Episode #12122 ~ EJ kicks Stefano out of the mansion; Sami ignores the doctor's orders.

Provided By Suzanne

Stefano: [Laughing]

EJ: This isn't a laughing matter, father.

Stefano: Ah...

EJ: You're in my house. I want you out.

Stefano: [Laughing] You know... it really is good to be home, you know? I've almost forgotten about this mean sense of humor of yours. [Laughing]

EJ: You should check your phone.

Stefano: Huh?

EJ: Check your phone. Call Benedict in London. Call shin in Hong Kong. You see if they're laughing.

Stefano: Ah, okay. Oh, God. All right. All right, all right, all right. I will do it just to satisfy you, all right? Okay. [Laughing] Oh, my goodness gracious. What did you do?

EJ: I believe it's called beating you at your own game.

Theresa: I'm your new assistant.

Jennifer: Um... I'm sorry, that's not possible.

Theresa: Oh, I think it is.

Jennifer: No, I already promised the job to someone else. The position's been filled.

Theresa: Call human resources.

Jennifer: No, honey, I don't need to call human resources. I know who I hired.

Kayla: Oh, good! You two have met.

Theresa: Mm-hmm.

Jennifer: You know each other?

Kayla: It's Theresa Donovan. My lovely niece.

Maxine: I don't think I've ever heard of anyone ever coming out of a coma like that.

Daniel: Well, it doesn't happen often.

Maxine: Hope there wasn't some kind of mix-up with his meds.

Daniel: No, no, medication was not Rafe's problem.

Maxine: Then what was?

Sami: [Sighs] Eric, I'm so glad you're here.

Eric: Sami, hey. What's wrong?

Sami: Oh, it's Rafe.

Eric: Is he worse?

Sami: No, I don't know. It was awful, I mean, I just thought that--Eric? Oh, my God.

Kristen: Sarah, you said the video was going to be ready today. I'm not happy. Bad things happen when I'm not happy. Why? Well, yeah, that's true. I hired you because you're a perfectionist. But all you have to do is edit out that one little part where the man is hesitating... right before he devours me. Yeah, I want it to be perfect, but I also want it A.S.A.P. Do I make myself clear? Thank you. Ugh! Father, I guess you've been granted a reprieve. [Sighs] Judgment day is just gonna have to wait.

Daniel: I know what upset Rafe, but I, uh--

Maxine: You can't say.

Daniel: Well, let's just say, um, the important thing is that I was able to remedy the situation. Looks like Rafe's gonna make a full recovery.

Maxine: Well, that's great.

Daniel: Yeah. Father Eric Brady's test results come in yet?

Maxine: Uh, yeah. Just came in.

Daniel: And hopefully they will provide the answers I need.

Sami: Eric?

Eric: Sorry. Don't feel so good.

Sami: What happened? You were fine when I got here.

Eric: I don't know.

Sami: Eric? Eric. Oh, my God, Eric, you're okay! You're okay. I'm here. You're gonna be okay, sweetie.

Jennifer: Shane and Kimberly's daughter's name is Jeannie.

Theresa: Uck! I hate that name. I use my middle name now.

Kayla: Well, if you two weren't introduced, then what is Theresa doing here?

Jennifer: Well, I walked in, and she was here with JJ.

JJ: Oh, I was looking for you, mom.

Theresa: And I was just waiting to introduce myself. But we've already met. Remember? [Giggles]

Kayla: Get off the desk.

Jennifer: If you'll excuse me, I need to have a talk with my son.

Theresa: Oh, yeah, take your time. I'll handle things here. Bye, JJ. It's good seeing you again.

JJ: Yeah, bye.

Kayla: You wanna tell me what you think you're doing?

Stefano: [Sighs] DiMera enterprises. It is yours.

EJ: Down to the last junk bond. I've been planning this ever since you came back to Salem.

Stefano: You Judas.

EJ: It sucks to be on the receiving end of this sort of thing, doesn't it? Did you really think that I would just forgive you for what you did to me?

