Rebecca: Did you see that?
Lucky: Yeah.
Rebecca: Do you think they saw us?
Lucky: No.
Rebecca: Do you know what this means?
Lucky: It wasn't for us. It was for them.
Matt: Someone page me?
Patrick: Yeah, that would be me.
Matt: I had a feeling. Is it Emma?
Patrick: No, Emma's fine. But I'd like you to consult on a patient for me.
Matt: Oh, wait up, hold on. I've got to bask in that for a minute. Yeah, okay.
Patrick: All right.
Matt: All right. Is this because I took that 2 A.M. feeding?
Patrick: It has nothing with you moving in and helping me with Emma, okay.
Matt: But you love it.
Patrick: Yes, I love it. Look, Michael Corinthos' family wants him to have experimental surgery. This could be the surgery that wakes him up.
Matt: Okay. So what does this have to do with you?
Patrick: Well, I'm back on the team. So I'd like you to look over the protocol and give me your opinion.
Matt: I don't need to look at the protocol. Don't do it.
Claudia: How soon before I can have an amniocentesis?
Kelly: Do you think something's wrong with your pregnancy?
Claudia: No, I want to make sure that everything's okay.
Kelly: It'll be a couple of months at least before you can have an amnio. We can discuss it further in the next scheduled appointment.
Claudia: I would like to schedule a paternity test at the same time.
Ric: Yeah. We just want to confirm that Claudia’s pregnant with my child.
Jax: Carly's risking her life to have this baby. Help her out, Jason. Leave Jerry alone. Wait for your answers until after the baby's born.
Jason: I already told you I'm going to do what's best for Carly.
Jax: Well, I'd be grateful.
[Knock at door]
Sonny: I hope this conversation is about Jerry.
Jax: No, we're talking about the fact that Carly can't be upset during the pregnancy. And if you insist on going after my brother, that is stress she doesn't need.
Sonny: Your brother was involved in Michael's shooting. What do you want?
Jax: Yes, how do you think Carly will feel when she finds out about that? And she will find out. Could you just wait? Could you wait another eight months? You've waited this long.
Sonny: You want to help Carly? Make her understand that she could die, and it's not fair to the children she already has, Jax.
Coleman: You guys want a little dessert with that? Whoo. Hey, guys, what happens at Jake’s, stays at Jake’s, okay? It's all good.
Elizabeth: Wow.
Nikolas: Yeah.
Elizabeth: Too much tequila?
Nikolas: Are you sorry?
Elizabeth: Sorry? No, I'm not -- I'm not sorry. I'm sure it was a mistake, but I'm not sorry.
Nikolas: Maybe. It sure was nice though, huh?
Coleman: Hey. You guys might want to tell your buds.
Elizabeth: Hmm?
Coleman: Well, your brother and Emily, the sequel chick, were just here, and for whatever reason, they left, so... go figure.
Rebecca: Wait, wait, come on. Let's just forget about Jake’s and go back to my place.
Elizabeth: This is ridiculous. I mean, I didn't do anything wrong by kissing you, right? We're two single adults. We shouldn't care that Lucky and Rebecca saw us.
Nikolas: No, we shouldn't, but you do, don't you?
Spinelli: Dear client of McCall and Jackal Investigations. Hmm. Dear blonde client. Dear luminous and beautiful blonde client. Fear not, the Jackal shall save you from the demented one who, inflamed by your loveliness, stalks you.
Sam: It is official. McCall and Jackal have their first client.
Spinelli: What -- second client. The Jackal's services have likewise been detained.
Sam: No way. You got us a client?
Spinelli: Yeah, I intend to contribute to the success of this firm. I'm not content to just build websites and hack into tax records.
Sam: Okay, of course not. Why don't you tell me all about the client?
Spinelli: Okay, well, it's protecting a local celebrity from a stalker due to her highly publicized and sometimes regrettable public appearances, Maximista -- um, Maxie Jones has an overzealous admirer. A whacked-out fan, if you will. So she came to her senses and came to Jackal, P.I., to save her.
Maxie: I wouldn't ask you to do this if I didn't trust you, Dale. I promise I'm going to make it worth your while. It's just a teeny little favor.
