Shawna: What happened? Someone forget to take their birth control?
Antonio: Will you come home with me?
Sam: Kevin Moran, what can I do for you?
Kevin: I'm sorry, man, but I need a lawyer, bad.
Troy: You did a good job, ok?
Natalie: Maybe we could at least be friends.
Seth: I don't think that's going to happen.
Asa: Must have something to say.
Bo: You have the right to remain silent.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cristian: Jen, are you pregnant? It's ok if you are. You can tell me.
---------------------------------------
Shawna: Happy New Year, Al.
Al: Yeah. Happy New Year.
Shawna: Want to know a secret?
Al: No.
Shawna: I know something --
Al: I --
Shawna: About Jen.
Al: Don't care.
Shawna: I wouldn't be too sure about that.
---------------------------------------
Chad: Maybe I should kiss you again.
Natalie: What?
Chad: I don't think Seth saw us the first time.
---------------------------------------
Seth: So I made a resolution.
Jessica: It's a good time to do that.
Seth: This year I'm going to win back your trust.
Jessica: Seth --
Seth: Whatever it takes, no matter what, I'm going to do it.
Jessica: Fine.
Seth: Jess, wait. Do you have a resolution?
---------------------------------------
Keri: What did you just say?
Antonio: I want you to come home with me.
Keri: Uh -- Antonio --
Antonio: I don't want to let you go. I want to take you home, and I want to wake up with you next to me. Keri?
Keri: So do I.
Man: Happy New Year!
---------------------------------------
Officer: You said Moran?
Sam: Yeah, Moran.
Officer: What's the first name?
Sam: Kevin. He said Kevin. I didn't even know Jim Moran had a kid, but he said he got picked up on a D.W.I.
Officer: Well, if he got picked up, he's not here yet.
Sam: Well, he said he was here. Can you just check your papers one more time, please?
Officer: I did, Mr. Rappaport. The name's not here.
Sam: What is going on?
Officer: You want someone to defend? Take your pick.
Sam: Ha, ha.
---------------------------------------
Nora: What are you doing? Why did you kiss me?
Troy: You were all alone. It was midnight. No one should be alone on New Year’s. Speaking of which, where -- where's Sam?
Nora: He had to go down to the station.
Troy: Oh, you're kidding me. How come?
Nora: I don't know. D.W.I. or something. Where's Lindsay?
Troy: I don't know.
Nora: You don't know?
Troy: Nope. I don't care about Lindsay.
Nora: What?
Troy: Come on, Nora. You know I don't care about Lindsay. But I do care about you.
---------------------------------------
Ben: Happy New Year's, Mrs. Davidson.
Viki: Happy New Year, Mr. Davidson.
Ben: Any resolutions?
Viki: I can think of one for you.
Ben: What?
Viki: I think you should resolve not to be kidnapped this year by mafia princesses or otherwise.
Ben: Good call. That didn't work out too well last year.
Viki: No, it certainly did not, and I’m going to resolve not to find any more lost children.
Ben: Yeah. That Natalie isn't exactly a barrel of laughs, is she?
Viki: Oh, boy. I tell you, she's -- she's kind of softened a little bit, though, don't you think?
Ben: I think you're right. At Christmas, she was almost polite.
Viki: We might end up having a Happy New Yar with her, you know?
Ben: Well, maybe. Hopefully. But I do know one thing for sure.
Viki: What?
Ben: No matter what we go through, we go through it together -- the good, the bad, and the Natalie.
Viki: Oh.
---------------------------------------
Jen: How did you know?
Cristian: I saw the box. It was in the garbage.
Jen: Mom?
Lindsay: Jen --
Cristian: It's ok, Mrs. Rappaport. You don't have to worry about a thing. I'm going to take good care of her.
Lindsay: You will?
Cristian: Of course I will. I love her -- more than anything. So, is that it? Are we going to have a baby?
Jen: No, that's not it.
Cristian: What do you mean, it's not it?
Jen: It's not. It's not it.
Lindsay: Jen, it's ok.
Jen: Mom --
Lindsay: Look, I know I’m not supposed to interfere with you two, but if you're not going to tell him the truth, I will.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: You'll come home with me?
Keri: You sound surprised.
