Keri: I was just about to go to bed. I wish you were here with me.
Bo: No one else knows that you're alive.
Asa: When they all find out, they're going to be happy.
Max: You saved me from something you started. Please forgive me if I don't seem grateful.
Allison: You and I will be rolling in it if we play our cards right.
Blair: We're going to raise him as our own.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Blair: You're such a sweet baby. You're such a sweet -- you want this? Wait -- hey.
Todd: Hey.
Blair: Look, you don't have to just stand there, Todd. You can come in.
Blair: Oh, you're smiling? You're smiling? There you go. What were you doing?
Todd: Nothing.
Blair: Just watching me with the baby?
Todd: That's our baby.
Blair: Oh, it sure feels like it, doesn't it?
Todd: How's he doing?
Blair: Oh, he was really hungry. Just polished off about six ounces of formula. Yes, you did! Yes, you did!
Todd: Is that good?
Blair: Oh, that's great. He's great. Everything's too good to be true. It scares me.
Todd: What scares you?
Blair: Oh, Todd, what if the adoption doesn't go through, or what if the birth mother changes her mind?
---------------------------------------
Nigel: I can scarcely remember the last time I felt so violated.
Antonio: Is that a fact?
Nigel: At least that involved a lobster bisque and a nice bottle of Merlot.
Nora: Ok, I'm not going to ask.
---------------------------------------
Gabrielle: Max, listen to me.
Max: I'm not interested in anything you have to say.
Gabrielle: I know you don't mean that.
Max: Yes, I do. And to prove it to you, I'm going to walk away, and if you pay real close attention, you'll see I don't look back.
Gabrielle: Max?
Max: Nora?
Nora: Max, what's going on?
Max: You want the long version or the short version?
Nora: I want the version that explains why Nigel’s getting fingerprinted, why you need me, and what this has to do with Asa. Gabrielle we'll deal with later. So what -- does Nigel have something to do with Asa’s death?
Max: If you mean did Nigel kill Asa, hardly.
Nora: "Hardly"?
Max: No one killed Asa, Nora.
Nora: Ok. What, are you saying that he died of natural causes?
Max: No, I'm saying that Asa didn't die. He's still alive and still kicking.
---------------------------------------
Viki: Well, this can't be.
Ben: No way.
Jessica: Grandpa's --
Natalie: Whoa.
Al: Yeah!
Jessica: Is that really you?
Asa: In the flesh, Jessie.
Renee: I don't believe it. You're alive? You're really here? I don't believe it.
Asa: Believe it.
Renee: Oh, Asa. You're alive!
Asa: Oh. I told you, Son, they'd be happy, hmm?
Renee: Happy? It's a miracle. But how?
Ben: I'd like to know the answer to that myself.
Bo: Go ahead, tell them, Pa. Tell them all about this miracle.
---------------------------------------
Todd: Blair, nothing's going to go wrong with this adoption. Everything is going to be fine.
Blair: Yeah, but what if -- what if Nellie calls?
Todd: Nellie's not going to call. She's not going to want the baby back. Nobody's ever going to take this baby away from you.
Blair: You have been so amazing through all of this -- while we were down in Mexico, when we found out --
Todd: No, you got to stop thinking about that, all right? Just forget it. Baby's here. He's not going anywhere.
Blair: I know. I should probably go and put him in his crib.
Todd: Blair, everything's going to be ok.
Blair: I know.
Todd: Ok.
Blair: You want to go?
Todd: So go, you know, and then when you get back, we can talk about names for the kid because, you know, "Kid" kind of just rolls off the tongue, but --
Blair: Well, you know, why don't we do that tomorrow?
Todd: What, do you got something against tonight?
Blair: Tonight is ours, Todd.
---------------------------------------
Keri: Ok. How sad are we?
Sam: Is that a trick question?
Keri: Look at us, sitting here like this. We look good.
Sam: Yes, we do. We look darn good. Is that raisin?
Keri: Chocolate chip. It's New Year’s Eve, we're dressed to the nines, and where are our dates?
Sam: Working.
