Reva: Busy guy, huh?
Josh: At the moment, yes.
Reva: I know that things haven't been silky
smooth between us lately, but it's all going to get better now.
Josh: Really? How so?
Reva: Because, Jonathan’s going to transfer
that money back to Lewis and then he's going to testify against his father.
It's a start, isn't it?
Josh: You know, it's real easy to make a
promise, Reva. It's not always easy to keep it.
Reva: Well, you know what? Everyone makes
mistakes. But not giving people another chance, that's a mistake too. He'll
return the money. I swear he will.
Sandy: You're so beautiful. I wanted to
touch like this since the first time...
Tammy: What are we doing?
Jonathan: Tammy--
Tammy: You get away from me. Get away
from me.
Jonathan: I'm not going to hurt you. I'd
never hurt you.
Tammy: You did. You hurt me. You hurt me
worse than anyone has ever hurt me my entire life. Why did I kiss you?
Alan: I demand to see Chief Cooper. Now you cannot
hold me in here when my son is out there. He's in danger. He could be hurt.
He's delusional!
Guard: Eat up.
Alan: Let me ask you a question, sir. How
much money do they pay you for doing this? I'm sure they don't pay you that
much. Well, I could make up for the difference, you know.
Guard: No, thank you, sir.
Alan: Don't be a fool. I could make you a
very rich man. Do you have any idea who I am?
Guard: You're 0-3-9-5-1-6. You shot and
killed your own son.
Alan: I didn't kill Phillip. He's alive!
Beth: Alan shot Phillip. He took away the
father of my children and still the thought of him in a tiny cell, barely able
to breath.
Alexandra: Well, Beth, you know Alan’s my
brother. I do love him, but maybe he is exactly where he needs to be.
Beth: So what? We just write him off?
Alexandra: Alan brought this on himself.
Beth: And, meanwhile, you take over his seat
at Spaulding with all the perks. Well, I'm certainly glad you won't be
suffering, Alexandra.
Alexandra: Oh, spare me the self-righteousness,
Beth. If you had the key to go and unlock Alan’s cell and let him out, would
you do it? After what he did to Phillip? The love of your life. I think you and
I have to face the fact that Alan is exactly where both need him to be.
Lizzie: Hi. What are your visiting hours for
prisoners today?
Alan: The conference table was right
here. Television screen was up there. The portraits of Alexandra and myself
were there. And over here was a model of Springfield. Now Phillip used to stand
and stare at this for hours. Now it's disappeared.
Gus: Lynn.
Waitress: Hey.
Gus: Can I get some coffee up in here. Up in
here. ( Waitress laughs ) Hi Baby.
Harley: Hello.
Gus: If they would make a fresh pot of
coffee, it would be much appreciated.
Harley: I don't think that you need any more
caffeine. That's for sure.
Gus: Did I tell you that I'm a ghost buster?
I am ghost buster. Alan's in jail. He's going go be there for a while. I got to
run everything at Spaulding. And I like that. But I got to find all the ghosts,
you know. And that's a full-time job.
Harley: Hmm.
Gus: What's in your hand?
Harley: What?
Gus: What's that? What's that? What's in
your hand?
Harley: It's nothing.
Gus: Show me. Show me. Show me, show me,
show me.
Harley: There you go.
Gus: Show me what it is, Honey. What is it,
you're hiding?
Harley: It's nothing.
Gus: Is it the key to your heart? Is it the
key to your heart?
Harley: You already have the key to my
heart, sweetie.
Gus: That's what I thought. What is it?
Harley: Honey, it’s...
Gus: Oh, come on no
Harley: This. Heartburn.
Gus: Antacid?
Harley: That's it.
Gus: Don't mind if I do.
Harley: I just didn't want you to think that
I was, you know, stressed out from the wedding.
( Both laugh )
Gus: You're not, are you?
Harley: No. No, of course not. Of course
not. It's those stupid chili cheese fries I had earlier with Zach and Jude.
Gus: Good, good, good.
