larry actually thinks that -- that Ben's going to be all right, then?

Sam: Yeah. We won't know anything until Ben is fully awake, and that could take some time.

Blair: Oh, but you know what? You're going to get to talk to him at least really soon.

Sam: I hope so.

Blair: Oh, great.

Sam: How come you're not dressed?

Blair: Well, actually, I'm not going to go tonight. I'm feeling a little under the weather.

Starr: You are?

Blair: Yes, I am.

Sam: I'm sorry to hear that.

Blair: Yeah, but I'll be all right. You know, I'd like to be there. Rae's been a very important person in my life, and I owe her.

Sam: Yeah, I know. She literally got you out of St. Ann's.

Blair: Yes, she did. That's why I would like Starr to be my stand-in -- that is if you would be so kind as to escort her.

Sam: Be happy to. Starr, get that box that I left on the table in there, would you, please?

Starr: What's in it?

Sam: I'll let that be a surprise.

Starr: Ok.

Blair: Go ahead, Sweetie. What?

Sam: You're not sick. I know why you're really not going.

***********************************************

Seth: Jess, what's happening? Any change?

Rex: Jessica, I just heard Dr. Wolek downstairs. He was telling this other doctor that Ben's waking up. Is that true?

Jessica: Yeah. That's what they said.

Seth: Oh, Jessica, that's great news, huh?

Rex: Good news, huh, natty?

Jessica: Yeah, good news except for whoever pushed him out the window.

Cristian: Jessica, you know what? You really have to start concentrating on the good things here. Being hung up on blaming somebody isn't exactly a good thing.

Larry: Excuse me -- Jessica, is Viki back yet?

Jessica: Not yet. Can I go in and see Ben?

Larry: Why don't you wait just a little while. Viki first, then maybe the rest of the family. Excuse me. How's he doing?

Nurse: Hopefully he'll respond to the diazepam. I'm giving him the 10 milligrams you prescribed.

Larry: Good. You hang in there, Ben. Hang in there. His rhythm's good.

Nurse: His BP's coming back down.

Larry: Sometimes the trigger. Ben, can you hear me? It's Dr. Wolek, Larry. Larry Wolek. Can you hear me, Ben? Try to open your eyes if you -- Ben? Hey, man. It's Larry Wolek. You're in the hospital. There's been an accident. You're ok now.

Ben: Larry --

Larry: It's good to have you back, Partner. Welcome back.

***********************************************

Seth: You must be feeling a lot better, huh?

Jessica: Yeah, but we still don't know if Ben's going to be ok.

Seth: Yeah, but at least he's waking up. That's the first step, right? Come on, Jessica. You can't still be blaming Natalie, right?

***********************************************

Natalie: Look, nobody can get in to see Ben anyway, and I got to get out of here.

Cristian: Where did Natalie go?

Rex: She wanted some air, I guess.

Cristian: Hey, call me on my cell if anything changes, ok?

Rex: Sure. Natty needed a break.

Jessica: Yeah, or maybe she just didn't want to be here when Ben wakes up.

Rex: Come on, Jessica. I know you think she's the one --

Jessica: It doesn't matter what we think. We're going to find out the truth. When Ben wakes up, he's going to tell us exactly who pushed him out the window. My Uncle Bo is going to make sure whoever is responsible is punished.

***********************************************

Niki: [As Viki] I'm just bringing Ben his toothbrush -- and his robe.

Bo: Ah. Well, you want me to carry it?

Niki: No! No, no. Gracious, no.

[Phone rings]

Niki: It's not heavy at all. No, thank you.

Bo: Oh.

Niki: Oh -- somebody needs the commissioner.

Bo: Excuse me.

Niki: Yeah, sure, sure, sure.

Bo: Buchanan.

Niki: [Normal voice] just get out of here, will you? How can I make a getaway when they're watching me all the time? Man, my luck stinks today. I mean, first he's dead, then he's not dead. Then I can't get rid of Jessica, and then this one shows up. What's next? Give me a break, will you?

Bo: When did it happen?

Larry: Just a few minutes ago. I thought you'd like to know.

Bo: Oh, I sure do. Larry, thank you so much. That was Larry.

Niki: [As Viki] oh.

Bo: Ben came out of his coma. He's talking.

