Ned: Easy now. Don't push yourself.

Alice: How long was I out for?

Michael: A while. Monica had you in surgery for a long time.

Alice: I'm alive? [Chuckling]

Morgan: Yeah, you're more than alive, dominator. The surgery worked.

Michael: You feel that?

Alice: Yeah.

Michael: That's your new heart.

Tracy: You're gonna pull through.

Alice: Wow.

Ava: No, Maeve, no message. Just... tell Delia that I called, please. Thanks.

[Knock at door]

Guard: Ms. Jerome, you have a guest.

Ava: At this hour?

Guard: You want me to tell them to come back in the morning?

Ava: Uh, no. It's okay. Send them in. Kiki.

Kiki: Hey.

Ava: What are you doing here? It's nearly midnight.

Kiki: Then I made it just in time. Happy birthday, mom.

Rosalie: Dr. Clay! Oh, thank God.

Silas: What's wrong?

Rosalie: Um, I don't want to freak you out or anything, but I can't find Mrs. Clay anywhere.

Silas: Try the elevator.

Rosalie: And I've been calling her and calling her, and... what?

Silas: Yeah, look, I probably should've kept you informed, but one of the hospital elevators broke down, and Nina's been trapped in there all night.

Nina: Oh, I thought we were gonna be in that elevator all night.

Repairman: Yeah, well, I called around, I found the part I needed. [Chuckles] It's your lucky night. Hey, put in a good word for me with that battle-axe chief of staff.

Nina: Okay.

Franco: I got to go. You need a push somewhere?

Nina: You know I don't need a push somewhere.

Franco: No, you don't.

Nina: So what are you gonna do?

Franco: I'm gonna take your advice. I'm gonna go talk to Carly.

Nina: You're not gonna do anything crazy, are you?

Franco: No, I'm just gonna find out what Sonny was thinking kissing my girlfriend.

Nina: Okay, wait just one second. One second. I just -- I can't let you go just yet.

Carly: No one's home.

Sonny: Good.

Carly: We have the place to ourselves till morning.

Sonny: Come here. Come on.

Kiki: I come bearing gifts.

Ava: You do.

Kiki: Don't get too excited. This is the best I could do at the hospital gift shop. I've been so caught up with everything that's going on with Alice that I almost forgot your birthday.

Ava: Well, honestly, I'm surprised that you're here at all, given where we stand.

Kiki: You can thank the Quartermaines for that. Watching them rally around Alice, it reminds me that you only do get one family.

Ava: And you're stuck with me.

Kiki: [Chuckles]

Ava: So does this mean that you're not angry with me anymore about moving in with Sonny?

Kiki: Well, I still think that it's weird. Or was? Obviously, your situation has changed.

Ava: Thank God for that.

Kiki: So, what happened? I thought the whole point of moving in with Sonny was to protect yourself from your brother.

Ava: And now I'm living with Julian.

Kiki: I don't get it.

Ava: Well, I guess, in the end, we're not too very different from the Quartermaines. When the chips are down, we circle the wagons, and we do whatever is necessary to protect our own.

Alice: You Quartermaines have been so supportive. I just never had a boss like that, ever.

Ned: We're not your bosses, Alice. We're family.

Tracy: Well, let's not go overboard, Ned. I'm sure Alice still wants to get paid.

[Laughter]

Alice: Got that right.

Ned: Listen, I got to step out for a second. I told brook Lynn and Dillon that I'd call them as soon as you woke up.

Alice: Say hi.

Ned: I will.

Michael: I should tell Kiki, too.

Tracy: Morgan, why don't you head to the gift shop and get Alice some magazines -- you know, the wrestling ones.

Morgan: Yeah, yeah, no problem. You want anything else?

Alice: No, that'll be great. Thank you.

Morgan: Anytime, dominator. Really glad you're back in action.

Alice: Me too, old buddy.

Tracy: So... now that we're alone... you and I have some matters to discuss.

Singer: Blue water pouring down between my fingertips in the rain I am familiar the sorrow and her pain when you touch me, I breathe when you touch me, I am free

Franco: You need to calm down.

Nina: Okay. I need calming?

Franco: Yeah, you do. You need calming. I'm not gonna kill Sonny. I just need the answer to one burning question.