Keri: Exactly. At work.
Sam: That's cops and lawyers for you.
Keri: Do you know what I would do if a student ever, ever called me in the middle of the night like that?
Sam: Flunk them?
Keri: You better believe it.
Sam: Mm-hmm.
Keri: Want a bite?
Sam: You better believe it.
Keri: So, did you at least have some fun tonight?
Sam: With Nora? I always have fun with Nora, even if it is only five minutes.
Keri: You really love her, don't you?
Sam: I have loved Nora since the day we met.
---------------------------------------
Nora: I don't believe this.
Max: Don't believe me? Ask Nigel. He was in on it from the beginning.
Nora: Nigel?
Nigel: Yes, ma'am?
Nora: Would you like to tell me what's going on?
Nigel: Oh, I would, very much, but my solicitor has advised me not to say anything for fear I might incriminate myself.
Nora: Well, we certainly wouldn't want that.
Nigel: And if I were to say anything, it would be a thank you to Det. Sipowicz here who has treated me, of all people, like a common skell.
Antonio: I'm sorry. Did you say "skell"?
Nigel: I half expected to be tossed in the pokey and strip-searched.
Antonio: Oh, I'm sorry I disappointed you.
Nigel: Oh, I'll manage to survive, Sir.
Antonio: You're free to go.
Nigel: Ms. Buchanan.
Nora: Nigel. Antonio, as counsel to Mr. Holden, are you filing any charges against him?
Antonio: Not for now.
Nora: Ok, so he's free to go, as well?
Antonio: So long as he doesn't leave the jurisdiction.
Max: No problem.
Nora: Well, then, in the future, if you have any charges you'd like to bring against him or any more questions you'd like --
Antonio: You will be notified.
Nora: That would be very courteous, thank you very much.
Antonio: Yeah.
Nora: Anything else?
Max: No. I just want to get out of here.
Nora: Ok, bye-bye.
Max: Thank you.
Nora: You're welcome.
---------------------------------------
Gabrielle: Max, where are you going?
Max: As far away from you as I can get.
Gabrielle: We have to talk about this.
Max: No, no, no, we do not have to talk. I don't ever want to see you again. And you know what? I won't even think about you twice.
---------------------------------------
Roxy: Hey.
Allison: You're late.
Roxy: Yeah, yeah, I know. I need to borrow 50 bucks.
Allison: What happened to the money I wired you yesterday?
Roxy: I sort of kind of got stuck at the dog track.
Allison: You what?
Roxy: Rin Tin Tin was supposed to be a sure thing in the fifth. Yeah, right, sure thing.
Allison: Listen, if you're not going to take your part in this plan seriously --
Roxy: I am.
Allison: Then maybe we'll just forget the whole thing.
Roxy: Hey, look; I’m sorry, ok? It's not going to happen again. Allison, I’m going to get real serious about this.
Allison: Good, because if we're going to get the money we deserve, we're going to have to be on the same track, and I don't mean the ones at Monmouth Park.
Roxy: Hey, baby, I'm with you all the way. What do you mean exactly, "same track"?
Allison: What I mean, Roxanne, is that we're going to have to stay focused on you-know-who.
Roxy: Right. Yeah. You-know-who.
Allison: You don't know who that is, do you?
Roxy: Look, I can't be expected to remember everything, you know.
Allison: How do you make a Bloody Mary?
Roxy: Shot of vodka, three ounces of tomato juice, a half-teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, two or three drops of Tabasco, a splash of lemon -- hey, look, any idiot knows that.
Allison: Viki's daughter.
Roxy: Right. Right. Wait, let me ask you just one last teeny eeny weeny little question.
Allison: What?
Roxy: By Viki's daughter, you mean Natalie or Jessica?
Allison: Oh.
---------------------------------------
Asa: That's -- that's when I got suspicious. I just knew that something wasn't right. I mean, you know, like a sixth sense. And then I overheard them plotting.
Al: My mother and Max.
Asa: They wanted to be together, and I was in the way.
Viki: Asa, couldn't you have, say, gone to the police with that?
