Julian: [Sighs] Now, before you ask, I'm gonna get you General Hospital, but not if you continue to hurt the people I love.

Jason: The good news is that all the charges against Sonny have been dropped.

Sam: But the cops have Ava in custody.

Jason: Yes, they do. And part of me is tempted to just call this a win and let it go. She did kill Connie Falconeri and got away with it, if you remember that. Maybe this is just karma.

Sam: Okay. But whoever is responsible for Morgan's death is still out there, and I know you can't have that.

Jason: No, I can't.

Sam: Okay, so then maybe the baby and I can provide a little distraction for you?

Jason: Huh?

Sam: For like an hour?

Jason: Hmm.

Sam: Yeah? Concentrate on -- on breathing, unless, of course, you don't think you need a refresher course.

Jason: Oh, no, I need a refresher. I do.

Sam: You do?

Jason: I need a refresher. Let's go. Childbirthing class.

Sam: Yeah?

Jason: Here we go.

Sam: [Laughs]

Jason: I hope he does the [Breathes rhythmically]

[Both laugh]

Jason: Hey.

Sam: Oh.

Jason: Hmm.

Elizabeth: [Chuckles] Franco. [Texts Franco: "So glad you're on our side. Good luck at work!]

Kiki: Hmm? Oh. You've got a --

Dillon: Mm.

Kiki: [Laughs]

Franco: Unessential program?

Kiki: Oh!

Franco: Philistines! Bureaucrats! Without art, there is no life.

Kiki: Franco! Um, what are you -- what are you doing home? I thought you were staying at Elizabeth's.

Franco: Yeah, um, I was, but then, you know, I went down to GH to gather some intel, you know, for the nurses. I was kind of like a -- like a James Bond for the cause.

Dillon: That's good.

Franco: Yeah.

Kiki: So what happened?

Franco: I got fired.

Olivia: This has been a wonderful Valentine's Day, Ned. I think maybe -- maybe my favorite of all time.

Ned: Oh!

Olivia: [Chuckles]

Ned: Well, I hope it's not over yet. How do you feel about spending the night?

Olivia: Oh... uh, thanks... but I can't.

Ned: Wha-- I-is it Leo?

Olivia: No, no, no, no. No, Leo's fine. It's -- it's just, um, I don't feel comfortable around your family.

Ned: Why would you be so intimidated by that pack of lunatics?

Olivia: Who said intimidated? I'm not intimidated, but this -- this is their home. I'm just a visitor here.

Ned: Liv.

Olivia: Ned --

Ned: Liv, I consider you and Leo a part of my family, which means you have every right to be here.

Tracy: I'm calling an official family meeting.

Ned: Tonight?

Tracy: Yes, tonight. You stay exactly where you are. You, go.

Griffin: You don't like Anna's test results.

Finn: No, not much. If it's what I'm thinking, the condition is extremely rare. But I don't want to make a diagnosis until I'm absolutely sure.

Valentin: It's all right, Anna. You're safe with me.

Nina: [Gasps]

[Monitor beeping]

Anna: What's happening?

Valentin: Don't worry. You're in the hospital. The doctors are taking good care of you.

Anna: Why are you here?

Valentin: I was worried about you.

Anna: Don't be. I'm fine. You need to leave.

Valentin: Okay. We were doing so well.

Anna: You need to leave.

Valentin: I'll go. Get some rest.

[Door closes]

Valentin: Nina? What are you doing?

Nina: You first. I just saw you in Anna's room holding her hand. What are you doing with that woman?

Ned: It's Valentine's Day. Olivia and I have plans.

Tracy: Something I am perfectly happy to know nothing about. Something has come up, and it needs the family's attention immediately.

Olivia: If it's that important, I --

Tracy: It is.

Ned: Fine. But Olivia is not going anywhere.

Tracy: Family meetings are not open to outsiders.

Ned: Olivia is not an outsider.

Olivia: Ned, I can -- I can just go. It's not --

Ned: I just told you. You're part of my family. My mother needs to acknowledge that. Now, if you want me to be at this meeting, Olivia has to be there, too.