Nina: Okay. That --

Franco: Why was he making out with my girlfriend?

Nina: That's not what I'm talking about.

Franco: What are you talking about?

Nina: I'm talking about me. Are you gonna keep your mouth shut?

Franco: About what?

Nina: "About what?" What, are you -- about the chair. My husband can't know that this chair is just for show.

Rosalie: So you're telling me Mrs. Clay has been stuck in an elevator all night, and you just left her there?

Silas: Yep. Hanging from one of the cables.

Rosalie: That's not funny.

Silas: I shouted at everybody I can shout at to speed up the process.

Rosalie: And did it work?

Silas: I hope so. They need a part. They don't have it. In the meantime, I have patients.

Rosalie: So you just gave up.

Silas: I've been trying to avoid this conversation, but it's time you and I get something clear -- I pay you to take care of my wife, not to comment on my proficiency as a husband.

Rosalie: Or lack thereof.

Silas: And there it is -- that shiny little attitude of yours. I hope you have the résumé to match.

Rosalie: You're firing me?

Silas: Tell you what -- you make one more comment like that and you're out. I don't care how much Nina likes you.

Rosalie: Fine. I'll just go wait for Mrs. Clay by the elevator.

Silas: No, you won't. I'll wait for her. You go home.

Franco: You're worried, aren't you? That I'm gonna tattle, that I'm gonna tell Silas that you're...

Nina: Uh...

Franco: ...Capable of walking. And God knows what else.

Nina: Okay. Are you...?

Franco: Am I what?

Nina: About the chair?

Franco: No. Why -- but --

Nina: Hi.

Franco: Honestly, how much longer can you keep this up?

Nina: As long as it takes.

Franco: And what's the point of all this?

Nina: It doesn't matter. Just, please, can you just not tell him?

Franco: Sure. Fine.

Nina: Thank you.

Franco: No problem.

Nina: All right.

Franco: Great.

Nina: Good. Hey, hey. Franco, do I need to remind you that I'M... keeping some secrets of yours? Yeah? And I could bust up your relationship with Carly like that.

Singer: When you touch me, I breathe oh, when you touch me, I'm free but I'm afraid of where this is taking me I'm over my head with your kisses I'm over my head and a little more lost I'm over my head and afraid of this love you're on my mind You're on my mind And you are mine now You are mine now

Kiki: I love you, too. Bye. Ah! Alice woke up. She's doing well.

Ava: Oh, that's great.

Kiki: I know.

Ava: I was very fond of her when we were living at the Quartermaines'.

Kiki: She's just the best, isn't she? She's strong and honest, and she never lets you down.

Ava: Unlike me.

Kiki: That's not what I meant. The Quartermaines need someone like her, with all their insanity.

Ava: Well, it sounds like you and Michael are on better terms. I remember not too long ago, you hit a rough patch.

Kiki: We did, yeah, and then we decided to slow things down and...it worked.

Ava: Great.

Kiki: Things are back to the way they used to be, if not better, actually.

Ava: So, are you living together again, or...?

Kiki: No. I'm actually living with Morgan.

Rosalie: Morgan, hey.

Morgan: Hey.

Rosalie: How's the head?

Morgan: It's good as new. I've been looking out for projectile cell phones, so...

Rosalie: I'm glad to see you're finally taking that threat seriously.

Morgan: Yeah. What's up? Are you okay?

Rosalie: Yeah.

Morgan: I mean, not to pry, but you seem like you've seen better days before.

Rosalie: Thanks. Um, I just got my ass handed to me by my boss. That's all. He said some pretty brutal things.

Morgan: Well, that sucks. Why don't you just quit, not put up with it?

Rosalie: [Chuckles] I take it you've never had a job before.

Morgan: No, not for very long, but, seriously, I would be happy to kick the guy's ass if you want me to, as long as I'm bigger and stronger than him, of course.

Rosalie: That's fine.

Morgan: You sure? I've been working out. I can help you.

Rosalie: No, I just -- I just have to keep reminding myself that, in the end, I'm the one who will have the last laugh.

Franco: You're threatening me.

Nina: No.

Franco: Yeah, you are.

Nina: No.

Franco: And here I thought that I was the best friend that you'd made in the last 20 years.

