(Knock on door)

Delivery man: I've got a package for Marina Cooper.

Marina: I didn't order anything. Thank you.

(Cell phone rings)

Cyrus: You calling to say thank you?

Marina: For what, the gift?

Cyrus: You don't like it

Marina: There's so little of it, it's hard to tell.

Cyrus: I thought the color would be good on you. The house has this lake out back. It's warm for another couple of months. And it's only 20 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in France.

Marina: This is all a joke to you.

Cyrus: Hardly.

Marina: Do you understand what you're asking me to do? I mean, you're asking me to give up my entire life... my family, everything I believe in.

Cyrus: I'm asking you to have a life. A good one, a fun one. I'm asking you to be with me.

Marina: It's too much.

Cyrus: Listen, you don't have to tell me anything now. Alex's charity event isn't until next week.

Marina: Cyrus, I don't... I don't want to hear the details. I don't care.

Cyrus: I think you do.

Marina: Why?

Cyrus: Because you didn't turn me in.

Marina: Not yet.

Cassie: Hi.

Billy: Hey. Hey, I just talked to Lillian and the Wesley's are out of the ICU.

Cassie: Good. Good. So, then they're all going to make a full recovery?

Billy: Yeah, it looks that way. And I made sure that they know that Lewis is going to take care of all of their needs.

Cassie: Great. And you haven't heard from anybody else asking about the collapse?

Billy: No. Sweetie, I can't let you do this. I mean, you... you didn't have anything to do with this.

Cassie: Well, it wasn't your fault either, Billy. You just... you hired Marlon. You didn't know he was going to do a shoddy job.

Billy: Yeah, well, I should have known.

Cassie: All the more reason why it should be me. Because I'm a novice in construction. And I was trying to supervise Josh's project while he was in prison. And still distraught over the loss of my daughter.

Billy: Cassie, what about your boy?

Cassie: What about R.J.? If this ruins me in the construction industry, fine. I can do other things.

Billy: But what if there's criminal charges?

Cassie: That's not going to happen.

Billy: Hey, darling, is this... is this some kind of, you know, getting even with Josh?

Cassie: Getting even with Josh? No. All I know is that when Josh was in prison sacrificing for me, that's when this whole minister path thing started. And I don't know how he feels, but I feel like if maybe I make some kind of sacrifice, then maybe I'll understand.

Billy: Well, you know Josh is never going to believe that you did this. I mean, even if I go along with your story.

Lizzie: I will, you know... I'll say what... whatever Billy says.

Cassie: Good. Then we have two. But we need more.

Billy: Who else? Who else?

Cassie: There's Reva. She worked at Lewis.

Billy: Think you can get Reva to go along with it?

Cassie: I think I can convince her if I can just get her to stop avoiding me.

Jeffrey: Hi. I told you I'd be back if I didn't find Reva and Alan in Mexico.

Alexandra: Well, that's exactly why I had this installed. Security will be down on you in a moment.

Jeffrey: You think I'm afraid of your little rent-a-cops? This is Reva's life we're talking about here, Alex.

Alexandra: Well, you know, you should really be more careful about traveling in Mexico. It's hurricane season.

Jeffrey: Your husband lied to me about their whereabouts.

Alexandra: Well, Cyrus isn't here.

Jeffrey: I'm not kidding, Alex. Okay, I'm not going to play games. Tell me where they are.

Alexandra: I can't tell you what I don't know.

Jeffrey: My next call will be to the feds, okay? I will unleash them on this family, if that's what you want.

Alexandra: I can't... I'm telling you the truth. I do not know where they are!

Jeffrey: If anything happens to Reva, this family will pay, and I will make sure of that. Adios.

Billy: You know if I've been drinking, right?

Lizzie: Yep.

Billy: And it's my drinking that has probably gotten me into this whole mess.

Lizzie: Yep again.

Billy: And you still want me to let Cassie take the blame, huh?