Tracy: [Sighs] Fine. I'm gonna go find your brother.

Olivia: You were saying?

Ned: I'm sorry.

Olivia: It's not a big deal. I-I would be more than happy to sit this one out.

Ned: And I don't blame you. I'd like to sit it out, too, if I had that option. But I want you to stay here, and not just because I consider you part of my family, which I do. Because I'm not ready for this night to end.

Sam: Wait, e-excuse me, can you tell me why the childbirth class was cancelled?

Ricardo: Nurse Johnson leads that class. She called in sick.

Sam: Epiphany called in sick. That doesn't sound like her. I hope she's okay.

Ricardo: You didn't hear it from me, but the nursing staff is in danger of losing their jobs. They're staging a sick-out in protest.

Sam: Whoa. Okay.

[Cell phone ringing]

Jason: Oh, sorry.

Sam: Yeah, of course.

Jason: And it's Michael. Hey, Michael. What's up?

Michael: Hey. Uh, you may regret picking up, but, um, Tracy called a family meeting.

Jason: Uh, well, okay. This is really a bad time, so...

Michael: Yeah, look, I-I-I know -- I know you hate being dragged into the Quartermaine business, but, um, I have a feeling that Tracy is up to something big, and, look, I can use the back-up.

Jason: Yeah, I'll see what I can do.

Sam: Uh-oh. What's going on?

Jason: Uh, that was Michael. Apparently Tracy has called an emergency family meeting.

Sam: Oh!

Jason: Yeah, he really wants me there.

Sam: Okay, well, if Michael's calling you for an important meeting, you should be there. Mm. Oh!

Jason: What's up?

Sam: Well, I think the baby and I are hungry, anyway, so we're gonna go get some barbecue.

Jason: Oh, that means floating rib.

Sam: Yes, of course.

Jason: Okay, will you wait for me?

Sam: Of course, I will.

Jason: Yeah? I'll meet you there.

Sam: Okay.

Jason: Baby back ribs?

Sam: Uh-huh.

Jason: Oh, I love baby back.

Sam: [Chuckles] Got some coming.

Dillon: I don't know why we bothered getting dressed. I don't think Franco even realized what we were doing.

Kiki: Yeah, he seemed pretty preoccupied.

[Cell phone ringing]

Kiki: Sorry about the rude interruption.

Dillon: Hey, Mom. Right now? Okay, okay. All right, bye. Quartermaine emergency. Apparently I've been summoned to a family meeting.

Kiki: What about?

Dillon: I wish I knew. But it sounded pretty urgent.

[Pager ringing]

Dillon: Mom, again? Seems like it's life-or-death.

Olivia Jerome: Are you defying me, Julian?

Julian: My point is you don't need to keep threatening my family. You're basically assured of getting what you want. The hospital's in chaos. It's only a matter of time before it goes bankrupt and it has to be sold.

Olivia: So why your little ultimatum?

Julian: Because I want you to assure me that when you're finished with me, you're finished, period.

Alexis: Pointless, stupid holiday.

[Doorbell rings]

Man: Alexis Davis?

Alexis: That's me. Oh, um... thank you.

Man: Thanks.

Nina: When I got the text from you saying you were in the hospital, I thought something happened to you or Charlotte. And then I walk in, and you're sitting next to Anna comforting her.

Valentin: I'm sorry. I tried to send you a follow-up text. I'm sorry you were worried. Look, I was interrupted. Look.

Nina: I was scared.

Valentin: Hey, let me take you someplace private. Come on. Let's go back to the metro court, and I can explain everything.

Finn: Look, I realize this is personal for you, but until we have more information, we should resist jumping to conclusions.

Griffin: Yeah, I agree. We need to talk to Anna, explain to her the next steps.

Finn: Are you sure you're all right to do that? I'm better than all right. I live for this. I have the power to heal, and I live for the opportunity to be able to use it. But if you prefer to call on someone else...

Griffin: No, no, no. Of course not. I know you'll give Anna the best possible care.

Finn: Shall we?

Griffin: Hey.

Anna: Hi.

Griffin: You look much better.

Anna: Yeah. I feel a-a bit better. So, when can I get out of here?

