Provided By Suzanne
Hope: Here, give me the bag, sweetheart. I know you want to keep them, but I can't let you.
Ciara: You promised. And Sami promised.
Hope: Yes, to buy you earrings, but not these earrings, honey. These are way too expensive, and they're too grown-up for you, Ciara.
Ciara: No, they're not. They're perfect.
Hope: Honey... I'm sorry. I cannot let you keep them.
Ciara: Please, mommy. I know they cost a lot of money, but I love them, and I love you for letting me keep them.
Abe: Hope.
Hope: Hey, Abe, what's up?
Ciara: Are we going to pick up Theo now?
Abe: In just a minute, sweetheart. You want to see something that's going to make you happy?
Hope: Yeah, definitely.
Abe: Rafe found a witness that saw Jenkins with the gun before he entered the liquor store, and that gun matches the description of the one the owner gave of the gun.
Hope: Beautiful.
Jordan: I have never been happier in my whole life... and you know why. [Chuckles] Nothing is going to change that.
Rafe: I'm gonna make sure nothing ever will.
Marlena: I heard you hired Nick Fallon. How could anybody be so crazy, especially you?
Kate: [Sighs]
Nick: What's that? [Laughs] No. No, no, no, that--that's fine. In fact, I think it's really sweet that you're gonna go out with T. He's a good friend, and--and I know you feel sorry for him. No, you know what? I think it'll actually be a really nice boost for his ego, you know, just to be seen at a-- at a concert with you. At the same time--at the same time, Gabi, I-I will say it just seems like he kind of only dates, like, lame girls. You know what I mean? Like--like, bimbos. Really, and it just--you're-- it's so far from who--who you are, you know what I'm saying? Exactly. Exactly. So it just might be a matter of time before he realizes that--you know, that you just want to be friends. And it just might be t-that the kindest thing that you can do for the guy is to just--you know, to kind of--to just not get his hopes up.
Sonny: Will and I wanted to tell you...
Will: [Sighs]
Sonny: That we're getting married.
Gabi: You guys are... are you freakin' kidding me?
Will: No.
Gabi: This is so awesome! Oh, my God! I'm so happy for you.
Sonny: I knew you would be happy for us.
Gabi: I am. I am. I'm--and I'm sorry that I went off on you about Nick. I'm sorry.
Will: It's--it's fine, and you're under so much pressure.
Gabi: Oh, my gosh. You guys are gonna be newlyweds. That's awesome. Um, okay. Uh, well, when do you want me to start looking for a place for me and Arianna?
Jordan: I do not know what I did to deserve you.
Rafe: Me neither.
Jordan: [Laughs]
Rafe: Yeah, you only gave me my life back, my job back.
Jordan: That is my professional responsibility.
Rafe: Oh, okay, and for the record, I am not confusing my gratitude to you as my physical therapist with my feelings for you as a woman... 'cause you make me feel alive... on every level. But mostly... you did not talk about football like a woman, not at all.
Jordan: I knew it. I knew you were gonna say that.
Rafe: It's true. I'm so glad to get that off my chest.
Jordan: [Sighs]
Rafe: [Sighs]
Marlena: Here's the part that I don't get. Nick is the man who tried to keep our grandson from seeing his daughter.
Kate: Okay, I'm aware of that.
Marlena: Okay, well, then why in the world would you hire Nick?
Nick: Hey, Gabi. Gabi, c-can I just--can I-- can I call you back? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll call you back. Okay. All right, bye. Oh, my God. T, I-I am so, so sorry. I-I-I thought you were in the back.
Tad: Yeah, I guess so.
Nick: Look, about--about what I just said, I mean--
Tad: Yeah, that I only date bimbos? Yeah, I heard that.
Nick: I didn't put that the best way. Didn't put that the best way at all.
Tad: Gabi talks to you about me?
Nick: She and I are--are getting close again.
Tad: You've got to be kidding me.
Nick: Yeah, but she--she really cares about you. She did say that. S-she really cares about you.
Tad: Yeah, I got that. She's only going to the concert with me because she feels sorry for me.
Nick: Look, um... gosh, I know this is--this is a lot to ask, but, um, if Gabi knew t-that you heard w-what I said just now, she would--she'd be really upset.
Tad: You think she's gonna hear that garbage from my mouth?
Will: Look, Gabi, slow down. Nobody said anything about you moving out.
Sonny: Neither one of us want that.