Lizzie: If you tell the truth, it's career suicide. You know, if this was your first time getting in trouble with alcohol, but...

Billy: Well, it's... it's definitely not the first time.

Lizzie: No. And if you're career is over, then my career is over. And I know it sounds really selfish, but I kind of like working for you.

Billy: Well, there is no accounting for taste, is there?

Lizzie: I really don't want Cassie to get hurt. You have to protect yourself.

Billy: Look, I've got an idea, but you're going to have to sit this one out.

Lizzie: Wait! Why?

Billy: Nope, no. I'm going to settle this Oklahoma-style, I'm going to a little man-to-man, hand-to-hand. You know what I mean?

Jeffrey: Oh. Hi.

Cassie: Hi. Uh, I need to talk to Reva. And since she's not returning my calls, I thought I would try her again in person. You can tell her it's... it's not about the divorce. I don't have the papers with me. It's not about that.

Jeffrey: What is it about?

Cassie: There was an accident. One of the buildings that Lewis Construction built collapsed. It wasn't... it was actually a shady subcontractor.

Jeffrey: What does Reva have to do with that?

Cassie: She was involved with Lewis. Is she here?

Jeffrey: Ah, no.

Cassie: Where is she?

Jeffrey: I don't know.

Cassie: Jeffrey, you don't have to cover for her. She's been avoiding me ever since Josh brought the divorce papers by. I don't know why she doesn't just sign them! You're living here...

Jeffrey: Cassie, she's not avoiding you. She's gone. She's been missing for a few days now.

Cassie: Gone, as in you guys had a fight?

Jeffrey: Well, she had a fight, but it wasn't with me. It was with Alan Spaulding, and it was here in this house, and now he's missing, too.

Alexandra: Oh, good. I am so glad you're back, because you've got to help me with this list.

Cyrus: Sure. For what?

Alexandra: We're canceling the charity ball.

Cyrus: Canceling it?

Alexandra: Yes. Jeffrey O'Neill was just here... and, by the way, he is mad as hell at you for sending him on that wild goose chase down to Mexico.

Cyrus: Well, that's no reason to put off the party.

Alexandra: Look, Alan and Reva are still MIA. Jeffrey O'Neill threatens to call in federal investigators. You know what that... another big scandal for Spaulding, you know? No one is going to want to... want to be associated with us in the slightest.

Cyrus: I can't let you do this.

Alexandra: What are you doing, Cyrus?

Cyrus: This party is too important to cancel.

Alexandra: We can always reschedule it after the bad press passes.

Cyrus: The bad press is about Alan, this party is about you. You said that yourself.

Alexandra: They will simply hear Spaulding. They... they think we're interchangeable.

Cyrus: So, change what they think. Alan can drag his name down, but you don't have to sink with it. Alexandra Spaulding-- she's the one in charge of this event, she's the one who's back on top.

Alexandra: You really think we should go ahead with this party?

Cyrus: I think it's absolutely essential for the future.

(Knock on door)

Buzz: Marina! Marina, are you in there?

Marina: Just a minute.

Buzz: Make it a quick minute, okay?

Marina: Hey, Grandpa. You okay?

Buzz: Huh? Yeah, I'm fine, I'm fine. I'm here on business, a campaign issue about cops.

Marina: You're hiding.

Buzz: No, I'm not.

Marina: Are there reporters out there?

Buzz: No. It's worse. There are regular people out there. I'm telling you, ever since they found out that I'm running for mayor, it's just been... you know... do they ask me, "Buzz, what's the special?" "Buzz, did you catch the game?" No, they don't. They ask me... they ask me, "If I vote for you, what will you do for me?" Or, "You know how many potholes there are on my street?"" Do you have any idea how many potholes there are in Springfield?

Marina: Well, you can stay here as long as you want and I won't ask you for anything.

Buzz: It's going to be chilly the next couple of days. Are you planning a vacation?

