>> Previously on "General Hospital" -- Kristina: Just for you Laura: We've got to get the kids out of Helena's reach. It's the only way we'll be able to focus on the fight. Stavros: All I care about is Nikolas. Help me meet my son. Gia: Why should I trust you? Jax: This is just great. Now we're stuck between floors. Skye: Good. Edward: Oh, of all people to keep me waiting. He's probably passed out in some gutter somewhere. A.J.: You wanted to see me? Edward: Oh -- A.J., my boy. [Edward laughs] A.J.: You all right? Edward: Come on. Give your old grandfather a big hug, huh? A.J.: Do you need to have your heart medication checked again? [Edward laughs] Edward: You know, no one in this family really appreciates your sense of humor. [A.J. and Edward laugh] A.J.: Yeah, well, you know, that's me, A.J., the laugh riot. Edward: You know, do you -- do you actually realize what you've accomplished? I certainly couldn't do it. No one in this family could, either, hmm? A.J.: You obviously heard about Zander. Edward: You got that deviant out of Emily's life for good. A.J.: That's what he gets for stabbing me in the back when he paid me a visit at the meat locker. Edward: Oh, that was a terrible business, all of that. The family should've come looking for you. A.J.: Do I hear an apology in there somewhere? Edward: Well, you've redeemed yourself, A.J. I'm proud of you, hmm? A.J.: Thank you. Yeah. Edward: You're finally living up to the family name. A.J.: Ah. Okay. What's the catch? Edward: Can't you even accept a simple thank-you for a job well done? A.J.: Gratitude is not one of your strong suits. Edward: Well, A.J. -- Uh -- A.J.: Yes? Edward: I may -- [Edward sighs] Edward: I may be in a bit of a pickle. A.J.: You? The mighty Edward Quartermaine? Edward: Nothing that can't be taken care of. A.J.: Really? What's the problem -- sweet cheeks? Edward: That woman had no business coming here. A.J.: Say, what was her name, hmm? Janine? Edward: Probably fake, huh? A.J.: She looked a lot better in those pictures, didn't she, huh? All cuddled up next to you at the gambling tables. I hear those lights make magic in Atlantic City, huh? Edward: No, no, no. Skye is obviously trying to blackmail me. A.J.: Obviously. Edward: Mm-hmm. A.J.: Mm-hmm. Edward: I want you to put a stop to it. A.J.: Oh. Nobody controls Skye. Edward: You took care of the deviant. Now take care of your sister. [A.J. laughs] Jax: Okay. We'll be out of here in just a second. Skye: And miss your big chance to get back at the Quartermaines? Jax: You know, if you'd just kept your damn hands off these buttons, then we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. Skye: Try the red one. Jax: If the emergency button was working, then why would I be trying to fix it, hmm? Skye: I could scream. Jax: That is a bad idea. Skye: Oh, fine! Well -- Jax: Oh, this is great. Skye: What are you telling me, there's no signal in here? Jax: Well, that could work. Skye: Or we could be stuck in this elevator for weeks. Jax: Yeah, weeks. That makes a lot of sense. All I've got to do is override the system. Just take off these two wires here, put them together -- bingo. There. That should work. Yeah. Go. Skye: Huh. Nice move. What's your next brilliant trick? [Music plays] Singer: I would Singer and Kristina: Change my world just for you Singer: Go anywhere Singer and Kristina: Be anything you want me to Kristina: Come on, come on. Singer: I'll bring you Singer and Kristina: Stardust from the moon Ned and Kristina: Ask the roses for perfume make the snow fall down in June it's the least that I can do just for you Kristina: Whoo! Ned and Kristina: Just for you Kristina: Whoo Ned: You are out of control. [Kristina laughs] Ned: So, where did you learn how to harmonize like that? Kristina: [French accent] Well, it was in a smoky jazz club in Paris. You see, I was in love with a man named Pierre. Ned: Sorry I asked. Kristina: Did I not tell you about my life in the cabaret, my life as a chanteuse? So