Jason: You know, I can't stay too long. I just --
Sam: I know, I know. I'm sorry for dragging you away from work, but I promise this will be good for us.
Jason: Okay.
Sam: Look who's here -- I guess we all had the same idea. What a surprise. Yeah, we should probably set our blanket up right here next to you. This way, we get to visit with Cameron and baby Jake.
Maxie: Don't even bother -- I'm just going to rip it off.
Coop: You shouldn't be here.
Maxie: That's not the greeting I was hoping for.
Coop: Craig is probably out there waiting to come after me.
Maxie: Well, I'm here, I'm cuter than Craig, and I'm not leaving you.
Carly: You may be Jerry to my husband, but I know the scum you are.
Jerry: Try to adjust your attitude, darling.
Carly: Don't touch me! That trap you set for Emily won't stop Jason. When you least expect it, he will find you and he will kill you.
Jax: Please don't argue in public.
Jerry: I'm not arguing, Jax. Carly was telling me about her charming fantasies about my imminent demise -- and I loved it.
Scott: Mr. Cassadine, did you ever have to stop Luke from having contact with Laura?
Nikolas: Years ago, I believed that contact with Luke could be harmful, but now I think otherwise.
Scott: Why do you think it was harmful for your mother?
Nikolas: Because of the psychiatrist's initial recommendation.
Scott: No other reason?
Nikolas: No other reason.
Scott: Do you know of any time that Luke was abusive towards your mother?
Nikolas: No.
Scott: You're under oath, mar. Cassadine.
Nikolas: Laura never told me that Luke was abusive towards her.
Scott: That's not what I asked. But I'll move on. Do you have any recollection of a situation that happened between Luke and Laura at the Campus Disco on October 5, 1979?
Alexis: Objection, Your Honor. Relevance?
Judge: I assume you're going someplace specific with this?
Scott: Yes, Your Honor, I am going somewhere with this.
Judge: Overruled. Witness will answer.
Scott: Mr. Cassadine, what happened October 5, 1979, between Luke Spencer and Laura Baldwin? Do you want me to repeat the question?
Nikolas: No, you don't have to --
Scott: Well, we're waiting.
Nikolas: There was a rape.
Scott: I'm sorry, I didn't hear you.
Nikolas: Luke raped Laura.
Lulu: What?
Nikolas: Lulu -- Lu, let me explain.
Judge: I'll have order in my courtroom.
[Judge pounds gavel]
Scott: You have not been dismissed, all right? Now, you get back on that stand, get back on that stand.
Nikolas: It was unnecessary --
Scott: Get back on that stand!
Tracy: Let's take a walk.
Judge: I asked for order!
Luke: Step away, son. Not now, don't do this here. Don't do this.
Maxie: That was so good, I think we should do it again.
Coop: Maxie, Craig sees me as a threat, I mean, the guy that could blow his cover.
[Maxie sighs]
Maxie: Craig is really Jerry Jacks, who's claiming to be a victim of mistaken identity, so he can't exactly go around killing people.
Coop: This is no joke, Maxie. If this guy thinks you know too much, he could decide to come after you.
Jax: I know you love the idea of Jerry getting what he deserves. But please, please try to keep it to yourself.
Jerry: No, the last thing I want is to create a problem for my brother and his lovely bride. After all, I went through a lot of trouble and a great deal of risk to rejoin the family.
Carly: "You" went through a lot of trouble, "you" took a lot of risks?
Jax: Jerry, back off.
Carly: No, he likes playing mind games.
Jerry: No, what I like is staying alive. So if you're determined to bring Jason Morgan -- a man blessed with a steady trigger finger and absolutely no sense of humor -- to waste me, don't expect me to sit around and count the moments till my last breath. Because I can disappear, and Emily can be accused of treason and espionage. It's in your hands, brother.
Mac: Let me know as soon as you have results. There's nothing yet on the Jerry Jacks/James Craig D.N.A. matchup.
Ric: Okay, we should focus on a crime that we can solve -- Alcazar's murder.
Mac: I put a rush on the evidence from the house.
Ric: Focus on the recording, Mac.