***********************************************

Sam: Yeah, I know why you decided not to go to the ceremony tonight.

Blair: You do?

Sam: Sure. You don't want to be dealing with people asking you questions about Todd and what happened.

Blair: Yeah. Todd.

Sam: I was just there, remember? It reminds me of what happened when I ended things with Nora.

Blair: Yeah, right, Nora.

Sam: You know, watching couples dancing, having a good time --

Blair: You know what, Sam? You and Nora -- you belong together. You were so good together.

Sam: Past tense. But you and Todd --

Blair: No, there is no Todd.

Sam: Well, here's the young lady of the evening as we speak. Almost ready to go?

Starr: I've been ready for 10 minutes.

Sam: Well, no perfect little lady can have a perfect evening without a perfect flower. Here we go.

Blair: You need help?

Sam: I'll try not to poke you.

[Starr laughs]

Sam: How's that? There we go.

Starr: This was really for mommy, wasn't it?

Sam: Well, it was for whomever I escort, and that happens to be you.

Blair: Thank you, Sam.

Sam: My pleasure. Shall we?

Starr: Bye, Mom.

Blair: Bye, Beautiful. Have fun. Be a good girl.

Starr: Ok.

Blair: I'm going to find a way to repay you, Sam. Yes, I am. Now I think it's time for this warm summer night to get a little hotter. Yeah. It's time for operation MacIver to begin. Yeah.

***********************************************

Nora: You know, after tonight, your client list is probably going to double. You're not going to have time to turn around.

Rae: Well, I'm always going to have time for my friends. Thanks, Nora. Thank you. Assuming I'll still have any.

Max: Nora, so nice to see you. Why haven't you called?

Nora: We talked earlier this morning, remember?

Max: Yes. But in my marriage, one day is like a thousand years.

Nora: Hmm.

Max: I need you to move faster.

Nora: Hang in there.

Max: No, I'm serious --

Nora: We'll get you out.

Max: I'm serious. I can't take this, ok? You want to know why I helped sponsor this whole shindig here?

Nora: So you could get out of the house and talk to sane, intelligent people?

Max: Got it. I swear, five more minutes with that woman and I will be absolutely --

Roxy: Yo, Maximilian!

Max: Aye --

Roxy: Hi.

Nora: Hi.

***********************************************

Renee: So, I'm still waiting for an answer.

Asa: What? You want to know why I'm here? I'll tell you this -- it's not to suck up to Rae Cummings.

Renee: No? Then why?

Asa: Why? Because my son Ben is improving. And when I hear good news, I love to celebrate.

Max: I didn't invite you to the party because I didn't think it was your kind of party.

Roxy: Hey, you don't know me very well. Any kind of party is my kind of party.

Gabrielle: Max, I need to speak to you.

Max: Now?

Gabrielle: Yes. It's very important.

Gabrielle: I am worried -- extremely worried about Al.

Max: Give it a rest, would you?

Gabrielle: No, I'm not going to give it a rest because he won't give it a rest. He will not accept that Jen wants to be with Cristian.

Max: Just give him time.

Gabrielle: We have given him time. I really feel that he needs professional help. What do you think about asking Rae Cummings to take him on as a patient? Because then at least we would know that he was getting care from a qualified professional.

***********************************************

Cristian: Natalie -- hey.

Natalie: What -- what are you doing here? Are you following me?

Cristian: Well, I was trying to. I lost you over on Center Street. Took a chance you were coming home.

Natalie: Something wrong?

Cristian: No, no, no, I just wanted to make sure that you didn't decide, you know, to take off.

Natalie: Hmm. Believe me, it's something I've thought about doing. Just grab some stuff and go for a ride.

Cristian: So you're not, right?

Natalie: No. No, I'm too scared. The thought of being in some other town where I don't know anybody -- what if one of those other personalities comes out and takes over?

Cristian: Come on, Natalie. You do not have this D.I.D. thing.

Natalie: You don't know that.

Cristian: And you don't know that you do. Not for sure. You haven't even been to a doctor. You haven't gotten a checkup or anything like that --

Natalie: Look, ok, I know all of that. But with all this other weird stuff that's been happening -- and everyone says that I'm the one who pushed Ben through that window.

