Michael: The deadline is firm. If they don't counter by then, the deal is blown. Just send me an e-mail and a hard copy to back it up. Make sure I'm CC'd. I'm sorry. Can I help you.
Larry: Forgive me. I thought this was Tracy's office.
Tracy: Not what I would call luxurious.
Laura: Yeah, I don't think many tourists come through here. If you want Michelin stars, we'd have to go back to Ankara.
Tracy: Not a chance. They have my painting, and I'm not leaving here without it.
Jason: Thank you. Uh, we'll see you then.
Sam: Was that Dr. Maddox's office?
Jason: Yeah. They confirmed the appointment. They can see Jake later today.
Sam: Oh, that's good, right?
Jason: That my son needs to see a psychiatrist?
Sam: No, that you're getting your son help. That's amazing, Jason. That's what makes you such a good father. You'd do anything to protect your kids.
Jason: I know. I know. That's all I want.
Sam: Good. So, does that mean we're gonna move forward with our other idea?
Jason: About that idea...
Sam: What? Have you changed your mind?
Jason: No, it's not up to me.
Sam: Do you think they're not gonna want to do it?
[Knock on door]
Jason: Guess we're about to find out.
Sam: Yes, we are.
Josslyn: Mom. Mom?
Carly: Oh, God. I'm sorry, baby. What is it?
Josslyn: You just told me I could get a new car.
Carly: Uh... uh, nice try. [Laughs]
Josslyn: I was just asking if there was any more orange juice.
Carly: Oh, no, there's not. I forgot to pick some up. I'm sorry. I've been really distracted, you know, kind of in my own world.
Josslyn: A world that doesn't include Sonny?
Carly: Don't start, Josslyn, okay? Don't.
Josslyn: What?
Carly: Okay, look, I get that things have been crazy, all right? And you're allowed to feel whatever it is you're feeling. But Sonny loves you. He does. He's done a lot of wonderful things for you. Sonny always made sure the fridge was stocked with orange juice. And Sonny happens to be your --
Josslyn: My mother's soon-to-be ex-husband.
Carly: He's not my ex-husband, and you know that.
Josslyn: Well, he should be.
Waitress: Refill?
Alexis: [Gasps] Uh, uh, no, I'm all right. Thank you.
Waitress: Did you want to take a look at the breakfast menu?
Alexis: Uh, uh, no. You know what? I'm just gonna -- here you go -- uh, get some fresh air.
Waitress: All right.
Alexis: Thanks.
Jax: Who says chivalry is dead?
Alexis: [Sighs]
Laura: Yeah, I didn't travel halfway around the world with you just to go home.
Tracy: Yeah, and I'm footing the bill.
Laura: I'm just saying that maybe we should find a place to sleep before we lose daylight.
Tracy: Not a chance. I am not leaving without my painting. And by the way, I don't know if Ashton is in cahoots with these art-mongering monks. If he finds out that I traced the painting here, he could definitely get in my way.
Laura: Are you really that worried about Lord Larry?
Tracy: [Chuckles] Never underestimate the treachery of Ashton. Is there even anybody here?
[Door creaks]
Tracy: Are you there, God? It's me, Tracy.
Monk: Heh? Bunun anlami ne?
Tracy: Huh?
Monk: Cik disari yoksa polisi aray acagiz!
Tracy: What are they saying?
Laura: That's Turkish for trouble.
Larry: Michael, my boy. You've come just in time. Just spent the last 20 minutes hunting for the mini bar.
Michael: Um, well, you can stop looking because there's no mini bar here.
Larry: Pity. I always found a social lubricant helpful in closing deals. Unless, of course, there aren't any deals to be made? [Chuckles]
Michael: Look, uh, Larry, I have a call scheduled, so if there's something that you need...
Larry: A CEO's work is never done. I wouldn't expect you to have time for piddling family matters.
Michael: What -- what family matters?
Larry: Oh, don't give it another thought. Just point me in your Aunt Tracy's direction, and, uh, you'll be well rid of me.
Ned: Oh, no, no, no, no, you don't. Whatever plans you have in store for Mother, I'll put a stop to that right now.
Alexis: So, is this a happy coincidence, or are you looking for me?
Jax: Oh, it's a very happy coincidence. It's really good to see you.