Harley: No, when I think about us... when I
think about us together, it's all... it's all positive.
Gus: Well, that's what I like to hear.
Harley: Yes. Alan is finally paying for Phillip’s
murder. Finally. So we can move on.
Gus: Yeah. So what Alan said about Phillip
being alive, that's not bothering you?
Harley: Alan would say anything to get out
of that cell. And that story didn't even make sense.
Gus: Yeah. Just there for a second, I
thought... I thought, you know, started to believe it.
Harley: Why would I do that?
Gus: Postpone the wedding. I don't know.
Harley: What? No. No.
Gus: No?
Harley: No. I cannot wait to walk down the
aisle with you. There's going to be a aisle, right?
Gus: Oh, yeah. A long... a long one. I'm going
to need binoculars. ( Both laugh )
Harley: It's going to be great. But really,
I can't wait to start our life together in our new house, in our new bedroom.
Gus: Yeah. Yeah. That's the thing. I've got
to do a little something, you know, before we do that.
Harley: What?
Gus: I'm just saying, you know, before we
move into our own house, there's another house they need to clean up first.
Harley: I don't understand.
Gus: I have to move back into the Spaulding
mansion.
Alan: Elizabeth. Sweetheart, I knew you
would come to see me.
Lizzie: Hello, Granddad.
Alan: You of all the family members
understand me more than anyone, darling. And I need you now. I need you more
than anything to help me get out of here.
Lizzie: I've got news for you, Granddad.
There's a family member who never wants you to come home.
Alan: What?
Lizzie: They want you to stay behind bars
until you rot and go to hell.
Alan: Tell me who. Tell me which one of my
flesh and blood hates me.
Lizzie: I do.
Josh: The money still has not been returned,
Reva.
Reva: Let me see.
Josh: Take a look.
Reva: Well, it's not there yet, but it will
be. He swore to me.
Josh: When?
Reva: I don't know, but he said it would
happen.
Josh: Reva, you know, I know that Jonathan
is your son and you want to believe that to be true, but it’s... ( Doorbell
rings ) I'll get it.
Frank: Hey, Josh.
Josh: Hello, Frank.
Frank: You mind if I come in?
Josh: No. Come on in.
Frank: Thanks. Oh, Reva, Hi, good. I'm glad
you're here. I can fill you both in at the same time.
Josh: On what?
Frank: I was doing a follow-up on a theft.
Reva: The theft?
Frank: Yes. The two million plus dollars
that was stolen from Lewis Construction. Does that sound familiar to anyone
here?
Josh: Yeah, Frank, I've been kind of
wondering how you found out about that?
Frank: Well, someone filed a complaint on
behalf of your company?
Josh: Who filed a complaint?
Frank: Your right hand man, Sandy Foster.
Sandy: I love you.
Tammy: Does that mean it was worth the wait?
Sandy: I would have waited forever. I'm glad
I didn't have to.
Tammy: Me, too.
Sandy: Are you happy?
Tammy: Definitely. I chose you and I've
never been more glad. I choose you.
( Crashing sound )
Sandy: What was that?
Tammy: It sounded like it came from out on
the terrace. It was probably just the wind knocking something over.
Sandy: Yeah, well I'm gonna find out.
Tammy: See? Everything okay.
Sandy: Yeah.
Tammy: There are plenty of flower pots in
the world, but there's only one you, so come on.
Sandy: I can't say no to you.
Tammy: I don't want to waste one more
minute not doing this. ( Phone rings )
Sandy: Forget it.
Tammy: It's Josh, answer it.
Sandy: Hi, Josh!
Josh: Come to the house, right now.
Sandy: Yeah, I figured I'd hear from you
about that. You know, when I explain to you why I did it...
Josh: Come over here now! He's on his
way.
Reva: Frank, if the money is returned
to Lewis, will you drop the investigation?
Frank: Oh, Reva.
Josh: She's trying to protect her son,
Frank. Just tell him who's responsible for taking the money, Reva.