Cristian: Look, whatever happens, I'm going to be there for you.

Natalie: Yeah, well, there's only two possibilities of what could happen. One, Ben wakes up, tells everybody I pushed him through the window, and they throw me in jail. Two, Ben wakes up, tells everybody I pushed him through the window, they figure out I have D.I.D, and they throw me in the loony bin, and that's it.

Cristian: Well, there's a third possibility.

Natalie: What?

Cristian: Ben can wake up and not name you at all.

***********************************************

Niki: [As Viki] I -- I fainted?

Bo: Yeah, yeah. Well, I can imagine you did. You're under a lot of stress.

Niki: Oh, brother.

Bo: Easy -- just -- don't go fast, ok?

Niki: It's ok. I'm -- so -- Ben came out of the coma?

Bo: Yeah.

Niki: And he's talking?

Bo: That's what Larry said.

Niki: What'd he say?

Bo: Well, maybe it's time you found out.

Niki: Yeah. Yeah, I think -- I think I should go to the hospital. I think I'll go right now.

Bo: Whoa, whoa -- Viki -- Viki -- I'm afraid I can't let you do that.

Niki: [As Viki] Bo, please, please let me go. I have to get to Ben.

Bo: Viki, Viki, I can't let you do that. You just fainted. Tell you what -- I'll drive you to the hospital.

Niki: No, no --

Bo: No, no -- no arguments, all right? I'll even walk you right into Ben's room, too.

Niki: Oh, that's so nice of you. I guess I don't have a choice.

Bo: That's right. Let's go.

Bo: Hey, aren't you forgetting something?

Niki: What?

Bo: The suitcase? All of Ben's stuff?

Niki: Oh. You know what? I changed my mind. I'm going to leave it right there, kind of an incentive for him to get better.

Bo: I parked out in the back.

***********************************************

Natalie: I've got to face the facts here. Ben is going to wake up, and he is going to say I'm the one who pushed him.

Cristian: Maybe not. Maybe there was someone else upstairs that day.

Natalie: What, you still think it could be someone from his past, like the mob?

Cristian: Why not? Look, Natalie, maybe -- maybe he wasn't even pushed. Maybe he just tripped and fell.

Natalie: You know what? And maybe you're one of the best friends I've ever had. Skip the maybe. You are. And I don't deserve you.

Cristian: No, come on, Natalie. Why do you keep putting yourself down like this, huh? You keep saying that you're sure you have this D.I.D. thing, that you're sure that you're guilty, that you don't deserve to have good friends. What the hell is that?

Natalie: Cris, I don't. You know, I shouldn't even be surprised that all this stuff has been happening because I have always had a split personality.

***********************************************

[Music plays]

Roxy: Hey, wait -- wait a second. Hey --

Max: Last time I saw a mouth like that it had a fishhook in it.

[Gabrielle laughs]

Max: Don't -- no, don't go there, please.

Gabrielle: As hysterical as your marriage is, I am still very, very concerned about our son.

Max: Gabrielle, he doesn't want help.

Gabrielle: But perhaps we could talk to him and convince him.

Max: He almost married the girl, all right? Of course he's going to have a tough time getting over her.

Gabrielle: Max, spending your life fixated on someone who will never love you back is a -- is a terrible way to live.

Roxy: Oh, this place is really swell.

Gabrielle: Never mind, Max. I'll go and talk to Rae Cummings myself.

Roxy: Honey, if this Rae is so great, maybe she could give us a little marriage counseling.

***********************************************

Nora: "In grateful appreciation of --" wow. This is signed by the mayor and the whole city council?

Hank: Yep. So I thought I'd have it framed and give it to Rae so she could hang it in her office. What?

Nora: What? No, it's just, you know, you getting that look in your eyes.

Hank: What look, Nora?

Nora: The look you get when you talk about Rae Cummings. You're more than casually interested in her, aren't you?

Hank: Maybe.

Nora: Maybe. Good. She's a terrific lady, and she's probably one of the only women who can live up to your high standards.

Renee: Darling, if that's your acceptance speech, it looks mighty short.

Rae: Well, I keep trying to write down something. I just -- I don't know what to say.