Stefano: I was led to believe that you were not my son.

EJ: Spare me. You were so consumed with your own wounded vanity that you sold your son for what, a cheap trinket and some empty words?

Stefano: I was in torment.

EJ: You can rewrite your own history, old man. Don't rewrite mine.

Stefano: Look, I admitted my mistake. You said that you forgave me.

EJ: You always taught me... keep your enemies close.

Stefano: Hmm. So then...everything since that time, that moment, has been a lie? You'd do this to me... your own father?

EJ: You...are not my father.

Hey, sweetheart. Sorry I'm late. Forgive me?

You know I do.

Kristen: [Sighs] No. Forgiveness is for other people. It's not for me.

Sami: I need an ambulance.

Eric: No!

Sami: We are at St.--

Eric: [Whispering] No. Don't.

Sami: All right, I'll get back to you. What? What, are you okay now? What hap--what happened? The shakes, they're over? Eric, just tell me what the hell that was.

Eric: Sami, believe me... if I knew, I'd tell you. It's usually when I want to wear my favorite dress

Eric: I don't know, whatever was going on before... it just feels like it's gone dormant or something. But it's not gone. I mean, I feel fine for a while, and then it just comes back.

Sami: So this has happened before?

Eric: Yeah, it's the second time.

Sami: What?

Eric: It doesn't feel as bad as it did the first time. Maybe it's going away.

Sami: I asked you yesterday, and you said you were feeling fine.

Eric: Yeah, but that was-- that was yesterday. Sami, what are you doing?

Sami: I'm calling mom.

Eric: No, you're not.

Sami: Why not?

Eric: Because I have a school that's being consecrated tomorrow. I have a million things to do, and I don't want anybody hovering over me. Please.

Sami: But you cannot will this away. You cannot pray it away. You need to see a doctor.

Eric: I-I did. Dr. Jonas, he's running a million tests on me right now.

Sami: Well, good. Did he tell you what he thinks it is?

Eric: No, he's just trying to tell me what it isn't. He--he said that I just may never know what it is.

Sami: What? What kind of answer is that?

Eric: Sami, please--

Sami: What kind of doctor does Daniel Jonas think that he is?

Stefano: This, from my own son?

EJ: I spent my entire life trying to be your son. But in the end... it didn't really matter. Because I didn't have the right DNA.

Stefano: I loved you.

EJ: You use that word like a bludgeon to hurt the people closest to you.

Stefano: What people?

EJ: Your love killed Alexandra, killed tony, ruined Kate's life.

Stefano: Uh-huh, so now you're on her side, is that it?

EJ: Let us just say that I have a new understanding of her situation after you did exactly the same thing to her that you did to me.

Stefano: She betrayed me.

EJ: After you led her to believe that you were chasing Marlena. What did you expect her to do? You dumped her. Did you want her to spend the rest of her life grieving over the loss of your love?

Stefano: So you understand what she did with Hernandez?

EJ: Let's not talk about my reaction, father. Let's talk about yours.

Stefano: I don't know what the hell you are talking about.

EJ: When Kate inadvertently told you about her little dalliance with Rafe, you went mad. The tiny bit of testosterone that you have left started to run your life. You lost sight of things that matter. Companies. I owe Kate a debt of gratitude. She made life very easy for me.

Stefano: I will make you pay for what you have done to me.

EJ: Actually, I don't think that you will. The phoenix is not going to rise again, father.

Theresa: I don't know what you're getting so worked up about.

Kayla: Jennifer Horton is one of my best friends. I asked her to do me a favor and give my niece a job as her assistant. She kindly agreed. I walk in here, and you're treating her like she's stupid.

Theresa: I was not doing that. Now, I met her and JJ a couple nights ago, and she treated me like a stranger.

Kayla: She has a lot on her mind. You know, Kimberly asked Roman and me and the rest of the family to keep an eye on you.