Finn: I'm afraid, Anna, we're gonna have to keep you overnight.

Anna: What did the tests show?

Julian: I have done everything you've wanted. Once the hospital is yours, I'm finished. I don't want to see you or hear from you again. We're done.

Olivia Jerome: All right. You have my word. You get me GH. We're finished.

Julian: Thank you.

Olivia: Don't thank me. You haven't held up your end of the deal yet.

Valentin: Oh, this is lovely.

Nina: It was supposed to be.

Valentin: Um, can I pour some champagne?

Nina: If it comes with an explanation.

Valentin: Well, listen, I was, uh, very much looking forward to our Valentine's Day celebration. So I dropped Charlotte off at Mrs. Evans.

[Cork pops]

Valentin: And then I realized I'd forgotten something very important.

Nina: What?

Valentin: I'll get to that. I promise. But I went back to the house, and Anna Devane was there mid-break-in.

Nina: She was breaking into our house. Why?

Valentin: I don't know. She didn't tell me. We argued, and then she passed out. She just went stone-cold. I couldn't wake her, so I picked her up, and I carried her to the hospital.

Nina: You could have called 9-1-1. You didn't have to take her to the hospital yourself.

Valentin: Time was of the essence. I -- she was in a bad way. You know how tough it is to get to Spoon Island, so got her to help as quickly as I could.

Nina: You're a very decent man to be so kind to someone who's been so unfair to you.

Valentin: Whatever friction is between me and Anna, that is old news as far as I'm concerned. I don't know why she won't let go of it, but she does seem to be a bit obsessed.

Nina: Really? Because she claims it's the other way around.

Finn: We're treating you for a blood clot.

Anna: Oh, God.

Finn: Well, fortunately, we caught it in time. We've given you blood thinners to help dissolve the clot.

Griffin: And what we need to do now is figure out what caused the clot.

Anna: Okay. How do you do that?

Finn: Let's start with talking about these -- these headaches you've been having lately.

Anna: The migraines?

Finn: Mm-hmm.

Anna: Um, well, I just -- I guess I've had them for a few months or something.

Finn: Any other symptoms?

Anna: No.

Finn: Anna, do you ever, uh, feel flushed, or does your skin itch?

Anna: Sometimes. Um... yeah, uh, after, like, a shower or something, you know, but I just figured that it was the bath gel or something. Do you know what caused the blood clot?

Finn: Before I make a prognosis, I'd like your permission to do a bone-marrow biopsy.

Franco: Dillon gone?

Kiki: Uh, yeah, he had a family meeting.

Franco: Oh. [Clears throat] So, uh, I interrupted something.

Kiki: Oh, so you did notice.

Franco: You're practically my daughter. Seeing you make out with a guy on a couch, it's kind of hard to ignore.

Kiki: But you did.

Franco: Yeah. Sorry.

Kiki: [Chuckles] It's okay. Um, I'm sorry. You seemed really upset earlier. You said you got fired.

Franco: Yeah.

Kiki: What happened?

Franco: Well, they're making cuts at the hospital. Apparently there's no room in the budget for the art-therapy department.

Kiki: Oh, that sucks.

Franco: Yeah.

Kiki: I'm sorry. So I saw online the nurses are staging a sick-out.

Franco: Mm-hmm. Yeah, it's making Elizabeth crazy to stay away from her patients who need her, but she really feels like she needs to make a stand.

Kiki: Yeah. So, can I ask you, um, why aren't you at Elizabeth's letting her comfort you about losing your job?

Franco: 'Cause I don't want her to know. I can't tell Elizabeth that I got fired.

Monica: So what is this meeting about, Tracy?

Tracy: We're not all here yet.

Dillon: Okay, I'm here. I'm here.

Tracy: Finally.

Dillon: I sped the whole way. I'm lucky I didn't get a ticket. What is going on?

Tracy: I'm only gonna explain it once, and we have to wait for Michael and Jason, if he chooses to appear.

Michael: Yeah, thanks for coming.

Jason: Uh, Michael, you are the only person who could get me here.

Michael: Now, look, before we deal with, um, Tracy's emergency, I wanted to talk to you about Ava.