Marina: No. No, see, I was just, um... I was getting out all of my summer stuff because I want to put it in storage because it is fall. It's fall.

Buzz: This was sent to you. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess it wasn't your father. Cyrus? He can't let go of you?

Marina: Do you think it's possible to love someone who stands for something... everything that you're against?

Buzz: Absolutely. Do you love Cyrus?

Marina: I don't know.

Buzz: I think maybe you do.

Marina: No. No, I can't. It's too scary.

Buzz: Cyrus?

Marina: No. I don't know how to love him. I don't know how to love him without losing myself.

Buzz: Oh, kiddo! You know... you know what I think the best thing about falling in love is-- it is for me, anyway-is losing yourself.

Marina: See, I don't understand that.

Buzz: Well, maybe it's the way you define it. But, you know, there's a lot to be said for just letting it all go.

Marina: Letting what go?

Buzz: Well, you know, we have so many rules, so many things we're supposed to do. I mean, how often do you just let it go, you know, and do what you want to do?

Marina: Grandpa, if we all just did what we wanted to do, there'd be no room in any of the jails.

Buzz: Well, then, you're talking to the wrong person, because this Cooper cop gene didn't come from me. I don't know who it came from.

Marina: Okay. All right. Let's put crime aside, then.

Buzz: Okay.

Marina: Let's take Gus, for example. He obviously wanted to sleep with Natalia, and so he did. Should I ask Harley how that affected her?

Buzz: Now, theirs is a complicated relationship.

Marina: Isn't it always complicated?

Buzz: I hate to ask you this, but is Cyrus leaving Alex?

Marina: Cyrus likes Alex, and he would never set out to hurt her.

Buzz: I'm not asking for her. I'm asking for you, because if she finds out that Cyrus is leaving her for you, it's going to be bad.

Marina: Well, you don't have to worry about that, okay? Because I did get the cop gene... and I'm not going to lose myself.

Cyrus: Does that mean the party is still on?

Alexandra: Yes. I just hope you're not getting a little carried away. You know, one party is not going to determine the future.

Cyrus: Well, you never know. As far as I can see, all Alan's done is push you to the sidelines. Maybe this party can be the beginning.

Alexandra: For us, as the new Spaulding power couple?

Cyrus: For you-- to be the head of the family.

Alexandra: Ah. Well, I must admit, if Alan is really in trouble over this Reva situation, someone is going to have to step forward.

Cyrus: Do you really think Alan did something to this woman? I mean, you don't really believe he killed her, do you?

Alexandra: No, no. I mean, Alan has a very long memory, but... anyone who crosses him, he won't stop till he crushes them. And I mean completely.

Billy: Marlon.

Cassie: It doesn't look like any of her clothes are gone.

Jeffrey: Well, then, we know that wherever she went, she didn't plan to be gone this long.

Cassie: I cannot believe I thought she was hiding just to avoid signing those papers.

Jeffrey: You didn't know anything. I didn't say anything when you and Josh came here, so...

Cassie: He's capable of anything. We have to find her.

Jeffrey: What about that housing collapse?

Cassie: It's going to have to wait.

Marina: I'm not going to lose myself. That would just be stupid.

Lizzie: Did you lose something?

Marina: What? No. I'm sorry. It's nothing. Hi, Lizzie.

Lizzie: Hi.

Marina: So, what's up?

Lizzie: Oh, the usual. I am up to my eyeballs in work-- meetings and conference calls, but you know all about that kind of stuff.

Marina: So, you're working at Spaulding?

Lizzie: Why would you think that? Do you think that nobody else would hire me?

Marina: No. Lizzie, chill out. It's just kind of a no-brainer.

Lizzie: I happen to have a really good brain and I'm using it at Lewis.

Marina: Good for you.

Lizzie: You know, people like me there.

Marina: Okay.

Lizzie: I'm not like you. I don't have this built-in Cooper support system.