Asa: I was being hounded like a dog. What the hell could I say?
Bo: You could try telling the truth for once.
Asa: That is the truth.
Bo: No, no, the truth is that you faked your own death so that you could frame Max and Gabrielle. See, getting revenge -- that was more important to you than -- than your family.
Asa: I'm going to tell you, Bo, that is just plain bull.
Bo: Well, how long were you going to let us all believe that you were dead? A month? A year? The rest of our lives?
Asa: You were taken care of, all of you. You didn't need me.
Jessica: How can you even say that?
Ben: Do you know I stood up for you at your memorial service? I told everybody I wished I'd gotten to know you better. I felt guilty for not making peace between us.
Asa: Now we can. We got a second chance.
Ben: I pass!
Asa: Fine. You do what the hell you want. But, you -- Renee, you understand.
Renee: Me?
Asa: Yeah. Max scammed you, the same as me, and I had to pay him back for what he did to you, and I made sure of it.
Renee: You did all this for me?
Asa: You're damn right, honey.
---------------------------------------.
Image: So looks like you got away with it.
Todd: Looks like.
Image: You must be very proud of yourself.
Todd: I know I screwed up when I went down to Mexico. But I brought the kid back, didn't I?
Image: So that makes everything all right?
Todd: Well, Blair’s happy. You saw her.
Image: What about you? Are you?
Todd: Am I what?
Image: Happy. You don't look happy.
Todd: Are you going to talk to me about how I look, wearing that shirt? Your scar -- it's on the wrong side of your face. Look, I brought the kid back because that's what Blair wanted.
Image: And, what, that makes you some kind of a hero?
Todd: Ok.
Image: You tell Blair one baby is dead, and then you give her another baby, only it's the same baby.
Todd: Look, what she doesn't know won't kill her. She's going to love the baby just the same.
Image: If you say so.
Todd: I do. And the kid gets what the kid wants because the kid gets to be raised by his real parents in a real family.
Image: Oh, yeah?
Todd: Yeah. And that's what I want. That's all I’ve ever wanted -- to be in a real family, to -- to be --
Image: To be what? Look at you. You can't even admit what it is that you want.
Todd: No, I can.
Image: So go ahead, say it. Go on, say it.
Todd: Yeah. I want to be happy. Ok, I -- I said it. I want to be happy. Is that -- is that too much to ask?
Blair: No. It's not.
Todd: It was kind of a rhetorical question.
Blair: It's not too much to ask, Todd, to be happy, for either one of us.
---------------------------------------
Keri: So who would have guessed you're such a die-hard romantic?
Sam: What?
Keri: Sitting here like that, talking about falling in love with Nora at first sight. I'm telling you, good stuff.
Sam: You know, I just might be flattered if you weren't so shocked.
Keri: What?
Sam: Well, you must think I’m some hardheaded, by-the-book lawyer who can't be spontaneous or romantic.
Keri: Hardly. And if I sounded shocked, I didn't mean to. I mean, obviously you are a very romantic guy, Sam. I mean, you bought that stunning necklace for Nora, didn't you? It almost gives me hope.
Sam: For, say, you and Antonio?
Keri: Ok. How did this get to be about me and Antonio?
Sam: It's a little trick I learned in law school. It's called referral.
Keri: Aha. So you are so by the book.
Sam: Whatever works. So, is it serious?
---------------------------------------
Nora: You were never a fan of Asa’s, were you?
Antonio: Nope. This isn't exactly how I intended on spending my New Year's, either.
Nora: Me, neither. You were with Keri?
Antonio: Yeah.
Nora: You're welcome, by the way.
Antonio: What?
Nora: Well, since I was the one that set the two of you up on a blind date, I think thanks are in order.
Antonio: Oh. Keri never told you.
Nora: Told me what?
---------------------------------------
Keri: Nora didn't introduce us.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: We actually had already met. I mean, in fact –
---------------------------------------
Keri: When she did set us up –
---------------------------------------
Antonio: We'd already had agreed not to see each other.
Nora: Oh.