Jason: Yeah.

Michael: The police arrested her for the bomb that killed Morgan, and, um, my mom said that you aren't -- you're not convinced.

Jason: I'm not. And I'm the one who turned Ava in to the cops, really just to get her out of the way. But if she has to spend a few weeks in lock-up, I think that's well-deserved, don't you?

Michael: Yeah, but you -- you don't think that -- that she killed Morgan.

Jason: I don't know. I can't say. And a lot of the evidence is -- is not pointing to Ava, so...

Tracy: [Clears throat] When the two of you are finished, the rest of us are waiting.

Jason: Hello to you, too.

Michael: [Chuckles]

Tracy: I rounded up the stragglers.

Monica: Well, thank you for coming, Jason.

Dillon: Now can we begin?

Tracy: I am not the one that kept everybody waiting.

Ned: Mother, do you want to bicker, or do you want to tell us why you called this meeting?

Tracy: General Hospital is in danger of being sold and turned into condominiums.

Monica: [Scoffs] Well, as upsetting as that is, it's old news, Tracy.

Tracy: The situation is deteriorating, and if something isn't done quickly, the hospital will close.

Dillon: Mom, I know what the hospital means to you, but what are you gonna do about that?

Tracy: I'm glad you asked me. ELQ is gonna buy the hospital.

Alexis: "Not a day will go by when I don't do all I can to make you happy. Julian."

[Wedding March plays]

[Doorbell rings]

Alexis: Julian.

Julian: I'm sorry to drop by unannounced, but I-I did need to see you. May I come in? Thanks. I actually, uh -- I wanted to give you something.

Alexis: I think I already got them.

Julian: [Chuckles] I see. Yeah. You, uh -- you remember the last time you carried these flowers?

Alexis: Yeah, I remember.

Julian: These pale in comparison to how beautiful you were that day.

Alexis: The flowers are lovely.

Julian: I'm glad you like them.

Alexis: I just don't know why you sent them.

Julian: Well, it's Valentine's Day.

Alexis: Do you think that I'm gonna forget all of the things that you've done to me?

Julian: I don't think you're gonna forget. I don't expect you to.

Alexis: Then why are you here?

Julian: You said you wanted an explanation as to everything that happened. I have one for you.

Kiki: Of course, you should tell Elizabeth you got fired. You know she'll understand.

Franco: Mm, no, I don't know. I hate the thought of disappointing her. And now that our relationship's at this whole kind of new level...

Kiki: Oh? New level? Does that mean what I think it means? [Laughs] Yeah?

Franco: Yeah. Yeah, we're very much together.

Kiki: [Squeals]

Franco: Yeah.

[Cell phone alert plays]

Franco: And -- oh, see. "So glad you 're with us. Good luck at work." Wow. How am I gonna do this? How -- how am I gonna tell her that not only did I fail her, but that I'm unemployed?

Kiki: Okay, stop. Elizabeth isn't with you just because of your job.

Franco: No, but, you know, steady income never hurt.

Kiki: Okay. In case you weren't aware, this is exactly what love is about. You take the good with the bad. So if Elizabeth truly loves you, you don't have anything to worry about. You just have to trust her.

Sam: Ooh!

Elizabeth: Hi.

Sam: Hi. Sorry.

Elizabeth: Come in.

Sam: Yes, um, I'm dropping off Jake's science project.

Elizabeth: Thank you...

Sam: Ooh.

Elizabeth: ...For bringing that over, but I wasn't expecting you for an hour. Are you okay?

Sam: Yeah, I'm okay. Jason and I had childbirth class, but it was cancelled.

Elizabeth: Oh, because of the sick-out?

Sam: Yeah.

Elizabeth: Sorry about that.

Sam: Oh, that's -- it's fine. I just, um -- I was hoping to get a refresher course, but it's --

Elizabeth: I hate that you're being affected by our strike.

Sam: No, come on. Don't worry about it. You have your right to fight. I just don't know where I'm gonna have this baby. I was expecting to have it at General Hospital, but, I don't know, I know it's so understaffed. Should I be making another plan?