weary of this world, so tired -- oh. Ned: Do you do requests? Kristina: What is a request, really? You know, what is anything, really? Gia: You know, maybe I shouldn't mention it, but this is way strange. Stavros: Unexpected, perhaps, but strange -- no, I don't think so. Gia: It's like something out of a fairy tale. Stavros: That's the whole idea. Gia: So, who's it for? Stavros: First, may I ask you a question? Gia: Well, it's not like I have a choice. Stavros: Could all of this make a woman love me? [Door opens] Laura: Nikolas. Nikolas: Hi. Laura: Hi. Nikolas: How is he? Laura: The blood work shows a little bit of improvement. Nikolas: Well, so he got the antidote in time, yeah? Laura: Tony thinks that it's starting to take effect. Nikolas: Do you think he's going to wake up any time soon? Laura: I hope not. I think he needs to rest. Nikolas: Do you mind if I -- if I wait here? Laura: No, I don't mind, but it may be a while. Nikolas: Well, that's -- Laura: It's okay with me. You know, when Luke and I were on the run, I used to watch him sleep sometimes. We would be in some crummy motel somewhere, camping out somewhere, anywhere where Frank Smith couldn't find us. All I wanted back then was to sleep in the same bed for one whole year straight through. And all Luke wanted and needed was to get back on the road, back to the chase, back to the adventure. Nikolas: You know, maybe I should just wait in the sunroom. Luke: Laura? Laura: Luke? Luke: Hi. Laura: Hi. Luke: Do you remember where I parked the old pink Cadillac? Laura: How long have you been awake? Luke: I don't think I'm awake. I think I'm dreaming. Huh. What's he doing here? Laura: It's all right. It's okay. Luke: Hey, you better get out of here before Helena sees you. Nikolas: No, Luke, Luke, Luke, it doesn't -- it doesn't matter now, all right? Luke: What do you want? Laura: He just came to check on you, that's all. Luke: Make sure I'm dead? Nikolas: No, Luke. You've helped me once before, and I'm here asking for it again. I've never needed it more. Gia: You want to know if this place will make a woman fall in love with you? Stavros: Women love flowers, correct? Gia: Well, it depends on the woman, I guess. Stavros: What made you fall in love with my son? Gia: I don't know. I just did. Stavros: But what did he do? Gia: Actually, Nikolas got on my nerves. He is spoiled and very arrogant and, well, way too rich. Stavros: I didn't think that was possible. Gia: Sometimes Nikolas forgets what the world is like for the rest of us. But he has a great heart, and he loves his mother and his brother, and he will do anything to help the people he cares about. Stavros: So you love my son because he's a hero? Gia: Well, to me he is. But it's not that simple. Nikolas finds the good in people -- in me -- no matter what it costs. Stavros: But what did he do exactly? Gia: You know what? If you are trying to come on to me again -- Stavros: No! That was a mistake, okay? It was a tactical blunder. Gia: Okay, well, let me give you a little tip here -- never refer to a woman as a "tactical blunder." Stavros: I thought my son had rejected you. Gia: And I thought so, too, but -- Stavros: You are a very beautiful woman, Gia. And it had been a long time since I'd had any companionship. Gia: But you realize that Nikolas and I are back together, right? Stavros: I didn't bring you here for romance. Gia: Well, you could see why I would wonder. Stavros: All I want is to know how women fall in love with men. Gia: Is this about Laura? Laura: Maybe you should come back later. Luke: No, no, it's -- it's okay. I'm awake now. Let's hear what he has to say. Nikolas: Did you see him? Luke: Who? Nikolas: My father, Luke -- Stavros. Laura: I'm not sure that he's ready for this, Nikolas. Luke: It's okay, darling. What -- what year is this, 2000-something? Laura: 2001. Luke: And we have a son about the same age as him. Laura: Right. Luke: Oh, God. Even our -- even our little girl isn't a baby