Dale: So you want me to stalk you.
Maxie: No, I want you to pretend to stalk me. There's a huge difference. You'll make a little extra money and help me out. I know you want to help me out. You and me, we have this connection. I noticed it when we were doing the spring layout. And then when I was at the gala, I caught you looking at me. Don't try to deny it.
Dale: You can't blame a guy.
Maxie: I'm not blaming you. I'm trying to help you. One word from me to Kate Howard, and you could have your own photo shoot.
Dale: Is this a bribe? Because I love bribes.
Maxie: See? I knew we got along.
Dale: Okay, fine. I'm in. How do you want this to go down?
Maxie: Well, I think you need to get a disguise, like a hoodie and some sunglasses, maybe some running shoes so you can get out of here fast.
Dale: I'm a slow runner.
Maxie: Then recruit a friend. I'm sure there's someone who owes you a favor.
Dale: I don't know if any of my friends --
Maxie: Look, I don't want to be bothered with the details, okay? Someone needs to be here tonight and pretend to attack me. I will pretend to be scared, and then my best friend in the world will come rushing to my rescue.
Claudia: Don't touch me.
Ric: It's a little late for that, isn't it?
Claudia: Ric, I will scream.
Ric: It must be one of those pregnant female hormone episodes, right? How soon can we expect her to be all pink and rosy?
Kelly: I'm not comfortable with any of this.
Ric: That's why it's so comforting having doctor-patient privilege. See, we can't let Sonny know that I could be the father of this baby. That is, until we get the test results back and we know for certain, right?
Claudia: I want a paternity test as soon as possible.
Kelly: August. Any sooner would be risky for the baby.
Ric: Thank you. Glad somebody's looking out for the welfare of the child.
Kelly: I'd be happy to provide you with a referral to another doctor, if you'd prefer.
Ric: Why would we need another doctor?
Claudia: Because the good doctor here also treats Carly, Ric. But I'm not worried because I know my rights, and I know my privacy is safe, right, Doctor?
Kelly: Just take care of that baby, okay?
Claudia: Don't even think about staking a claim on this child.
Ric: Take it easy, Claudia. Or I might not wait to tell Sonny that this kid is mine.
Jax: I would load the bullets in Jason's gun if killing my brother meant bringing Michael back. But someone has to put Carly first.
Sonny: So you're willing to let Carly carry a baby that could kill her?
Jax: Look, Sonny, listen to me. I'll level with you, okay? I already asked her not to take the risk. I asked her to consider Michael and Morgan. I gave her the same argument that you did. But ultimately, it's her decision, and we have to respect that.
Sonny: Admit it; you don't care about the risk. You just want the child, right? Come on, admit it.
Jax: Look, if you keep hounding her to have an abortion, you're the one that's going to be putting her life at risk. She doesn't want to hear that she can't have this child.
Sonny: Of course she doesn't want to hear it. We all know Carly. She's too stubborn for her own good.
Jax: Have some faith, okay? My priority is to lessen her stress. She can't ever know that Jerry was involved in Michael's shooting during the pregnancy.
[Sonny sighs]
Sonny: All right. You know what? I'm not going to fight with you here. So Carly never has to know. But Jason's going to find your brother because there are questions about Michael's shooting that only Jerry has the answers to.
Elizabeth: Coleman, Lucky was here -- what did he look like? What was he doing?
Coleman: I haven't told too many people, but I'm thinking about getting glasses. I know the contact thing is an option, but the idea of sticking my finger in my eye every day -- no, hey, so what do you think? A woman's opinion -- check it out. I'm thinking the aviators.
Nikolas: Coleman, look, in your own way, some way, you are a gentleman, but in this instance, the truth would be far more useful to us than tact and discretion, so...
Elizabeth: Just tell us.
Coleman: Lucky looked gut-punched, and the sequel chick had the deer in the headlights thing going on.
[Elizabeth sighs]
Elizabeth: Thank you. By the way, you have 20/20 vision.
Coleman: Yeah, what a relief.