---------------------------------------
Sam: Wow.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: But –
---------------------------------------
Keri: Obviously, things have changed.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: For the better. I mean, she's –
---------------------------------------
Keri: So much fun to be with.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: And so beautiful.
---------------------------------------
Keri: You know what that's like when you find someone who can –
---------------------------------------
Antonio: Make me laugh?
---------------------------------------
Keri: I don't know -- I don't know what it is about him.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: I just can't -- can't put a finger on it, but –
---------------------------------------
Keri: When I’m with him –
---------------------------------------
Antonio: I can't focus on anything else.
---------------------------------------
Keri: Which is so bad.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: Which is great.
Nora: So it's serious?
Antonio: Yeah.
---------------------------------------
Keri: Yeah.
---------------------------------------
Nora: You're blushing.
Antonio: What?
Nora: Yeah.
---------------------------------------
Sam: Can't stop smiling.
Keri: Yes, I can.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: No. Ok, look, I got work to do. I don't blush.
Nora: Right. Blusher.
---------------------------------------
Nora: So Asa’s alive. How are you dealing with that, Bo?
---------------------------------------
Asa: What in the hell did you do that for?
Bo: Ah, she's just glad you're still alive, Pa.
Ben: You're lucky I don't take a swing at you myself.
Asa: Oh, am I? Some son you turned out to be. The same goes for you, Bo. You want to see what a loyal son looks like? You know why I did what I did, don't you, boy?
Al: No. I don’t. You tricked them. You lied to everybody in this room, including me.
Asa: I gave you every damn thing you wanted in this world, Al.
Al: I never wanted anything but honesty. You're just a big phony. A real father never would have used his family like this. Max was right about you. Excuse me.
Asa: Jessie?
Jessica: No.
Asa: Oh, come on, Jessie.
Jessica: What? What do you expect? What do -- what do you want me to act like? A Buchanan? I'm not a Buchanan.
Asa: Oh, I read about that baby switch in the paper. I don't believe it. Neither should you.
Jessica: Well, you have to because it's the truth. I'm not a Buchanan and I never was. Natalie is.
Asa: No. This one will never be my granddaughter.
Viki: You're wrong, Asa. She is your granddaughter, and you would know that if you had given one thought to this family.
Asa: This is the welcome home I get? This is what the hell I came back for? Hell, I should have stayed dead.
Bo: Don't go too far, Pa. This isn't over yet.
Natalie: Mr. Buchanan, wait.
---------------------------------------
Todd: You look nice.
Blair: Well, I should. After all, it is our wedding night.
Todd: Actually, our wedding night was the night that I gave you the baby. I mean, you remember, right?
Blair: I do.
Todd: Right. So what kind of night is this, then?
Blair: It's a real wedding night. We deserve it, don't we?
Todd: Some people don't think so.
Blair: You are so handsome.
Todd: Oh, don't say that.
Blair: No, I know. I don't say that to you very much because I know that you don't like to hear it.
Todd: Well, then why are you saying it now?
Blair: Because you need to hear it. You need to hear all the good things about you, Todd, and there are good things.
Todd: News to me.
Blair: The way you're kind and -- and gentle to me and the baby, the way you hold him and talk to him and love him so fiercely.
Todd: Yeah, well, some people would just call that overprotective.
Blair: And I know something else, too.
Todd: Periodic table of the elements?
Blair: That you want to be loved in return, Todd. And you know what? It's ok to want that.
Todd: Blair --
Blair: Todd -- look at me.
Blair: I'm your wife. No one is ever going to love you the way that I love you. So let me. Let me love you.
---------------------------------------
Roxy: Now that the you-know-who question is out of the way, what's next?
Allison: You have to memorize everything on this screen.
Roxy: Ah, jeez, that's -- that's a little complicated for me. You know, I'm not one with details.
Allison: Well, you better become one fast because this is going to make or break us.
Roxy: Well, you know what would help me a lot? A beer. You want one?
Allison: I don't think a beer is really going to help you.
Roxy: Well, I think it's going to help me a lot. You know, you've put a lot of pressure on me here, so I think it'll keep me centered, ok? All right?