anymore. Laura: That's right. Luke: Well, then, Stavros is dead. Laura: But he isn't, Luke. Luke: He took a fall down a flight of stairs. Laura: Yes, yes. That was a long time ago. Luke: When I was mayor. Laura: Right. Luke: Stavros is dead, darling. Laura: Luke, Helena found a way to bring Stavros back to life. Luke: She what? Laura: She has a lab. I think you've probably been in it. You may have even seen Stavros there. Nikolas: I've -- I've seen him there myself, Luke. Laura: Do you remember how to get into the lab? Think for a minute. Try to remember. Luke: I must be dreaming, then. This is -- this -- when I wake up, we're going to be in China, you and I. Nikolas: You're not dreaming. You're not. Luke: Are you sure? Laura: I'm sure. Luke: Stavros is alive? Nikolas: No doubt about it. Luke: Has he come after you? Laura: No, not yet. Luke: And you're his son. Nikolas: It doesn't matter what I am. I don't want any part of him, Luke. You beat him once before. Now I need to know how to do the same. Skye: Do you have any idea what you're doing? Jax: A woman I care about is in serious trouble, okay? Skye: What am I, chopped liver? Jax: She needs my help immediately. Skye: But so do I. Jax: Would you leave me alone about the Quartermaines? Skye: Hey, I am going to make Sonny pay. Jax: That's great, fantastic, and it's not my problem. Skye: Hey -- might take your mind off your problems. Jax: There has got to be a way out of here. Skye: Did I mention that there's a way that I could get Edward to sign over his shares and that she just showed up in town? Hmm? Jax: I don't do blackmail. Skye: As a matter of fact, I have her stashed right here at this very hotel. Mm-hmm. Edward Quartermaine's worst nightmare. She just showed up at the Quartermaines' straight from Atlantic City. Jax: Oh, I met her at the airport. Skye: You what? Jax: Yeah. She was asking for directions to the Quartermaine house. Skye: When? Jax: Big hair, stiletto heels -- yeah, that's her. Skye: Well -- hey, was she trying to make a deal with you? Jax: Why would I tell you that? Skye: You -- I'm telling you, if she is, I swear I am just going to -- jax: Does she realize that you're using her against Edward? Skye: Who knows? I don't know. All I know -- all I want are Edward's shares. And with you, we can run E.L.Q. together. Jax: Whatever you may have heard about me, how ruthless I am -- it's all true. But what you're suggesting -- that is not how I do business. Skye: Oh, come on, Jax. Grandpa's been a bad boy. Why shouldn't he pay? A.J.: Okay, now, let me get this straight. You want me to turn against Skye? Edward: Well, she has brought nothing but trouble into this family. A.J.: Hey, well, at least she cares whether I get Michael or not. Edward: Who handed over control of E.L.Q. to you in return for getting that little boy back in the house? Who paid for the custody hearing, huh? And who welcomed Carly here in order for us to be near Michael? And who stood by and watched while a career criminal walked away with my great-grandson? We have done everything imaginable to keep that little boy here with us, and where is he now? A.J.: Okay, now, what part of all that is supposed to convince me to help you? Edward: Do you want jasper jacks to control E.L.Q.? A.J.: He won't. Edward: That scheming Aussie already probably has Skye doing his dirty work. You mark my words. A.J.: You know, you still haven't told me what happened in Atlantic City. Edward: You know, A.J., Your grandmother was so terribly worried when you disappeared, you know. And little Michael was gone out of the country for so long. And even -- well, now that he's back, she doesn't get to see him very often because you and Carly had that little episode on the stairs. And then this floozy has to come from Atlantic City. A.J.: Pay her off. You've done it before. Edward: I can't pay Janine off. Skye's involved. Oh, God, you have no talent for strategy. A.J.: So you keep telling me. Edward: I want you just to convince