Jason: Hi, there.
Sam: Hi.
Jason: You know, I talked to Dr. Munro, and there's a good possibility that you could be released today. Go home with me and the kids where you belong.
Sam: Oh. So we're just going to pretend I didn't shoot Sonny.
Jason: Honey... it's better that way. The only people that know you're involved are you, me, and Sonny.
Sam: You're wrong. I think Julian knows something.
Julian: Scott. Come in.
Scott: How's Ava?
Julian: Uh. She's healing, physically. But that's really all I can say about that.
Scott: Is she here?
Julian: No.
Scott: Okay, well, I guess that's just as well 'cause, uh, you know, she doesn't, uh, want to see me anymore. [Sighs] And this conversation, it should be private.
Julian: Okay, well, that's fine because she's still at a physical therapy session for at least another hour. So what's up? I got your message about the trial being in recess for today.
Scott: Mm, well, possibly tomorrow.
Julian: Okay, so that's a good thing, right?
Scott: No, it's not!
Michael: Here you go. How's a man supposed to recover without his coffee?
Sonny: Thanks.
Michael: So, uh, Mom tells me that epiphany's already got you scheduled for PT.
Sonny: Lucky me.
Michael: Yeah, I always hated it, but, uh, you got to admit it works.
Sonny: A necessary evil.
Michael: Dad, you seem kind of distracted.
Sonny: I'm just glad to be alive.
Michael: Yeah, um... I checked in with Dante on the investigation.
Sonny: What's there to investigate? Garvey's dead.
Michael: Yeah, I know. The thing is that Dante tells me that the bullet in your leg isn't from Garvey's gun. So, I'm wondering... who shot you?
Dante: Well, there's no way around it -- Sonny was shot with bullets from two different guns. And the bullet in his leg didn't come from either one of these.
Nathan: Well... possible Garvey had a second gun, and we just haven't found it yet.
Dante: I don't buy that. Sonny would have searched him. There's no way he would have missed a second gun.
Officer: Detectives, they found something in a dumpster at the demolition site.
Nathan: What is it?
Dante: What do you want to bet that this is the gun that shot my father?
Ned: Welcome!
Elizabeth: Hi.
Ned: Hi. You look beautiful.
Elizabeth: Oh, thank you. I got here a little early to see if you needed help setting up the wedding. I can't believe Finn and Hayden are going to be married in a few hours.
Ned: My contribution so far has been to stay out of the way. Follow me. Party central.
Elizabeth: Fun.
Olivia: Hey!
Elizabeth: Hi.
Olivia: Honey, you're early. I thought you were going to go in with Hayden to get your hair done?
Elizabeth: Oh, no, it was so last-minute they could only take Hayden, and I don't think she wanted me to tag along. You know, she's so used to doing stuff by herself. And I think she needed a little peace and quiet before the ceremony.
Olivia: You don't get a lot of that around here, so...
Elizabeth: No, you don't. So, I'm here to help. What can I do?
Olivia: I've actually taken care of a lot of stuff by myself. But I think we have everything under control.
Monica: Cook is gone! She quit. Without a note -- nothing. She knows I'm having a reception! And she's gone. Why?
Olivia: Um... Monica... I'm sorry, I-I haven't had a chance to tell you. Um... Cook didn't quit. I fired her.
Dr. Obrecht: Well?
Jared: Everything seems good to go. The money Hayden funneled from general hospital should be ready to access within an hour -- around the time she's saying "I do."
Dr. Obrecht: Wunderbar. You will finally get what you deserve.
Jared: And to make Hayden suffer. That is what you wanted out of all of this, isn't it?
Dr. Obrecht: Hayden is of minor importance. My target... is Dr. Hamilton Finn.
Curtis: For a man who's supposed to be getting married in a few hours, you sure don't seem that happy. What happened? You and Hayden get in a fight?
Finn: I'm not sure what it was.
Jason: Julian knows that you were involved in Sonny's shooting?