Mac: It's digital -- there could be hours and hours of useless information. Other evidence might be more significant.
Ric: All the evidence is significant, Mac. Don't make me pull rank on you, please? Just analyze the recorder first.
Mac: You can't possibly think Alcazar recorded his own murder?
Sam: Well, I love running into friends, and we brought enough food to feed a small army if you're hungry.
Elizabeth: Oh -- well, thank you, but I've got to get the boys home for a nap and -- hey, Cam, can you grab your toys for me, please?
Sam: Oh, here, I'll -- I'll hold the baby --
Elizabeth: No, that's okay, I've -- I've got it.
Sam: No, really, I'd love to.
Elizabeth: Okay.
Sam: Hi, Jake! Oh, yes. Oh, hello.
Jason: Let me help you.
Elizabeth: Okay.
Sam: You are getting so big, and you are happy -- I guess that's what happens when you have a mommy and a daddy who love you.
[Jake fusses]
Sam: Oh, no.
Elizabeth: Oh, Jake.
Jason: It's okay, it's okay.
Sam: I'll help you with this.
Elizabeth: It's okay, I'm just really clumsy.
Sam: Are you sure you got to go?
Elizabeth: Yeah. Yeah, I -- I do. Um -- thanks. Cam, can you say goodbye to -- to Sam and -- and Jason for me?
Sam: Thank you.
Elizabeth: Can you say goodbye? Say goodbye, buddy.
Cameron: Bye-bye.
Elizabeth: Bye. Thank you.
Jason: Yeah.
Elizabeth: All right, let's go. Hold on here.
Sam: You know, that's too bad, because Jake looked really comfortable and happy in your arms. You seemed to have a way with him.
Jason: Did you do this on purpose?
Jason: Did you know that Elizabeth was going to be here? Is that why you wanted to have the picnic here?
Sam: I -- um -- I heard her mention it at Kelly’s, and it seemed like a really good idea. Jason, it's a big park, it's a beautiful day. I don't really see why it's such a big deal.
Jason: Well, you just saw how uncomfortable she was at the coffeehouse the other day.
Sam: And why is that, Jason? Why is it that Elizabeth can't be bothered to be around you when you're the one who saved her and her unborn child during the hostage crisis?
Jason: Well, I don't know if it's me. You and Amelia were just pressuring her to bring Jake on the show, and I don't think she liked to say no, you know?
Sam: Oh, yeah, that's right -- it's never Elizabeth’s fault for anything, is it? I am sick of this.
Scott: Your Honor, Mr. Cassadine's behavior has proven that he has no business being Laura Spencer’s legal guardian. Mr. Cassadine has allowed the man who raped Laura unlimited access to the patient. Mr. Spencer's mere presence around Laura is what caused her all the trauma and sent her to catatonia. And when Laura did recover, Mr. Spencer lied to her, duped her into a phony marriage, not telling her that he was already married to that woman. Your Honor, I would like you to appoint me Laura Spencer's legal guardian. She should have some peace, and I will respect her the way that she deserves to be. Thank you.
Alexis: Your Honor, what happened to Luke and Laura in 1979 happened between Luke and Laura. They have dealt with it, and it was forgiven a long time ago. Not only that, they went on to have a wonderfully successful marriage, they have two beautiful children. And the wedding that Mr. Baldwin was referring to was a wedding that Laura Spencer requested, because she wanted to be before her friends and family so they could hear her love and hear her make a commitment to Luke Spencer. Not to Mr. Baldwin, to Luke Spencer, and that is what Mr. Baldwin is unable to accept. That is why we're here. That is why he's orchestrated this circus that we're all forced to be a part of -- because he can't accept that Laura chose Luke and not Mr. Baldwin. Not only that, Mr. Baldwin is saying he wants to protect Laura, but he is not listening to her direct request -- a written request, I might add -- to appoint Nikolas Cassadine as guardian. Mr. Baldwin has wasted the court's time. He has also inflicted suffering on Laura's friends and family, and they don't deserve that. This is absolute nonsense. There is no substance to this case. I think there's no grounds, and I think it should be dismissed.