Alexis: I can understand if it wasn't so good to see me, considering how I behaved last time. I wasn't exactly, uh...
Jax: Yourself.
Alexis: No. Well, that's one way of putting it.
Jax: You're in recovery, right?
Alexis: Uh, I-I guess. I had a relapse. Uh, but I'm on the wagon today.
Jax: Well, I'm glad. And sorry. I heard about Julian. For what it's worth, you have my sympathy.
Alexis: You're one of the few.
Jax: I know it was complicated, but, uh, it doesn't mean losing him wasn't hard.
Alexis: Hmm. I, like, I feel him everywhere around me.
Jax: You want to talk about it?
Alexis: Are you a glutton for punishment?
Jax: It's not punishment when you're comforting a friend. So if you need that comfort now, feel free to take it.
Jason: Come on in.
Sonny: It's kind of quiet in here. I thought we'd take the kids to breakfast.
Sam: Well, Scout's sound asleep.
Jason: Yeah, and Danny's at the Quartermaines'.
Sonny: Does somebody want to tell me why you called me over here?
Sam: Um, Jason will do that. I have to get to work.
Sonny: Oh, you're doing cases again?
Sam: I was gonna take some maternity leave, but this is personal. So is what Jason is about to ask you. So can you promise me one thing, please? Just think really hard before you make your decision.
Sonny: O-kay.
Sam: Okay. [Chuckles] Bye.
Jason: Bye.
Sonny: Do -- do I need to be worried?
Jason: I hope not. We want you to be Scout's godfather.
Sonny: Really?
Jason: Yeah.
Sonny: I'd be honored.
Jason: Good. Uh, we're also gonna ask Carly to be her godmother.
Carly: [Sighs] Honey, come here. You know, it's just not that easy. It's not. When you love someone, you can't just turn off your feelings for them.
Josslyn: And you still love Sonny?
Carly: Yes, I do.
Josslyn: You realize that's not healthy, right? I mean, what about all of those times you told me never let anyone else, especially a guy, make me feel bad about myself?
Carly: Yes, and I meant every word.
Josslyn: Well, so do I! You're worth 100 Sonnys, Mom, which is why you need to stop messing around and get a divorce.
Alexis: Julian said that it was his sister that forced him to do everything that he did.
Jax: Thanks.
Waitress: You're welcome.
Alexis: Any rational person would think that's just another excuse. And all I'm saying is he sounded sincere in his letter.
Jax: Look, you loved him. That's all that matters, okay? Don't let anyone tell you that Julian wasn't worth your grief.
Alexis: You always say what I want to hear.
Jax: I know what it's like to lose someone.
Alexis: All right, what's going on? Talk to me.
Sam: Mom, hey. Hi. Jax!
Jax: Good to see you, Sam.
Sam: Hi! Good to see you.
Jax: Congratulations, I hear. Your mom couldn't wait to show me baby photos.
Sam: Oh, well, the pictures don't do her justice. You're gonna have to come by and check her out.
Jax: Well, I'm not sure of my plans at the moment, but, uh, I do have to be somewhere, so...
Alexis: Will you call me before you leave?
Jax: I will. It was good to see you, Sam.
Sam: You, too. Did you know he was in town?
Alexis: I had no idea. It was a complete surprise.
Sam: Does Carly know he's here?
Carly: Okay, you know what? I have somewhere I have to be, so you're just gonna have to über to your riding lesson.
Josslyn: Oh, no! You are not going to change the subject.
Carly: No, I'm trying to figure out your schedule of the day. Just because you have school off doesn't mean you get to take a day off from life, okay?
Josslyn: Mom, I'm the one who asked to take riding lessons. I'm gonna be there, and I'm gonna be on time. Now can you please answer my question? When are you going to divorce Sonny?
Carly: Oh, my God. I can't just get a divorce, Josslyn, okay? It doesn't work that way!
Josslyn: Right. I know. It takes time and lawyers and a court and a bunch of other things. But you can at least get started, can't you?
Carly: [Sighs]
Josslyn: I mean, what's that saying? "The journey of 1,000 miles starts with that one step." I mean, call Diane and see if she's free and --
Carly: It's not that simple. It's just not that simple.