Sam: I think so. I mean, he came to see me a couple days ago.
Jason: He came into this room?
Sam: Yeah. I mean, I think I remember talking to him. I was pretty out of it still, but I think I remember telling him that I... I wanted to get you away from Sonny.
Jason: What did he say?
Sam: He said the conversation never happened. But I know it did. I remember now. I went to meet him at Metro Court restaurant, which tells you how sick I was, because I would never seek him out.
Jason: Okay. It's okay. What did you... tell Julian?
Sam: I said that I was afraid that Sonny was going to... make you work for him again, that he would keep pressuring you until you gave in. And Julian said the only guaranteed solution was to... get rid of Sonny, and that's exactly what I tried to do.
Jason: Honey, I need you to think hard. Did you tell Julian that you were going to kill Sonny?
Sam: No.
Jason: No?
Sam: No, Jason. But he must suspect. Why else would he lie and tell me that we never talked?
Jason: I'm not sure. Is there anything else that Julian might know?
Sam: I don't think so.
Jason: Okay. So what did you do after the conversation at the Metro Court?
Sam: I made arrangements to buy the gun. Jason -- the gun.
Jason: Do you know what you did with it?
Sam: Oh. Yes, I... I wiped the prints off, and I threw it in the dumpster.
Jason: In a dumpster?
Sam: Mm-hmm.
Jason: On the way home?
Sam: No, the dumpster at the construction site.
Jason: Okay.
Sam: I'm sure the police have the gun by now, so...
Jason: I'm going to handle this, okay?
Sam: Jason. Can you call Diane, please? Make arrangements?
Jason: Everything's going to be fine. Okay? It's going to be fine. Now, if that's going to hold, I need you to trust me. Can you trust me? Can you do that?
Sam: Yes, of course, I trust you.
Jason: Then I need you to promise me you're not going to say anything to anyone about this.
Sam: Okay.
Jason: Okay?
[Knock on door]
Jason: Yeah. Come in!
Alexis: Hey.
Jason: Hey!
Alexis: How are ya feeling? Did you sleep?
Jason: You know what? I've got some things I need to take care of, so I'm-a let you two talk. And you have a job -- it's to get some rest.
Sam: Okay.
Jason: Nothing unsettling.
Sam: All right.
Jason: All right?
Sam: Yeah. Go do what you have to do, go ahead.
Jason: Okay. Bye.
Alexis: She's not getting out of that bed, so don't worry about it.
Jason: Good, I'm trusting you.
Alexis: How you doing?
Sam: Better.
Alexis: Good.
Sam: Better, and I've been able to sleep, you know, as much as you can sleep in these hospital beds. The doctors say my blood work is improving. They're even talking about releasing me soon.
Alexis: Great!
Sam: Mm-hmm.
Alexis: Good. And you go home and you forget all about this.
Sam: So, why don't you catch me up? I haven't been able to exactly follow the news lately. Did Julian's trial start yesterday?
Alexis: Yes. I testified.
Sam: How'd it go?
Alexis: It was...hard. I told the truth, I did, and, uh... so... my conscience is clear.
Sam: All right. Well, do you have to go back today?
Alexis: No. They're in recess.
Sam: Why?
Alexis: I don't know.
Julian: So, uh, why would a few more days off be bad?
Scott: Well, the DA requested it. He claims that he has to appear at another trial.
Julian: What do you mean, "claims"?
Scott: Well, I looked at the docket. There's no big ticket trials going on.
Julian: So he's stalling. What's the point of that? I mean, he scored major points with Alexis's testimony despite what you got her to say on cross.
Scott: Yeah, yeah, yeah. He had a good day in court, but he's got a lot of other weapons in his arsenal, including Jason, who blames you for what your sister did to Sam.
Julian: Jason? I was trying to protect Sam. I was trying to protect all my kids.
Scott: Try telling that to Jason.