Allison: This is hopeless, but I refuse to give up.
Seth: What are you doing here?
Allison: Seth. What a lovely surprise. A word of caution -- Natalie’s not here to break your fall off the nearest barstool.
Seth: I asked you a question.
Allison: I'm corresponding by e-mail with my many friends throughout the world.
Seth: And if they're smart, they'll stay a world away.
Allison: You really have no life since Jessica dumped you, do you? If you had any brains at all, you would have stuck with Natalie.
Seth: Yes, but unlike you, I'm not after anyone's money.
Allison: Oh, aren't we the noble one.
Seth: I'm not going to warn you again, Allison. Stay away from Jessica, stay away from her mother. Hurt them again, you'll be sorry.
Allison: I'm so scared, Seth! Tell me, do I have your permission to speak with Natalie?
Seth: Don't push me, Allison.
Allison: What's wrong? Run out of threats? What a loser.
Roxy: That's Seth? Is that the guy Natalie used to go with?
Allison: Yeah.
Roxy: Ooh, you go, Natalie. I never met him, you know.
Allison: Yeah, well, let's keep it that way. He can't know who you are right now. He's far too important to our plan.
---------------------------------------
Asa: What do you want, Missy?
Natalie: My name is Natalie.
Asa: Is that supposed to mean something to me?
Natalie: I'm your granddaughter.
Asa: So you say.
Natalie: Yeah, I do.
Asa: What, you want to shout at me now, too?
Natalie: No. You did what you had to do. I understand that.
Asa: What did Clint say when he first met you?
Natalie: Nothing. He -- my father hasn't met me yet.
Asa: Why not? You're the real deal, aren't you?
Natalie: Yes, I am, but I guess he's just not interested.
Asa: Then Clint’s a damn fool, like the rest of them in there.
Natalie: I'm not like them.
Asa: No, you're not. I can see that. You're the only real Buchanan with her head on her shoulders. Excuse me.
Ben: You're making a big mistake, Natalie.
---------------------------------------
Gabrielle: Max! Max, stop!
Max: Which part of "get lost," "go away," or "beat it" don't you understand?
Gabrielle: None of it, none of it because you have to listen to me.
Max: No, I don’t. All I have to do is collect my things and get out of here before Asa gets back.
Gabrielle: No, please, you can't leave me like this.
Max: I'm already gone.
Gabrielle: Max, Max, Max, please. All right, tell me what to say. I'll say whatever you want me to say. All right, yes. Yes, I was in on Asa’s plan from the beginning.
Max: No! You were Asa’s plan.
Gabrielle: It was Asa’s plan to fake his death and frame you for it.
Max: And you went right along with it.
Gabrielle: It was the biggest mistake of my life.
Max: Why?
Gabrielle: Because I hated you. I hated you for leaving me, for leaving me to rot in that prison, for turning your back on me, for acting as though I didn't even exist.
Max: You turned yourself in.
Gabrielle: To save our son's life.
Max: Oh, that same son you let Asa use against me?
Gabrielle: Asa did that. Asa adopted him and turned him against you.
Max: It's all Asa’s fault, right?
Gabrielle: Well, mostly, yes, it is. You have to believe --
Max: Why? Why do I have to believe one word coming out of your mouth, huh? Just give me a reason, one reason.
Gabrielle: Because I love you.
Max: Well, you just said you hated me. Or is that the story -- you're so confused?
Gabrielle: I thought I was over you. I thought I didn't want you in my life anymore. But I do, and I always have.
Max: You got problems, lady.
Gabrielle: No! Max, please, please, please, listen, listen. Asa -- listen, please? Asa pushed me and he pressured me to keep his plan going. Don't you see? I couldn't go through with it. That's why I told you about it. Don't you see how much I was at risk for giving in to my feelings for you?
Max: Am I supposed to be impressed by this declaration of tripe?
Gabrielle: Max, I know you love me.
Max: You don't know a thing.
Gabrielle: I know that if you walk out on me now, we both lose. And Asa beats you again.
---------------------------------------
Blair: See?