Antonio: Well, it's not every night that a beautiful woman wants to spend the night with me.
Keri: Well, maybe you should ask more often.
Antonio: Let's go.
Matthew: Keri!
Man: Hi, I'm Michael Acher, Kenny’s father. Matthew was staying over at our house tonight.
Keri: Is something wrong? Did something happen?
Michael: I think Matthew just got a little homesick.
Matthew: I want to stay here.
---------------------------------------
Nora: You care about me?
Troy: Of course I care about you.
Nora: Ok, Troy, don't do this.
Troy: Don't do what? Nora, how could I not care about you?
Nora: Ok, I -- I’m not going to have this conversation with you.
Troy: Look, Nora, I'm not saying that I understand it, but, like it or not, you and I have developed a relationship. I mean, look how much we've been through. When I first came to town, you doubted me just like everyone else in this town. But then, Nora, you saved my life. And then, with Matthew’s illness, we faced a very tough situation together, and you were so strong. You were incredible.
Nora: Ok, Troy, please.
Troy: I know that you're with Sam, and I respect that. Believe me, I'm not like my brother. I'm not obsessed with you. But I came to this town to try and understand how my identical twin could do the terrible things that everyone says he did. And I got to tell you; so far the only thing that I do understand is how my brother came to fall in love with someone like you. But I am not defending anything that Colin did because I hate that Colin hurt you and I hate that he took away so much from you and that he took away so much from everyone else in this town. And that is why I am so determined to give some of it back to you.
Nora: You already did. You've given me back -- getting my memories --
Troy: Nora, Nora, please, just let me finish. Colin was my twin -- my identical twin. Do you have any idea what it's like to look in the mirror and to know that someone that is so like you in every possible way could have done the things that he did? How he could have hurt somebody so -- so pure? You see, my whole life, all anyone ever said to me, all I've ever heard was, "you and Colin are exactly alike. Exactly."
Nora: You are nothing like your brother.
Troy: Well, I thank you for saying that, but I need to make sure. You see, Nora, I know for a fact that there is no way that Colin could have done the things that he did on his own. You and I both know that Lindsay pushed him to do it, and now it is time for Lindsay to pay.
Nora: Ok, but I don't want you to do this for me.
Troy: I am not just doing this for you, Nora. I'm doing this for the both of us.
Nora: Ok, I don't --
Troy: And it is too late for me to stop now.
Nora: You have to. I don't want you to do this at all.
Troy: I can't stop.
Nora: Oh, God, I never should've let it get this far with Lindsay --
Sam: Hi.
Nora:Hi.
Sam: What's going on?
Nora: Nothing.
Sam: Sounded like you were talking about Lindsay.
---------------------------------------
Renee: I can't decide which is worse.
Rae: What do you mean?
Renee: Being alone on New Year’s Eve because the love of your life is dead or because he has to work.
Rae: Dead. It's better.
Renee: You think?
Rae: Oh, yeah. Then you don't want to kill him.
Renee: Want to trade?
Rae: Oh. Renee, I’m so sorry. I didn't mean that.
Renee: It's all right. You think I didn't want to kill him? I would kill him if I could, but he's dead. You know what I mean? I don't know why he did that to me, marrying that cheap -- I loved him, Rae. I loved him.
---------------------------------------
Asa: Thank you. Book me. Yeah, right. You're lucky I’m even here. I could've stayed at St. Blaze's for the rest of my damned life. I'm getting a little tired of this, Bo. I came here voluntarily, and I didn't do a damn thing wrong. Damn it, what? Would you be happier if I was really dead, huh?
---------------------------------------
Jessica: My New Year's resolution is to make sure you know that I appreciate everything you've done for me the last year.
Seth: I haven't done anything for you.
Jessica: Well, you saved me from that Keith guy.
Seth: It was the least I could do.
Jessica: Right. And you -- you were also there for me when my real mother called.
Seth: I just hate how she hurt you.
Jessica: And you hurt me, too.
Seth: I know.
Jessica: What you did to me was horrible.
Seth: But you said you could forgive me, right?
Jessica: And I did. But I can't be your friend.
Seth: Because you can't trust me. But that's what I can do. That's what I can try and change.
Jessica: I don't know if you can.