Dante: I need this processed ASAP, and you got to follow up on those other reports.
Nathan: We need to know if that gun matches the bullet removed from Sonny Corinthos' leg.
Officer: You got it.
Nathan: So... what do you think?
Dante: Well, I'd rather not speculate until we get the results back.
Nathan: Man, you're not on the witness stand. It's just between us.
Dante: I think that gun is going to come back as untraceable. And whoever fired that shot at Sonny is a professional. I think they used Sonny's meeting with Garvey and followed him and used it as a distraction to take the shot, wiped it down, dumped it. Standard procedure.
Sonny: [Grunts] Dante tell you to question me?
Michael: No, Dad. Come on, you know better than that. Dante would never ask that, okay? And if he did, I wouldn't agree. I love my brother, but he's a cop -- I'm not. So I'm not obligated to disclose anything you tell me, so...
Sonny: Nothing to tell.
Michael: Mm. Okay, well then, um... let me speculate then. [Sighs] So, you're looking to get out of the business. That made someone nervous. They hired a contractor to shadow you, follow you to your meeting with Garvey.
Sonny: Mm-hmm.
Michael: Once he was down and you were distracted, the contractor shot you and threw you in a pit. You were supposed to die, but you didn't. And now you're looking to retaliate against whoever sent that shooter. How am I doing so far?
Jared: To both of us getting what we want.
Dr. Obrecht: I told you it would be worth your time to meet with me.
Jared: The thing is... I never would have gone after Rachel... Hayden -- if it weren't for the money. She owed me. We had an agreement. I had every right to put the squeeze on her. But is Dr. Finn really bad enough to deserve you?
Dr. Obrecht: Hamilton Finn ruins lives, just like your Rachel did to that little girl she crippled. Now you've ruined her life in return.
Jared: I think my bagel's ready. I'll be right back.
Dr. Obrecht: Now for the finishing touch.
Michael: Look, Dad, I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but if I'm right, and you retaliate? Dad, you're getting deeper in the business you're trying to get out of.
Sonny: I know what I'm doing, Michael.
[Cell phone ringing]
Michael: One second. Hello?
Dr. Obrecht: [American accent] Mr. Corinthos. I know you're on the board at General Hospital, and I feel it's my duty to alert you to recent suspicious transactions by your financial officer, Hayden Barnes.
Michael: What? Who is this?
Dr. Obrecht: Check it out... for the good of the hospital.
[Dramatic music plays]
Sonny: Everything okay, Mike?
Michael: Uh...I have to check in on something. I'm sorry about the third degree. Just...you know.
Sonny: I'll forgive you on one condition.
Michael: Okay, what's that?
Sonny: Don't say anything about your "theory" to your mother because I don't want her to think it's more than it is.
Michael: Okay. Look, Dad, whatever you decide to do, just... please be careful.
Sonny: I will say one thing. I don't plan to retaliate against the person who shot me.
Michael: Good. Bye, Dad.
[Dramatic music plays]
Finn: I found out that Hayden was embezzling from the hospital.
Curtis: What?
Finn: She's being blackmailed by her ex-husband, a guy named Jared.
Curtis: Jared? I think I met that dude. He said he was an old friend. He didn't mention nothing about being an ex. Hayden said he had something --
Finn: Wait, you knew this, and you didn't do anything? You didn't tell me about it?!
Curtis: Man, I'm her friend. I'm not a parole officer. But what I did tell her then was that the best way to deal with a blackmailer is to take away his leverage. And that her best option was to tell you the truth.
Finn: Well, I guess Hayden didn't agree with you.
Curtis: So, how'd y'all end it?
Finn: [Sighs] I told her I love her... and we're having a baby together and if we're going to make the marriage work, we need to be honest, and that's... that's when Hayden walked out.
Sam: I am so sorry Julian's trial's been delayed. I think this recess is going to prolong everything, which isn't good for anyone.
Alexis: No, it's not. I'm really tired of the limbo.