Nikolas: Look, don't even worry about it, okay? I'll go to Lucky. I'll say -- I'll tell him that it was my own doing. That I took advantage of you and got you drunk.
Elizabeth: What? No. Why? I enjoyed that kiss just as much as you did.
Nikolas: Good.
Rebecca: Oh, I mean, did you --
Lucky: Oh, my God.
Rebecca: Did you catch the look on the cashier's face? I mean, you think I'd be used to it by now, right? I don't think I've met anyone in this town who hasn't looked at me that way.
Lucky: Oh, the look on your face was even better. I mean, you were so outraged.
Rebecca: "Yes, you're seeing a ghost. I'm Emily, back from the dead to steal a bag of popcorn."
Lucky: And the cashier says, "I don't know an Emily, but you have a spider on your shirt."
Rebecca: Yeah, that's when it stopped being funny. I hate spiders.
Lucky: Yeah. Thanks.
Rebecca: You don't look very happy.
Lucky: Yeah, it's just, you know, a little weird seeing my brother kiss my ex-wife.
Rebecca: I think you're handling it really well. I mean, you haven't put your fist through a wall or anything yet.
Lucky: Yeah. Hey, you know what, I'm here with you. Let's focus on that.
Rebecca: So you don't drink at all?
Lucky: No. Not any more.
Rebecca: I used to go to Al-Anon meetings.
Lucky: Yeah, who's your qualifier?
Rebecca: Um, it was a really long time ago.
Lucky: I'm sorry. You know what, I'm not supposed to ask, and --
Rebecca: It's okay.
Lucky: You know, I was never really much of a drinker. My addiction was pain pills.
Rebecca: Oh.
Lucky: They said you can't be clean if you're, you know, drunk.
Rebecca: Yeah. Well, did the pain pills have anything with you being a cop?
Lucky: Well, that's a good guess. I injured my back on the job.
Rebecca: Oh, you seem okay now.
Lucky: Well, I can tell when it's going to rain, so -- and being sober, I have something to be thankful for.
Rebecca: Yeah. It's a hard lesson.
Lucky: Yeah, after it wrecked my marriage with Elizabeth and nearly tanked my career.
Rebecca: Well, your life seems to be okay now.
Lucky: Spoken by a beautiful woman who can't see the spider on her shirt.
Sam: This is all very helpful, yeah. I mean, the more information you can provide, the quicker we can wrap this up. Okay. That's great. I'll be in touch. Thank you.
Spinelli: Fair Samantha takes to P.I. work like the proverbial duck to water. What is the nature of the case?
Sam: Well, Mr. Latham thinks that his wife is cheating on him, and he wants me to find proof.
Spinelli: Well, maybe you can disprove his theory and save the marriage.
Sam: Yeah, but it's not looking very optimistic because she disappears for hours at a time, and when her cell phone rings in front of him, she doesn't pick it up.
Spinelli: Those are ominous signals, indeed.
Sam: Yes, well, I'm going to follow her and see where it takes us.
Spinelli: You know, I have it on good authority that cheating spouse cases engender extreme emotion and sometimes even violence. Perhaps you need some backup?
Sam: No. I'm fine. I can handle this one. But what about your case? I mean, the one on the stalker?
Spinelli: Not to worry. I will make sure our blonde client is safe from danger.
Sam: Listen to me, please, Spinelli. If this guy looks dangerous or hostile or anything, you have to call me for backup, please. I beg you.
Spinelli: You'll have your hands full with the wayward wife.
Sam: Okay, fine. Well, then if you can't reach me, please try and call Jason.
Spinelli: I appreciate the offer, but I mean, the Jackal is now a professional. It's important to prove to everyone, especially clients, that I am strong and dangerous.
Johnny: What do you want?
Claudia: Uh, I don't know -- a little support, maybe some peace of mind would be nice.
Johnny: Fresh out of both.
Claudia: John, come on. I'm pregnant here. This is not exactly an every day occurrence. You should see what it's doing to my body already.
Johnny: Claudia, you didn't call me here because you're worried about your ankles or whatever else is swelling.
Claudia: Ric is becoming a problem. He wants a paternity test.
Johnny: What are you talking about? God. This kid's Ric's?