Nina: Oh, maybe that came out wrong.

Franco: Which part? The friend part or the threat part?

Nina: All I'm saying is, I kept your confidence. You knew there was a missing boy hiding in Carly's house, and I didn't say anything. I would assume you'd do the same for me.

Franco: Okay. We've been over this. I'm not gonna tell Silas or anybody else your secret. Your secret is safe with me.

Nina: Thank you.

Franco: If you'll excuse me, I have to go interrogate my maybe soon-to-be ex-girlfriend.

Nina: Hey! There you are.

Silas: And there you are. I was getting worried I was gonna have to throw your breakfast down the elevator shaft.

Nina: Right? Thank God for small favors. Um, well, listen, you are off the clock, right?

Silas: Mm.

Nina: Do you want to go? I'm wiped out.

Silas: Yeah, let's do that. There's just one thing first. What's the secret you're keeping from me?

Carly: [Sighs]

Sonny: [Sighs] [Chuckles]

Carly: Wow.

Sonny: Ah. "Wow" is right.

Carly: That was the same.

Sonny: But it's also different.

Carly: Yeah.

Sonny: You know, like, we always talk about... our families and having each other's backs and... you know, this is...

Carly: Oh, my God, Sonny.

Sonny: What's wrong?

Carly: What have I done?

Tracy: As promised, you have a new heart. And as promised... you're not gonna say a word to Michael or Ned or anyone else, while we're at it, about Luke and me taking over ELQ. It's a win-win.

Alice: You know, technically speaking, you said that you would find me a heart, and you actually had nothing to do with it at all.

Tracy: Excuse me? I searched high and low for a donor for you.

Alice: That's what you say, but you came up empty-handed. If it weren't for that mobster getting shot, I wouldn't be here at all.

Tracy: Oh, for God's sake. Just give it to me straight -- are you gonna rat me out to Michael or not?!

Michael: Rat you out to me about what?

Tracy: Michael, did you tell Kiki the news? I bet she's --

Michael: Give it up, Tracy. You're trying to keep Alice from telling me something. The same thing from the day of the heart attack, right?

Tracy: This is not the time or the place. Alice needs her rest.

Alice: Alice can speak for herself. Miss Tracy, you know how much I respect and admire you.

Tracy: The feeling's mutual.

Alice: And the way that you're so loyal to your family, that was something to behold.

Tracy: It was?

Alice: But the way that you turned your back on them. And now you expect me to do it?

Michael: Wait. Turned her back?

Alice: It ain't right, miss Tracy. It's just not. You know it, and I know it.

Tracy: Alice, I think that --

Michael: Hold on. Are you saying what I think you're saying?

Alice: Miss Tracy and Mr. Luke were plotting to take ELQ back.

Ned: I love you, too. All right. Yeah, I'll talk to you soon. All right, bye.

Olivia: Wait. Don't -- don't get off the phone because of me.

Ned: No.

Olivia: I was just -- I was stopping by because I just wanted to see how you were holding up with Alice and everything.

Ned: I'm great. I'm great! I was just talking to brook Lynn and sharing the good news.

Olivia: Wait a minute. Alice got a heart?

Ned: She got a heart.

Olivia: That is so fantastic.

Ned: It is fantastic. It's really fantastic.

Olivia: I told you.

Ned: I mean, if all goes well, she should make a full recovery.

Olivia: Miracles really do happen.

Ned: So, you didn't come all the way out here to find out about Alice, did you?

Olivia: Well, I was worried, so...

Ned: You should've just called. It's so late.

Olivia: [Sighs]

Ned: Is, uh, something else going on?

Olivia: All right, you got me. Uh... I got an ulterior motive.

Nina: A secret? Um... I'm not -- I'm not sure, really --

Silas: When I came around the corner, I heard Franco mention my name. And, I mean, I get it -- you two were in a tight space, and, you know, people talk. It's natural. But I don't think it's out of line to ask what you're keeping from me.

Morgan: "Last laugh" -- that sounds like you have a plan of attack, there.

Rosalie: Your friend.

Morgan: What?

Rosalie: Your friend that's here in the hospital -- isn't that why you're here?

Morgan: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm sorry. It just kind of came out of nowhere.