Theresa: My mother should give it a rest.

Kayla: Look, Jeannie--

Theresa: Look, I told you, I use my middle name now. It's Theresa, okay? Like the saint.

Kayla: Okay. Fine, Theresa. People like Jennifer are going out of their way to give you a fresh start. And I walk in here and see you only giving back attitude.

Theresa: Are you going to be just like mom?

Kayla: What is that supposed to mean?

Theresa: She's all over everything I do, and you know what? I'm not gonna take it anymore.

Jennifer: You want to tell me about all of that?

JJ: All what?

Jennifer: Why you're alone in my office with Theresa.

JJ: Mom, she didn't tell me anything. Mom, I was just as blown away as you were. I didn't know she was Kayla's niece either.

Jennifer: Okay, if you didn't know that she was Kayla's niece, then what was she doing in our house? You never explained that to me.

JJ: God, because it doesn't matter what I tell you. You're not gonna believe me anyway.

Kristen: Hi, Jenn.

Jennifer: Hey! Uh, oh, this is JJ, my son. JJ, this is Kristen DiMera.

JJ: Hi.

Kristen: Wow, you're all grown up.

JJ: I'm glad somebody thinks so.

Kristen: See, you talk about him like he's a little boy.

JJ: [Chuckles] Tell me about it. Just so you know, when the school calls to tell you that I'm missing English class, it's because I was getting a lecture from you.

Jennifer: Okay, well, then I expect you to go straight home and call someone to get the notes that you're missing, and don't think I'm not gonna check up on you.

JJ: I'm used to that.

Kristen: Oh...

Jennifer: Sorry you had to witness that.

Kristen: No, don't apologize. I'm really sorry that I gave him ammunition to use against you. That was not good.

Jennifer: Oh, don't worry. He can find it all on his own.

Kristen: What's going on? Is he having a hard time adapting to life in Salem?

Jennifer: I don't know. I don't know if it's life in Salem or if it's life with me.

Kristen: [Clicks mouth] Well, let's talk about something happier. How are you and Daniel doing?

Daniel: Hey, father Eric. Hey.

Sami: Oh, well, thanks for coming so quickly.

Eric: I told Sami this was not necessary.

Daniel: No, it's okay. I wanted to talk to you anyway.

Sami: Well, you should have seen him earlier. He was shaking. He almost passed out. I mean, do you know what it could be that's wrong with him?

Daniel: Okay, I have your test results back. And we are about to find out.

Kayla: Look, Theresa, I don't want us to get off on the wrong foot, all right? But given the trouble that you've been in, I just don't really think that you're in the position to tell me what you will or will not stand for.

Theresa: So you're lining up with mom. Because you know what? I'm not a teenager anymore, okay? I don't need to live in one of those rooms that grandma rents out over the pub so you guys can keep an eye on me.

Kayla: Well, good. Then you better hang on to this job, so you can find an apartment and pay rent in a place that you like.

Theresa: I will.

Kayla: Good. And you can start by correcting this bad impression that you made with Jennifer, and making things work here with everybody. 'Cause you know what I think? This is probably your last chance.

Jennifer: Daniel and I are taking a break. It was--it was my idea.

Kristen: Ugh, I'm so sorry.

Jennifer: Yeah, thank you.

Kristen: So you don't want to talk about it, I can tell.

Jennifer: No, I don't, really. Don't take it personally.

Kristen: Okay. You're such a good person. I'm so sorry.

Jennifer: Oh, gosh, Kristen, I really don't know about that.

Kristen: Oh, you are, and if you don't have happiness with Daniel, I hope you get it with somebody else, because you deserve it.

Jennifer: You know what? I want you to be happy.

Kristen: [Laughing]

Jennifer: And I am sorry about what happened with you and Brady because I know that you truly loved him.

Kristen: Don't worry about me. I've moved on.

Jennifer: Already?

Kristen: Well, I had to. I didn't have a choice.

Daniel: I got the results back from all the blood work that we did.