Reva: Don't do this.
Frank: What?
Reva: Don’t.
Frank: Reva, hold on one second. If
you're sitting on some information I should know about.
Josh: She's afraid if she fingers the
real culprit that it's going to put Jonathan in danger. But Reva, it's either
that or he takes the fall. What's it going to be?
Frank: Hold on, Josh. So you think
he's innocent, too?
Josh: Innocent? No. But in this case
he's not entirely to blame.
Frank: Then who is?
Josh: His adopted father, Alfred Randall,
otherwise known as Nate Hoffer.
Frank: That guy that owns that Outskirts
Bar?
Josh: Yeah. That's the guy. I suggest
you check him out.
Reva: But you can't tip him off on
that you're on to it.
Frank: Reva, what was your relationship with
this guy? I mean, you used to work there, right?
Reva: Yes. I... I worked there. I thought he
was my friend, but he was just setting me up.
Frank: All right. I'll see what I can
do.
Reva: And about the money, if I make
sure that it's returned...
Frank: I'll see if we can work
something out, okay?
Reva: Thank you.
Frank: All right I'm going to go to this
bar. I'm going to check out this Nate guy, all right?
Reva: I'll walk you out to the car.
Frank: All right, Reva.
Reva: Frank, just be careful for my son's
sake.
Frank: Sure.
Reva: ( Sighs ) Oh, Jonathan, please. Please
don't prove me wrong.
Lizzie: I can't believe you actually thought
I'd help you out of here. You're unbelievable.
Alan: Elizabeth...
Lizzie: No, this is the first chance I've
had to tell you face to face one on one just how much I really hate you.
Alan: You don't understand, Sweetheart.
Lizzie: You're right. That you pointed a gun
at my dad? That you put two bullets in his chest? That you just sat there and
let him bleed to death on the floor of Company and then ran away? You took my
father away from me and then you lied about it. And then you let them think it
was me.
Alan: But let me explain.
Lizzie: No, there is no explanation. You
can't justify killing my father. I don't care what he did. I don't care how
crazy he was, he didn't deserve to die.
Alan: He's not dead! Haven't you talked to
your Aunt Alex or your mother?
Lizzie: What? What?
Alan: He's not dead. That's what I'm trying
to tell you! Your father is alive! I just... I just don't know where he is
right now. But you've got to believe me, Sweetheart. You've got to help me get
out of here so that I can help your father and bring him home. Please.
Harley: Did you just say you have to move
back into the Spaulding mansion?
Gus: ( Coughs ) It’s... I don’t... I don’t...
I don't want to and I need to. I need to.
Harley: Just like I need to stick my head in
a garbage disposal.
Gus: Your head's too big for that, honey.
Harley: That that's not the point! Like the
kids say, that house is a bad, bad, bad place.
Gus: And they're not wrong. I mean, the
place, yes. It's got bad karma, which is why I need to go over there. I need to
fix it. I need to turn the vibe around.
Harley: So you're doing a makeover? A
spiritual Extreme Makeover on the house?
Gus: Exactly, yes. Perfectly said, yes. Yes,
I'm doing that. That's what I'm doing. I'm doing it for you, I'm doing it for
me.
Harley: Oh, please. Don't do it for me.
Gus: Well, Baby, you're the one that keeps
saying you have the Spaulding curse on you, right? First we find out that Alan’s
my father and then it was our wedding and it's like The Curse of the Bambino,
which is proving my point that curses are meant to be broken.
Harley: Don't make a baseball analogy. Just
talk to me.
Gus: Okay. All right. Fine, listen. Do you
love me? Do you love me?
Harley: I don't want to talk about that
right now.
Gus: Yes, you do love me. Which is why I'm
not asking you to move in with me. This is how it's going to work. I'll move
into Spaulding and you'll live at the Bauer’s until our wedding day, okay?
We'll do it the old-fashioned way, like we earned it.
Harley: And then what?
Gus: And then we'll move into our own place.