Claudia: No, of course not.
Johnny: You slept with him the night you tried to kill him.
Claudia: John, the baby's Sonny’s.
Johnny: What, because you say so?
Claudia: Look, I don't care how much Ric pressures me. He's not in a position to make demands. Whatever power he had, the DVD that was supposed to be played "in the event of his death," is gone. He has no leverage.
Johnny: Then ignore him.
Claudia: I have a better idea. If Ric disappeared off the face of the earth, I don't think anyone would really notice. Certainly they wouldn't miss him. I need you to do this for me, John. I want you to kill Ric.
Sonny: All right. You know what? There's nothing you can tell me about Carly that I don't already know. As soon as she found out she was having this baby, she was pregnant, she was going to have it no matter what, right? No matter what the risks were, no matter if it was going to kill her. The difference between you and I is, I would have fought harder to change her mind.
Jax: That's because you're selfish, Sonny.
Sonny: Really? What about you? Protecting your psycho brother.
Jax: I am not -- I'm not protecting my brother.
Sonny: Well, what do you call that? What are you doing then?
Jax: I'm not protecting him. All I'm asking is you leave him alone until after the baby is born, okay? Then you can send him straight to hell for all I care.
Sonny: I can't wait. I need Jerry right now.
Jax: Well, the last time I saw him, he was unconscious in the E.R. after someone tried to blow him up. Was that you?
Sonny: That defeats the purpose. No, I need Jerry alive.
Jax: Finding Jerry won't help Michael's chances. It will only upset his mother. You know Jerry is perfectly capable of killing Jason. How do you think Carly will feel about that? Your answers will have to wait, Sonny.
Nikolas: Hey, hey. You'd better not be feeling guilty right now. All right? It was just one tequila-soaked kiss between friends.
Elizabeth: I don't know how I feel. I know how I wish I felt. I wish that Lucky and I could just be friends and we could raise these boys together and we can support each other, and I wish that I could just ignore all these other things that I always feel for him.
Nikolas: Yeah. Look, during the hospital crisis when you were so sick and Lucky risked his life to come be with you, for me, I thought for sure that the two of you would found your way back to each other.
Elizabeth: We're stuck. We're stuck in the middle because we're not together, and for some reason, we can't just completely end things.
Man: What do you say? Two shots of whiskey, beer back?
Second man: We only have enough cash for beer.
Man: Maybe it's time to go trolling for a fat wallet.
Nikolas: What I don't understand is why the two of you agreed to see other people in the first place. I mean, it's obvious that you're still drawn to each other.
Elizabeth: How many times do we have to have our hearts broken? Lucky and I have been married so many times, I can't even keep count. And every time we say our vows, I think, this is going to be us, this is for sure. And then sure enough, Lucky got addicted to pills and slept with Maxie. And then I fell in love with Jason, and now here I am kissing you and Lucky's off with Rebecca, and see, none of us can ever get any of this right. I think we just drank way too much tonight.
Nikolas: If I could offer just some objective here. What I think is that --
Elizabeth: I know what you think.
Nikolas: What?
Elizabeth: It seems that I want Lucky back, right?
Rebecca: Everybody has a relationship from their past that they're trying to get over.
Lucky: Yeah, well, Elizabeth and I -- we got together out of high school. When you're young, you think love is all you need. You just never figure that you'll grow old and people change.
Rebecca: Yeah, tell me about it.
Lucky: Actually, it took two marriages to figure that one out.
Rebecca: So, um, I was under the impression that Elizabeth cheated on you.
Nikolas: She had her reasons. My addiction.
Rebecca: Yeah, who knows? Yeah, maybe Nikolas and Elizabeth just realized that they've got something going on between them. Would that bother you?
Lucky: Would it bother you?
Johnny: Could you be maybe, I don't know, a little more specific, Claudia? Hmm? You want me to shoot Ric in the head, stab him in the back, or I don't know, I could shoot him full of heroin, make it look like he overdosed. Or you know what I could do?
Claudia: What?
Johnny: Make it look like he fell asleep at the wheel and drove his car off of white stripe bluff.