Sam: How are you? I mean, how do you think they took your testimony? Now, I know it was hard for you, but do you think it was good or bad for Julian?
Alexis: You've been talking to your sisters.
Sam: Well, Mom, they're just afraid that you might try to help him.
Alexis: Listen to me. Regardless of my feelings for Julian, I told the truth as I know it -- nothing more. What?
Sam: Nothing. I was just... I was just thinking... and... I think you're right, it's really important to tell the truth.
[Dramatic music plays]
Sam: Jason has a loyalty to Sonny, and I know Sonny. He will do anything he can to get him back in, and I'm not gonna have that.
Julian: Okay, listen, listen, listen. I applaud your initiative here, but just keep talking to Jason.
Sam: Talking to him? No, I can't talk to him.
Julian: He'll listen to you.
Sam: No. There is no guarantee in that. I can't have that. If this were on you, what would you do?
Julian: [Sighs] Look, if you're looking for a guaranteed solution, there's only one option -- you got to get rid of Sonny.
[Knock on door]
Julian: [Sighs] Jason --
Jason: Are we alone?
Julian: Yep.
Jason: We're going to have a talk about Sam.
[Dramatic music plays]
Nathan: There's so much about this case that just seems... off.
Dante: Not if you know my father. I mean, if there is a second shooter, someone from a rival family, he's not going to come to the cops. He's going to try to handle it himself.
Nathan: You know, Dante, I could... pursue this on my own if it's too hard to go after your family like this.
Dante: No, man. It's because it's my family that I can't let this go. Whoever tried to kill my father, whatever he tries to do to retaliate, I want to know the truth.
[Door opens]
Officer: Okay. Results on all three guns from the Black Duck Distillery.
Dante: Thank you. Okay. Just what we thought. The gun from the dumpster matches the bullet taken out of Sonny's leg. Simmons, I need you to file all of this evidence back in the locker, okay?
Nathan: What have we got?
Dante: I'll fill you in on the way. You read the report, I drive. We have to go.
Monica: I know I told you to assert yourself, but this is not what I had in mind.
Olivia: Monica, I --
Monica: No, no. You don't have to explain. All you have to do is call Cook back, apologize like crazy, and hire her back.
Olivia: Wait, wait, wait, wait, whoa. Her attitude was way off-base, Monica. And I just --
Ned: Olivia should be able to cook in her own kitchen. Right?
Monica: You don't just fire someone who has worked with this family for years.
Elizabeth: Guys, I know it's a little stressful planning the wed--
Olivia: She terrorized the family!
Monica: All right, be that as it may, this is my house, and I decide who goes and who stays!
Michael: Grandmother. Can I talk to you for a moment? In private?
Monica: [Sighs]
Elizabeth: I'm going to go check on the chairs in the garden.
Ned: Yeah, sure. We'll give you the room. Let's go.
Michael: Thank you.
Olivia: What do you think that was about?
Ned: No idea. Sorry about Monica.
Olivia: She was so angry. She didn't give me a chance to explain.
Ned: The Quartermaine way -- react first, listen later. Don't worry. She'll come around.
Olivia: Thank you for defending me.
Ned: Always.
[Soft music plays]
Michael: So, I called the bank on the way over here to confirm suspicious activity in the hospital accounts. Multiple payments made to a medical-supply company called "White Hat Limited Medical Supplies."
Monica: I've never heard of it.
Michael: It's a front. For Rachel Berlin.
Monica: Well, that's Hayden's real name. She's been embezzling from the hospital?
Michael: All the transactions were reversed within 24 hours. The money's back where it should be. But why would Hayden do this in the first place?
Monica: She and Finn were going to Zanzibar for their honeymoon.
Michael: What?
Monica: Yeah. The sudden decision to get married and then go off to an exotic honeymoon? Something doesn't sound right.
Michael: Okay, well we need to talk to Hayden before she goes anywhere.