Marina: Must be nice.

Lizzie: Oh, yeah. Having a crappy family, it's, like, the new thing.

Marina: No. I mean, like, to be able to make your own decisions, you know, without having to worry about hurting everyone.

Lizzie: I'm sorry. What kind of decisions are you talking about?

Marina: It's nothing, really, actually. Don't worry about it.

Lizzie: Wait, wait, wait. Okay? Sorry, it started out wrong and... we used to be friends, you can talk to me.

Marina: You know, Lizzie, I just... I don't think you can help me out with this one.

Lizzie: Try me.

Marina: Okay. Have you ever been in love? I mean, really, truly earth-shatteringly in love.

Lizzie: Yeah, of course... no... I don't know. I don't know. I... I've wanted love, with Coop, and then with Jonathan, of course, and with Sarah, but it always was such a disaster. And it just was scary and hard and it just blew up in my face, and I'm not going there for a really long time. And I have a great job, and I love it. And that's working for me right now. Love is too messy.  Okay, I'm so sorry. That is my meeting, so I have to go. But I hope everything works out okay for you.

Marina: Thanks.

(Cell phone rings)

Marina: Hi. It's Cooper? I'm on it. Work works. Love is too messy.

Cassie: Thank you for meeting us.

Lizzie: Yeah. You said it was important.

Cassie: It is important, Lizzie, but before we tell you anything, you have to promise us that you will tell the truth. You're not going to go all Spaulding and protect him.

Lizzie: Protect who?

Jeffrey: Alan.

Lizzie: What has he done this time?

Jeffrey: He got into a fight with Reva-- Ava saw it. Apparently, it was pretty nasty.

Cassie: He took off in the Spaulding jet and Reva is missing.

Lizzie: You think he did something to her?

Jeffrey: Well, we don't want to believe that.

Cassie: Do you?

Lizzie: I have to help you find her, right now. Hey, Granddad, it's me. Look, I really need you right now. I... I miss you. Things... they're not going very well at Lewis, with Billy, and I've been thinking about dad a lot. And I just would like to spend some time with you and... just call me back as soon as you can, okay? Well, short of my father returning, that's the best I can do to get Alan back.

Jeffrey: Well, it was a good attempt.

Lizzie: I just... I feel like I'm, you know, to blame here. My grandfather... it's because of me that he was so mad at Reva.

Cassie: Lizzie, this goes back way before that.

Lizzie: I just wish that there was something that I could do. Reva was... is... I'm sure it's" is..." she...

Jeffrey: It's all right, Lizzie. I think you should, maybe, get going.

Lizzie: Yeah, okay.

Jeffrey: If there is anything else that you can think of...

Lizzie: No, I'll call you, I promise.

Jeffrey: Okay, great. Thanks.

Lizzie: Sorry.

Jeffrey: Well, I think it's time for me to call my contacts. But, you know, once I do, I won't be able to control them.

Cassie: Wait a minute. I just had a thought. Reva has a system set up with Shayne, you know, because he works in countries that can be dangerous. How to contact her if he is in trouble-there's this special system. If he sends her a 911 message, there is no way that she won't call back.

Jeffrey: If she can.

Lizzie: Aunt Alex...

Alexandra: Lizzie, I was just about to call you. Now, mark on your calendar-- next week's the charity ball.

Lizzie: Are you kidding?

Alexandra: I never kid about parties.

Lizzie: This family is unbelievable. I always think that you're the one that gets it, but nobody does. And then you all wonder why I want to get out.

Alexandra: Now, wait a minute. Right now, I don't get it. What...

Lizzie: Granddad is missing, and so is Reva! What's going on?

Alexandra: And who told you?

Lizzie: Jeffrey and Cassie. They're really worried about Reva, and so am I. She's been really good to me, and I don't want anything to happen to her.

Alexandra: All right. Well, what about Alan? What might Reva be doing to him?

Lizzie: You really think that's a possibility?