Claudia: I don't really care, John. I just want him gone.
Johnny: Why now, Claudia? You said so yourself. The DVD is gone. Without that, Ric can't hurt you any more.
Claudia: Why are you not getting this, Johnny? Ric did the math. He thinks the baby might be his, and he's threatening to tell Sonny.
Johnny: Let him. It could be the best thing that ever happens to you.
Sonny: I could almost buy your concern for Carly if I didn't think it was an excuse to let Jerry get away.
Jax: I don't know how many ways I can say it, Sonny. I don't give a damn about my brother, I don't care what happens to him, if he goes to prison or ends up at the bottom of the river.
Sonny: Great. Then stay out of it.
Jax: He brought it on himself. I am staying out of it. I won't lift a finger to help him.
Sonny: We have nothing else to discuss. Good, great -- no more.
Jax: Sonny, you'd do a lot more good by focusing on Michael and the procedure next month instead of chasing after my brother.
Sonny: Let me explain something to you right now.
Jason: Hold on, hold on.
Sonny: Don't tell me how to be a father!
Jax: Anything you can do to keep the peace will only help Carly.
Sonny: Do not buy into his garbage -- it's not about Carly. It's about protecting his brother, and that's all it is.
Jason: It's going to be hard to separate the two at this point.
Sonny: Hey, I'm fine. I'm fine if Carly never knows what Jerry did to Michael. But you've got to find him still, because I need to know right now if Claudia had anything to do with Michael's shooting.
Jason: What if it is Claudia? Then what?
Sonny: Everything's just hitting me, Jason, at once. If I could worry about one thing at a time -- Carly, Michael's having this procedure next month. That could kill them both. And then I got Claudia pregnant. I still don't know how it happened. I mean, I know how it happened. Sex is probably the only thing in our marriage that's working.
Jason: I can find Jerry. Sonny, I can get answers. But what if Claudia is guilty? What are you going to do? She's still pregnant.
Sonny: I've got to know the truth. Then I'll decide. I can't kill a pregnant woman, but after -- I don't know. I mean, how do I kill the woman who just had my baby? How do I let the woman live who put Michael in a coma?
Claudia: Johnny, do you want me to live? Because if you want me to live, this baby has to be Sonny’s. No questions asked, which means we've got to get rid of Ric.
Johnny: How many ways can you justify this insanity, Claudia? Having Sonny's kid, even if this is Sonny's kid, isn't going to make him hate you any less once he finds out what you did to Michael.
Claudia: I didn't do anything. It was Ian Devlin. And with Jerry out of the way, Sonny never has to know.
Johnny: You need to stop thinking you can have a normal life with Sonny Corinthos.
Claudia: Oh, because you think it would better if this baby grew up with Ric Lansing as its father?
Johnny: I can't stand Ric. I'm sure as hell not saying you should start a life with him.
Claudia: Good.
Johnny: What I'm saying, Claudia, is raise this baby on your own, give it up for adoption, even terminate the pregnancy. It makes no difference to me. You need to free yourself of Sonny.
Claudia: I don't want to be free of Sonny.
Johnny: Then you are delusional. You're like an addict, clinging to a life -- or a man, who's going to destroy you.
Claudia: This baby is a chance for me and Sonny to start over and have a real life together. Why won't you help me?
Man: Mrs. Corinthos, Mr. Jacks is here to see you.
Claudia: Okay, thank you.
Jax: It seems I've interrupted something.
Johnny: No, I'm done.
Claudia: Why are you here?
Jax: I think we can be of use to each other.
Matt: Okay, I've seen this protocol. I have done additional research on this topic. This all reads like science fiction.
Patrick: Well, that doesn't help me at all. I already know it's risky.
Matt: There is a 6% chance that this procedure will work. That means a 94% chance that it won't work, and a 20% chance that it's going to kill the kid. Not to mention, this is the numbers that the people who came up with this procedure are giving --
Patrick: You know what, it's the only option Michael has.
Matt: I'm sorry, but even the great Patrick Drake loses a patient every once and a while.
Patrick: Fine, but you know what? I'm not ready to give up on the kid yet.