Monica: I agree. I agree. [Sighs] Why... why would she commit a fraud and then undo it?
[Dramatic music plays]
Finn: I should have gone after Hayden last night.
Curtis: So why didn't you?
Finn: She was upset, I -- we both were. I didn't want us saying something that we couldn't take back, you know? I thought it was best to give her her space.
Curtis: You know, like I do, a woman like Hayden, that's the last thing you need to do.
[Dramatic music plays]
Monica: Well, Hayden should be back any minute, and then the three of us can sit down and have a private conversation.
Michael: Before the wedding?
Monica: I think we have to. I just hope she has a reasonable explanation.
Michael: Yeah. Me too.
Monica: Well, okay then. I'm going to think positive and go ahead with this reception. Although I don't know how we're going to feed the guests without a cook.
Ned: [Clears throat]
Olivia: Monica, um... I know I surprised you by firing --
Monica: Oh, Olivia, stop. I have enough problems with the wedding, a reception, a a possible hospital crisis. I don't need to add you to the list.
Olivia: Problem. She called me a problem. Am I a problem?
Elizabeth: Hi, Michael. I didn't know you were coming to the wedding.
Michael: Um, actually, I didn't know there was one. But I do need to speak to the bride.
Oh, she should be back any minute. Okay, obviously something is wrong. What is it?
[Dramatic music plays]
Curtis: Doctor, do you know anything about the woman you're about to marry?
Finn: Apparently not.
Curtis: Hayden is prickly and defensive on a good day. Now, it took a lot for her to lower her defenses enough to believe in something real between the two of y'all. And then she screwed up, and her past came back to bite her. She was wrong, and she made it worse. She knew she couldn't fix it. So guess what? Mr. Man-who-loves-her, father-of-her-baby -- it's on you to fix it.
Finn: I would do anything to make things right between us.
Curtis: Well, instead of being upset that she couldn't be honest with you, let her know that she can tell you the truth. That you love her despite her screw-ups, despite her backstory. You know, the way she loves you?
[Dramatic music plays]
Curtis: Doc, where are you going?
Finn: To fix this before it's too late.
Curtis: Well, hold up.
Alexis: Okay, sweetie. What's going on?
Sam: I'm just starting to remember the way I acted when I was sick, and all the things I did, and the fact that I hid it instead of asking for help.
Alexis: Well, none of that was your fault, and -- and by the way, I'm not comparing toxoplasmosis to alcoholism. But I hid things, too. So, the way you get through that is you... tell the truth about it and you move on.
Sam: Okay. I mean, in AA, they tell you you have to make amends, right? Try and make things right?
Alexis: Yeah. You want to be honest about everything. But really, what do you have to make right?
Jason: Sam told me she met you at the Metro Court restaurant a few weeks ago. You talked about Sonny.
Julian: Yep. I told her that meeting with Sonny never happened.
Jason: You lied. And now Sam knows it.
Julian: I was trying to ease her mind.
Jason: Okay, so why don't you tell me what really happened when you met with Sam?
Julian: I mean, she was agitated. She seemed like she was focused on something behind me rather than looking in my eyes.
Jason: But why did she come to see you specifically? What did she want?
Julian: Honestly, Sam was worried that Sonny was going to drag you back into the business. I told her that, hypothetically --
Jason: Just spit it out, please.
Julian: [Sighs] I told her the only way to keep you out of the business is to get rid of Sonny.
Jason: Ah.
Dante: Hey.
Sonny: I'd get up, but as you can see...
Dante: No.
Sonny: Right?
Dante: It's okay. How you doing, though?
Sonny: Oh, I'm just doing great. I'm just surprised that you're here. You want me to have Graciela make you some coffee?
Dante: No, no. I'm good. You good?
Nathan: I'm good. Okay. We wanted to update you on the investigation.
Sonny: Have a seat.