Rosalie: Keep up. Um, so how is he or she doing?

Morgan: She -- she's doing great, actually.

Rosalie: That's awesome.

Morgan: Yeah, yeah.

Rosalie: Yeah, actually, I was a little worried when I didn't hear from you. I thought maybe the worst had happened.

Morgan: Oh, well, it kind of almost did. I mean, Alice -- she found a heart at the last minute, so it worked out.

Rosalie: She needed a transplant?

Morgan: Yeah, I guess I failed to mention that.

Rosalie: Wow. Well, I'm really happy for you. And for her.

Morgan: Thank you. Thanks.

Rosalie: Gosh. That must be a huge weight off your shoulders.

Morgan: Oh, yeah, you have no idea. It is.

Rosalie: So, I guess the only thing left on your mind is the whole situation with your father and your ex-girlfriend?

Kiki: We are roommates, nothing else.

Ava: Where?

Kiki: Uh, at the brownstone down by the docks.

Ava: I read something about that. ELQ wants to revamp that neighborhood?

Kiki: Yeah, that was actually Michael's idea. And Morgan is helping him with the project in exchange for a room.

Ava: Mm. And you?

Kiki: Cleaning up after Morgan?

Ava: That's a full-time job.

Kiki: Seriously.

Ava: You know, I wasn't aware that you weren't happy at your father's.

Kiki: Oh, it's not that. It was just getting crowded there, not to mention awkward, now that his wife moved in.

Nina: It's only natural that you would ask what Franco and I were talking about. I'm sure I would do the same thing in your position. Actually, I don't think I would ask.

Silas: No, I think you'd probably go for a headlock and demand an answer.

Nina: Headlock is not my style. You know that. Indian burn, though -- would do that.

Silas: Nina...

Nina: Hurts. You twist the skin...

Silas: Stop stalling.

Nina: I don't think there's any way out of this. You're gonna find out eventually. I've been lying to you.

Carly: Oh, my God. How could I do this? I mean, Franco has been twisted up in knots over us, and I go ahead and I prove him right. What is wrong with me?

Sonny: Absolutely nothing, okay? Come here.

Carly: No, no, don't kiss me. Don't -- don't do anything. I have to think here!

Sonny: About what?

Carly: About what?! About what a liar and a cheater I am and many other choice words!

Sonny: You're being too hard on yourself. I mean, look, your relationship with Franco's not stable. He's not stable.

Carly: Don't! Don't talk about him.

Sonny: I'm just saying he's not stable.

Carly: I know, okay? And I know we've been arguing lately, but that's only been lately, and it's because he's been upset about this, and now look at us. Look!

Sonny: I'm looking.

Carly: Really? You're gonna flirt with me?

Sonny: Yeah.

Carly: I'm standing here, freaking out, and you're just gonna flirt with me?

Sonny: You want to feel bad about what happened, go ahead, Carly. 'Cause I don't. I enjoyed every second of it. Come here.

Carly: We can't -- we can't do this.

Sonny: We can't take it back. It's already -- we already did it, so... we got all night to do whatever we want to do, right?

Franco: Honey, I'm home!

Carly: Did you hear something?

Sonny: No, don't worry about it.

[Door slams]

Sonny: Yeah, that -- that time, I heard something.

Franco: Carly?

Carly: Oh, my God. It's him.

Franco: Carly! Are you here?

Sonny: I thought you said Franco was stuck in an elevator.

Carly: He was supposed to be, or at least I -- I thought he was. Oh, my God. This is a nightmare. What are you doing? Get up! Get up! You have to hide!

Sonny: That ain't happening.

Olivia: I told him the truth. I told him that I made the whole thing up, that -- that I was lying about the whole thing of us seeing each other and everything.

Ned: Oh, that.

Olivia: So, yeah, I just thought that any thinking adult would probably want to not lose any more sleep over what Sonny might do to retaliate, so...

Ned: Olivia, if I lose any sleep at all, it's because of Alice, not Sonny.

Olivia: Well, good. I mean, not that it's good if you're losing sleep over Alice. I'm just -- I'm glad that you're not scared of Sonny, so...

Ned: I know what you meant.

Olivia: Yeah. So, thank you very much for playing along. I really do appreciate it. And you are off the hook. You don't have to pretend to be, you know, hanging around or anything anymore, like, anything like that.