Skye to make Janine leave. Do it -- do it for your grandmother's sake, hmm? Yeah. A.J.: Well, how can I help you if I don't know what I'm dealing with? Who is Janine? And what exactly did you do? Ned: Hey. Alexis: Hi. Ned: What's going on? Alexis: Hi. Kristina: [Normal voice] Hi. Alexis: I'm looking for Jax. I was supposed to meet him here. Ned: Oh. Well, if you tell me what you need -- Alexis: Uh -- Ned: Maybe I can help. Alexis: Uh -- I need Jax. Kristina: Why? Ned: What happened? Alexis: I can't reach him on his cell phone, so I need to check at the hotel, and I really just -- at this point, I guess if you could just keep Kristina safe. Kristina: I don't need a babysitter, Alexis. Ned: Why don't you stay with your sister? Kristina: Did I forget to mention that I don't need a babysitter? Ned: Let me look for Jax. I think you need to spend time with your little sister. Alexis: Ned, thank you. Ned: This danger you won't tell me about -- it's getting worse, isn't it? Alexis: Yeah, it is. Could you just find him? Stavros: I need to know about romance and magic. Gia: "Magic" like card tricks and disappearing tigers and stuff? Stavros: Magic between men and women. Gia: And you honestly think I can help you? Stavros: I need my son to love me. I know he loves you. Gia: Okay, you're losing me. Stavros: You can help me win him back. Gia: I wouldn't bet the rent on that one. Stavros: If you help me, I will move heaven and hell to give you the life you've wanted. And if you help me win Laura's heart, your wildest dreams will come true. Gia: So this is about Laura? Stavros: Yes. In part. Gia: You want me to help you convince Nikolas and Laura to love you? Luke: Weren't you working -- working Helena, trying to get her to trust you, faking her out? Nikolas: She's on to me. Luke: Oh. Too bad. Nikolas: And so is Stavros. Luke, I learned all the secrets, but it didn't help me or Lucky. Luke: Where is Lucky? Laura: He's all right. Don't worry. And Nikolas and I are going to make sure that he stays that way. Luke: I wasn't much help to you at that auction, I'm afraid. Nikolas: Listen, I covered for you then, but I can't anymore. That's why I need your help. Laura: You remember the auction. Do you remember anything else? Luke: Bits and pieces. I can't connect the dots. Did -- did you and I dance in a warehouse? Laura: Yes, we did. Luke: And there were cardboard boxes all around -- Laura: Mm-hmm. And you started to draw me this map. Luke: I did? Laura: Mm-hmm, to show me how to get into Helena's lab. Luke: The lab. Laura: Can you tell me what it means? Luke: Let's see. Laura: We thought the entrance to the lab was on the hospital roof. Luke: You be careful if you go up there. Laura: But there's got to be some other way to get in, Luke. Can you tell me what any of this means? Luke: This makes no sense. I'm sorry. Nikolas: It's okay. We'll figure something else out. It's all right. Laura: We always do. Luke: I'd like to help -- Nikolas: Then do. Then help me. Luke: You look a bit like Stavros. Nikolas: Luke, come on. You know I can't stand my father. Luke: I'm starting to believe that. Laura: I never thought I'd hear you say that. Luke: I've been blind, angel. I let my hatred for him drive us apart. You're nothing like Stavros, Nikolas. I was wrong about that and some other things, too. Edward: Janine was a -- a minor indiscretion. A.J.: Then why are you so nervous? Edward: I didn't even want to go to Atlantic City in the first place. In fact, I would get rid of all of our New Jersey holdings if the market weren't in such a mess. A.J.: You're dodging. Edward: Hmm? A.J.: Hmm? Edward: All right. I was at the roulette wheel, and I had taken my heart medication. A.J.: Then you went out drinking? Edward: Well, I had a cocktail or two. A.J.: Tsk, tsk, tsk. Shame on you. Don't you know that booze is the root of all evil? Edward: Why should I expect any compassion from the likes of you? A.J.: You still haven't told me what happened. Edward: I don't