Sami: You said that already.

Eric: Just let him talk, Sami.

Sami: Sorry.

Daniel: Well, I did what's called a tox screen. I'm not exactly sure how to interpret the results, so I called one of the area's leading toxicologists.

Sami: A toxicologist? You think that he was poisoned?

Daniel: Well, it's a definite possibility.

Sami: But my brother needs more than just possibilities.

Eric: Okay, Sami.

Sami: He needs answers. You have to tell me what has happened since he got sick.

Eric: Sami, back off.

Sami: Every single detail. No, I'm not gonna back off. You won't tell me. You have to explain to me. You should have seen him. He was shaking. I could barely hold him up.

Eric: But it's over, and I feel fine now.

Daniel: Well, maybe the effects of whatever it is are subsiding.

Sami: "Whatever it is"?

Daniel: Okay, I am gonna hold off on drawing conclusions until I talk to a specialist. I faxed over the results. They're studying them now, okay?

Sami: So, once again, we are just dealing in theories here.

Eric: Whoa, "once again"?

Daniel: Okay, now, yeah, Sami is a little angry with me 'cause I asked her to leave Rafe's room because her presence agitates him.

Sami: [Scoffs]

Eric: Gee, I wonder why.

Sami: Oh, that is not fair. Look, I care about you, and I care about Rafe, and I am not gonna apologize for that.

Eric: You know what? I'd like you to leave.

Sami: What?

Eric: Yes, I'm tired of sharing my information about...

Sami: Eric!

Eric: This with you.

Sami: But I--

Eric: Listen, that's it. I mean it, just go.

Sami: Well, you may have kicked me out of your office, but you are still my brother, and I am going to make sure you are okay, whether you like it or not.

Stefano: [Chuckles] Samantha pushed you into doing this, didn't she, huh? Keep me away from my grandchildren?

EJ: Samantha has no idea what I've done. But she'll be very happy when she finds out, after all the things you've done to her.

Stefano: I have done nothing.

EJ: Well, let's put aside the 20 years of brutality and misery that you have brought upon her and her family. When you found out the woman that you didn't want didn't want you, you sent your little snitch Bernardi to the hospital to try and kill Rafe. Unfortunately, Samantha was already in that room, and she killed him before he had a chance to carry out your orders.

Stefano: And it means nothing at all to you that she's willing to go through all of this to save Hernandez?

EJ: If she had been indicted by that grand jury, she would have spent the rest of her life in prison. But that didn't matter to you, did it? Your precious grandchildren would have grown up without their mother! That didn't matter to you, did it? You were only interested in saving your hide. And when things got a little bit tough, you crawled out of town, and you didn't dare come back here until myself and others had cleaned up your mess.

Kayla: I was just telling Theresa how kind you were to give her this job, and she's gonna work really hard so that you don't regret doing that. She's really grateful to you, Jenn. So am I.

Jennifer: Can I ask you why you were at my house with my son the night before last?

Theresa: Well, I'd just gotten back to Salem, and, um-- well, I haven't been here for a while--not since I was a little kid--and so much has changed, you know? And I got lost. Happens to me a lot. So, I saw your house, and it looked familiar, so I walked up to the door and knocked, and JJ answered, and, um--you know, really, I was just asking for directions.

Jennifer: Hmm. Okay. That's fine.

Theresa: Mm-hmm.

Jennifer: I guess I should show you around the hospital.

Theresa: Great!

Jennifer: Let me just tell you something first. The reason I'm doing this is because your aunt Kayla and your uncle Bo are very dear to me. The entire Brady family is very dear to me. So I'm happy that you're here, and I really want this to work out...

Theresa: But?

Jennifer: But I'm gonna buy you a map of Salem, and I'm gonna bring it in tomorrow. So if you get lost again, don't show up at my house uninvited.

Theresa: Well, guess you're gonna have to buy me a map of the hospital, too, even after the tour. This is a really big place.