Ned: What if I...don't want to be off the hook?

Morgan: There's not really an update. We still don't know if the kid's mine or my dad's or...

Rosalie: Does it ever get any less weird saying that?

Morgan: No, it doesn't. You know what? That's not true, actually. There is an update -- me and my dad have gotten a little bit better.

Rosalie: Yeah?

Morgan: Yeah. I mean, I think, one day, we'll be able to come out the other side of this, hopefully, but he did make it clear that nothing romantic was going on with my ex, now or ever. But...

Rosalie: Well, that must be a relief.

Morgan: Yeah, I guess so. I've talked this to death, honestly. But what's going on with you? How are things with your father?

Rosalie: Uh, what do you mean?

Morgan: Well, the day you hit me with the phone, you said that's who pissed you off, right?

Silas: Well, that's a loaded statement. What exactly are you lying to me about?

Nina: You promise you won't get mad?

Silas: No.

Nina: Oh, okay.

Nina: Um, I've been skipping my physical-therapy sessions.

Silas: Why?

Nina: Because I've been taking Franco's art-therapy class instead.

Silas: Well, first of all, P.T. is not an outlet. It's vital to your recovery.

Nina: Right. Well, this other outlet, um, has been really great. It's really helped me... the art-therapy class. Um... I have issues. I have deep-seated issues that I'm not dealing with. I learned that. I just put a smile on my face and I cling to a positive outlook. Come on. What's positive about your mom drugging you and rendering you useless for a couple decades?

Silas: I know. I'm soy.

Nina: I'm having a hard time. Um, you know, one minute, I was happily married with a baby on the way, and then, the next, everything was gone. I lost our baby. And to make matters worse, when I woke up, your mistress... had your baby instead.

Ava: I read in the paper that Nina Clay was alive. I just didn't realize that she'd be staying in town, let alone Silas' apartment.

Kiki: Yeah, I guess she had nowhere to stay, or no money, either. I don't really know the story, but it seems complicated.

Ava: Yes, I'd imagine. How's my niece taking it?

Kiki: You cannot be enjoying this.

Ava: I'm just asking.

Kiki: Sam and Silas broke up.

Ava: [Chuckles]

Kiki: Don't --

Ava: It's tragic!

Kiki: There were a lot of contributing factors. From what Silas said, Sam thought that Nina was trying to undermine them.

Ava: You're not saying... Silas and Nina, they're not -- they're not together now, are they?

Kiki: Oh, not that I know of, but from what I can tell, if Nina had it her way, they would be.

Nina: Maybe I was naive. But before my mom told me about you and Ava, I just... I thought my life was perfect. I thought we were perfect. Close to it. Kind of perfect. I was doing so well at that time, remember? I was so happy. And I had this little secret. I was so excited to tell you that you were gonna be a daddy. Do you want to know how I was going to tell you? I'm gonna tell you. So, I was gonna make this great dinner, and we were gonna sit down, and I put the napkin on your lap, and then you'd pull it up, and then a rattle would fall out..... up, and then a rattle would fall out. And not... [Voice breaking] The breakable kind but the stuffed-animal kind. And then you would say to me, "Nina, what -- what is this?" And I would tell you that you're gonna be a daddy. Well, I didn't get to do that. I didn't get to fold the napkin and make you dinner. None of that happened.

Silas: Tell me what I can do.

Nina: Nothing. Oh, my God. Could you just turn the clock back? Please, just turn the clock back. [Sniffles] I know you can't. I'm trying to be strong.

Silas: Hey. You are strong.

Nina: I'm not. I'm not. I swear to you... this is so horrible. Silas, this would drive a lesser woman mad.

Franco: Carly, hey! Hello?! Carly! We have some things to discuss! And by things... I mean...

Carly: This has got to be a joke, right? You're kidding?

Sonny: I have never hid from another man in my li--

Carly: Keep your voice down!

Sonny: Sorry.

Carly: Sonny Corinthos, get your ass out of my bed.

Sonny: You know how I feel about Franco, right? He's bad news. Trust me. You're gonna thank me for this one day.