know what happened, A.J.! I was at the table, and then it was morning! Edward: What are you doing here? [Janine laughs] Janine: Don't be coy, Eddie. Not after last night. Edward: Last night? What? Janine: My ever-ready Eddie -- that's what I'll call you. Edward: No, you'll call me Mr. Quartermaine. How did you get in here? Janine: You invited me, Mr. Quartermaine. Edward: I did nothing of the sort. Janine: Actually, you did a lot. Edward: You see -- no, I'm a -- I'm a married man. Look. Janine: Oh, I know that. Edward: No -- I did not invite you to spend the night in here with me in this room. Janine: Whatever you say, Eddie. Oops -- Mr. Ever-Ready. Oops -- Mr. Quartermaine. Edward: No, you -- no, you stay back! Stay back. Janine: Oh, that is not what you said last night. Edward: Look, look, just please try to understand, young lady. I -- I couldn't possibly. I -- I adore my wife. Janine: Oh, then she is a very lucky lady. Edward: No, no. Now, this -- this is all a mistake. [Janine laughs] Edward: Oh, God. Skye: Come on. I didn't set Edward up, all right? But why shouldn't I be able to use his mistake against him? Jax: You know, I could climb out through this hatch. Skye: I stumbled on a very nice, little secret while I was out of town getting away from Sonny Corinthos. Jax: Hey, let me borrow that. Skye: Well -- jax: Watch out. Skye: I always liked Atlantic City. Jax: Yeah. What better place to hide out from a mobster? Thanks. Skye: Yeah, well, I -- I assumed it would be safe because it was so obvious. Jax: You know, you should just consider yourself lucky that Sonny doesn't have the hots for you. Skye: Oh, I do. Who do you think I happened to see one night in the hall? Edward. Oh, and he'd had a few, believe me. He was with our new friend with the big hair. Jax: Oh. Skye: And she seemed very concerned about him, and they just slipped off into a room together. Jax: This could work. Skye: So I stayed up all night long to see how long she stayed in that room, and then, just at the crack of dawn, I got lucky. Janine: Eddie! Edward: What, what -- wait! What are you doing? Janine: I can't let you leave without a good-bye kiss. Edward: Oh -- [Edward groans] Edward: I never even pretended to be interested in that woman. A.J.: Well, that explains how you got her into bed. Edward: Shh, shh. Keep your voice down, A.J. A.J.: And you thought Carly was a gold digger. Edward: I have put Lila through enough during the years that we've been together. I don't want her hurt, especially not now. Now, I can't undo the past, but I -- I certainly can be faithful. A.J.: Since when? Edward: I just can't understand how that woman ended up in my room. I -- I just wasn't thinking clearly. A.J.: I know the feeling. You know, you still haven't told me who Janine is. Edward: I barely know her. A.J.: Not the question. Edward: She's a croupier. When those Jersey guys take me down to Atlantic City, I always like to sit at her table. She -- she brings me good luck. A.J.: I see. Yeah. Edward: Oh, A.J., can't you realize how serious this whole thing is? Do you want to break your grandmother's heart? A.J.: Maybe you already have. You need me, don't you? For once. Edward: So, can I count on you, A.J.? Skye: Don't you want to see Edward Quartermaine sweat? Jax: No. I want to get out of this elevator so I can protect the woman I care about. And you know what? You've done nothing to help. Skye: Hey, I'm holding the panel, aren't I? Jax: I'm going to climb out and get this thing going. Skye: Isn't that kind of dangerous? Jax: Just get out of the way, okay? Just stay out of the way. Skye: Oh -- Jax: What are you -- what are you doing? Skye: Do you want my help or not? I -- Jax: Would you just let go, okay? Just let go and back up. Skye: Okay. Jax: Okay? Thank you. Skye: See what I get for trying? Okay. Jax: Okay. What -- [Wires spark] Skye: Jax! Skye: Jax? Jax, wake up. Come on. Hey. Hey, wake up. Hey, hey. Hey! Hey, somebody! Get us out of