Seth: Why not?
Jessica: Because I don't know who you really are.
Seth: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That's what I can do. I can try and show you who I really am.
Jessica: You're not going to give up on this, are you?
---------------------------------------
Natalie: You think that I was kissing you just to get back at Seth?
Chad: It wasn't that hard to figure out.
Natalie: Sorry.
Chad: Don't be. No, it was fun. And like I said, we could do it again -- put on a real show for Seth.
Natalie: I don't think so. You are a great, great guy, but --
Chad: But now you feel bad about it?
Natalie: I just -- I don't want to use you to make Seth jealous.
Chad: No, it's ok. Use me. Seriously. Ok. But if you change your mind --
Natalie: I'll give you a call.
---------------------------------------
Al: What, are you trying to spread some rumor about Jen?
Shawna: Oh, this is not a rumor.
Al: And I have your word on that, right?
Shawna: Absolutely. This will put Jen out of your mind for good.
Al: Yeah, well, I've already done that, ok?
Shawna: Right, right.
Al: Listen, Shawna, I don't really care if you believe me or not, all right?
Shawna: What about you, Al? Do you believe it?
Al: I have to. I'm leaving Llanview for good.
---------------------------------------
Cristian: So, what's the truth?
Lindsay: Want the truth?
Jen: Mom -- I really don't want this to come from you.
Cristian: What's going on here, Jen?
Jen: Can I talk to him alone?
Lindsay: You know what, Jen? No, because it's my fault and I should take responsibility for it. The truth is that it was my pregnancy test.
---------------------------------------
Keri: So, you got homesick, huh, Matthew?
Matthew: I wasn't homesick.
Keri: It's ok if you were. I mean, I get homesick sometimes, too.
Matthew: No, you don’t.
Keri: Sure, I do.
Matthew: You're too big.
Keri: Oh, you don't think big people get homesick? Well, they do -- you know, especially when they move. I moved here from Chicago, you know, and sometimes -- sometimes I feel like running home in the middle of the night, too.
Matthew: But you don’t.
Keri: No, I don't, because I made two very special friends here.
Matthew: Who?
Keri: Well, one is my father, and the other one is that guy sitting right over there.
Matthew: Him?
Keri: Yeah, him. So, you feel better now?
Matthew: Yeah.
Keri: Yeah? You ready to go to bed?
Matthew: No.
Keri: No? Why not?
Matthew: There are monsters in my room.
Keri: No, there aren't, Matthew.
Matthew: You can't see them. They go away when you turn on the light.
Antonio: You -- you want to make the monsters go away forever?
Matthew: Yeah.
Antonio: I know how.
Matthew: No, you don’t.
Antonio: No, really, I -- I do, and I could teach you. But you have to be really brave, like -- like Buzz Lightyear. Ok. All you have to do is show them this.
Matthew: Wow. Just like a real policeman.
Antonio: Just like that.
Matthew: Come on, let's go try it.
Antonio: All right, here. Ok, and then once we get up there, then you'll go to bed?
Matthew: Right. Come on.
Antonio: All right, let's go.
Keri: Ok. Here we go.
---------------------------------------
Asa: You can't keep me. Nigel's got my lawyers working on bail.
Bo: Then what are you so upset about?
Asa: You arrested me, and you let Max and Gabrielle go.
Bo: Why would I arrest them?
Asa: They only wanted to kill me.
Bo: But they didn’t. From what I remember of that doctored-up tape that you sent me, they only talked about it. But then you -- you faked your own death.
Asa: Bo, I had to. They were going to get me.
Bo: And then you wanted to send them off to prison.
Asa: It's where the hell they belong.
Bo: Pa, look, I'm a cop.
Asa: So?
Bo: So -- why the hell didn't you come to me and tell me about all this rather than let me think that they killed you on my watch?
Asa: That's what the hell this is all about -- because you couldn't do your job?
Bo: You'll never get it, will you?
Asa: I'll never get what?
Renee's voice: My name is Renee Divine, and I was Asa’s sixth and 10th wife. But I was the first woman who loved him -- and the last.
---------------------------------------
Viki: Renee, are you ok?
Renee: I'm fine. I'm sorry. It just seems to get harder rather than easier, and I keep bringing everybody down.