Gabi: Oh, come on, you guys are getting married. You'll want your privacy.
Will: Well, we'll work it out.
Gabi: Will, there is no way Arianna and I are staying here now.
It takes two to make a thing go right
Abe: All right, I have to go make one phone call, and then we'll pick up Theo, okay?
Ciara: Okay.
Abe: All right.
Hope: Hey, sweetheart, um... I need to talk to chase's dad about something. Do you want to get something to drink out of the little fridge?
Ciara: Okay.
Hope: Okay.
Aiden: [Clears throat]
Hope: What can I do for you, Mr. Jennings?
Aiden: So I, uh, tried to email you so we can plan this bake sale.
Hope: Oh, uh... hmm. I didn't get an email.
Aiden: No, it bounced back to me. I must've gotten your email address wrong. So, uh, here's all my information. I'm sure you're better at the email thing than I am.
Hope: I'll get back to you about times as soon as I can, okay?
Aiden: Great. Okay, look, um... [Chuckles] None of my business, okay? But I do know good jewelry when I see it. Ciara's just a little girl. And I'm thinking maybe our kids are having problems because you and I have different values.
Hope: What values are you talking about?
Aiden: Well, I love my son, but I'm not about to buy him a watch worth $1,000.
Hope: [Chuckles] You have completely misunderstood the situation.
Aiden: [Chuckles] I don't know what's to misunderstand. I mean, I just heard Ciara say that's all her stuff. So, if that's how you're raising her, no wonder she's such a holy terror.
[Both chuckle]
[Cell phone ringing]
Jordan: Is everything okay?
Rafe: Yeah. They made an arrest in a case I was working on from home.
Jordan: Well, that's good, isn't it?
Rafe: Ah, they don't need me down at the station now.
Jordan: Oh, I'm sorry.
Rafe: So what am I gonna do with all this free time? Oh, I know. You can call in sick, and we can send Arthur to the movies.
Jordan: Sorry. He's actually more of a reader.
Rafe: Really?
Jordan: All I have to do is open a book, and he crawls right in my lap and purrs.
Rafe: I'll bet.
Jordan: And as much as I would love to play hooky with you, this is one day where I definitely have to put work before pleasure.
Rafe: [Clicks tongue] Right.
Kate: You know, I didn't fire Nick that first time. He quit to take that job in new York. So, when it didn't pan out, I just--I hired him again. You know, I can't stand the guy as a human being, but as a chemist, he is such a genius.
Marlena: So it's all about business?
Kate: Mm-hmm. You know I never let personal feelings get in the way of making money.
Marlena: [Laughs] Of course. Almost forgot.
Kate: Yeah. Well, anyway, even if I--if I hadn't hired him, Sami and EJ would've snapped him right up.
Marlena: No. Sami would never work with Nick Fallon.
Kate: Trust me. In business matters, self-preservation always trumps integrity and pride.
Marlena: That is so sad.
Kate: [Laughs] Ask Sami. Just ask her, I'm sure she'll admit, even grudgingly, that hiring Nick was a good move.
Nick: Hey, T, T... [Chuckles] I know you're pissed off right now, and you have every right to be.
Tad: What I am is busy.
Nick: Totally, totally. I just--I want to explain. Look, look, Gabi and I-- we were in love, all right? And--and then we were married. And then I-I really screwed up. And it looks like I might have another chance with her right now, even though I-I totally don't even deserve one.
Tad: You're dreaming.
Nick: I'm--I'm dead serious. I'm dead serious. So Gabi and I, we're--you know, we're gonna be talking about everything.
Tad: You know, maybe I'm not deserving of a girl like her, but if she goes back with a creep like you, that's her loss, not mine.
Will: There's no reason you can't live with us after we're married.
[Cell phone rings]
Sonny: It'll be exactly how it is now.
Will: Oh, that's grandma Marlena. I'm supposed to be meeting with her, and I'm running late.
Gabi: So go. Go ahead and go.
Will: Not while we're talking about you moving out.
Gabi: Everything is fine, okay? I guess I just misunderstood. It's fine.
Will: You're sure?
Sonny: We just really wanted you to hear it from us.
Gabi: I'm really happy for you guys, really happy.
Will: Thanks.
Sonny: I didn't know you were meeting Marlena. I got to go to the club.
Gabi: Uh, hello? I'm here. Arianna's covered. So you go. Go. Go to work. You have a wedding to pay for. Go.