here, please! Wait. Okay, don't panic. Do not panic. Oh, my God, Jax! Oh, boy. Okay, no, wait, don't panic. What do they do? What do they do on TV? They do C.P.R., Yeah. C.P.R., okay. You can do that. Chest compressions. Here we go. Oh. Well, first things first. Skye: Oh. Jax: What are you doing? Skye: Oh, you're okay. Jax: You unbuttoned my shirt. Skye: I was trying to save your life here. Jax: I think I'll save my own life, thank you. Skye: Whoa -- oh. I -- Ned: Sorry to interrupt. Jax: Get up, okay? Skye: Yeah. Ned: Jax -- Jax: Where's Kristina? Ned: She's with Alexis at L&B. What happened to your cell phone? It's not working. Jax: You left her by herself? Ned: Yeah, yeah. What's the problem? Jax: No time to explain. Let's go. Come on. Ned: Wait, wait, wait. Take the stairs. Come on. Jax: Okay, let's go. Come on, come on. Skye: Okay. Oh. Alexis: I just want you to be careful. Kristina: Alexis, Ned still loves you. Alexis: Don't change the subject. Kristina: Don't you see the way that he looks at you? Alexis: Do you see the way that I'm looking at you right now? I don't want to talk about this. Kristina: Why would you flag a semi down at your wedding? Alexis: If I figure that out, I'll let you know. Kristina: Why do you get all flip like that always? Alexis: Because sarcasm masks deep pain. Kristina: Every time that I get too close to you, you make a joke out of it. Alexis: Who's joking? Kristina: Okay. Fine. You know what? You're right, as always. Alexis: I don't enjoy being right all the time, I will tell you that, because it's a curse. And I can't answer your questions about my love life. I don't know. I can't answer Ned's questions. I don't know why I do what I do. I don't know why I did what I did. Let's just say I'm relationship impaired, and then let's stop talking about me because I want to talk about you. I want to keep you safe. Kristina: I'm fine. I'm fine. Alexis: I want to keep you that way. Kristina: What are you so afraid of, Alexis? Alexis: I just want you to be careful. Kristina: Is it -- is it Stefan? I mean, is Stefan all right? Alexis: I'm sure Stefan is all right. Kristina: Well, so much for telling little sister all the facts. [Phone rings] Alexis: Hold on, hold on. [Ring] Alexis: I got it. Hello? Thank God. Okay. I'll see you then. Kristina: Ned? Alexis: You're very observant. Kristina: He found Jax, right? Alexis: They're on their way over here. Kristina: Oh, that's so great. We can all go out for lunch or -- Alexis: Kristina -- Kristina: Or maybe -- Alexis: Kristina -- Kristina: Jax and I can go and take a walk while you and Ned go talk a little bit. Alexis: Don't try to get us back together now. Kristina: Moi? Alexis: I'm sorry if I seem flip to you. Kristina: It's okay. I know that you're exhausted. Alexis: I am a little tired. Kristina: You know what? I want you to go home. Alexis: I would feel more comfortable if I waited here. Kristina: No, no, no, no. I need some breathing room. You need to go get some rest. Come on. Alexis: Are you sure? Kristina: Well, unless you don't think it's safe for you to be alone. Alexis: The same guy who got you your bodyguard got me a bodyguard, too. Kristina: Everything's going to be okay. Trust me on this one. I have a hunch. Alexis: Okay. I hope you're right. Stavros: Which one would you like? Gia: Any woman would be thrilled with any of these. Stavros: I don't want any woman. I want Laura -- the most astonishing woman I have ever met. Gia: Falling in love is not about jewels or gorgeous gowns or a room like this. It's about paying attention. Nikolas listens to me and he thinks that my opinions are important. I mean, we can discuss anything and end up at a better place together than we could have on our own. Stavros: Okay, I wasn't under the impression that you and my son spent a lot of time in conversation. Gia: Okay, you see, Nikolas would never do that. He would never belittle me or make me feel unimportant. Stavros: Is that what I'm doing? Gia: You're not hearing