Rae: Listen -- you don't have to apologize.
Ben: We know you miss Asa.
Renee: Yeah, well, at least I found our son. And with you here, I’m going to get through this.
[Phone rings]
Viki: Excuse me. Hello? Hey, Bo. Yeah, Happy New Year. Yeah, Ben and Renee are right here.
---------------------------------------
Troy: Nora and I were just talking about my reasons for seeing Lindsay.
Sam: How fascinating. What about them?
Troy: Just that they're not exactly what they seem to be.
Sam: Really?
Troy: Yes. And I was just telling Nora that, and I guess I should tell you, too, Sam.
Nora: You don't have to do that. I don't care why you're seeing Lindsay, and I don't think Sam does, either.
Troy: Nora, it's ok. I want to.
Sam: I know why you're seeing Lindsay, and I’m sure it's just as obvious to Nora.
Troy: I'm -- I’m sure it is.
Sam: Great. Well, on that cheerful note, if you'll excuse us, I want to take Nora home where we can have our own private New Year’s.
---------------------------------------
Seth: You're right. I'm not going to give up.
Jessica: Seth, please.
Seth: No, look -- I was a real jerk when I first met you because I thought all I wanted was money and if I had money I would be happy.
Jessica: And what about Natalie?
Seth: Well, the same thing. I thought I would be happy if I had Natalie.
Jessica: But you weren’t.
Seth: As soon as we started our plan and I got to know you, I realized that wasn't something I wanted to do.
Jessica: Seth --
Seth: No, I mean it. I liked you so much, I hated myself for what I was doing to you that I don't blame you for hating me.
Jessica: Like I’ve said, I don't hate you.
Seth: Yes, but you don't trust me. And you don't trust me because you don't know who I really am. And I can't tell you that. I can only show you. And I can only be who I really am -- a guy who made mistakes -- who made a big mistake -- but who wants to change because of you.
---------------------------------------
Cristian: So that wasn't your pregnancy test?
Lindsay: It was mine.
Cristian: And you're worried you're pregnant?
Lindsay: Well, don't look so shocked.
Cristian: You took the test here?
Lindsay: I needed Jen for moral support.
Cristian: And?
Lindsay: And, no, I’m not pregnant. But I -- the man who I thought was the father doesn't know anything about this, so if you wouldn't mind, just don't say anything, ok?
Cristian: Ok. I won’t.
Lindsay: Thanks.
Cristian: Ok, Jen, why don't we go back inside, huh? They're having our party without us. Jen?
Jen: I need to talk to my mom.
Cristian: Ok. You know what? Even if you had been pregnant, that would've been great, really. But I'm sort of glad you're not. This way I get more time with you. More time to have you all to myself.
Jen: Why did you tell him you were -- that was your test?
Lindsay: I thought it would make you happy.
Jen: Well, I am, thank you, but -- why? I don't understand why you'd do this.
Lindsay: I just realized something.
Jen: What?
Lindsay: You absolutely can't tell Cristian about this pregnancy.
---------------------------------------
Antonio: So, you -- you think he's asleep?
Keri: Let's hope so.
Keri: You know, I wasn't sure if I wanted kids. Now, spending so much time with him --
Antonio: Oh, I totally know what you mean.
Keri: I mean, not right now.
Antonio: Oh, no, no. No. Obviously not right now.
Keri: Um -- you know, this isn't going to be the same thing as going back to your place.
Antonio: I'll take what I can get.
Keri: And, you know, Nora’s going to be home really soon --
Antonio: Not soon enough.
[Phone rings]
Antonio: Oh, no.
[Antonio sighs]
Antonio: Vega. Yeah. Now -- yeah, yeah, I'll be right there. Ok.
Keri: Work?
Antonio: Yep.
Keri: Oh.
Antonio: I'm sorry.
Keri: It's ok. I'm getting used to it.
Antonio: Um -- but you -- you saying you'd come over wasn't a one-time-only thing, was it?
Keri: That depends. Was it a one-time-only offer?
Antonio: Does that answer your question?
Keri: Well, it was -- it was a little incomplete. There was a noticeable lack of footnotes.
Antonio: Oh.
Keri: But I think you passed.