Will: Okay, but we are going to keep talking about this.
Gabi: Okay, sure.
Will: Yeah. [Sighs]
[Cell phone vibrating]
Gabi: [Sighs] [Sighs] All right. [Sighs] Okay, so Nick is coming over. No big deal. He's just gonna, you know, drop off my notebook. Your daddy's still not gonna like it, though. But you know what? Your daddy does things. He--he changes his life without asking me permission, and I don't really like that, right? Besides, they're not even here. So whatever they don't know won't hurt them. Isn't that what they say? Yeah, that's what they say.
Hope: I'll get back to you about the bake sale. Good day, Mr. Jennings.
Aiden: Fine.
Hope: [Sighs]
Ciara: Those are mine.
Hope: Uh-uh. No, they're not.
Ciara: Says who?
Hope: Says your mother.
Rafe: So what's so important about work today?
Jordan: [Sighs] I am buried in insurance and Medicare forms. If I don't catch up today, my clients are gonna start screaming.
Rafe: All right, all right. I guess I'll just go see Gabi and the baby.
Jordan: Well, that's a good idea. Take some pictures for me, okay?
Rafe: Mm. I will. In fact, I will forward you the ones I take for my mother. Can you believe it? It's been almost a year since Ari's been here, and she's never even met her abuela.
Jordan: Well, why don't you and Gabi take the baby to her, since she doesn't like traveling?
Rafe: Oh, why don't you go too?
Jordan: Really?
Rafe: Mm-hmm. I know my mom wants to meet you, and I would like it.
Jordan: [Chuckles]
Kate: [Sighs]
Sonny: Hey, buddy.
Tad: Hey.
Sonny: How's everything here?
Tad: Fine.
Sonny: So guess what. It's official. We're getting married.
Tad: That's really great. That's great. I figured will would eventually get over himself.
Sonny: You don't seem too excited.
Tad: Hey, I'm the--I'm the man who told will to stop being a moron.
Sonny: Well, is something wrong?
Tad: No, no, everything-- everything's great. My two best friends are getting engaged. What could be better than that? Oh. Uh, Ben, this is Sonny. Sonny is the owner.
Sonny: Hey, man. Nice to meet you.
Tad: Ben is applying for the bartending job.
Sonny: Oh, great.
Ben: I heard t say you're engaged.
Sonny: I am, yes.
Ben: Is that why you're hiring an extra person? You and the lady planning on taking a long honeymoon?
Sonny: Uh, we haven't even thought of the honeymoon yet. But, uh, there's no lady. I'm marrying a guy.
[Knock at door]
Marlena: Oh.
Will: Hi.
Marlena: Hi. There you are.
Will: Sorry I'm late.
Marlena: [Sighs] That's okay. You sounded so excited on the phone. Did something happen?
Will: I finally said yes to Sonny's proposal.
Marlena: Wow. Oh, honey. You know what? You don't seem as happy now as you sounded on the phone.
Nick: Here you go.
Gabi: [Sighs] Thank you. You are a lifesaver. I'd be--be lost without these notes.
Nick: Hi, baby. You like your bouncer? [Laughs] All right, uh, I guess I better go.
Gabi: Well, I--do you have time to come in?
Nick: Uh, yeah. Yeah, I-I guess I do. Thanks. Hi, baby. Hey. [Chuckles] Hi. It's the little things in life that make me smile.
Hope: You returned Sami's earring, and, yes, you do deserve a reward for that.
Ciara: Then why can't I keep these earrings?
Hope: Because, sweetheart, for a little girl of your age, it just--to have such expensive earrings, honey-- you're too young to wear them and too young to be responsible for them.
Ciara: So what if I give her these earrings and she gives me the one that Theo found?
Hope: No, this is not up for negotiation, Ciara Alice. You'll donate the earrings... or I can do it for you.
Ciara: You sound just like dad.
Hope: Well, thank you. Now, would you please take off the earrings, and we'll save them for your 16th birthday, okay?
Ciara: This is so dumb.
Hope: I didn't ask for your opinion.
Ciara: I don't want to take them off.
Hope: Honey. I don't understand. Why are you acting like this?
Ciara: Because I don't get to keep anything. I can't have these earrings, and I don't even have a dad anymore.
Hope: No. That is not true. You have a father that loves you very, very much, just like your mommy does. Baby... I know it hurts you that your daddy's not around. It hurts me too. But keeping these earrings just isn't right. And donating them--you know what? It's gonna make you feel so good inside, right here. Come here.