Todd: See what?
Blair: See? We're just a happy, normal couple.
Todd: No, we're not, Blair. We're not a normal couple.
Blair: No?
Todd: No, and that has to be ok with you.
Blair: It's better than ok.
Todd: Right, because normal -- normal is boring, right, and it's dull, and -- I mean, let's face it, we're not two well adjusted human beings, are we?
Blair: Yeah, you know what? They are so many rules.
Todd: Right. I mean, there's rules. There's rules like -- like you're -- you're driving, ok? You're in the car and you get to a red light and you're in the middle of nowhere. There's not a car around for a hundred and some miles, ok, but you, what, you still stop at the stupid traffic signal?
Blair: Well, no way.
Todd: And you got to recycle -- in this bin, and now you got to get a bin for bottles and a bin for plastics and a bin for -- for -- the -- the deposit cans, and then another bin for plastic ovens and --
Blair: What about all those rules about manners and --
Todd: Right, I mean, because, really, does anybody ever spoon the soup away from them? I mean, who does that?
Blair: Yeah, I mean, and then there's a fork for fish and then there's a fork for salad --
Todd: Right, and the knife that's got to go on the right. Why can't the knife go in the middle or on the left?
Blair: I just say we keep and put the knife wherever we want to put it.
Todd: Right in the middle of Max’s back. I'm kidding. Kind of.
Blair: Yeah.
Todd: To live by our own rules.
Blair: Yeah.
Todd: Or no rules at all, I mean, if that's what you wanted.
Blair: I say no rules.
---------------------------------------
Nora: I got news. Brace yourself.
Sam: Ok, consider me braced.
Nora: Asa Buchanan is alive.
Sam: Beg pardon?
Nora: Asa Buchanan is alive.
Sam: Ok, for future reference, that's more like "pull up a chair, sit down, and have a drink" kind of news. How --
Nora: It's a long, bizarre story which I'll tell you as soon as I come home.
Sam: Do you have any idea how long it's going to be? I miss you.
Nora: I miss you, too. I'll be home as soon as I can.
---------------------------------------
Bo: Why don't you call it a night, Antonio?
Antonio: You sure?
Bo: Yeah. It's New Year’s.
Antonio: Ok. Commissioner?
Bo: I know. I know. Happy New Year, Officer. Vega.
Antonio: Happy New Year to you, Commissioner.
Bo: Thanks.
Nora: Hi.
Bo: You heard.
Nora: Yep. Sure did.
Bo: Something else, huh?
Nora: How you doing?
Bo: Me? I'm confused and I’m -- I'm exhausted, but mostly, I think I'm furious.
Nora: Yeah.
Bo: He thinks he's justified, everything he did. Now, can you believe that?
Nora: Sure. It's Asa.
Bo: You know, and the rest of us --
Nora: Yeah?
Bo: We just feel betrayed.
---------------------------------------
Renee: When I think of all the tears and heartache I've wasted on that man --
Viki: I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better.
Renee: There isn’t. Selfish, arrogant son of a –
---------------------------------------
Natalie: How is being happy that my grandfather is alive a mistake?
Ben: Look, you don't know what kind of man he really is.
Natalie: Well, maybe I want to, unlike you.
Ben: Ok, fine, but you're setting yourself up to get hurt. I mean, do you really want to be a part of that man's family?
Natalie: News flash, Uncle Stepdad Ben -- I already am.
Ben: Natalie, that's --
Natalie: No, why don't you just say it, ok? You don't think I'm good enough to be a Buchanan.
Ben: This has nothing to do about how I feel about you. Asa can't be trusted. Do you understand what I’m saying to you?
Natalie: I'll keep it in mind.
Ben: You know, whatever it is you're looking for by getting involved with Asa --
Natalie: What about it?
Ben: You're not going to find it. All Asa’s going to do is hurt you.
---------------------------------------
Gabrielle: I am so sorry.
Max: I deserve more than an apology.
Gabrielle: It's all I have on offer.
Max: Well, it ain't going to cut it.
Gabrielle: Please, give me a second chance. Please, give us a second chance.