Maxie: You don't need to worry about me. My dad's the police commissioner. There's no way Jerry Jacks would dare come after me.
Coop: He could find a dozen ways to kill us and make it look like an accident. I'm not going to take that chance with your life.
Maxie: For the millionth time, you don't get to dump me to try and keep me safe. We're a team, got it?
[Doorknob turns]
Logan: Whoa, whoa! At ease, soldier.
Maxie: Can you not see that we're busy? You should get out.
Logan: Hey, show a little respect -- I just started working for Sonny Corinthos.
Jax: I'm already having trouble looking at myself in the mirror helping you get away with your crimes. Announcing that you have more plans is not going to help your cause.
Jerry: Shh. Careful. We're not supposed to be arguing in public, remember?
Jax: Don't push me.
Jerry: Well, I don't want to hurt dear Emily, but if I have a choice between her welfare and mine, I will feed that poor girl to those paranoid mental midgets in D.C. and not lose any sleep. The only two people who are not expendable in my book are you and mum, but things change. Don't bet your lives on family togetherness.
Jax: You know, Jerry, really, you shouldn't put in such a big effort to make me want to like you.
Jerry: You see, I tried to tell you, Jax -- I'm the man who survives at any cost.
Carly: He's messing with your head, he won't hurt you.
Jax: He can destroy me by hurting you.
Sam: Hey. So if you want to work on that wraparound, I am suddenly free.
Amelia: Well, too late -- I sent the crew home already. And you're clearly in no frame of mind to tape anything.
Sam: No, no, there is absolutely nothing wrong with me.
Amelia: That a little deep-fried comfort food can't fix. Ketchup with your carbs?
Sam: Okay. So this is how it went. Jason and I went to the park as planned to have our picnic, and, of course, there was Elizabeth sitting there. And before I could say "hello," she packed up her stuff, ready to go -- which doesn't surprise me, by the way, considering all the lies that she's keeping. But Jason came down on me. He said that I was setting him up.
Amelia: Well, you did.
Sam: No, I didn’t. I gave him a chance to tell me the truth.
Amelia: Look, if it bothers you so much, just confront him. Or is there a part of you that enjoys making Jason and Elizabeth squirm?
[Pounding on door]
Lulu: Spinelli? Let me in, please, I need to see you.
Jason: Hey. Spinelli's not here.
Lulu: Where is he? I need him to do some research for me.
Jason: Just -- uh, come on in, tell me what happened.
Lulu: Today was the hearing for my mother's guardianship, and everyone was telling me that I shouldn't go, that ugly things were going to be said and things that I didn't need to hear. Everyone knew that it was going to come out and they tried to stop me from going, but I didn't listen. And I walk into court and Nikolas is on the stand, and Scott is pushing him, and he doesn't want to say it, but he has to because he's a witness. Nikolas said that my dad raped my mother.
Judge: There's a great deal of evidence to review here. This is a complex and highly emotional case, and I want to examine the facts carefully before rendering my decision. In the meantime, Laura Spencer will remain a ward of the court.
[Judge pounds gavel]
Judge: This proceeding is dismissed.
Bailiff: All rise.
Lucky: Hey, Dad, I'm going to see if Bobbie caught up with Lulu.
Tracy: I'll go check the ladies' room.
Lesley: Well, Scotty, it took you most of your life to do it, but you finally "got" Luke, and with such style -- the way you devastated Lulu in the process. Oh, my. You must be so proud.
Scott: I did what I did for Laura.
Lesley: I'm not sure that Laura could forgive you for that. I know I can't!
Lainey: I wish my testimony had been more helpful.
Nikolas: All you did was relate the facts of my mother's condition -- you can't ask for more than that.
Lainey: Listen, when the time comes, and if Lulu's of the mind, have her come and talk to me.
Emily: Thank you, Lainey.
Nikolas: Yeah. Excuse me.
Lainey: You might want to encourage Nikolas to talk to me, too. I'm very good with anger management issues.
Alexis: I wish that I could read the judge, but I can’t. We're just going to have to wait.
Nikolas: Thank you, especially for the -- for the damage control.
Alexis: I've got to check my messages. I'll let you know when the decision is in.