Ciara: I don't feel very good right now.
Ciara: Oh, but you know what, sweetheart? You will. You'll feel good.
Abe: Oh. Ciara, I'm sorry that it took so long. You ready to roll?
Hope: Hey. Thanks, Abe.
Abe: Ah, no problem.
Hope: Have fun. I love you. [Sighs] You owe me big, Brady. And Samantha-- oh, well, I have a few words for you. [Sighs]
Nick: Do you want to work on your calculus?
Arianna: [Fussing]
Gabi: No.
Arianna: [Cries]
Nick: She okay?
Gabi: Yeah.
Arianna: [Cries]
Nick: Is something wrong with you?
Gabi: No, it's nothing. It's nothing.
Nick: Come on. Gabi, I can tell when something's up with you. What's--what's--what's going on? Just tell me.
Gabi: Well, I mean, you're gonna find out sooner or later, right? [Chuckles] Will and Sonny, uh--they're getting married.
Nick: Wow. [Chuckling] Wow. That's, um... that's great. I'm--I'm really happy for them.
Marlena: Gabi wasn't happy? That doesn't sound like her.
Will: No, she was happy. It's just she thought it meant that she and Ari would have to move out.
Marlena: Well, maybe she thought you would want your privacy.
Will: That's what she said. I-it's just Sonny and I--we don't want anything to change, whether we're married or not.
Marlena: And did you tell her that?
Will: Yeah. She seemed to get it.
Marlena: But you're not sure.
Will: [Sighs]
Marlena: Hey. This is really important to you, isn't it?
Will: I want to live under the same roof as my little girl. If marrying Sonny means that I can't do that--
Marlena: No, no, I don't think you'll have to make that choice. And you will always have your daughter in your life.
Will: I grew up in a house without parents that lived together with me. I don't want that for Arianna.
Marlena: I understand. Sweetie, you're getting married, Gabi will find somebody, and you will always share parenting, but you and Gabi and Arianna will not always live together.
Ben: You're getting married to another guy?
Sonny: Yes, I am, yeah.
Ben: Cool. I just--I didn't know you could do that here.
Sonny: So you're not from Salem?
Ben: No, no, I, uh--I hit town a few days ago.
Sonny: Okay. Well, uh, why pick Salem?
Ben: I had a couple different reasons.
Rafe: So am I gonna see you later?
Jordan: I'd say the chances are pretty good.
Rafe: Good. Listen, if I don't go in there and say hi to Caroline and she hears that I was here, phew, I will never hear the end of it, all right?
Jordan: Okay.
Rafe: [Sighs] I'll be back.
Kate: Rafe, look at you. Now you're walking without the cane?
Rafe: Oh, yeah, I am. It's actually been banished for good.
Kate: Oh, fantastic.
Jordan: So we are celebrating.
Rafe: Yeah. Yes, we are. Okay, don't start without me.
Jordan: Okay.
Kate: Wow. You look happy.
Jordan: I'm feeling happy.
Kate: [Gasps] You like it here in Salem. And Rafe is back to his usual self. I owe you for that.
Jordan: You don't owe me anything.
Kate: No, I do. And if there's one thing you should know about me, I always pay my debts.
Abe: Hey. There's Theo and his babysitter
Ciara: It's okay. You can go get him. I'll stay back here.
Abe: Okay. You know, uh, I hope some ice cream cheers you up.
Aiden: Yeah, well, I'll be headed back to the office in about an hour. Yeah, just going to the police station to have a little chitchat with the D.A. All right, thanks. Hello, Ciara. How you doing?
Ciara: You said something to my mom, didn't you?
Aiden: About what?
Ciara: The earrings that my cousin bought me. Now she's making me give them away.
Will: Look, I know Gabi and Sonny and I can't all live with Arianna forever. But if we weren't living together now... I mean, this is such an important time.
Marlena: What I can tell you about parenting is there is no unimportant time.
Will: [Chuckles] Yeah. I'm beginning to see that. You know, I look at my life... and maybe mom and dad weren't together. But I always knew how much they cared about me... every minute of every day. I want Arianna to feel that way for me. I will never let anyone or anything come between me and my little girl.
Gabi: Okay, so you're happy that will and Sonny are getting married?
Nick: Yeah. Yeah. What? You--you seem surprised.