Josslyn: Yes, it is! That's why you're not doing it! You don't want to think about how simple it is, so you're pretending it's not!
Carly: Okay, stop for a second, all right? And you listen to me. You don't remember your father and I divorcing because you were too young. You don't realize how painful and complicated it is. I love Sonny! And we've built a life together. And we've built that up over time, and we have people in common. That includes you and Avery! This is gonna affect you! Do you realize that? So until I'm sure, I'm not gonna get a divorce. I'm not there yet, okay?
Josslyn: Well, what if Sonny is?
Sonny: Carly is gonna be Scout's godmother?
Jason: Uh, well, yeah. Sam and I agreed that you and Carly are our first choice. If something should happen to us, we need to have people there who can take care of Scout.
Sonny: If anything ever happened to you, I would, you know, I'd look after her completely.
Jason: I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. But if doing this with Carly is gonna make you uncomfortable...
Sonny: Well, well, uh, why would I be uncomfortable? Unless Carly said something.
Jason: No, she didn't say anything. Not to me. She did talk to Sam yesterday. I know things are not great between you two.
Sonny: And if me and Carly stand up for Scout in front of God and everybody else, it's a good chance that Carly and I could get back together. Is that what you and Sam were thinking?
Tracy: Do you have any food to give us? Wine? Bread?
Laura: What are you doing?
Tracy: I'm making a point.
Laura: What? That you want to star in your own version of "Midnight Express"?
Tracy: Oh, please. I don't think we're gonna have to worry about that.
Laura: Shh! We could. Shh! It's time to be quiet, very quiet. You let me do the talking.
Tracy: Mm-hmm.
Laura: [Speaking Turkish]
Tracy: You enjoying this, Daddy? Leading me around by the nose? From the grave, no less? I don't think you would put up with this runaround, and I'm not gonna, either. Do I have something on my face?
Laura: Grab your bag. Turns out we're not getting kicked out after all.
Larry: Ned, as ever, your concerned about your mother, truly the definition of a good son. But I can assure you, there is...
Both: Absolutely nothing to be worried about.
Larry: It seems that I've become somewhat predictable.
Ned: Don't change on my account. It makes it that much easier to prepare for your visits. I have a good friend in the state department. One word from me, and you'll be on a flight back to England's green and pleasant land.
Larry: There's no need for threats. I've seen the error of my ways. Besides, this scheme, as you call it, is the opportunity of a lifetime.
Ned: Hmm. Well, let me save you the trouble of practicing your sales pitch on me. Because I'm not letting you anywhere near Mother.
Michael: Actually, uh, Tracy's not in yet.
Larry: I'll wait.
Ned: So will I.
Larry: Splendid. It'll give us time to catch up. Or get to know one another. I don't believe I've had the pleasure.
Olivia: Olivia Falconeri.
Larry: What a lovely name. It's almost musical, befitting a beauty such as yourself.
Olivia: Hmm. Hmm.
Larry: [Chuckles] Of course. We're at the office.
Olivia: Yes.
Ned: Hands to yourself, Father. Olivia is my fiancée.
Larry: Oh.
Michael: Wait, what? Are you serious?
Ned: As a heart attack. We're getting married.
Michael: Guys, this is amazing.
Olivia: [Chuckles]
Michael: When did this happen?
Ned: Last night.
Olivia: Yes, I asked Ned to make an honest woman out of me.
Michael: What a sec. Is -- is this, uh... Grandmother's ring.
Ned: It actually played a very important part in our engagement.
Olivia: Yeah, we wanted to tell Tracy ourselves in person.
Ned: It was that or face the consequences.
Olivia: We just assumed that she would be here by now.
Michael: Uh, I think she should be. Um, I'll have my assistant track her down.
Olivia: You know, uh, uh, why don't I go help you with that?
Ned: Well, let's hear it.
Larry: Hear what?
Ned: I just announced I'm getting married. I assumed that would elicit some response from my father.
Larry: I'm afraid I'm still deciding. I don't know whether to toast you or eulogize you.
Tracy: Oh. Am I supposed to stay in here by myself?
Laura: No, I think we're gonna stay in here together.
Tracy: There's one bed.
Laura: Well, we'll be nice and cozy then. Tesekkur.
Monk: [Speaks Turkish]
Tracy: Is there a problem?