A beautiful finished place. Okay? Now, I don't mean to rush off, but I've got
to do a little something. I'm sure you're... just call me. I love you. Call me.
Harley: Wait! Look at me.
Gus: What?
Harley: At me.
Gus: Uh-huh.
Harley: If you can do this, if you can move
back into that house, I can do it, too.
Gus: Baby, you're...
Harley: I'm the greatest.
Gus: You are the greatest. All right. I'm
going to go there and make sure there's no ghosts in the closet because...
Harley: Please. A room without the ghosts in
the closet would be nice. I have enough ghosts in my life as it is.
Tammy: Are you sure Josh wasn't calling
about some kind of crisis?
Sandy: No. Everything's okay. I'll be back
before you can even miss me. Bye.
Tammy: Too late. I already miss you.
Jonathan: Ooh, maybe that's why he ran off
so fast.
Sandy: Hi, Reva.
Reva: Sandy. You were told that we were
going to handle this whole money thing internally, right? That you were
supposed to back off.
Josh: Reva, why don't you let me deal with
this?
Reva: But, yet, your boss gave you an order
that you didn't obey. I mean, you called the police anyway. You implicated Jonathan.
You went out of your way to do that.
Sandy: Yeah. I sure did.
Reva: Why?! Is it payback? It wasn't enough
that you watched Jonathan fall off the side of a mountain and left him there to
die?! I mean, jump in any time here. You know, you wanted to handle this.
Josh: Not this way.
Reva: My son's life is in danger. The only
reason he took that money was because his father forced him to.
Josh: Yeah, I know that, Reva. That's why we
have to nail down Nate-- Alfred-- and put him away!
Reva: And what if it doesn't go smoothly?
What if Nate figures out that it was Jonathan who gave him up?
Josh: What do you suggest, then, we do
nothing? We don't make a move on Alfred until he puts Jonathan in the hospital,
Reva? That's what's going to happen.
Sandy: Look, guys, the last thing I wanted
to do was cause a problem between you two.
Reva: Well, then why did you do it?
Sandy: He's got this power over her.
Josh: Tammy.
Sandy: Yeah. And I'm afraid of what he'll do
next. So I called the cops. I figured the best way to protect Tammy is to get
him the hell out of her life.
Tammy: How long were you out there?
Jonathan: Guess.
Tammy: I don't have to explain myself to
you, how I feel or what I do or what I need.
Jonathan: Then stop explaining. I just saw
what you needed.
Tammy: You should leave.
Jonathan: Before Sandy gets back? Don't
worry, I'll be gone long before then. I just came over here to tell you
something.
Tammy: What?
Jonathan: The money that I liberated from Lewis,
I promised Reva that I'd give it back. I just thought you'd want to know.
Tammy: Why? I mean, why'd you change your
mind? You said you'd never give it back.
Jonathan: You figure it out.
Tammy: You did it for me?
Jonathan: Let's just say you were a positive
influence on a negative guy.
Tammy: No. No. Don't put this on me.
Jonathan: I thought you'd be happy.
Tammy: I'm glad that you're giving it back,
yeah. But do it for your own reasons, not to make me happy.
Jonathan: What if that is my reason.
Tammy: Stop! Leave me out of this. If you're
going to give it back, that is great. But just do it because it's the right
thing to do.
Jonathan: Hmm? Right thing to do? When have
I ever cared about that?
Lizzie: You want me to help you?
Alan: Yes. Now, tell me that you will help
me get out of here. Free me from this cell so that you and I can go and find
your father and get him the help he needs and bring him home safely. Tell me
you will help me.
Lizzie: Not only are you cruel and selfish
and a liar, you're sick. You're sicker than Daddy ever was.
Alan: Elizabeth, no. No, Elizabeth! Don't
leave me! You have to believe me!
Gus: Hmm. ( Whistling ) You need to have the
trunk up. I'd put you out, but they wouldn't understand. And I just haven't
seen you because we haven't been car pooling.
Beth: I hope we're not interrupting you two.