Renee: Rae, you don't have to say anything to this crowd. I mean, look around you. Everybody here loves and respects you. Ok. I'm sure you want to say something, so I'll leave you alone to write. But don't worry about it and good luck.

Rae: Thanks. Well, I may lose all my friends, but at least I'll hold on to my dignity because I'll be the one to tell them the truth -- all of it.

Nora: Hey. Hi, there. Well, now, don't you look pretty.

Starr: Don't you mean ravishing?

Nora: Well, of course I do. How silly of me. You look utterly ravishing. Hey, I heard the good news about Ben. Renee told me.

Sam: Yeah, yeah.

Nora: Have you spoken to him?

Sam: He's still coming out of the coma. Hopefully tomorrow.

Starr: Is Dr. Troy here?

Nora: No, sweetie. He's not coming tonight.

Starr: He must have had something more important to do.

***********************************************

Blair: Ah. Dr. Troy, come in. It's nice to see you.

Troy: Oh, yeah. You, too. You look great.

Blair: Oh, well, thank you very much.

Troy: I'm assuming you're headed off to the Woman of the Year award ceremony. Hey, you know what? You should bring Nora home with you while Starr and I keep the pool busy.

Blair: It's a perfect night for a swim, isn't it?

Troy: Yeah, yeah, it sure is. So where's the -- where's the little princess at?

Blair: She's actually upstairs with Hedy. She's getting her suit on. But why don't you go on and head out to the pool -- what do you say -- for a swim?

Troy: That sounds great. I don't mind if I do. It is hot tonight.

Blair: Mm-hmm. And, you, my friend, are about to see just how hot it's going to get.

***********************************************

Rae: Maybe if they hear the whole story from me, there is a chance that they might understand.

***********************************************

Sam: Asa, I just want to thank you for everything you've done for my brother.

Asa: The Buchanans take care of their own, Rappaport. Don't you forget it.

Starr: This place is more boring than Mom said it would be.

Asa: Oh, please -- please stick around, Honey. It's going to get real fun real soon.

Starr: Really? More fun than when I stayed at your place and sprayed you with silly string?

Asa: Oh, a lot more fun, believe me. Excuse me.

Starr: Ok.

Nora: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the Woman of the Year.

[Music plays]

[Applause]

Nora: Not you, silly.

Rae: I'm melting. Aah. Ooh.

Nora: Please welcome the Woman of the Year who saved the man on the wheel -- Starr Manning!

[Cheers and applause]

Starr: You know, maybe we will stay for a little while.

***********************************************

Renee: Asa, how would it be if you were to say a few words about Rae? You're here, and you could celebrate Ben's recovery by thanking her. You're one of her greatest successes.

Asa: What in the Sam hill are you talking about, Renee?

Renee: Oh, come on, Asa. We both know how you used to be with Ben. And there is that mean, vindictive streak you're so famous for. Obviously she's helped you see the light about a lot of things.

Asa: She did, huh?

Renee: Ok, ok. I was just hoping you might want to say something nice to her. But I was just hoping that if you were to change, I would --

Asa: Go on. You'd what?

Renee: Let's just say that if you were to change -- well, you'll see.

Renee: Good evening. Would you all please take your seats? And thank you all for coming. I wanted to welcome you to Llanview's celebration for the Woman of the Year. To begin with, before we present the award to this year's recipient, I would like to ask someone who is a former honoree to share with us a few words of her experience, so would you all join me in welcoming Nora Buchanan.

Nora: Thank you, Renee. Ladies and gentlemen, good evening. Rae, here we go. It's hard to believe it was just a few short years ago that Rae Cummings blew into town and started shoving advice down our throats -- oh --

[Laughter]

Nora: I'm sorry. I meant offering advice. And eventually we began to realize just how good that advice was and started listening. You are a consummate professional -- highly trained, highly intelligent, full of empathy for your patients. We shared our secrets with you, Rae. We told you our most intimate thoughts, and you helped us in ways we never could have imagined. But best of all, you taught us to be honest. As a matter of fact, when we think of you, there are three words that come to mind -- integrity, honesty, and character.

***********************************************

Natalie: I've always had two people living inside me, you know? Part of me -- part of me always wants to fight every second of every day just to get what I want. And love? Well, I always thought that was a total fiction. You know, con job. And then the future? Well, hey, you know, you just ask Roxy. She'd be the one to tell you on that.