Monk: [Speaks Turkish] Disari çikma.
Laura: Okay.
Tracy: What did he say?
Laura: Uh, that we are not to leave the room.
Tracy: Are you kidding? We're prisoners. This is "Midnight Express"!
Laura: No, no, no. It's just that women are only allowed here to worship, and all of the services are over for the day.
Tracy: Then why are we allowed here? Out of the goodness of their hearts?
Laura: I convinced them that we were weary travelers.
Tracy: [Chuckles]
Laura: Well, I also said that we would give them a small donation. You owe them about 2,000 lira. Well, it was either gonna be that or we'd sleep in the street.
Tracy: Well, I'm beginning to think that might be preferable. There's something really weird going on here. Did you see the way they stared at me? And where is my painting?
Laura: I asked about that. They said they didn't know a thing about it.
Tracy: Highly unlikely.
Laura: I agree. So when things quiet down out there, I think we should go out and explore.
Sam: So, not to be intrusive, but did anything happen after you left last night?
Alexis: I didn't drink, if that's what you're worried about.
Sam: I'm just saying if -- if you did, you -- you could tell me that. You know, I-I wouldn't love you any less.
Alexis: Thank you. I've already cried on your shoulder enough. I'm not gonna take any more advantage.
Sam: Taking advantage? What are you talking about? We're family. This is what we're supposed to be here for.
Alexis: Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?
Sam: No.
Alexis: Where the kids depend on the parents?
Sam: No, the parents can depend on the kids and other people. I know it's a really difficult concept for you.
Alexis: I'm trying to learn. I really am.
Sam: Good. And if anything else happened, you would tell me that, too, right?
Alexis: You mean am I getting any more visits from Julian's ghost?
Sam: Yeah. I know it sounds awkward, Mom, but it's not. I can't tell you how many times I saw Jason after I lost him.
Alexis: But you didn't lose him. He came back.
Sam: [Sighs] I know it's hard for you, but the police did tell you that they called off the search for Julian.
Alexis: I know what the police said. I got another phone call last night, and I heard that noise again.
Sam: Wait, what are you talking about? What noise?
Alexis: It was nothing. Or if it was something, it left before I could look. I think I'm going crazy.
Sam: You're not going crazy.
Alexis: Oh, no, no. I think that I am. I can't shake him. I feel like he's everywhere, and I-I can't seem to let go of him.
Sam: I-I think that's because without a body, you can't be sure that he's gone. So we're gonna find that out one way or another.
Jason: Sam and I love you and Carly, and we just want you to be happy. If that's together, great. If it's apart, well, then you'll both have our support there, too.
Sonny: Well, thanks. That means a lot. It's just yesterday I said some things. I got angry to Carly, and maybe I shouldn't have.
[Knock on door]
Jason: Wow.
Sonny: You gonna get that?
Jason: Yeah. [Sighs]
[Knock on door]
Jason: Okay.
Carly: I'm so glad you're here. I really need to talk...to you.
Josslyn: Dad!
Jax: Hey.
Ned: How can you have a problem with Olivia? You've only just met.
Larry: I have no problem with your bride-to-be. She's clearly a woman of character and intelligence and easy on the eyes, to boot. No. It's not your choice of partners that I have a problem with.
Ned: Then what?
Larry: The very concept of marriage, to honor and cherish, trust. Those ideas have never held much water in this family. Could you name someone who's been rewarded by it?
Ned: Grandfather and Grandmother.
Larry: Edward and Lila were the exception that proves the rule. Not many other Quartermaines have fared as well. Certainly not you.
Ned: That may have been true in the past, but I am looking toward the future. I've learned from my mistakes, and I'm not gonna repeat them.
Larry: I truly believe that's your intention, but you know what they say about the road to hell, dear boy.
Ned: You don't think I'm gonna be able to follow through?
Larry: No leopard can change his spots that easily.
Ned: I already have. I have been completely honest with Olivia, and she is completely honest with me. We know each other's true selves. We're not pretending to be someone we're not.
Larry: And that's what makes this time different?
Ned: [Sighs] No. Olivia is what makes this time different. She's an extraordinary woman with amazing qualities. And she makes me want to be a better man.
Larry: Well, it does sound as if you're in love.