Tracy: For you. ELQ is gonna buy General Hospital, and the Quartermaine family is gonna run it.

Michael: Look, there's a huge difference between sitting on the board and actually running the hospital.

Tracy: I understand that, but as luck would have it, we have two board members and the chief of staff right here in this room. So I think we're ahead of the game. What do you say? Are you in?

Ned: Michael, you are CEO of ELQ. How do you feel about this?

Michael: Well, we have enough liquid capital to make the purchase, so the deal is doable. And if it's the only way to save the hospital, I-I think we should move forward.

Tracy: Bravo, Michael.

Dillon: Are you sure the shareholders are gonna be happy about ELQ taking over a nonprofit hospital?

Tracy: Michael and I may have to smooth some ruffled feathers, but it's nothing we haven't done before. And certainly, ELQ has enough investments to keep the dividends coming in.

Jason: What if they don't? Investors will probably expect GH to turn a profit, which means the hospital wouldn't be able to take in as many uninsured patients, which means people will be turned away at the door.

Dillon: Monica, that could happen?

Monica: Yeah.

Dillon: That's not right.

Michael: Yeah, and they could also demand oversight on the board. And if the hospital continues to lose money, they could divest. And the hospital will end up right where it was -- on the chopping block.

Tracy: Oh, come on, people. We should be able to come up with a way to save the hospital.

Olivia: With all due respect, Tracy, I think you're overlooking something here.

Tracy: [Chuckling] Am I really? And who asked you?

Ned: I did. What have we overlooked?

Olivia: Well, if ELQ can't buy General Hospital, the Quartermaines should buy it themselves.

Anna: A bone-marrow biopsy? Is that necessary?

Finn: The test is minimally invasive. We'll need to have you stay here overnight. We'll do the procedure in the morning. And once it's done, I'll -- I'll better be able to tell you what we're dealing with.

Griffin: And, Anna, I-I can be there with you, if you want, if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Anna: Okay. I'll stay for the biopsy. Sure.

Finn: Thank you, Anna. I'll go schedule it now.

Anna: Thank you.

Finn: [Breathing heavily]

Valentin: I'm sorry you were so worried about me. I could never have predicted the turn that the evening took. Will you forgive me?

Nina: You were being a Good Samaritan. I can't begrudge you that. It's one of the reasons I care about you.

Valentin: I never told you why I went back to the house.

Nina: Why did you go back to the house? That's beautiful.

Valentin: It seems we've done everything in reverse. We slept together before you knew my real name. We got married on impulse. We exchanged wedding bands before you had a proper engagement ring. So will you do me the honor of wearing this one?

Nina: Yes, I will.

Valentin: Will you continue to be my wife... for as long as we both shall live?

Nina: Yes.

Alexis: What is this?

Julian: It's a key to a safe-deposit box at the Port Charles Savings Bank. Alexis, I updated my will. The most recent copy's in there, along with a letter.

Alexis: A letter?

Julian: It explains everything.

Alexis: It sounds like you're getting your affairs in order. Why? What's going on?

Alexis: [Sighs]

Elizabeth: The nurses want to get back to work. We're only staging this sick-out pre-emptively to make sure we can all keep our jobs.

Sam: Oh, good.

Elizabeth: Hopefully, this will all be settled long before you go into labor.

Sam: That's awesome. I'm glad to hear that 'cause I wouldn't want to have my baby anywhere else.

Elizabeth: [Chuckles]

Sam: That's for sure.

[Doorbell rings]

Elizabeth: Excuse me.

Sam: Of course. Yeah.

Elizabeth: Hi. What are you doing here? I thought you'd be at work.

Franco: Yeah, I need to talk to you about that. I didn't know you had company.

Sam: Uh, it's okay. I was just leaving. Good to see you.

Elizabeth: Good night. So, how did spying go? Do you have anything good to tell me?

Franco: Uh, I have something to tell you, but it's not good.

Olivia: The Quartermaines are one of the most important families in this town, and it's not just because you're one of the wealthiest. It's because when the chips are down, you do what's right. And what's right here is to buy General Hospital.

Monica: Yeah, but we're talking about a lot of money here.