Matt: You asked for my opinion. Odds are this procedure fails. And since the kid is related to every single heavy-hitter in town, they're going to blame you when it does.
Elizabeth: Every time Lucky and I get together, we end up hurting each other, and I need to protect us from that.
Nikolas: What if after you can get rid of all the bad stuff -- what if what's left is just the love?
Coleman: You boys ready for another round?
Man: Do you take credit?
Coleman: Do I look like I was born yesterday? Tell you what, you take as long as you want with the beer you've got, okay? Right on, man?
[Coleman laughs]
Coleman: Yeah.
Man: It's time to go get some cash.
Second man: Mug a guy this time. You don't need to get popped with another sexual assault charge.
Nikolas: What if Lucky is with Rebecca for the same reasons you just let me kiss you?
Elizabeth: You think Lucky's forcing himself to move on?
Nikolas: Sometimes we do things just to prove a point to ourselves that doesn't have anything to do with the other person.
Elizabeth: Let's say, for the sake of argument, that Lucky and I get back together. Do you really think you're going to have a chance with Rebecca?
Rebecca: If Nikolas found someone else, I'd feel sorry for her.
Lucky: Why? He's a good guy.
Rebecca: Well, I mean, I agree. There's a lot to like about him, but come on. Let's face it. No one's ever going to live up to Emily. I mean, I have a feeling that even Emily couldn't compete with the version of her that lives on in his head.
Lucky: It's been less than two years. Maybe he's still grieving.
Rebecca: Not to sound unfeeling or anything, but is this really what you thought we were going to be doing in my room?
Lucky: You're right. I'm sorry to be spending all this time on history.
Rebecca: At least I'm getting to know you a little bit better.
Lucky: So how come I still feel as if I hardly know you at all?
Rebecca: Come on, what do you mean? I'm an open book. What you see is what you get.
Lucky: Yeah, I just got a feeling that you're more than a series of clichés.
Rebecca: I like you, Lucky. Does that make me a cliché?
Lucky: No, it just makes you a woman with good taste.
Rebecca: I mean, you're great to hang out with. You're fun, smart. You've got wonderful eyes. And your mouth -- or don't we want to go there?
Lucky: I was just hoping you would say that.
Coleman: Another shot or more coffee, guys?
Nikolas and Elizabeth: Coffee.
Coleman: Good call. A hook up between friends can be a train wreck. Then again, if it weren't for train wrecks, I'd be out of business, right? There you go.
Elizabeth: I think Coleman’s a little disappointed we didn't run upstairs for a quickie.
Nikolas: Speaking of that --
Elizabeth: Mm-hmm?
Nikolas: I have a confession. I've actually never been upstairs here at Jake’s.
Elizabeth: Really? Then you haven't lived. I have a secret to tell you. I conceived Cameron up there.
Nikolas: What? No way.
Elizabeth: Yep. A drunken hook-up with Zander. So if Coleman ever tells you that you're too drunk to drive home and offers you a room upstairs, then you got to run. Run as fast as you can and get a cab. Not that I regret what happened, but I haven't been up there since.
Nikolas: I guess I have some catching up to do.
Elizabeth: Hey, I have an idea. Why don't you get Rebecca to go up there with you? Seems like she might be that type of girl.
Nikolas: Well, now that I'm confessing, when I first met Rebecca, I did pursue her just because she had a resemblance to Emily.
Elizabeth: Of course you did.
Nikolas: But now that I've gotten to know her, I appreciate that she really is her own person. I was a fool to let Alexis and Helena make me suspicious of her.
Elizabeth: Okay, here is my part where I get to be a friend. I may not like Rebecca very much, but why don't you tell her how you feel, not me.
Nikolas: I'll tell you what -- why don't you see if you can find us a couple of cabs? There's somewhere I need to be. Let's go.
Matt: This is a lose-lose for you, bro. The kid is related to Port Charles' number one mob boss. His stepfather is a ruthless corporate raider who can buy and sell pretty much everyone in this hospital. And his grandmother? Oh, yes, that's right. She's our boss, the chief of staff. So please tell me where in here is the upside?
Patrick: The upside is Michael could wake up from a coma.