Ned: [Laughs] Drowning in it. And I would hope that you would be happy for me.
Larry: Believe it or not, I once possessed a love of my own. But I let it slip through my fingers.
Ned: Well, you don't need to be worried about me, Father. I know just how lucky I am.
Larry: Then I have no choice but to bask in your happiness. Congratulations, son.
[Both laugh]
Tracy: Well, this trip just gets better and better.
Laura: Don't think about it as a trip with five-star hotels. It's -- it's not a vacation. It's an adventure.
Tracy: I'm not much for adventures. I am much happier in a boardroom, despite what my father thought.
Laura: Your father thought very highly of you.
Tracy: How would you know?
Laura: I was his assistant.
Tracy: Yeah, for a day and a half 30 years ago?
Laura: He talked about you all the time.
Tracy: Really?
Laura: Mm-hmm.
Tracy: What'd he say?
Laura: He said it was in my best interest to keep one eye on you at all times, that I was not to trust you ever, that you were treacherous, duplicitous, and ruthless.
Tracy: Don't go on.
Laura: And that was everything you needed to run ELQ.
Tracy: He said that?
Laura: Mm-hmm. He said you could be his greatest adversary, his best friend, and that you were his finest accomplishment.
Sam: I think the police were right. I think Olivia shot Julian, his body fell over the bridge into the water, and got washed up into the harbor, but I understand that you can't move forward or accept this without any proof.
Alexis: Well, how are you gonna get proof?
Sam: By investigating. In fact, I've already started.
Sonny: This is starting to feel like a setup.
Jason: No, no, I didn't invite Carly over.
Carly: You know what? I'll call you later.
Jason: No, you're not. You're staying right here because this involves you, too.
Carly: How does this involve me?
Jason: Well, I asked Sonny over to see if he would consider being Scout's godfather. And I was going to ask you to be her godmother.
Carly: [Laughs] Oh, of course I'll be Scout's godmother. Oh, my God. You know how much I love that little baby girl. Did you think that Sonny and I couldn't be in the same room together?
Jason: No, we just didn't want to put you guys on the spot.
Sonny: I told Jason I didn't think it would be a problem.
Carly: No, no. I mean, it's about Scout. It's not about us, right?
Sonny: Well, we can come together for Scout, even though our lives are apart.
Josslyn: I can't believe you're actually here.
Jax: Well, I wanted to see you.
Josslyn: Did Mom call you? I mean, did she ask you to come because of everything with her and Sonny?
Jax: Why? What's going on with your mother and Sonny?
Josslyn: [Scoffs] Well, I guess she didn't call you, then.
Jax: Mnh-mnh.
Josslyn: Yeah, a bunch of stuff happened. Things are bad between them.
Jax: Well, I'm sorry. I had no idea.
Josslyn: And you just came anyway? You probably felt how much I needed to see you. I knew I can count on you, Dad.
Jax: Hey, um, I need to talk to you. Come -- come sit down, okay?
Josslyn: That doesn't sound good.
Jax: It's not, I'm afraid. I have some... I have bad news about Lady Jane.
Josslyn: Did she... did she die?
Jax: Yeah. Last night. [Voice breaking] And I didn't want to tell you on the phone. I'm really sorry, Joss. Come here. I'm sorry.
[Hugging]
Tracy: You must have heard my father wrong.
Laura: No, he was perfectly clear. He thought of you as his heir apparent.
Tracy: Funny he never managed to cough up those words when I was in the room. All I ever heard was how I disappointed him.
Laura: Why do you think that was?
Tracy: Because he had really high standards, and I could never live up to them, so much so that he disinherited me not once, but twice.
Laura: I think it was because he was afraid of you.
Tracy: Oh, please.
Laura: No, I think it's true. Really. You know, I may have only worked for him for a day and a half, but, uh, you know, for all of his bluster, I think Edward actually wore his heart on his sleeve. And, to me, it was so clear when he looked at you, he saw a young woman who was so bright and so capable that she wouldn't just supplant him. She would surpass him.
Tracy: If I was capable of withstanding his abuse. [Sighs] What am I even doing here?
Laura: You love him, Tracy. Why is it so hard for you to accept that he loved you?
Tracy: Because it was so hard for him to tell me.