Carly: Really? Then I'm gonna be thanking you in jail. Because if Franco walks in here and he catches you in our bed, he's gonna go tell the cops and Michael that you killed AJ.

Tracy: Alice, you're not making any sense.

Michael: Let her talk. You were saying?

Alice: Okay, I went to your office -- you know, the day that you found me? When I got there, I overheard miss Tracy on the phone with Mr. Luke, and she was saying how she's back in the fold now and how they're gonna steal the company right out from under you.

Tracy: Do you know how much pain medication this woman is on? She is obviously delirious.

Michael: Oh, she sounds pretty sane to me.

Tracy: Really? You're gonna take the word of a doped up woman over me?

Michael: You're damn right I am. You're fired.

Ava: I suppose it's best for everybody that you got out of that apartment.

Kiki: Just to set the story straight, it was my decision to move. Nina and Silas would've been fine with me staying there.

Ava: I'm sure Silas would've been. But it must have been strange for Nina to have you around, given my relationship with her husband.

Kiki: Right? That's what I thought. Do you know one of the last things she found out about before she went into the coma was your affair?

Ava: That's terrible.

Kiki: I know. But Nina and I had a conversation about it. We cleared the air, and... according to Nina, she's over it.

Ava: [Laughs]

Kiki: What?

Ava: Oh, dear. Clearly, you have never been cheated on, because it may be cliché, but it is also very true -- hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

Nina: I'm sorry that I' unloading all my problems on you, as if you hadn't had a long enough day.

Silas: No, that's all right. I'm glad.

Nina: That I'm a mess?

Silas: No. That you told me. I'm glad that you told me. I've been so focused on you getting...better physically that I overlooked all the other stuff.

Nina: Oh, keep on overlooking this, please. Please. I mean, what's going on up here, it's not fun.

Silas: No, but it's still there. And I want to help you work through it. You know, this place... G.H., They got a great psych department. No, no. Nothing about the looney bin.

Nina: Uh-huh.

Silas: Talking about counselors and therapists.

Nina: But that's what got me here in the first place.

Silas: No meds. No meds. Talking about being able to open up to somebody and try and make sense of all this.

Nina: Well... that's what I'm doing in the art-therapy class.

Silas: Again with the art therapy?

Nina: Yeah, it is. It's nice.

Silas: Is any of this working?

Nina: It does. It does. It helps me open up and deal with my pain. It's good, even though I still suck at drawing and painting. It hasn't helped with any of that.

Silas: Well, you never sucked. Okay, you sucked a little.

Silas: All right. Keep doing the classes.

Nina: Really?

Silas: Yeah.

Nina: Thank you.

Silas: Skipping P.T.'S not an option, though. We're gonna figure out a way for you to do both.

Nina: Okay. I should've known you'd understand.

Morgan: I know I was distracted that day, but didn't you say you got in a fight with your dad?

Rosalie: Yeah. Yeah, I did.

Morgan: Well, I mean, you've listened to everything I have to say. You want to talk about it?

Rosalie: Not really. Um, but... I wouldn't mind talking about other things. How would you like to grab a drink?

Ned: Hanging out with you isn't exactly a burden, Olivia. You're fun, you have a wicked sense of humor, you obviously love dogs.

Olivia: Oh, God.

Ned: I mean, you have an immense infatuation with our four-legged friends.

Olivia: Okay.

Ned: Unlike any I've ever seen, actually.

Olivia: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, okay. That was not my proudest moment. I'm very sorry that you had to witness that. And thank you again for saving my ass on that one. I -- I just -- this whole thing with Sonny, it's just so...fresh. I don't really think I'm ready to start dating yet.

Ned: Who said anything about dating?

Tracy: You can't do this.

Michael: Well, I just did.

Tracy: You have proof of nothing.

Michael: I have eyewitness testimony.

Tracy: Really? From a woman trying to recall an event right before she collapsed? You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna file a wrongful termination lawsuit. That's right -- first thing in the morning.

Michael: Go for it. Something tells me, if there's any kind of investigation, the facts are gonna fall on Alice's side. I should've went with my gut, but instead, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I am never gonna make that mistake again.

Tracy: It wasn't a mistake.

Michael: Enough, Tracy! It's over. You're finished.

Carly: Hey! Hey, you're home.

Franco: Yeah.