Gabi: Well, you--you didn't used to feel this way.
Nick: Well, you know, I was messed up because of--of what happened to me in prison, but I'M... past that now. You know what I mean? If--if Sonny and will want to get married, I'm--I'm glad they can.
Gabi: Yeah, me too.
Nick: Then why don't you look very happy?
Gabi: Well, I mean, they just seem to think that everything's gonna stay the same around here.
Nick: And you don't?
Gabi: People get married so that they can live alone together. I mean, that's what I wanted.
Nick: Yeah. I remember. But you and will have a little girl now, and that--and that makes things different. And I'm sure Sonny and will have thought this all through. Don't you think?
Kate: I know that, uh, you're aware that I felt guilty and responsible for what happened to Rafe. And, um, of course, you know that we were involved before the attack, and now we're not... because we both knew that what we had was based on living in the moment and no expectations for the future, but even that was too much for my ex-husband. Rafe almost paid with his life for that. So, anyway, I hope that you understand that I still feel protective towards Rafe.
Jordan: Yeah, I-I guess I do.
Kate: Good. Anyway, I have one more thing that I'd like to ask you to do for me.
Jordan: And what's that?
Kate: I want you to promise to never, ever hurt him.
Jordan: Well, that's not a problem. All I want to do now is make Rafe happy.
Kate: Good... because if you don't, I'll--
Rafe: You'll what? Hmm? What'll you do?
Sonny: All right, Ben, well, it was very nice meeting you. Just go ahead and fill out your application, list your experience, and you can leave it at the bar, and I will give you a call one way or the other.
Ben: Congratulations again on the engagement.
Sonny: Thank you.
Kate: I was going to say that I would be very disappointed if you were unhappy because you deserve the very best.
Rafe: Oh. Well, thank you. So do you.
Kate: Thank you.
Jordan: So how is Mrs. Brady?
Rafe: Great. God, I wish I had her energy.
Kate: [Chuckles]
Rafe: [Chuckles]
Jordan: Well, I think you're doing just fine. All right, um, I said I would wait for you to get out, but I really have to get going, so...
Rafe: Oh, okay.
Jordan: Okay.
Rafe: I'll see you later?
Jordan: You bet. Mm. Kate, it was good to see you again.
Kate: Oh, it's so good seeing you too. Bye. [Chuckles]
Rafe: [Chuckles] Well... you and Jordan seemed to be having a rather serious conversation.
Kate: Well, actually, I was doing all the talking.
Rafe: Oh. About what?
Kate: Well, you heard some of it. I was telling Jordan that I hope she makes you happy.
Rafe: Mm. It seemed kind of like a warning to me.
Kate: Because that's exactly what it was.
Rafe: Oh.
Kate: Mm-hmm.
Rafe: [Chuckles]
Aiden: [Sighs] Hi.
Hope: You're back.
Aiden: Yeah, I had to take care of something for a client. [Sighs] I think I owe you an apology.
Hope: You think?
Aiden: My rant about the earrings... it's none of my business.
Hope: [Clears throat] I agree.
Aiden: So I ran into Ciara in the square. She let me know what she thinks of me.
Hope: I'm sure she did.
Aiden: Mm.
Hope: She's a pretty unhappy little girl these days.
Aiden: Yeah. And she also told me that, uh, you were not the one who bought her those earrings, so... I apologize for jumping to the wrong conclusion.
Hope: And while you're at it, how about apologizing for not allowing me to explain before you rushed to judgment?
Aiden: Okay, I admit I was a jackass. But believe me--I understand how hard it is to raise a child in this crazy world.
Hope: Apology accepted.
Will: Did I tell you Arianna won't let me feed her with a spoon anymore?
Marlena: No, no, she wants to hold it herself?
Will: Yeah, let me tell you something. She sucks at it.
[Both laugh]
Will: But she doesn't care. And--and I'm thinking to myself, "if she's like this now, what's she gonna be like when she's 14?"
Marlena: Oh, my gosh. You know what? The only way to make sure that she makes good decisions, lives her best life, is to make a perfect example in your own life. Honey, I'm so pleased about you and Sonny. And you know what else? You and Gabi--you'll work this thing out.
Will: Thanks. I should get going. [Clears throat]
Marlena: Oh.
Both: Mm.
Marlena: [Chuckles]
Will: [Sighs] I know that I have to live my own life... but knowing and doing are two very different things. I still want to do everything for Arianna.