Laura: Well, if he was so stingy with those words, it was probably because they were really valuable to him.
[Hugging]
Olivia: Oh. Any word on Tracy?
Michael: Uh, my assistant is on the case.
Larry: Ah.
Michael: Here we go.
Larry: So there is alcohol on the premises.
Michael: Yeah, I snagged it from Tracy's office.
Larry: For this you deserve a promotion. And we can finally toast this gorgeous flower.
Ned: That's a good idea. To my bride-to-be, not to mention a very successful hotelier.
Olivia: [Chuckles]
Ned: And a wizard in the kitchen.
Larry: Oh, then perhaps you can give Cook 2 a few lessons. Her duck à l'orange is slipping.
Olivia: [Chuckles]
Michael: Wait, are you -- are you moving in?
Olivia: Well, we haven't really discussed any of that yet, but --
Ned: But we haven't ruled it out.
Michael: Um, proceed with caution. Not that you wouldn't be welcome. And my -- my grandmother would be thrilled, but just, uh, living with the Quartermaines can be...a little difficult.
Olivia: Difficult, but rewarding.
Ned: I'll drink to that.
Larry: To Ned and Olivia. And to not following in your father's footsteps.
[Glasses clink]
Laura: Where are you going?
Tracy: Out.
Laura: You're right. You weren't built for this adventure.
Tracy: Oh, and you were?
Laura: Tracy, if this trip is going to bring up all of these bad memories for you, we can just end it. There's still time to get back to Ankara. You know, forget about the painting. Forget about whatever it is that your father was gonna leave for you.
Tracy: Good idea.
Laura: Okay. Leave this whole adventure thing behind us, right?
[Woman laughs]
Tracy: What was that? That sounded like a woman.
Laura: It can't be. The monks said that we were the only women here. [Chuckles]
[Door closes]
Alexis: What do you mean, you've already started? Do you have a lead?
Sam: I may have found a way to look into the call that you got last night.
Alexis: I'm telling you that was not a wrong number.
Sam: It may not have, but it doesn't mean it was Julian. Someone could have been playing a prank on you.
Alexis: Who? I mean, how many enemies do I have? Don't answer that.
Sam: I'm just trying to look at this logically. And if Julian was worried about facing criminal charges, he would probably want to get as far away from Port Charles as possible.
Alexis: Unless he wanted to see me.
Sam: I-I-I don't think he's gonna call you from a pay phone, Mom. Maybe a safe house.
Alexis: You're probably right.
Sam: I know it's difficult, but try not to get your hopes up, okay?
Alexis: I'll do my best.
Sam: All right. I'm gonna get going so I can work on this. Mom? You sure you're gonna be all right?
Alexis: Do I have a choice?
Carly: Okay, it's settled. Sonny and I are Scout's godparents.
Jason: This is amazing. Thank you, both of you. This means so much to me and Sam.
Carly: What would you have done if Sonny said no?
Jason: Uh, I'm not sure. Sam and I never really came up with a plan "B." We just assumed that you and Carly would, uh, put aside your differences for Scout, and I'm certainly glad that we were right.
Carly: Me, too. I'm gonna take off.
Jason: I-I thought you wanted to talk.
Carly: You know, I can just call you later. It's okay.
Sonny: Hold up.
Carly: [Sighs]
[Door opens]
Sonny: We need to talk.
Carly: We did. Last night. And you said everything I needed to hear.
Sonny: All right.
Josslyn: I just talked to Grandma last week. She sounded like she was doing better.
Jax: Well, she probably was. She always felt better when she talked to you.
Josslyn: But if I had known she was so sick... I wish I'd been there.
Jax: I know. But I think your grandma was glad that you weren't there, because she didn't want you to see her like that. She wanted you to remember her the way she was.
Josslyn: I just -- I just hate to think of her in pain.
Jax: She -- she wasn't in pain. She -- she died in her sleep. It was very peaceful. I promise.
Josslyn: Were you there?
Jax: I was. Yeah.
Josslyn: Well, I'm glad she wasn't alone. But that must have been really hard for you.
Jax: It was sad for me, but not for your grandmother, because she had an amazing life full of people that loved her and people that she loved in return. Like you. You were one of the brightest lights in her life. She would have done anything for you. And if you ever need proof, I have it right here. She left this for you.