Dante: As we explained earlier, Forensics determined that the bullet that was shot into your leg does not match the two guns recovered from the scene. However, this morning, a third gun was recovered from the dumpster of the distillery. So, we got more questions. I'm sure you can understand that none of this is adding up.
[Dramatic music plays]
Alexis: You can tell me anything. You know that, right?
Sam: Yeah.
Alexis: Okay, because I think there's something that you're not telling me. You seem to be holding back something.
Sam: You know -- no. I was just thinking about how crazy I acted when I was sick. Just, I feel really horrible about that, Mom.
Alexis: Sam, you were on a lot of medication, some heavy-duty medication that's affecting your moods. So you don't have anything to apologize for or to be ashamed about.
Sam: Mom, the biggest thing is, I can't tell what's a real memory and what isn't anymore, and I feel like it's really messing with my head. It's awful. I mean, I have no idea how Jason survived everything that Helena did to him.
Alexis: Because he's tough, like you, and he knew that he had you to come back to, and you both have Danny and Scout now.
Sam: Yes, Mom. Yes, you are right. My family comes first. I have to get well, because Jason and my kids need me.
Julian: I'm sure Sam had nothing to do with what happened to Sonny. Or did she?
Jason: You said she was acting strangely.
Julian: Yeah. She was acting a little odd. Uh... but you should know that Ava had an even stranger conversation with Sam the day that Sonny was shot.
[Dramatic music plays]
Jason: Sam and Ava?
Julian: Yeah. Apparently Sam came here looking for me, and that she told Ava that she blamed Sonny for Ava's burns.
Jason: That fits with what the doctors told us. A few days before Sam collapsed, she was hallucinating.
Julian: But she's -- she's doing better, right? I mean, she's on the mend.
Jason: She is. And you can help her.
Julian: Yeah, of course, anything.
Jason: Stay away from her.
[Dramatic music plays]
Sonny: I told you everything I remember.
Dante: Let me lay it out for you again, okay? Uh... your gun did, in fact, cause Garvey's wounds. And the bullet from your vest came from Garvey's gun.
Nathan: We found both guns at the scene pretty much where you'd expect to find them after you both dropped them and were wounded.
Dante: Your prints were on your gun, Garvey's prints were on his gun.
Sonny: Okay.
Dante: [Exhales] The problem is... [Chuckles] ...Is the shot to your leg doesn't match those guns. It matches this third gun that we found in the dumpster. That matches the bullet from your leg. Now, the problem is, we don't know who owns that gun. Serial number's been filed off, there's no prints.
Nathan: Gun was wiped clean.
Dante: How do you think that happened?
Jared: I'm going to have a cigarette while I wait for the money to post in my account. Care to join me?
Dr. Obrecht: I must decline. Cancer is never attractive, and I have a few things to do myself this morning.
Jared: Well, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
Dr. Obrecht: And you. Enjoy your money.
[Dramatic music plays]
Dr. Obrecht: This is Dr. Liesl Obrecht. It is imperative that I speak with Michael Corinthos on an urgent matter. Just tell him I'm on the phone. He'll know what it's about. He's not there? He canceled all his appointments for this morning? How strange. Thank you. He's gone to Monica, I'm sure of it. Liesl, your aim was true! [Laughs]
Elizabeth: Michael, wait. What's going on? Why do you need to talk to Hayden?
Michael: It's a matter of the board. I can't really discuss it.
Elizabeth: Is this about General Hospital?
Michael: Yes. Why?
Elizabeth: Well, there was... okay, there was a strange call yesterday from the bank, and it upset Hayden, and now you want to talk to her. Is she in some kind of trouble?
Michael: Elizabeth --
Elizabeth: I mean, look, I know we haven't been the closest of sisters, but I would still really like to know.
Michael: She's due back here shortly, right?
Elizabeth: Yeah, any minute.
Michael: Okay, maybe you'll get your answers then.
Monica: Cook won't return my calls, and she had prepared absolutely nothing for this reception.