Cristian: That's not who you are now.

Natalie: No?

Cristian: No. That's not who I see.

Natalie: That's because who you see is the other personality, that other me, the one who likes to dream.

Cristian: Ok, so tell me, what kind of dreams does this other personality have?

Natalie: Hmm. Stuff like maybe one day people would like me, that I'd belong, that I could be loved. Maybe I'd be a good person someday.

Cristian: And that's who you are now, Natalie. That's who you've probably always been.

Natalie: You are one of a kind, you know that? You really are. But the Natalie that you don't know is the one that almost killed her stepfather.

Cristian: I don't believe that.

Natalie: Look me in the eye and tell me that you know for a fact that I didn't do it. Look me in the eye and tell me that you're 100% sure that I am an innocent.

***********************************************

Jessica: Hey.

Niki: [As Viki] hi.

Jessica: Did you bring them?

Niki: What?

Jessica: The fuzzy dice. That's what you were going home for, right?

Niki: Right. I couldn't find them. And then I was anxious to get here once I heard the news, so --

Larry: Oh, Viki, you're back. Great, great. Ben's been asking to see you.

Niki: Oh, what -- what exactly did he say?

Larry: Well, not much. He just wants to see you. But he's a little incoherent right now.

Bo: Hey, Larry, could I go in there with Viki? Because I really need to find out what happened right away.

Larry: Absolutely. Sure. You're his brother. But don't pressure him, ok?

Bo: I know the drill.

Niki: Ok.

Bo: You ready, Viki?

Niki: I -- I can't -- I can't go in there.

***********************************************

[Music plays]

Troy: Thought you were going to the ceremony. Where's Starr?

Blair: You don't need Starr, Troy. You don't need anyone but me.

***********************************************

Nora: Knowing Rae these past few years has been both an honor and a privilege. She's a therapist, a writer, a mother, a teacher, a friend, and a true credit to her profession. You have changed the lives of many people in this room. And, yes, I'm one of those people. I can't thank you enough for all your help. But there is something I can do. I can stop talking.

[Laughter]

Nora: It's time to hear from the woman herself. Ok, Rae, moment of truth. Ladies and gentlemen, the Woman of the Year --

Asa: Dr. Ray Cummings is a man.

[Laughter]

***********************************************

Cristian: Yes. I'm 100% sure that you're innocent.

Natalie: Cris, I'm not even sure myself. You know, in all honesty, I feel like this is going to be my last free night here.

Cristian: Oh, come on, Natalie, don't say that.

Natalie: Why not? It's true. Tomorrow I'm going to be in jail. They're going to throw me in some prison or a mental institution, and that's it.

Cristian: No. No, that's not it.

Natalie: Hey -- at least if I'm locked up, I can't hurt anybody else.

Cristian: Natalie --

Natalie: I want you to promise me something, ok?

Cristian: What's that?

Natalie: That you will not come and visit me and that you will not try to help.

Cristian: Natalie, what are you talking about?

Natalie: Cris, I am serious. I have to handle this on my own. You know, in fact, we should say good-bye now. I want you to go.

Cristian: I'm not going anywhere.

Natalie: Cris, please. This is hard enough as it is.

Cristian: Natalie, I'm --

Natalie: You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Cristian: I'm not going to leave you alone with this. Natalie, I'm going to be with you, ok? I'm going to help you.

Jessica: Mom -- what do you mean, you can't go in and see Ben?

Niki: [As Viki] I'm so emotional. What if I break down? That won't do him any good at all, will it? I -- I have to go to the ladies' room, put some water on my face. I think --

Bo: You know what, Viki? I think seeing you could be the best medicine that Ben could get right now.

Larry: I couldn't agree any more.

Jessica: Yeah, we all want to know what happened to him.

Niki: Yeah, of course. Sure. Ok. Well, I guess I'll go in.

Jessica: Yeah.

>> On the next "One Life to Live" --

Asa: That woman is as much of a therapist as I am.

Troy: You planned this whole thing. I want to know why, Blair.

Cristian: You're not going anywhere, Natalie. I'm not going to let that happen.

Bo: Is there anything that you'd like to tell us?

Ben: It was you.