me. Nikolas always does. He listens to me, he believes in me long before anybody else did, and that's including Laura. Stavros: You've given me a lot to think about. Gia: So, then, we're finished? Stavros: Yes. I'm sending you back. Gia: You're not going to hurt me, are you? Stavros: No. Gia: And what about Nikolas? Stavros: The furthest thing from my mind, especially now that you're going to help me. Gia: What about Luke and Bobbie and the others? Are you going to hurt them? Luke: You remember when I pulled you off that cliff in Switzerland? Laura: You couldn't let him fall. Luke: Only because you loved him. Laura: I know. Luke: Personally, I could've cared less whether you lived or died. Nikolas: Yeah, well, we're pretty clear on that. Luke: That's because you were a walking reminder of Stavros and how I couldn't protect Laura from him all those years ago. I'm sorry, Nikolas. It was a waste of time to hate you. I should've been teaching you what you needed to know in order to fight. Nikolas: Well, Luke, I got to tell you, I've learned a few things. Luke: Didn't you say Stavros is on to you? Nikolas: Yes, I did. But he cannot take away the love I feel for my brother or Laura, and he certainly can't take away from me having a heart. Luke: That heart -- that's your mother's heart. Nikolas: And I'm proud of that. Edward: So, what's your strategy? How do you plan to take care of Skye? A.J.: Now, when did I agree to do that? Edward: I need you, A.J. A.J.: And I needed you to look for me when I was stuck in a meat locker. Edward: Spare me the histrionics. How much do you want from me? A.J.: How about some E.L.Q. stock? Edward: Why would I give you anything? A.J.: You want Skye to back off, don't you? Edward: All right. One share. A.J.: Five. Edward: Three -- take it or leave it. A.J.: Deal. Edward: All right. I'll have my attorneys draw up the paperwork. A.J.: Oh, no, no, no, no. You're going to draw them up right now. Edward: Oh, no, that's impossible. A.J.: You keep blank forms in your briefcase. Edward: That is for business, and this is family. A.J.: You know, Janine -- she really isn't bad-looking underneath all that paint. Edward: Oh, fine. A.J.: Isn't this fun? Huh? Edward: Here. Three shares of E.L.Q. stock. A.J.: Why, thank you, Grandfather. Edward: Now, find out where Skye has Janine stashed. Skye: Hey, you two. You're looking as thick as thieves. A.J.: Would you look at what Grandfather gave me to turn against you? Skye: I'm impressed. A.J.: Mm-hmm. Now you and I have three more shares. Skye: Oh. Singer: To open my heart to give all my faith and trust oh, I've never been so sure of Jax: Kristina. [Music stops] Kristina: Hey. Jax: Are you all right? Kristina: Yeah. Why wouldn't I be? Ned: Where's Alexis? Kristina: I sent her home. Jax: By herself? Kristina: No, her friend Sonny set her up with a bodyguard. Alexis: Hi, Johnny. Where you been? I missed you. Max has been guarding me. Johnny: He's with Sonny today. Alexis: You got stuck with me. Sorry. Can I make you some coffee? Johnny: That's okay. Alexis: Did Sonny tell you about my coffee? Johnny: Thanks anyway. Alexis: That hurts. See you later. [Noise] Alexis: Hey. Johnny, are you all right? What happened? Helena: Hello, Alexis. [Door opens] Laura: You did all of this for me? Stavros: Yes. Laura: Perhaps I misjudged you. Stavros: Perhaps. Laura: I never imagined this side of you. Stavros: It's all for you, Laura. Everything in my power to give. Nikolas: Well, Luke, I never thought you and I would be on the same side. Laura: Neither did I. Nikolas, could you give us a moment? Nikolas: Yes, of course. Absolutely. Luke: I meant what I said. Laura: You don't hate Nikolas? Luke: No. How could I? He's your son. And he's proven that he loves you and that he loves Lucky. Laura: Thank you. You really are getting stronger, aren't you? Luke: No doubt about it. Laura: I think the antidote will work. It's just going to take a little time. Luke: That's what I'm telling myself.