Alexandra: All right, I guess I know whose side you're on.

Lizzie: Okay. So, you're not going to tell me anything.

Alexandra: I can't, darling. I don't know where they are. And, you know, I'm sure that Alan will... will come home when he's good and ready. And Reva... for heavens sake, she's got more lives than a cat, anyway.

Lizzie: What about the police?

Alexandra: No. Alan is going to have to clean up his own mess this time. No, and this... I want to talk about the company because, until he gets back, I am in charge. And I want to do a couple of things-- I want to bring you back into the family. I want you in the family again, Lizzie.

Lizzie: Okay. No thanks, okay?

Alexandra: No, darling, I promise you, things are going to be different this time. With Cyrus at my side...

Lizzie: Cyrus?! Cyrus, your limo-driving husband-- things are going to be different because of him?

Alexandra: You really don't know how much he means to me. And he's my partner. He's a full-fledged family member.

Marina: This is Cooper. Everything checks out, so I'm heading back to the station.

Cyrus: Please tell me the bikini's underneath.

Marina: Are you following me or just breaking into the house?

Cyrus: The Spaulding’s own this place. I don't need to break in. I've got a key.

Marina: Good for you.

Cyrus: I like it here. It reminds me of our house.

Marina: Enough! With the house! Okay? It's not even ours! It's not even yours! It's just some stupid dream you keep trying to put into my brain. It's not real!

Cyrus: Not yet.

Marina: Please.

Cyrus: It will be.

Marina: Just stop!

Cyrus: Don't you dream, Marina, about anything?

Marina: Of course I do. I dream about meeting you in a different way, a normal way, where you're single and not a thief.

Cyrus: Well, that's not me. If you want normal, there's a thousand guys out there like that.

Marina: I know, and you've ruined them all for me.

Cyrus: Thanks.

Marina: That wasn't a compliment. I cannot abandon everything that I believe in to run away with you. And if you knew me at all, you would know that.

Cyrus: Do you ever think about the end of your life?

Marina: You mean, like when I was shot and you kidnapped me?

Cyrus: I'm thinking more about when you're old and gray and lying on your death bed.

Marina: No, I really don't think about things like that.

Cyrus: Well, I do. And when that time comes, I want to be happy. I want to have so many great memories that there are too many to even remember them all. I think it's going to be that way for Buzz.

Marina: I really don't want to think about my grandfather dying.

Cyrus: It's going to happen to everyone. Don't you hope that, when the time comes, Buzz will be happy?

Marina: Oh, he's going to be happy because he'll be surrounded by his family.

Cyrus: Sure. But he's also been to places and done wild things and let his heart lead him. When that time comes, I don't think Buzz is going to have any regrets, unlike your dad.

Marina: Don't talk about him.

Cyrus: What... what has your dad got in his life, besides you?

Marina: He's the chief of police. He's well-respected.

Cyrus: When was the last time you saw him really happy?

Marina: Well, he thought he was happy with Olivia. That turned out to be a huge mistake.

Cyrus: So, because something ends, that discounts all the good things.

Marina: Well, there's a lot of things that make him happy, okay? Harley's kids make him happy. Me being a detective.

Cyrus: None of them are his. Look, family's great, but I don't want the best moments of my life to belong to other people. When I'm lying on my death bed, I want to remember moments of my life. Like this. Definitely memorable.

Marina: For the rest of your life, you're going to remember that kiss.

Cyrus: No question. Especially if you don't come away with me.

Marina: What am I supposed to say to that? Of course it sounds wonderful and wild and terribly romantic...

Cyrus: So why are you fighting it?

Marina: Because, Cyrus, my brain...

Cyrus: Brains are overrated. What's your heart telling you?

Marina: How do I know you're telling me the truth? How do I know you're not turning around and saying the exact same thing to Alex?

Cyrus: So, you going to stick with your brain? Okay. I don't kiss Alex.