Antonio: Oh. I just passed?
Keri: You get an A.
Antonio: I should get going.
Keri: Mm-hmm.
Antonio: Good night, Keri. And Happy New Year.
Keri: Happy New Year, Antonio.
---------------------------------------
Renee: I just don't understand why Bo wanted all three of us to meet here.
Viki: I don't know. But I tell you what -- after all the grandeur of this evening, I'm going to make some coffee.
Renee: I'm sorry that I keep leaning on you like this.
Ben: It's what I'm here for.
Renee: Hmm.
Ben: You know, before Asa died, I went to see him. I went to talk to him about Allison Perkins, to find out what kind of person she really is.
Renee: And he told you?
Ben: Yeah, he was completely honest with me. He -- he told me I couldn't trust her and that -- to make sure to keep her away from Viki.
Renee: Too bad that we couldn't, huh?
Ben: Well, it was nice to see how much he cared about Viki.
Renee: He cared about you, Ben.
Ben: Well --
Renee: No, I know, I know. I know he didn't actually show it.
Ben: I never got to know him. I guess if I had a second chance, I would've -- I would've tried to spend some time with him.
Renee: If he would've let you.
Ben: You know, it's easy to talk about spending time with Asa when he can't be here to throw a tantrum. Renee?
Renee: I'm sorry. It's just not fair. The two men that I love most in my life could never get along as father and son.
---------------------------------------
Renee's voice: Asa filled every room that he walked into, and he filled my heart. Our eyes met, he came towards me, and --
Asa: Oh-hoo. Thank you so much for letting me watch that. I'm one of the few men that gets to see his own funeral twice.
Bo: You're one of the only men who ever pulled a cruel stunt like that twice.
Asa: At least we got Renee to stop blubbering. You did tell her I was amongst the living, right?
Bo: Not yet.
Asa: Oh. What are you waiting for? Go call her.
Bo: No. First you have to watch the rest of this tape.
Asa: What the hell for, huh? To watch Max and Gabrielle shed their crocodile tears?
Bo's voice: Asa Buchanan’s life began down in Texas with nothing, nothing but pride and -- and a sense of life's infinite possibilities. Back then, he couldn't rub two nickels together. But he always rode tall in the saddle.
Asa: Enough. Enough with the home movies. Take me to my cell.
Bo: I'm not going to put you in jail, Pa.
Asa: Well, why the hell did you arrest me?
Bo: Don't worry -- you're still facing a sentence.
Asa: This? This is it?
Bo: No. No, it isn't. But you are going to watch the rest of this tape.
---------------------------------------
Lindsay: I -- I’m just afraid that if you tell him that you're pregnant by Al, he's going to be devastated and, even if you spent the rest of your life with him, that there'd always be a doubt in the back of his mind that, you know, maybe you'd want to be with somebody else.
Jen: No, there wouldn't be.
Lindsay: My experience says different.
Jen: I don't care. I have to tell him.
Lindsay: Just don't tell him tonight.
Jen: Why?
Lindsay: Because it's New Year’s, you know? It's New Year’s Eve, and at least you could have one last good night together.
Jen: Great. So now I’ll just lie to him so I can have a good night?
Lindsay: Well, it's not you. It's him. I mean, doesn't Cristian deserve to have one last night of happiness with you? Why take that away from him before you have to? Go back and you try to have a good time now, ok? And -- and Happy New Year.
---------------------------------------
Lindsay: Now, how am I going to make sure that Cristian finds out the worst way possible?
---------------------------------------
[Phone rings]
Jessica: Hello. Uncle Bo. Hi. Ok. Now? Why? Well, yeah. They're here. Yeah, Natalie’s here, Al's here. Why?
---------------------------------------
[Knock on door]
[Knock]
Troy: Coming. Hey. I was hoping I’d see you tonight. How -- they're coming to America got a dream they've come to share they're coming to America
---------------------------------------
Sam: So he was homesick, huh?
Nora: And you got him to sleep?
Keri: Well, yeah. I had a little help. Antonio.
Nora: Ah.
Sam: Oh.
Nora: Did you have a good time?
Keri: Yes, I did.
Nora: Oh. I know that look.
Keri: Good night.
Sam: Good night.