Gus: Oh, no, we're...
Alexandra: Well, I see you're making
yourself at home.
Gus: I'm just cleaning up the house. Anybody
got a problem with that?
Beth: As a matter of fact...
Alexandra: No, it's actually long overdue.
Gus: You got that right, Sister. ( Whistling
) Yeah. Alan Spaulding humanitarian award. That's great. (Laughs)
Beth: George Steinbrenner gave Alan that
letter opener.
Gus: That's cool.
Beth: Alan is very proud of this.
Alexandra: Oh, yes, pride. Well I think that
is something this family can do with a little less of.
Gus: Yeah, a little less junk, don't you
agree? Look, always hated these. Just take a whiff. Doesn't this place smell a
little bit too much of control and greed, huh? And arrogance? We need a little
attitude upgrade, don't you think, huh? Maybe a new chair, too.
Alexandra: Gus, you're just exactly what
this family needs. And you know something? I have known that for a long time.
Gus: Is that right?
Alexandra: Mmm.
Gus: Well, you didn't always used to say
that, did you? And you might not again when I tell you that the next bit of
news. Harley's moving in.
Beth: What?
Alexandra: Beth, you know that may be a very
good idea to allow Zach to spend more time with James. And besides that, I
think Harley will certainly liven up the dinner conversation.
Beth: You couldn't have asked us first? You
couldn't have shown us that respect?
Gus: Oh, now, come on, lighten up. You know
what you need? You need, like, this thing. And put in the A box. It's very,
very therapeutic.
Beth: I gave Alan this.
Gus: It's very nice, sorry. Pretty.
Beth: You have all the answers, don't you, Gus?
You even know what's best for my daughter.
Alexandra: Oh, Beth, come on.
Beth: No. Gus helped Lizzie find a new place
to live, a place that Coop just happens to live, too.
Alexandra: Well, maybe he was just trying to
help...
Gus: No. She's got a legitimate gripe there.
You know, look, at the time I... I should have talked to you about it, but you
know, I was talking to her and I just... it was... it felt right at the moment
so I just kind of went with it.
Beth: You're trying to erase every memory of
Phillip and Alan from this family. What's next? Getting James to call you
daddy?
Alexandra: Oh, come now. James adores Gus.
Beth: I don't care! I may not be able to stop
you from taking over this mansion or taking over the company, but I'll be
damned if you're going to play father to my children. You're not Phillip and
you never will be.
Harley: Lizzie.
Lizzie: I had to see him, Harley.
Harley: Alan?
Lizzie: I had to tell him how much I hated
him and then he just made it worse.
Harley: Why, what did he say?
Alexandra: He told me daddy was still alive.
How can he do that? How can he shoot my father and then tell me he's alive? Oh,
God, I wish he was the one that was dead.
Harley: Okay. Okay. Be careful, though,
because he's still your grandfather.
Lizzie: ( Crying ) I know.
Harley: Lizzie, the one thing that I know
for sure, the truth is never as simple as it seems, okay?
Lizzie: Thank you.
Harley: Are you going to be okay?
Lizzie: Yeah.
Harley: I'm going to go talk to him, too,
okay?
Harley: Thank you.
Harley: It's your favorite Welcome Wagon Lady,
Alan.
Alan: Haven't I been tortured enough, Harley?
Harley: That's not on my agenda. I brought
you something.
Alan: Yeah?
Harley: Your favorite designer water.
Alan: Is it poisoned?
Harley: Why don't you take a swig and see? I
brought you something else.
Alan: What's that?
Harley: It's a medal Zach won at summer camp
for swimming. He wanted his grandpa to have it.
Alan: What are you up to?
Harley: Who, me?
Alan: You bring me some water, you bring me
this medal that Zach gave me. Tell me something, why are you being so nice to
me?
Harley: Because maybe-- maybe-- I'm the only
person who believes you aren't a murderer.
Alan: Everyone thinks that I'm crazy or
lying.
Harley: Or both.