Marina: No, but she wants you to.

Cyrus: I don't talk about a future with her. I only do that with you.

Marina: So, it's okay if Alex gets hurt in the process, as long as you get what you want?

Cyrus: I don't know why this is something you're worried about-- Alex?

Marina: No. I'm worried about me. What happens at the end of all this, when it's my turn, when you hurt me?

Cyrus: I don't come with a lifetime guarantee. Nobody does. You just have to trust me.

Marina: Is that what you said to Alex?

Cyrus: When I leave her, in her heart, she'll know I haven't broken my word.

Marina: Really? I think she's really going to regret ever having met you.

Cyrus: Why? If I hadn't come into Alex's life, what would have happened? She'd have her job, she would fight with her brother, and she'd be alone, the same thing she's done for years. With me, she's had fun and laughter and excitement. She has made memories. She might have wanted it to last a little longer, but...

Marina: But she's going to be alone. I don't want to end up alone.

Cyrus: You're already alone, Marina. For once, take a chance. Live your life. Turn off your brain and listen. Right here.

Lizzie: So, this marriage to Cyrus, this is real? It's not about a green card?

Alexandra: Well, maybe it started out that way, but it's not anymore. He really means a great deal to me.

Lizzie: You haven't had a lot of luck with men.

Alexandra: True.

Lizzie: And you're just going to... you're just going to go for it?

Alexandra: Well, what can I say? Cyrus makes me happy. And I try not to overthink it, you know?

Lizzie: Wow.

Alexandra: You know, Lizzie, I've lost a lot of things. And I've decided that the best way to cope with that is to try as hard as you can to live in the moment.

Lizzie: I'm terrified to do that. I mean, I wanted love with Coop. And with Jonathan, it was just such a mess...

Alexandra: Darling, listen to me-- you're young, you will try again.

Lizzie: Right now, I'm just happy to have a career.

Alexandra: (Laughing) I wouldn't call working for the Lewis' exactly a career, dear.

Lizzie: I'm sorry to hear that.

Alexandra: Look, Lizzie, I want to talk to you about something. I want you to move back into the house, into the company. I think it's going to be the best for you. Besides, I want you at my side. And it's really important for Spaulding to put up a united front now.

Lizzie: Thank you, but I'm going to pass on coming back. I really need to do something meaningful, not just fill in the family portrait in the board room.

Alexandra: Okay, fine, fine. You want to do something good? All right. You can hop right into the philanthropic area of the company. Come on, your grandfather has increased his charities to childcare, also autism research...

Lizzie: I know, I know that. And that is great, and it all means a lot to me. But I am going to keep working for Lewis. I... I don't want you to arrange a job where everyone has to do everything that I say just because my last name is Spaulding. I want to learn.

Alexandra: Well, darling, let me teach you.

Lizzie: No. No, okay? You talk a great game, you do. And I know that you mean well, in your own way. But when you look at me, you see this ditzy girl that just wants to go shopping. And Billy... Billy thinks I have a brain, and I want to keep working for him.

Alexandra: Billy Lewis, that... what does that old drunk know?!

Lizzie: He is not a drunk. He's not.

Alexandra: All right, darling, have you seen the news? Because Lewis' latest construction building has just collapsed. And if I were you, I would run out of that... that whole business as quickly as you can, you know?

Lizzie: Excuse me. I'm going to go find my boss.

Buzz: You know, if I do find enough stupid people to vote for me and I actually do get elected, I do not want to spend the next four years feeling this uneasy.

Billy: Yeah. You know, I'll tell you something that helps for me is, well, having somebody to talk to, you know. That's what I found with Lizzie.

Buzz: Spaulding?

Billy: Yeah. Can you believe it? I mean, the two of us found ourselves together one time and we were talking, and we just hit it off. The next thing I know, I worked out an arrangement where she comes to work for me. And I've got to say, she really is a little pistol. She reminds a lot of Melinda Sue. Oh, hey... hey, look, there's something I have to take care of.