Nikolas: Okay.
Nikolas: I'm really sorry.
Luke: Don't be, Nikolas. You just told the truth.
Maxie: Big whoop -- so you work for Sonny Corinthos. I guess being wanted by the police is better than being wanted by nobody.
Logan: Cooper and I need to set some boundaries since we've suddenly been put on opposite sides of the war here.
Coop: Yesterday Sonny wouldn't give you a cup of coffee. What changed?
Logan: Well, I was the one that told Sonny that Jax's brother might be the Metro Court hostage freak. Sonny was so impressed that he decided to bring me into his organization.
Coop: Yeah, congratulations.
Logan: Anyway, I'm thinking that Sonny will give me all kinds of economic opportunities. Huh -- ow.
Coop: Leave her alone, Logan.
Logan: Oh -- bottom line, we need to stay out of each other's face, you know, give each other some room.
Coop: You want me to look the other way?
Logan: Hey, it doesn't mean we still can't trust each other. We're friends, right? That does not have to change.
[Phone rings]
Coop: Hello?
Jerry: Yes, Officer Barrett. Meet me at the south entrance of the park.
Coop: I don't know if I can.
Jerry: Oh, and how is that little vixen, Maxie? I always hoped to know her better.
Carly: I'm not going to stand here and fight with you about Jerry.
Jax: No, you can fight with me all you want. I just don't want you to antagonize him.
Carly: You don't trust him, either.
Jax: I don't want to put him in a position where he feels he has to prove that he's irredeemable.
Carly: So we're going to be covering for him indefinitely?
Jax: I can't cut Jerry loose, okay? It's just -- it's always been my flaw, and he's always relied on it.
Carly: What do you get out of it?
Jax: That's not the point. If we're not careful with Jerry, he will use you. He's probably already figured out that you're not only the best way to manipulate me, but Sonny and Jason, as well.
Carly: I will be careful, okay, I promise.
Jax: No, I want you to stay away from him. Jerry loves to push your buttons, and I'm afraid that one day when you push back, he'll hurt you. And if that happens, I'll have to kill my brother.
Jerry: Ah, Three. You know what? You're brighter than I gave you credit for. Smart enough to know that the quickest way to die is to say no to me.
Coop: What do you want?
Jerry: You see, the police are running D.N.A. tests on a blood sample they took from the hotel restaurant. They're testing to see if I'm a match for James Craig. Now, have you heard anything?
Coop: I'm a cadet. I don't have access to anything that important.
Jerry: Then try to figure it out. Otherwise, the commissioner's oversexed young daughter will be in a great deal of trouble.
Coop: Maxie hasn't done anything to you.
Jerry: Oh, shut up. And don't even think of breaking up with her. That won't lessen her value as a bargaining chip. Maxie is your incentive to keep me happy. So sort out a way to find information for me! Okay? Oh -- you should try one of these pretzels. I mean, life's too short.
Logan: I'll be in with cash in a few days, thanks. Oh, no.
Maxie: Oh -- going on a shopping spree?
Logan: I just want something shiny to remind me that persistence pays off.
Maxie: Okay, why are you still here? A real gentleman would have left by now.
Logan: You wouldn't like me if I were a real gentleman, now, would you?
Maxie: I don't like you, anyway.
Logan: Well, I'm not surprised. You like boys like Coop who you can lead around by the zipper.
Maxie: That just proves you know nothing about me or Coop.
Logan: I'm just saying, all right, don't you think for a second about getting Coop to turn me in to the cop shop so he can score points, okay?
Maxie: You think you're important enough for the cops or anyone else to care?
Logan: Huh. You know why I make you mad?
Maxie: Because you're a self-centered loser?
Logan: Uh-uh. I see you for who you are and what you want.
Maxie: Oh, well, that's not complicated. I want you to leave.
Logan: Before or after I sleep with you?
Maxie: You have about three seconds until I scream.
Logan: Hmm. Coop's a good old boy, and you're going to get bored with him, and when you do, you're going to want someone more interesting, like me. Good night.
Scott: Okay, well, I'll call back tomorrow, Miss Thomas. Thank you, bye. Oh, hi, Bobbie. I was just checking on some plans I made for Laura.