Alan: But tell me something, why do you think
that I'm telling you the truth about Phillip?
Harley: I said maybe I believe you.
Alan: What if I could convince you?
Harley: That's a big "if" Alan.
But go ahead. Please. I'm standing right here. I'm listening.
Alan: Let me ask you something. Why do you
think I paid Dr. Wallace, huh?
Harley: The late Dr. Wallace, you mean?
Alan: Why would I pay a man who let my son
die? You know how much I loved Phillip. I would have done anything for that
boy. Now, why would I do that?
Harley: You would do it if he could prove
that you pulled the trigger, Alan.
Alan: How could he prove it? The cops couldn’t.
Harley: No, they couldn’t.
Alan: No. I paid him because he knew Phillip
wasn't dead. He knew he was alive. Harley, I can tell that you believe me. Now
you must help me get out of here so we can save Phillip. You must.
Harley: Alan, let go of me.
Alan: No. No, listen. We cannot waste any
time. Everything depends on you. My life, Phillip’s life, everyone's, your
life, please!
Guard: That's it.
Harley: Let go of me!
Alan: You have the power. Don't punish the
innocent, Harley! Please, you've got to believe me. Listen to me, I'm telling
you the truth! Please!
Gus: Okay.
Lizzie: What's going on?
Beth: Your uncle has decided to make a
statement.
Gus: Stalin was the greatest, I don't think
so.
Beth: Come on, Honey, let's go down to Company
so we don't have to look at this.
Lizzie: No, no, no. Actually, I want to stay
here? Okay? I'm actually in the mood for a change.
Gus: That a boy! Now we're talking.
Beth: Lizzie, where were you today?
Lizzie: I went to see Granddad. He told me Dad's
still alive.
Gus: ( Sighs ) That Alan.
Lizzie: Yeah. But you know what? I know for
a fact Dad's dead because if he were alive, he would be here with me right now.
He would come back for me.
Gus: Yes, he would. Now, Lizzie, Lord knows
I'm not trying to be your father, but what I can do is be family and what I'd
like to do is turn this house into a home and fill it full of love and, you
know, where you would feel safe and maybe someday even want to live here. You
know, I mean, that would be your call.
Lizzie: Yeah, well it's going to take a lot
more than this for me to move back in here. But I appreciate it, thank you.
Gus: Sure. Sure.
Lizzie: You know, I understand you freaking
out during Harley’s trial. Especially considering I saw Granddad today and he
lied to me and... it's just like he tortures everyone.
Gus: Well, that stuff is over with, okay?
Lizzie: Okay. Now even though I'm not
exactly moving back in here or anything, you guys really do need help. Like
this thing? This is this has got to go.
Gus: Oh, tell me about it.
Lizzie: Ugliest thing I've ever seen in my
life.
Gus: Here's another one. ( Clapping )
Reva: Look, I realize that Jonathan singled Tammy
out when he first came to town.
Sandy: He targeted her, Reva. She still
isn't over what he did to her.
Reva: Yeah, well he's change, okay? A lot.
Sandy: Right. Stealing $2.3 million. That's
a big step forward.
Reva: He was forced to take that money! He'd
never hurt Tammy, not again.
Sandy: He doesn't even have to try. He just
has to be around her.
Josh: He's right, Reva.
Sandy: It's like not being able to stay away
from the thing that's worst for you. You're trying to look out for your son;
I'm trying to do the same thing for my girlfriend. Has he even returned the
money yet? Yeah, well I hope it's returned soon. And I'm glad that I called the
cops and I'd do it again if I had to. If that cost me my job, so be it.
Josh: Your job is not in danger, Sandy. But
the next time I tell you to do something and you get the urge not to do it, you
at least give me a heads up, you understand?
Sandy: You got it. Thank you.
Josh: All right.
Reva: So that's it, huh? A handshake and
it's all over?
Josh: No, it's not over, Reva! It's not
going to be over until I have confirmation that the money's be returned and Alfred
is behind bars. I'll walk you out.