Olivia: Well, you don't have to worry about it --
Monica: Will you stop, please? I will not have someone in my house go behind my back and abuse my trust!
Ned: Monica, that's enough.
Olivia: Just a second --
Monica: You're right! You're right, Ned. It is enough. I am done with this conversation.
Olivia: [Sighs] I have never seen Monica like this.
Ned: Olivia, I said I have your back.
Olivia: [Sighs]
Ned: And I do.
Olivia: She's so angry. Where are we even going to start?
[Dramatic music plays]
Monica: Are you sure that Hayden hasn't come back here?
[Doorbell rings]
Monica: Now what?
Finn: Hi, Monica. I, uh... I need to speak to Hayden. It's important.
Sonny: I don't know what you're looking for, Dante. I thought I made it clear yesterday that... last thing I remember was I was ambushed by Garvey, and he shot me in the bulletproof vest.
Dante: [Sighs] Yeah, you're clear. Okay. So you have no way of saying for certainty that it was Garvey that shot you in the leg?
Sonny: All -- [Exhales] All I know is I wound up in the bottom of a pit with a bullet in my leg. It was a hell of a fall, and I don't know. Maybe it messed with my memory.
Dante: I guess so. I mean, look, the problem is, the third gun -- the gun that shot you in the leg -- is untraceable. The serial number has been taken off. There's no prints.
Sonny: You mentioned that already!
Nathan: Which implies whoever shot you was a pro.
Sonny: If you say so.
Dante: I just want to find out the truth of what happened the night you got shot.
Sonny: I keep giving you answers, and you don't want to hear it!
Jason: Hi, uh, excuse me. I need to speak to Commissioner Ashford. It's about the Jerome trial. I need to clear something up before I talk to the DA.
Officer: She's out. She won't be back for at least an hour.
Jason: I can wait. By the way, is Detective Falconeri and West in?
Officer: Also out. But they should be back soon.
Jason: Thank you, sir.
Monica: Well, Hayden's not back yet. And you know it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding.
Finn: I'm not real worried about superstition right now.
Elizabeth: Did you guys get in a fight?
Finn: Something like that.
Elizabeth: Are you calling off the wedding?
Finn: No, no, uh... I think there might be a delay.
Michael: Uh, why's that?
Finn: I just need to talk to Hayden.
Michael: Just, if it has anything to do with General Hospital, Monica and I, we need to know about it.
Finn: It's private. I said some things. I-I need to make sure she knows how I feel, all right? Please, I just need to see her.
Elizabeth: Finn. Just --
Finn: I'll answer everyone's questions right after I talk to Hayden.
Curtis: Where -- where is Hayden right now?
Elizabeth: She's getting her hair done.
Curtis: How did she seem this morning? Was she upset?
Elizabeth: I don't know. I didn't talk to her.
Monica: We don't really know what's keeping Hayden.
Finn: She's not going to pick up my calls. Will you try her?
Curtis: Already on it.
Finn: Okay.
[Dramatic music plays]
Curtis: This is no good.
Finn: What?
Curtis: It says her number is disconnected.
[Dramatic music plays]
Dr. Obrecht: The wedding should be starting any moment now. Assuming it actually takes place. Michael is too cool to confront Hayden while she's standing at the altar, but Monica might if she's angry enough. Oh, if only I could be there. [Sighs] But I will see the results. Poor Finn. Who knows how he'll manage. Will he dive right back into drugs? And, Hayden, my dear... your life as you know it is over. My wedding gift to you. [Chuckles]
Jared: Time's up.
[Dramatic music plays]
Jared: What? The account's closed?! [Snarls] Rachel, you bitch! You double-crossed me!
Curtis: Damn. I was afraid she was going to do something like this.
Finn: What are you talking about?
Elizabeth: None of Hayden's things are in her room. She's gone.
Monica: She didn't leave a note or anything?
Elizabeth: She left one thing behind.
[Dramatic music plays]