Bobbie: Well, since Laura isn't here to do this for herself, I'm going to do it for her.
Scott: Oh! Ow.
Lucky: No sign of Lulu?
Bobbie: No, Lucky, but I'm going to keep on looking for her. I think you should go inside and -- and be with your father.
Lucky: You know what? I'm going to go find my wife and tell her I love her.
Bobbie: Okay.
Nikolas: You know, if I would have denied the rape, I'd be perjuring myself, and then I would look unfit to take care of Mom, anyway, so --
Luke: I know, Nik. Well, Baldwin finally got what he wanted. He's been waiting about 25 years to play the victimized husband turned into avenging hero, and now it's all a matter of legal record. But I'll tell you this -- he's done enough damage. He's got to be stopped.
Tracy: First, you have to find Lulu.
Lulu: Do you know if my father raped my mother?
Jason: I can't -- Lulu, I can't answer that. I -- I don't even know how --
Lulu: He must have. He must have. He -- I saw his face when he knew that I was there, and that I heard it. And he didn't even deny it. Not one single person stood up to tell me that it wasn't true. Nikolas was a witness. He was under oath. He's not going to make something up like that.
Jason: You just got hit with something really big. You just need to give yourself some time to sit with this.
Lulu: My parents loved each other so much. Everybody knew that. All you had to do was look at them together -- the way that they looked at each other. Like at the wedding, my dad -- he was so sweet to her, he was so gentle, and -- when my mom looked into his eyes, she lit up. But that was all a lie.
Jason: No, but sometimes -- Lulu, sometimes bad things happen between people. It's not like they -- they can't get passed it.
Lulu: My dad always does what he wants. You know? No matter what anyone else says, and I guess -- I guess it kind of makes sense if he wanted my mom that badly. How could a man do that to a woman that he loves? How could she even look at him again, let alone forgive him, have kids with him?
Jason: What happened was between your mother and your father, Lulu. It had to be so complicated. Just -- try not to judge.
Lulu: No, no, no, it's not -- it's not about judging. It's about trying to understand how love can get so twisted, and my mom could marry him? Huh. I don't know -- you said that some secrets are not meant to be told. And I think that this is one of them.
Sam: Thank you. I don't want to torture anyone. No, I want Jason to come clean about his child.
Amelia: He's obviously agreed to let Elizabeth raise Jake as Lucky's.
Sam: No, I don't care about his agreement with Elizabeth. I want him to tell me the truth. And then maybe we can consider our options. I mean, who knows? Maybe Jake would be better off being raised by me and Jason.
Amelia: Do you really think Jason would take Jake away from his mother?
Sam: I don't know, I don't know. I -- I just said that I want us to consider our options. I don't want to be left out of Jason's life.
Amelia: Well, didn't you tell me that the whole reason Jason didn't want kids to begin with was because of his violent lifestyle? I mean, it's obviously the reason that he's not claiming his son.
Sam: No, it's obvious that Jason's just going along with Elizabeth. That's it. Look, I don't want to wake up every morning knowing that the man I love is keeping a "secret" child from me -- I mean, a child that should be ours.
[Luke sighs]
Luke: Well, you were right, wife. Lulu should have heard all this from me.
Tracy: Well, the truth is she still needs to hear from you. Luke, she's shattered, and you need to put her back together.
Nikolas: Whew. She's not answering.
Emily: Nikolas, look, when the shock wears off, Lulu's going to realize that beyond that one horrible night, her parents loved each other.
Nikolas: Luke was right. Baldwin won't stop until he takes Laura away from him. It was so stupid for me to go after him like that. I just kept seeing that smug little look on his face, the way he hurts people -- people I care about.
Emily: Just like Craig? This anger that you're feeling is just as much about Jax's brother as it is about Scott.
Elizabeth: Hey.
Lucky: Hey. Where are the boys?
Elizabeth: I took them over to Gram's because you sounded upset. It was that bad?
Lucky: Yeah, it was worse than I expected. Scotty pushed Nikolas in the corner just in time for Lulu to walk in and hear Nikolas testifying about the rape.