Reva: Damn it! Oh, God, I don't want your
voice mail. Jonathan, it's me. As soon as you get this, call. You have to call
me back, it's important.
Jonathan: Oh, come on. Don't tell me I scare
you. We were a lot closer than this when I kissed you a few hours ago. Or did
you kiss me? I can't even remember.
Tammy: Stop.
Jonathan: It did happen.
Tammy: It was a mistake!
Jonathan: Maybe. Maybe I just got you in the
mood to have sex with Sandy. Personally, I think that guy owes me a thank you.
Wait. It's all coming back to me. You kissed me because you wanted to. You
called it a mistake, a momentary lapse of judgment, whatever. It was real. It
was real. It was real. There's a bat upside the head. I know that was wrong for
you, that kiss. I'm sorry.
Tammy: What?
Jonathan: What happened here tonight with Sandy,
that's right, okay? He's the person you should be with, we both know it. I'm
just saying it out loud.
Tammy: Jonathan...
Jonathan: No, it’s... look, look what just
happened when I grabbed you. You were so freaked out you almost jumped out of
your robe. All I do is... all I do is hurt you without even trying to. I mean, Sandy...
Sandy couldn't hurt you if he practiced up for month. That's your guy.
Tammy: Wait.
Jonathan: No, look. You said that when I'm
around you I make you feel bad, dirty. I don't want to do that. Sandy, he makes
you feel happy. Just stick with that, okay? You deserve it.
Tammy: You've made me happy.
Alan: You'll pay! You'll all pay for what
you did to Phillip.
Alexandra: I'm sorry that Frank had to
suffer, but I had to save myself.
Gus: What kind of family is this? I was
better off before I knew you ever existed.
Lizzie: You killed him! You killed my
father! You killed him! You killed my father.
Alan: I want justice.
Gus: Honey, honey, you're right on time.
Listen, I picked us out the sweetest room. It's big, you know, but it's not too
big.
Harley: No, I can’t. I'm sorry. I can't do
this.
Alan: You know, it's funny, but your mother,
Zach, may be the one person-- even though I despise her-- she may be the one
person that could get me out of here and free me from this so that I can find
your father. Where are you, Phillip? Phillip! Phillip!
Josh: Frank.
Frank: Hey, Josh.
Josh: Did you go to the bar?
Frank: Yeah, yeah, I did. I just came by to
see if Reva was in to maybe go over some of this stuff with her.
Josh: Her as opposed to me.
Frank: Well, Josh, I mean, it does involve
her former boss and her son.
Josh: Frank, why don't you just tell me what
you found out.
Frank: Even if we were able to track him
down, I don't think we have enough evidence to bring him up on charges.
Josh: And that's everything?
Frank: Look, Josh, let me go inside and
bring Reva up to speed with everything, okay?
Josh: Frank, tell me what you found out.
Frank: Hey, Josh, this is an active
investigation. I do not want to jeopardize this case.
Josh: You just said there wasn't enough
evidence for this to even be a case. Now, you went to Outskirts, you looked the
place over, you asked some questions, what did you find out?
Frank: How much do you know about Reva's
relationship with this guy Nate?
Jonathan: I made you happy? When was that?
Tammy: When you decided to give that money
back. Because it means you're going to stop letting Nate control your life, and
that can only be a good thing. It makes me happy to know that you can get a
fresh start and be...
Jonathan: Be a good guy now? So everybody
will love me? No. Forget it. You've already got one good guy on your roster
who's nuts about you. Sorry, Tammy. You only get one.
Announcer: Next on "Guiding Light..."
Gus: Can you drop this Phillip thing?
Harley: I am the last person in the world
who wants a Spaulding coming between you and me again.
Sandy: Why can't you stay away from my
girlfriend?
Tammy: I let him in.
Josh: Did you sleep with Nate?
Reva: Are you accusing me of lying?
Josh: I don't think I want to stay here
tonight.
Reva: He's going to kill my son.