Michael: Well, you know what, I-I can use some of the money that I was planning on putting into AJ's clinic. I mean, I-I'd still be helping the sick.

Dillon: I could liquidate my trust fund.

Ned: I could sell L&B records.

Olivia: What, are you crazy? That's your baby.

Ned: Well, I have other assets, too. I may not have to.

Monica: I will contribute what I have.

Tracy: What do you think Edward would say?

Jason: I think Edward would say that this is a worthy cause, after Lila reminded him.

Monica: [Chuckles]

Jason: But I got to meet Sam. My vote is yes. Any money you need, I'm good for it. Bye.

Monica: Bye.

Ned: So, Mother, what do you say?

Tracy: I say we start crunching numbers.

Ricardo: Hey, Dr. Finn.

Finn: Hey, Ricardo. Thanks for being here.

Griffin: I was terrified when I saw Valentin put you on that gurney. I was certain he did something terrible to you.

Anna: No. Not really. He caught me breaking into Wyndemere.

Griffin: Anna, why -- why did you do it?

Anna: I wanted to put a bug there, because I just want to find out more about him, whether the man has a grudge against me or not.

Valentin: I love you, Nina.

Nina: You what?

Valentin: I love you. I didn't expect it. I didn't expect you to come into my life and change it, but you did. I love you.

Nina: Uh, I-I know that I should say what you just said, and I'm afraid -- not of you and not of my feelings for you -- but every time I've said those words in the past, it's the start of losing someone, and I don't want to lose you.

Valentin: You won't.

Nina: How are you so sure?

Valentin: Because I'd be a fool to lose you, and I'm not a fool.

[Kissing]

Elizabeth: Fired?

Franco: Yeah. And they cut the whole -- the whole budget for the art-therapy department, too. Decimated it. So I-I don't think I'm gonna be able to spy for you guys, after all.

Elizabeth: Oh, I don't care about that. I can't believe the hospital let you go. I know how invaluable art therapy can be. Look -- look how much it helped Jake. And I know how much you enjoyed doing it.

Franco: Well, I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Elizabeth: No, don't -- don't say that. We're fighting for the nursing staff. We'll fight for your job, too. We'll prove to the hospital that all of our jobs are necessary, and hopefully GH will find another way to make ends meet.

Franco: Well, that just kind of feels like a long shot to me.

Elizabeth: Well, if we both have to find other jobs, then that's what we'll have to do. Whatever happens, we can make it work.

Franco: "We"?

Alexis: All right, what is going on? You send me a replica of my wedding bouquet. You tell me you're getting your affairs in order. What is it? Is somebody threatening you?

Julian: I promise you it's all in the letter.

Alexis: I don't want to hear about some letter in a safe-deposit box. I want an explanation, and I don't want you to play any games. I want you to tell me what's going on right now.

Ned: Mother.

Tracy: Oh, please! Give me a break, would you?! There!

Dillon: Thank you. That's...

Olivia: I have assets, too, you know.

Tracy: Yeah, and you're not afraid to use them.

Ned: Thank you, but I think we'll have enough money on our own.

Tracy: Well, I think we are, uh, well on our way to owning General Hospital.

Sam: Hey.

Jason: Hey.

Sam: Hi. Sorry, I was in the bathroom.

Jason: I thought you might be.

Sam: Well, how did it go at the Quartermaine family meeting?

Jason: It was still going when I left. I just wish I could figure out who this woman is in this picture meeting Julian. I mean, if it's not Ava, who could it be?

Sam: I don't know. I mean, all the people in Julian's immediate family are dead.

Jason: Yeah. I know. Well, I'm gonna wash up.

Sam: Okay.

Jason: Do you mind ordering me my usual?

Sam: Of course not.

Jason: [Chuckles] Bye.

Sam: Bye.

Jason: Be right back.

Sam: Okay. All right, let me see. Olivia Jerome... okay, that doesn't help me at all. A blurry picture of a dead woman.

Elizabeth: Of course, "we." We're together, aren't we? If something affects one of us, it affects both of us.

Franco: I like the sound of that. [Chuckles] You know, one good thing about us being out of work is we do get to spend more time together.