Carly: I thought you were gonna be at work all night.

Franco: Yeah, well, they managed to get us out.

Carly: Great. Yay! I was worried about you.

Franco: Stop, okay? I know what happened between you and Sonny.

Ned: I swear, I am not trying to plan a future. I just like spending time with you.

Olivia: And I like spending time with you, too.

Ned: So maybe we can do that. As friends. I don't really have any friends in this town anymore. They all moved away. Except for Alexis. God love my family, but...

Olivia: Yeah, small doses.

Ned: Exactly.

Olivia: Yeah, well, I would love to brag about my raging social calendar, but at the moment, uh, my best friends are my son and my daughter-in-law.

Ned: So you're a loser, too.

Olivia: Pretty much, yeah. Yeah. So...

Ned: How about we go to a movie sometime? Tomorrow night?

Olivia: I'd like that.

Ned: Okay, I better get back to Alice and see what's going on in there.

Olivia: Go, please, please. Um...

Ned: Tomorrow night.

Olivia: Tomorrow night.

Tracy: I have gone toe-to-toe with corporate raiders, mobsters, even my own father. I am far from finished. You will not get away with this!

Ned: Well, that warm family moment lasted long. What'd I miss?

Morgan: Actually, I promised Alice that I would bring her some magazines, but how about a rain check on the drink?

Rosalie: I will hold you to that.

Morgan: Why does that not surprise me?

Rosalie: Oh, crap. My boss is here. You better go.

Morgan: You sure? You don't want me to stay?

Rosalie: Yeah. Yeah, I'll probably get docked for fraternizing or something.

Morgan: All right, well, just call me if you need backup, all right?

Rosalie: I will.

Silas: Oh, good, you're still here.

Rosalie: Mrs. Clay, I heard about the elevator. Are you okay?

Nina: Yeah, I'm fine. I'm hungry. Can we pick up something on the way home?

Silas: Of course. I'm gonna go bring the car around.

Rosalie: Oh, my God. Are you sure you're okay? Man, if that was me, I would've freaked out.

Nina: It was illuminating, actually.

Rosalie: Oh, yeah? How so?

Nina: That bitch, Ava Jerome, is pregnant again.

Ava: It means so much to me that you're here with me, Kiki. Almost feels like old times.

Kiki: Almost.

Ava: I know things have been crazy with the baby. But maybe we could get back to that, hmm? This is a good start. Just one more thing about Nina.

Kiki: You're still thinking about her?

Ava: Now, I've never been a helicopter mom, right? I've given you your space? I've let you do your thing?

Kiki: Yeah.

Ava: Just listen to me when I tell you. You should be careful around her.

Kiki: I don't think I need to worry about that. Nina said that she wanted a relationship with me because Silas is so important to the

Ava: Oh.

Kiki: You don't have to worry about her replacing you. It goes both ways. You're stuck with me, too. The candles are melting. Hurry up -- make a wish.

Carly: What do you mean me and Sonny?

Franco: Cut it out, okay? Nina saw you.

Carly: Saw us doing what?

Franco: Kissing. Outside the hospital last night. You're not gonna deny it.

Carly: No. Did Nina tell you how I stopped the kiss and I pushed Sonny away?

Franco: No.

Carly: I was blindsided by it, and tell Nina if she's going to spy on me, she may want to do a more thorough job. Stick around to see how things pan out.

Franco: How did things pan out, Carly?

Carly: I told Sonny he crossed the line. I told him I was with you and that nothing was ever gonna happen between us.

Franco: You said that?

Carly: I said that. I said that, and I meant it.

Franco: Why didn't you just tell me that Sonny kissed you?

Carly: I wanted to avoid this, and I -- and I handled it.

Franco: You handled it?

Carly: Yeah.

Franco: I see. Can I ask you something, Carly? Can I ask you?

Carly: What?

Franco: Just... who does this belong to?

On the next "General Hospital" --

Ned: (to Michael) What went down between you and my mother?

Tracy: (to Fluke) It's too late! Everybody knows the truth.

Ava: (to Kiki) Oh, my God!

Jordan: (in bed with Shawn) We see each other in secret, or we don't see each other at all.

Franco: (to Carly) You want to tell me who took my place? My money's on Sonny.