Buzz: Ah, yes, I think I've run out of reasons to avoid facing my public.

Billy: Hey, Marlon, come here. Did you have enough drinking in there so that you can go out and do some shoddy work?

Marlon: Keep it down, Billy. We're in this together, remember?

Billy: Look, I didn't bring you into this so you could ruin my company and mess with people's lives who really need those buildings.

Marlon: You signed off on everything. Don't blame me because you were too drunk to remember.

Cassie: No response from Reva.

Jeffrey: Did you type it right?

Cassie: Yes, I typed it right. It's Shayne's birthday. I've seen her do it. The computer says it was sent. That means she received an emergency message from Shayne more than 30 minutes ago, and if she's not responding, that's not a good sign.

Jeffrey: Maybe she lost her phone.

Cassie: Call them, Jeffrey. Get someone on this-- the National Guard, I don't care. Alan is responsible for the death of my daughter, for Reva's son, for Reva's granddaughter. If they have to shoot him to bring him in, tell them to take pictures. I want to see it myself.

Cyrus: You look like you're in good spirits. You must have had as good a day as I have.

Alexandra: (Laughing) Better now that you're here. And you were absolutely right about the party.

Cyrus: I'm glad.

Alexandra: Mm-hmm. Well, this is much more than a party, because this is the first step in me taking back control of the company.

Cyrus: Good. I'm glad you listened to me.

Alexandra: Yes, I did. I mean, after all, why shouldn't someone challenge Alan for leadership in Spaulding. I mean, he's done nothing but cause scandal for ages.

Cyrus: Hey, you look like you've been busy.

Alexandra: And I made a decision. From now on, I am going to see every bank statement, every outgoing call. I am going to double check.

Cyrus: Well, you can't do everything, Alex, even if you work 24 hours a day.

Alexandra: You know something? I did it before, and I can do it again. Because Alan has done nothing but drag this company down, and I can't allow it to go on.

Cyrus: Alex...

Alexandra: Yes, and it's all because of you. You made me think about the future and I’ll dream big again.

Cyrus: Yeah, I have that gift.

Alexandra: And it's... this is our future, you know, together.

Lizzie: Hey, I got all those papers that you wanted.

Billy: Yeah? Great.

Lizzie: I've got lists of all the P.R. companies of all of the projects that Lewis has done in the past, and all of our future...

Billy: Well, this is good. This is a new start. You know, we'll get people... I've got to call Bill.

Lizzie: Okay. Bill?

Billy: Yeah, Bill. Bill is my son. He works for me in Venezuela. We've done a lot of work down there. He'll get people to vouch for us. We can take out ads, we'll get Vanessa to give us a lot of TV time. Hey, come on, we're not going to lose this. We're the company with connections. We're the company that people love. We can get people to write in from all over the world. You stopped writing.

Lizzie: You're drunk!

Billy: I'm excited.

Lizzie: You said this wasn't going to be a problem.

Billy: It's not a problem. I swear it isn't.

Lizzie: I chose you over my family. You can't ruin this.

Billy: Sweetie, I'm... I'm solving problems now.

Lizzie: Oh, okay. Well, this is how I solve problems.

Jeffrey: Okay, nobody's here.

Cassie: You have a gun?

Jeffrey: It's Alan Spaulding we're dealing with.

Cassie: Well, I don't want you to put it away. I want you to make sure its loaded.

Jeffrey: It's loaded.

Cassie: Is that Alan's yacht? I thought your contact said he wasn't supposed be here for another hour.

Jeffrey: Yeah, and it looks like we're gonna have to deal with this ourselves.

Alan: Cassie!

Cassie: Where is she?

Alan: Who?

Jeffrey: I'd answer her, Alan. The gun's loaded.

Cassie: You have five seconds, Alan. Where is Reva? What did you do to my sister?