Elizabeth: I definitely wouldn't mind that. But hopefully, a miracle will happen that will save the hospital.

Ned: Ms. Falconeri, you're genius.

Olivia: [Laughs] I just hope it works.

Ned: I'm sorry this Valentine's Day didn't end as romantically as I'd hoped.

Olivia: I think it was just perfect.

[Kiss]

Ned: Good night.

Olivia: Good night.

Dillon: Yeah, I'm just calling to let you know that I am significantly less wealthy than I was when I left you.

Kiki: [Chuckles] How much less wealthy?

Dillon: Mm, let's just say I hope you enjoy doughnuts and coffee on our first date.

Kiki: I love coffee.

Monica: Well, I am happy. I think we're really going to save General Hospital from the auction block.

Tracy: Was that a thank you?

Monica: Is that what you wanted to hear? 'Cause if it is, that's all you're gonna get.

Dillon: I, uh, got to say, big bro, I was impressed at how you stood up to Mom about Olivia.

Ned: When Mother said Olivia wasn't family, I realized she is. And I intend to make sure she always is.

Jason: Hey.

Sam: Hey.

Jason: What are you doing?

Sam: Nothing. I was just, um, looking at maybe rescheduling our birthing class.

Jason: Birthing class? Well, if we need a birthing class, that is what you, Scout, and I are gonna go do.

Sam: Yeah?

Jason: Yes.

Sam: Okay. Mm.

Jason: Mm. Mm.

Julian: I really do want to tell you, but you need to trust me when I tell you I can't.

Alexis: I don't trust you, and you're -- and you're scaring me, so are you doing all this because you're about to be arrested?

Julian: No, I'm doing this because I love you. And I know that your, uh, patience isn't your strong suit, so I left instructions with the bank as to when you can access the safe-deposit box. If something should happen to me, or -- or you just don't hear from me again, that's when you can read the letter. Do you understand?

Alexis: I understand what you're saying. I-I don't understand you.

Julian: Happy Valentine's Day. [Sighs]

Valentin: Is Valentine's Day saved?

Nina: Yeah, definitely. Though I wasn't able to put on the gift I got for you.

Valentin: I like the sound of that.

Nina: I bought lingerie, but you swept me off my feet, and we missed that step.

Valentin: Can I have my gift now?

Nina: After. I specifically got a suite that had a tub for two.

Valentin: That sounds like an invitation.

Nina: I'll run the water.

[Water running]

Valentin: Yeah, I am checking on the condition of a patient. Anna Devane.

Griffin: Hey. Don't worry, all right? You're in good hands.

Anna: I know. I know. Thanks. Thank you.

Griffin: Try and get some rest.

Anna: Okay.

Griffin: Robin, hey, uh... [Clears throat] It's Griffin Munro. G-give me a call back as soon as you get this. It's, uh... it's about your mom.

Anna: It's fine. [Sighs] They'll just come back tomorrow and tell you it's a vitamin deficiency. You'll be fine. [Sighs heavily]

Finn: [Clears throat]

Griffin: Hey.

Finn: Hey.

Griffin: I, uh -- I just want to thank you.

Finn: Yeah? What for?

Griffin: Well, you said your bedside manner needs work, but you were -- you were great with Anna.

Finn: I'm a great doctor.

Griffin: [Chuckles] I don't doubt that. That's why I'm -- I'm glad Anna's in your care. She means a lot to me.

Finn: I know. I'm gonna do everything I can to help Anna get well.

Griffin: Thank you. Look, she's trying to be tough, but she's terrified. I think we were right by not telling Anna that... she might have cancer.

On the next "General Hospital" --

Nelle (to Carly): Things just always work out for you.

Sonny (to Jason): Something's going on with Nelle.

Sam (to Alexis): Ava's been arrested.

Julian: By this time tomorrow, GH will be yours.

Olivia Jerome: Ahh!

Ned (to Tracy): I'm going to ask Olivia to marry me tonight.

Olivia (to Michael): Ned is really selling L&B?

Anna: I really need to see a doctor right now!

Robin: Will I do?