Elizabeth: Oh, man. I'm so sorry. I thought I convinced her to stay away from the courthouse.
Lucky: The look on Lulu's face -- it was too familiar. I mean, how the truth can just slam you, how the words you're hearing don't even make sense.
Elizabeth: Oh.
Lucky: You just go numb, and today, that's what happened to Lulu.
Elizabeth: But eventually, she'll be able to accept it. And -- and even understand it a little. I mean, look at you and your dad. You guys love each other. You have each other's backs, and, God, it's practically normal. Thank God Lulu has you to help her process it and her family to understand it.
Lucky: Her family? That doesn't have the guts to warn her? We can't ever do that to Cameron and Jake, Elizabeth. Promise me we will never keep secrets that would tear their worlds apart.
Alexis: Hey.
Jax: Hey.
Alexis: I just came from court.
Jax: How did it go?
Alexis: Don't worry about the Spencer family problems. You got plenty of your own. And I heard that the PCPD lab is running a D.N.A. test on the sample that they found from the metro court restaurant. They're going to match that with the swab they took from Jerry.
Jax: Oh, well, we know it'll match.
Alexis: All it means is that Jerry was in the restaurant sometime before the sample was taken. It doesn't mean that he's James Craig. They can't prove that it came from Craig.
Jax: Yeah, but they -- they have -- they have the photo. Okay? And his psychopathic behavior -- it adds up to more than a coincidence.
Alexis: I can prove reasonable doubt in court, maybe. That is, if Emily and Nikolas and Carly testify that he isn't James Craig.
Jax: Why? Why, Alexis? Why are you doing this?
[Alexis sighs]
Jax: I mean, I am almost ready to hand Jerry over in chains. You want to defend him now. What possible reason could you have?
Jerry: Alone at last.
Carly: Stay the hell away from me.
Jerry: Do you realize there are no accidents? Everything happens for a reason.
Carly: You know what? You say you love Jax. If that's true, you must know what it's costing him to help you.
Jerry: Oh, don't waste your lovely breath on endless appeals for me to disappear, please.
Carly: What's the point in staying?
Jerry: I made an important discovery. I'm lonely for my brother's company.
Carly: Right. And your brother's peace of mind means nothing to you?
Jerry: Well, to a point. But I've already crossed that proverbial line. When it comes down to it, I'd betray anyone, even someone who loves me, to save my own skin.
Carly: Uh-uh. I don't believe you'd hurt Jax, or Lady Jane.
Jerry: You really don't get it, do you? The man who throws himself on a grenade to save another is not a hero. He's a fool.
Jax: You're still recovering from the cancer and the chemo.
Alexis: I'm fine. I'm all right, honestly.
Jax: Look, you've got your plate full defending Nikolas in this guardianship mess, okay? The last thing you want to do is defend my brother, for something he did anyway.
Alexis: What's your excuse?
Jax: Force of habit. I can't help myself. He's my brother, I love him.
Alexis: I'm doing this so Emily doesn't go to prison. I'm doing this because if he goes down, you go down. And as you say you love your brother, I love you.
Jax: You know, I always hoped that Jerry would change, that he would see the error of his ways and be rehabilitated. It turns out a little tough love would have been a lot better for him. And now, it might be too late for redemption.
Alexis: I swear to you, I saw in him a little flicker of something good. Granted, my judgment stinks. I don't seem to have radar for psychopaths, murderers, or even your average simple jerk. Ric, Sonny -- they both came from the same dysfunctional family. Now, you were both raised by the same wonderful parents. How did you become so profoundly different? I'm telling you, I saw just a flicker of something good in him.
Jax: You saw what he wanted you to.
Alexis: He wasn't always like this, right? So something had to have happened to him -- something horrible -- to make him so twisted.
[Alexis sighs]
Alexis: What do you want from me? I'm a defense attorney. You know, I just am a sucker for the belief that even the worst human beings in the world have something redeemable about them. So maybe, just maybe, even Jerry can be saved.
Carly: You don't have to make something up to convince me you're a soulless pig. I saw for myself, thanks.