Sami: Hey! Hi! I'm so glad you're here.

Jennifer: Hi--

Sami: Oh, my God, Jeannie! Hi! Oh, uh, Theresa, right?

Theresa: Huh, yeah.

Sami: Theresa now? Yeah, hey, it's so good to see you! Aunt Kim told me that you were gonna come to visit. How are you?

EJ: What's the matter? Cat got your tongue? You're usually so wonderfully verbal.

Stefano: What is there to say?

[Door opens]

Kristen: Well, hello. You're home. Mm. So...what's going on?

EJ: Father was just about to pack a bag... collect the lovely Cecily, and get out of this house.

Kristen: You're leaving? But you just got home.

EJ: It's no longer his house. It's mine. See, in a wonderfully shrewd business move, father made one of his companies the owner of the deed on this house. And since he no longer owns the company, he no longer has a right to be in the house.

Kristen: Is this true?

Stefano: I wouldn't dream of sleeping here. When the time comes, I will get in touch with you.

Kristen: What have you done?

Eric: It came on in a few seconds. It lasted a minute or two, and then it was over.

Daniel: Well, thank, uh... thank goodness. You're lucky you weren't at the wheel.

Eric: True.

Daniel: I want to admit you for observation...

Eric: No, I can't go to the hospital.

Daniel: Just to be on the safe side.

Eric: I can't go to the hospital now.

Daniel: What is it, new school?

Eric: No, it's too important to the parish. I have a million things to do.

Daniel: Okay, you are important to the parish.

Eric: What if I promise to take cabs?

Daniel: Oh, okay, okay. All right, well, just to be on the safe side, I want to draw some blood.

Eric: Yeah, sure.

Daniel: Okay? Run those tests again.

Eric: Whatever you say.

Daniel: All right. I mean, the results from the blood already taken should tell us what we need, but, you know, the toxins in your system should be working their way through it. But based on this episode, they seem to be still in there.

Eric: Do you think the specialist will know what it is when they see it?

Daniel: Well, my friend, I'm banking on it.

Kristen: What have you done to father?

EJ: I have taken everything he holds dear, from DiMera enterprises down to this humble little house. And that is going to be the first thing to go.

Kristen: You said you wanted us to be a real family.

EJ: [Whispers] I lied.

Kristen: So me coming back here and working so hard to get you and Stefano together was just all for nothing? Really?

Kristen: So you never really forgave father?

EJ: Never.

Kristen: Huh. And everything I thought was real was just a lie?

EJ: [Sighs] I know such mendacity must be awfully troubling for a truth-teller like yourself.

Kristen: I'm trying to understand, EJ.

EJ: Mm-hmm. That would be wise.

Kristen: I do know that when you love somebody, or when you're trying to love somebody, you know, if they hurt you, that it's next to impossible just to forgive and forget.

EJ: My sentiments exactly. I knew that you'd come around to my way of thinking.

Kristen: Uh-huh. So, if they hurt you, you don't have any choice but to hurt them back.

EJ: Precisely.

Daniel: Yeah, why don't you just get some rest and take it easy for a while, okay?

Eric: Why don't you let me pay back this house call by telling me what's bothering you?

Daniel: [Chuckles] What, you'll be my spiritual advisor or something?

Eric: You have your specialty and I have mine.

Daniel: Well, not really much to tell. I just thought Jennifer and I, we could make it through anything, but turns out I was wrong.

Sami: I cannot believe how grown up you are. Of course, all I've seen of you are Christmas pictures since you decided to not be called Jeannie anymore. How long are you in town for?

Theresa: Oh, nobody told you?

Sami: Uh, I guess I've just been very busy.

Theresa: [Laughs] Well, yeah, I just thought it would be really cool to come back, you know, to my roots.

Sami: Good for you.

Theresa: [Chuckles] And I'm working for Jennifer now.

Sami: Really?

Jennifer: Yes. She starts today.