Josslyn: Grandma wrote that for me?
Jax: Yeah. Yeah, she wanted you to know how much you meant to her. She loved you so much, Joss. And I think she knew that she didn't have a lot of time left, so she wanted to write everything down before she left us.
Josslyn: Thank you. But are you okay if I don't read it right now? [Voice breaking] I just miss her too much.
Jax: Yeah, me, too, sweetheart. Me, too.
Josslyn: [Sobs]
Jason: Hey.
Sam: Hey. Is Sonny still here?
Jason: No, he left as soon as Carly got here. How'd it go? Well, they both said yes.
Sam: They did?
Jason: So Scout has her godparents. I'm not so sure about Sonny and Carly having their marriage, though.
Sonny: Diane, I need you to clear the afternoon. I got something for you.
Jason: [Sighs] So what's this case you're working on?
Sam: Uh, it's for my mom. She's still a little frazzled about what happened last night. I don't think she's gonna be able to let this go until we can prove that Julian is actually gone.
Jason: Well, that's gonna be hard for her to hear, no matter when it happens.
Sam: If it happens.
Jason: What do you mean?
Sam: Come here. Take a look at this. I pulled this from the gas station surveillance footage. It came in exactly when my mom got that call.
Jason: Okay, I mean, it could be Julian. Same height, same build. But there are a lot of guys that fit that description.
[Cell phone chimes]
Sam: Excuse me. Oh. It's from Julian's bank. His credit card was used.
Alexis: Is everything okay at school, sweetie? I know you called to check up on me. That doesn't mean I can't worry about my daughter. Mm-hmm. Lunch? You know that I would love to do that, and -- and I'm gonna go to a meeting, and then I'm all yours. Okay.
Ned: No word on Mother?
Michael: I'm sure she's on her way. Or is that what you're afraid of?
Ned: [Chuckles] Have you ever given her bad news?
Michael: This is hardly bad news.
Ned: Yes and no. Mother did give me her blessing to marry Olivia, but that was before Olivia turned me down the first time. So I suspect she'll be less than thrilled.
Olivia: She'll be extremely offended and disapproving. And who can blame her? That's how any mother would feel.
Larry: Really, your worries are completely misplaced. Tracy is a pussycat.
Ned: Oh, clearly you've had too much to drink.
Larry: Have you never heard of "in vino veritas"? Tracy will have nothing to offer you but her felicitations.
[Telephone rings]
Larry: Besides, she'll be too distracted by my proposal to tender anything else.
Michael: Michael Corinthos.
Ned: She has resisted your scam this long. What makes you think she can't keep resisting your scam?
Larry: Because it's not a scam. It's the deal of a lifetime for both of us.
Michael: Thank you. Um, okay, that was weird.
Olivia: What?
Michael: My assistant managed to track down Tracy. She, uh -- she chartered the company jet last night.
Ned: Going where?
Michael: Turkey.
Larry: [Spits]
Tracy: Hold it! I believe you have my property.
Monk: [Speaks Turkish] No, you're wrong.
Tracy: I am Edward Quartermaine, aka J.L. Holt's, daughter. And "The Portrait of an Unknown Lady" is mine.
Laura: Tracy, it's you!
Josslyn: Oh, my God. Here's Grandma in her sun hat. She never took it off.
Jax: All that time in the outback, she was extra careful about sun damage.
Josslyn: No kidding. During that entire trip to Bondi Beach, she spent the whole time chasing me around with 70 SPF. I was practically glistening. Whatever happened to that hat?
Jax: I think I saw it in her closet. Why? Do you want it?
Josslyn: Really?
Jax: Of course. It's yours. Wear it with pride, just like Lady Jane.
[In loving memory of Barbara Tarbuck (Lady Jane Jacks) 1942 - 2016]
On the next "General Hospital" --
Jason (to André): But there are some specific areas that we need to discuss.
Jake (to Franco): Can you please come over so we can finish our timelines?
Nathan (to Sam): Did Julian ever talk to you about a plan to skip town?
Dillon (to Amy): Now that I know it's with you, I'm actually really excited.
Finn (to Hayden): Why are you backing away from me?
Tracy: I want answers now.
Carly (to Jax): What are you doing here?