Jerry: Oh, it was no fabrication. She was very real, all flesh and blood. So much blood.
Carly: I really don't want to hear how some woman broke your heart and that turned you into the monster you are.
Jerry: Well, Irina didn't do anything. It was all me. You know, we were supposed to do a simple courier job, and we were supposed to get so much money that we'd disappear forever. It would have made me so happy to live forever on that island with beautiful Irina.
Carly: Please tell me she betrayed you. That would be a happy ending.
Jerry: Well, no, we were supposed to pose as newlyweds. But of course, after a certain time, we weren't pretending anymore. We were feeling the part, and we were just dreaming about what we'd do with our newfound fortune. She was unlike anyone I'd ever known, you know? She was so exotic and dangerous. Of course, as always happens, one person starts caring more than the other. And we were so wrapped up in each other, we became sloppy, and that's when I was captured.
[Whip cracks]
Jerry: Ow!
[Jerry pants]
Jerry: They wanted the disc, of course.
Carly: What did they do to you?
Jerry: Things I won't repeat. But I'm sure you think I deserve every inch of it. They kept me for a very, very long time. Long enough for my sanity and my life to start slipping away. Hmm.
Carly: And that's when you gave them Irina?
Jerry: Well, she was a foolish woman, you know? I don't know why she didn't go and -- she just had to wait. I don't know what made her think that she could rescue me. No –
Irina: I don't know this guy! Why am I here?
Jerry's voice: So I told them everything they wanted to know. No, no.
[Gun cocks]
Jerry: Don't do it.
Guard: She no longer matters.
Jerry: No, no. No, no, no, no!
[Gunshot]
Jerry's voice: Do you know how I felt when I watched Irina die? Relief -- that I wasn't on the other end of that bullet.
Lulu: How'd you know that I was here?
Luke: Oh, I don't know. Maybe because you and your father used to come out here when you were a little girl. The two of you spent a lot of time out there ice fishing. Listening to the fish laugh at you, and talking about things. You used to be so full of questions in those days. "What's the snow made of?" And "where does the wind come from?" "How do the fish breathe under water?" Huh. You used to make my head ache with all your questions.
Lulu: Dad -- did -- did you rape my mother?
Luke: Yes.
Lulu: Okay, then.
Luke: Lesley Lu, no, wait.
[Lulu pants]
Luke: Wait.
Elizabeth: The boys are both down for their nap.
Lucky: I checked the messages, and nothing from Lulu.
Elizabeth: Babe, I am so sorry I couldn't keep her at the park and away from the courthouse.
Lucky: You know what? Don't blame yourself. It's my fault.
Elizabeth: How?
Lucky: Because I should have been the one to tell Lulu myself.
Elizabeth: No, it was not your place, Lucky. Besides, a rape is not a topic for easy conversation.
Lucky: Yeah, but to be blindsided that way is not --
Elizabeth: There is no easy way to hear something like that.
Lucky: Lulu's never going to believe in my dad the way she did before. And sometimes, when you love somebody so much, you learn something like that, it changes everything.
Mac: Hey, I put a priority on the recorder from Alcazar's study, just like you insisted.
Ric: And?
Mac: Hear for yourself.
Lorenzo's voice: Morgan.
[Silenced gunshots]
[Thud]
Ric: Unless Sonny's 4-year-old decided to join the family business as a hit man, I'd say that Alcazar just identified his own murderer. It's time to bring in Jason Morgan.
Sam: Jason, I am sorry. I'm sorry about what happened with Elizabeth, and the baby and the park, and --
Jason: So am I.
Sam: What are you doing? Come on, you can't walk out, Jason. We have to talk about this.
Jason: You can't carry a child because of me. And I am sorry. I really am. I would do anything to change that. I just don't know what to do.
Sam: You don't -- what are you doing, Jason? We can still have a child.
Jason: You want to adopt a child?
Sam: No, I don't! Don't you understand? I want your child!
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Luke: I was wrong not to tell you a long time ago. Let me tell you now.
Sonny: Tell me about Jason's secret pain.
Jason: Where are you going with this?
Sam: We're not going to make it unless we have your child to raise together.