Matt: Yeah, and there's a significantly greater chance that the procedure will fail, not to mention kill the kid.
Patrick: Look, I'm the one who took the bullet out of Michael's brain, okay? I want to be the one to wake him up.
Matt: You're not even going to be the lead surgeon.
Patrick: I'm going to be on the team. I'll be in the room. I'll help Michael have the best chance possible.
Matt: Okay, you know what I think? I think you miss your wife, and you're angry, not to mention maybe feeling a little guilty, which you shouldn't be, because postpartum depression isn't remotely your fault. So if you really want to go screw things up, why don't you just go have an affair?
Patrick: Thanks.
Matt: What -- you want to torch everything else that you care about. Robin, Emma -- why not your career?
Jason: Sonny, you know that I love Michael. And I want justice for him. But I also know that he would want you and Carly to be okay.
Sonny: I'll be okay as soon as I know the truth about Claudia.
Jason: And we're going to get those answers.
Sonny: Mm-hmm.
Jason: But right now, we need to focus on Michael's surgery and Carly and her baby. Revenge can wait a little bit.
Sonny: You might be right, but you're not the one married to Claudia. It's not your baby growing inside her.
Claudia: I can't imagine how you and I can be useful to each other.
Jax: Yes, well, we certainly have some interesting times ahead of us. With Michael's surgery in a month, I don't need to tell you how critical it is that it be a success.
Claudia: That would truly be a miracle.
Jax: And you're expecting of your own. Congratulations.
Claudia: Thank you. Back at you.
Jax: Yeah, Carly and I are thrilled. Now if your husband would only pay a little bit more attention to his own wife instead of mine, that would certainly refresh things a little. Don't you think?
Claudia: I think that Sonny actually has a right to be concerned about the mother of his children.
Jax: So you know about Carly's condition?
Claudia: Yeah, he mentioned it.
Jax: She's at the hospital right now receiving treatment. We're hoping for the best.
Claudia: Well, I wish you guys the best of luck with that.
Jax: Thank you. You know, it's a wonderful thing, isn't it ? Expecting a baby as a couple. It should bring you closer together. I made sure that Sonny can't reach Carly to minimize stress. And with Carly out of the way, it should give your husband more time to put his focus where it actually belongs, which is on you and the baby. I'm sure you want that, too.
Claudia: Where are you going with this?
Jax: Well, in my business, it's called mutual accommodation. You help me with Sonny, and I help you with Jerry.
[Cell phone rings]
Maxie: Hello?
Spinelli: McCall and Jackal checking in as to the whereabouts of our number one blonde client.
Maxie: Spinelli, thank God it's you. I think I'm being followed, and I'm so scared.
Spinelli: Where are you?
Maxie: I'm on the Elm Street pier. Could you get here fast, please?
Spinelli: Maxie?
Maxie: Oh -- did Dale send you? What a good disguise. Don't sneak up on me like that though. You scared me.
Man: Hand over your purse. No loud noises. No sudden moves.
Maxie: Oh, yeah, that's good. But let's wait for Spinelli, okay?
Claudia: What exactly do you mean, you'll help me with Jerry? I thought your brother was dead.
Jax: No, you didn’t. But we can play that game if you insist.
Claudia: What do you want from me?
Jax: Exactly what I said. I want you to be a good wife. I want you to keep Sonny away from Carly, and that's it.

Man: Give me that bag.
Jason: No, Bernie, I'm going to the car right now. Yeah, I'll be right there.
Sam: Jason, catch. We've got to get out of here fast. Go.
Singer: Don't just stand there come close to me
Rebecca: What? What?
Lucky: I can't do this.
Rebecca: What do you mean? What happened?
Lucky: Nothing. You know what? You're great. It's just -- all I'm thinking about is --
Rebecca: Oh, God, Elizabeth?
Lucky: You know, I just don't want us to have any regrets.
Rebecca: Hey, speak for yourself. Okay, yeah, tonight's been really intense for a lot of reasons. And you're right. I'm probably going to regret it. Damn, nobility sucks.
Lucky: Tell me about it.
Nikolas: Rebecca?