Nora: Good night. Thank you for sitting for Matthew.
Nora: Does this mean we get our private New Year’s Eve celebration now?
Sam: Uh-huh. Sorry I wasn't with you before -- especially since it turned out to be a wild-goose chase.
Nora: What do you mean?
Sam: The kid who called -- you know, Jim Moran’s son? When I got to the police station, he wasn't there.
Nora: Well, maybe he heard that -- they heard that you were his lawyer and they let him go.
Sam: With Bo running the show? I don't know.
Nora: Ok. I forgot.
Sam: Anyway, I am really sorry that I wasn't with you.
Nora: I missed you.
Sam: Hey?
Nora: Yeah?
Sam: You ok?
Nora: I have to tell you something, Sam.
Sam: Is it about Troy?
Nora: What?
Sam: Troy -- about how you went to see him.
---------------------------------------
[Doorbell rings]
Rae: Can't be.
Hank: Hey.
Rae: Well. You're not my taxi.
Hank: Oh, I see. Does that mean I’m too late for the party?
Rae: Hank, midnight was about an hour ago.
Hank: Yeah. I'm sorry. I had to work.
Rae: Yeah, well, join the club. So did John.
Hank: John?
Rae: Yeah.
Hank: He's not here?
Rae: Well, you don't see him anywhere, do you?
Hank: Well, no, I don't, but I thought he was going to be here.
Rae: Well, yeah, so did I. So, if the cop can't come to the shrink, the shrink is going to go to the cop.
Hank: What, right now?
Rae: Yeah, right now. You want to take me to the airport? Grab my bag, ok? We'll go. Come on.
Hank: Whoa, whoa, wait a minute. Do me a favor -- come here. Just come talk to me for a second.
Rae: Hank.
Hank: Let me have your coat. Have a seat.
Rae: Ok. What?
Hank: Listen. I'm probably way out of my league here. I mean, I'm not a shrink.
Rae: Uh-oh.
Hank: What?
Rae: Well, no good can come from a conversation that starts with those words, believe me.
Hank: I'll cut to the chase.
Rae: Thank you.
Hank: John's not here on New Year’s Eve.
Rae: Yes. I know that.
Hank: And he wasn't with you on Christmas.
Rae: He's a cop, Hank.
Hank: And where was John on Thanksgiving?
Rae: He had to work.
Hank: Right.
Rae: And his work means everything to him.
Hank: I know.
Rae: And when something means everything to you, it usually means that you make time for it.
Hank: Right.
Rae: And he doesn't make time for me.
---------------------------------------
Bo's voice: Pa loved his family with a passion. Not that he was a saint. Far from that. But he could drive you --
Bo: Good news. Your lawyer posted bail.
Asa: Sure. You turn it off right when you're going to tell the whole world what a lousy father I was.
Bo: Oh, do you want to hear the rest of this? You're welcome.
Asa: No, thanks. I'm going home.
Bo: No. Not yet.
Asa: What?
Bo: You still haven't served your sentence.
Asa: You letting Max and Gabrielle go is punishment enough for me -- not to mention this little turkey.
Bo: You put all of us through hell, Pa! We thought we'd never see you again.
Asa: Well, guess what -- here I am in the flesh. How come you're not happy to see me?
Bo: Do you even hear what you're saying?
Asa: You always were against me, and you still are.
Bo: Oh, you think I'm against you?
Asa: No one else arrested me.
Bo: No one else knows that you're alive.
Asa: But when they all find out, they're going to be happy.
Bo: Oh -- you think so?
Asa: I know so.
Bo: Ah. Well, we'll see about that.
---------------------------------------
Jessica: We have to go.
Natalie: Why?
Jessica: Uncle Bo just called. He wants us to go to Llanfair as soon as possible.
Natalie: Why, so he can yell at me about not really being a Buchanan?
Jessica: It's not about you, Natalie.
Natalie: Well, why else would he want us to go?
Jessica: It's not just us. He wants you there, too.
Al: What? Why?
Jessica: Like I said, I don't know.
Al: But it's New Year’s.
Jessica: I know. But he wants us there.
Natalie: Come on. Let's just go.
Al: All right.
Cristian: What, you guys are leaving?