Max: You wanted me out of the picture? You got it.
Gabrielle: No, Max, don't go!
Max: And if Asa should win because of what I'm doing, I think I can live with that.
---------------------------------------
Keri: Hi.
Antonio: Hi. I'm sorry. Is it too late?
Keri: No, no. Sam just left. I thought you had to work.
Antonio: Well, Bo took pity on me.
Keri: Oh. Good for Bo.
Antonio: I hated leaving you.
Keri: I hated letting you go.
Antonio: Just about the hardest thing I've ever done.
Keri: I'm glad to hear that. It was hard for me, too.
Antonio: So, I'll call you tomorrow?
Keri: You better.
---------------------------------------
Jessica: Nothing seems like the way it's supposed to be. I mean, it just -- everything has changed.
Viki: Well, not everything. I'm still here. I still love you more than anything. Daddy still loves you more than anything.
Jessica: I've changed.
Viki: That's not entirely a bad thing, darling. You know, change can be good. It can be healthy. It'll make you stronger.
Jessica: I'm -- no, I’m not stronger. I don't feel stronger, mom. I've -- I'm angry and I'm confused. I don't know what kind of person I’ve become.
Viki: Oh, honey, you're --
Jessica: No, I mean, I -- I don't know. I just -- I just don't feel right, you know? It's just how I feel, and I don't -- I don't know what I can do about it.
Viki: Well, what do you mean?
Jessica: Because I don't even know what's real anymore.
Viki: Well, I'll tell you one thing that's real. That's you and me and what we have between us. That's real.
Jessica: For how long?
Viki: Oh -- forever, ever, ever, ever.
---------------------------------------
Allison: There she is.
Roxy: There she is, our little you-know-who.
Allison: Jessica, our golden goose.
---------------------------------------
Nora: Bo, don't take it personally.
Bo: He's my father, Nora. He let me think that he was dead, and he's not really sorry about that. He doesn't give a damn how I feel or how anybody else felt. You know, he could have come to me, but he chose not to. Now, I call that personal.
Nora: Yeah, it's just that -- oh, there's that look.
Bo: What look?
Nora: The look that says, "I’ve been knocked down, but I’m coming up swinging."
Bo: Yeah. Well, that's what my old man taught me to do.
Nora: Ok, just don't do what he does. Don't do something that you're going to regret later.
---------------------------------------
Max: Tell Asa he can keep the rest of my things. I have everything I need.
Gabrielle: What about me?
Max: Definitely don't need you.
Gabrielle: Max, I am not going to let you do this. I'm not because you stood in this very house and told me how much you loved me.
Max: Get out of my way.
Gabrielle: Max, I know you love me.
Max: Oh, aren't you tired of this? Aren't you tired of whatever this is?
Gabrielle: Oh, Max! Max, don't leave! Max! Max! Max –
---------------------------------------
Asa: Ooh. Don't look so surprised, Gabrielle.
Gabrielle: I'm sorry, Asa. I didn't hear you.
Asa: Well, how could you? You were too busy wailing away after your friend Holden.
Gabrielle: Asa --
Asa: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on. Where the hell do you think you're going?
Gabrielle: It's cold out here. I'd like to go inside.
Asa: Yeah. This is my house.
Gabrielle: Asa, what -- what are you doing?
Asa: Go chase after your con artist.
Gabrielle: No, Asa, you can't do this!
Asa: Yes, I can!
Gabrielle: Asa! Asa!
---------------------------------------
Blair: What are you thinking?
Todd: Trying hard not to think.
Blair: You feel ok?
Todd: You -- you feel all right?
Blair: Yeah.
Todd: Warm.
Blair: What?
Todd: You asked me how I was feeling. I feel kind of warm, like -- it's kind of like a fever. But, no, it's not like a bad -- it's like comfy warm. Is there something the matter with me? Really, I'm -- I’m -- I'm serious. I think I'm freaking out a little.
Blair: You've never felt like this before.
Todd: Like -- what? What's the matter with me?
Blair: You're happy, Todd.