Marlena: And she's telling you that she won't always let you. And it's perfectly fine for you to want to.
Will: [Chuckles]
Marlena: Go.
Nick: I got to tell you. I think this baby likes me.
Gabi: [Chuckles] I do too.
[Cell phone rings]
Gabi: Oh.
Nick: Is that right, Ari?
Gabi: [Sighs] Hello? Oh, hey, T. What's up?
Tad: I'm sorry. I'm not gonna be able to take you to that concert after all.
Gabi: Oh, uh, really? Why not?
Tad: Uh, the tickets that I thought I had, uh, fell through.
Gabi: Well, uh--well, you can't help that, so, uh... maybe another time.
Tad: Um, yeah, I got to go. The club's getting crowded.
Nick: Is everything okay?
Gabi: Oh, yeah. It's no big deal. T, uh--t just said he couldn't get tickets to the concert-- that's all.
Nick: What? Florence Welch is gonna be on that stage. You love her.
Gabi: I know. It's okay, though. I mean, there's nothing I can do about it. He just can't get the tickets.
Nick: You know what? [Sighs] Now that I'm working for Kate again at mad world, I feel like she might be able to get us a couple.
Gabi: You really think so?
Nick: I don't know. What do you think?
Aiden: Okay, well, uh, I'm glad we talked.
Hope: Yeah, yeah, me too.
Aiden: Okay. [Sighs] Well, you know, maybe me shooting my mouth off was a-- was a good thing.
Hope: How do you figure that?
Aiden: Well, it did get you to rethink letting Ciara keep all that stuff, so...
Hope: Oh, hold on a second. I just want to make something clear right now, okay? Your interference had nothing to do with my decision.
Aiden: Uh, I don't know if you remember, but when I walked in here, Ciara was telling you how great you were for letting her keep all that stuff, so maybe--
Hope: Do you have any idea... how sick and tired I am of your smug, self-righteous judgments about my daughter and me? Because the only time you were right--correct about anything today is when you said the situation was none of your business... because it damn well isn't.
Aiden: Oh. Yeah.
Sonny: Oh.
Will: Hey.
Sonny: Hey. So how'd your grandmother take the news?
Will: She's very happy for us. You know, you are gonna have to start calling her grandma too.
Sonny: That is not gonna happen.
Will: You know, I'm glad I confided in her about you proposing, because she was the one that convinced me I wanted to do it.
Sonny: I knew I liked her.
Will: [Laughs] I just wish your mom was as enthusiastic.
Sonny: I know. But she wants us to wait, and I guess she's entitled to her own opinion.
Will: But you're not having second thoughts, right?
Sonny: Do I look like I'm having second thoughts? I feel like the luckiest man in the world. Mm.
Will: All right, well, I should get going. I promised my great-grandmother that I would take her to quilting group.
Sonny: You're such a good boy.
Will: Ah, stop. See you later.
Sonny: Okay, get out of here.
Tad: Hey. Congratulations.
Will: Thanks, T.
Tad: Yeah. [Sighs] So you know I'm really psyched about you and will, right?
Sonny: Of course.
Tad: So I have something to say. Don't let Nick Fallon screw everything up for you.
Nick: [Laughs] Huh? So, if--if I can get us tickets, are--are we on for the concert? What?
Gabi: Well, maybe it's not such a good idea for us to go out.
Nick: What, because of-- because of will and Sonny?
Gabi: Well, I-I just think that they won't see how understanding and forgiving that you've been to me.
Nick: Hey, honestly, I'm the one who needs to be forgiven for--for what I did to you, so... I get where they're coming from on that, and, you know, now that they're gonna be married, Sonny's kind of gonna be like Ari's stepfather, you know? So they're probably just... you know, feeling protective of her. You know what I mean? Hey, here's your mommy.
Gabi: Hey.
Nick: Anyway, I'll let you finish your homework.
Gabi: Thanks. Thanks for bringing my notebook back.
Nick: Yeah, no problem. No problem. I'll, uh... I will talk to you soon. All right?
Gabi: Say "bye."
Nick: Bye. Bye, baby. Bye, Ari. Bye.
Gabi: [Sighs] I don't care what will and Sonny want. Mommy is not gonna lose you... no matter what.
Rafe: You don't need to look after me. I'm a big boy. And I'm also a really good judge of character. Jordan's not gonna hurt me.
Kate: Okay.
Rafe: Okay.