Natalie: Yeah. Uncle Bo called. He wants us now.
Jessica: He wants us to go to Llanfair right now, so thanks for the party.
Jen: Thanks for coming.
Cristian: Yeah, Happy New Year.
Natalie: Thanks.
Al: Happy New Year, man.
---------------------------------------
Cristian: All alone.
Jen: Looks that way.
Cristian: Wait a minute -- your mom is not still here, is she?
Jen: No, she left a little while ago.
Cristian: And she's not coming back, right? I mean, she didn't just go out for food or music or anything like that?
Jen: No.
Cristian: Good. I mean, I'm glad you guys are getting along, really.
Jen: Yeah, she acts a little bit weird lately. I know.
Cristian: Yeah. And tonight she's 10 times weirder than ever. What was that about?
---------------------------------------
Keri: Hello?
Antonio: Hi, it's me, Antonio.
Keri: Hi.
Antonio: Hi.
Keri: Is everything ok?
Antonio: Yeah. Yeah, everything's fine.
Keri: I was just sitting here thinking about what it would've been like if Matthew hadn't come home tonight.
Antonio: What, you didn't like chasing scary monsters away?
Keri: No, that part was fun.
Antonio: Yeah, I thought so, too. Although it wasn't my favorite part.
Keri: What was?
Antonio: Oh, well, hearing that I made you feel less homesick.
Keri: That was your favorite part?
Antonio: Yeah.
Keri: Mine was you asking me to stay the night.
Antonio: Hmm. Well, you know, that wasn't a one-time-only thing.
Keri: I'm glad.
Antonio: Um, you -- you should probably get some sleep.
Keri: I was just about to go to bed. I just --
Antonio: What?
Keri: I wish you were here with me.
Antonio: Yeah. Me, too.
Keri: Good night, Antonio.
Antonio: Good night, Keri.

Troy: Huh -- oh, wow. What did I do to deserve that, huh?
Lindsay: It's what you're going to do.
Troy: Oh. Well, what am I going to do?
Lindsay: A favor for me.
---------------------------------------
Jen: You think she's been acting weirder than usual?
Cristian: Well, yeah. Didn't you?
Jen: I don't know.
Cristian: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I’m sorry. She's your mom.
Jen: No, it's not that.
Cristian: No, look, you know what? Let's not talk about your mom. Let's not talk about anything. Cool?
Jen: Thank you.
Cristian: Ok. So, what do you want to talk about?
Jen: I don't want to talk about anything. I don't want to talk at all.
Cristian: So, what do you want to do?
Jen: Just hold me. Please?
Cristian: Jen, are you ok?
Jen: Please, just hold me.
Cristian: Ok.
---------------------------------------
Nora: Yes, it is about the fact that I went to see Troy, but -- partly --
Sam: No, I already know.
Nora: Apparently.
Sam: Yeah, I saw Troy before Rae’s party. And he tried to bait me, told me you had been to see him.
Nora: Well, what did he say?
Sam: I don't care. It doesn't matter.
Nora: It doesn't?
Sam: No. All that matters to me is that we ring in the New Year the way we should.
[Phone rings]
Nora: I have to --
Sam: Don't get it. Don't get it.
Nora: I have to.
Sam: Don't get it.
Nora: It's my work line.
[Ring]
Sam: Ok, get it.
Nora: Yeah. Hello. Max? What? What is it? What happened? Ok, I'll be right down.
Sam: Where's Max?
Nora: He's down at the police station. I have to go down there.
Sam: What's happened?
Nora: I don't know, but it's something about Asa.
---------------------------------------
Asa: What the hell are we here for? They're probably all in bed anyway.
Bo: No, Pa, it's New Year’s. I'm sure they're all still awake.
Asa: Well, let's let them have all their fun. I can see them all tomorrow.
Bo: No. What are you so worried about? Don't you want to see how happy everybody is to find out that you're still alive?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>> Stay tuned for scenes from the next "One Life to Live."
>> On the next "One Life to Live" --
Max: Asa didn't die. He's still alive and still kicking.
Jessica: Is that really you? Asa: In the flesh, Jessie.
Sam: So, is it serious?
Todd: What kind of night is this, then? Blair: It's a real wedding night.