Sami: Huh, well, lucky for you, 'cause she is the best boss over.

Theresa: She totally is.

JJ: So her name is Theresa Donovan, and she used to be called Jeannie. Don't need your password, mom. I've got my own. [Laughs]

Sami: Well, it's great that you're back. I can't wait to hear everything. How are you? How's the family?

Theresa: You know what I just remembered? I have to go down to H.R. To fill out a couple of forms. So, I guess that hospital tour is gonna have to wait, huh?

Jennifer: Mm, well, don't get lost. I have some things for you to take care of when you're done there.

Theresa: No problem. [Sighs]

Sami: Huh. Well, well, well. Something about her just, I don't know, kind of reminds me of myself when I was her age. Just can't quite put my finger on it.

EJ: So after your experience with Marlena, I expect you understand what I'm going through with father.

Kristen: He's not gonna take it lying down. Are you ready to go to war?

EJ: Absolutely.

Kristen: I've been on the receiving end of his wrath. It's not much fun. He tried to destroy me, and he's gonna want to do the same to you.

EJ: I'm ready. See, my question is, whose side are you going to be on?

JJ: Hi.

Theresa: I got your Facebook message.

JJ: Uh, how did you ditch my mom?

Theresa: Oh, my cousin Sami stopped by the office, so I took a powder.

JJ: A what?

Theresa: I took off, split.

JJ: Oh, okay.

Theresa: I thought you said you watched a lot of movies.

JJ: Um, yeah, uh... do you want to come in?

Theresa: [Scoffs] Not so much. Your mom made it pretty clear that your house is off-limits. Afraid she's gonna dust it for fingerprints when she gets home tonight.

JJ: [Chuckles] Welcome to my world.

Theresa: She thinks I'm at human resources getting my I.D. Picture taken, and she's got a list of things for me to do when I get back.

JJ: Hmm, so you took a big risk coming here.

Theresa: So did you. I'm what's known as a bad influence.

JJ: What do you want?

Theresa: Oh, come on. I think you know.

JJ: [Chuckles]

Sami: I can't believe how, um, grown up Theresa is, right? I guess I shouldn't be that surprised. She is a lot older than will.

Jennifer: Um, listen, Sami. I know that you came here for a reason. I'm just--I'm so busy right now.

Sami: Oh, yes, I did, actually, yes. I am here 'cause, uh, I'm in sort of the middle of a gray area, and I really need to talk to you about getting some information about a patient.

Jennifer: Sami, you know I can't give you information about a patient!

Sami: You didn't give me a chance to finish. This is my brother we're talking about. It's Eric, and it's really important to me to find out what's going on with him. And Daniel is treating him, so I though that--

Jennifer: Sami, wait a minute. There is nothing gray about this area. A patient's right to confidentiality is written down in the law. Daniel would never discuss another patient with me. And even if he did, I couldn't pass that information along. I can't do that.

Sami: Okay, so you've had the chance to cover your rear end. This is really important. This is my brother we're talking about, and there's something wrong with him and I want to find out what it is. I'm his immediate family. Maybe Daniel just happened to casually mention something to you about--

Jennifer: No, actually, he didn't. I didn't even know he was treating Eric.

Sami: Really?

Jennifer: Yeah, really. So, I suggest if you want to know something about your brother, you should just ask him. And if you'll excuse me, I have so much work to do, Sami.

Sami: Of course. I'm sorry, Jennifer.

Kristen: Oh, EJ. It's such a difficult question. I love both you and Stefano so, so much.

EJ: Which is code for you will support whoever comes out on top.

Kristen: Sorry.

EJ: It's okay. I wouldn't have expected anything else.

[Phone rings]

EJ: Samantha. You're still at the hospital?

Sami: Yeah.

EJ: How's everything going?

Sami: Not good.

EJ: What happened?

Sami: Daniel Jonas kicked me out of Rafe's room, so I went to see Eric and he got sick.

EJ: Eric got sick? How?

Sami: He was shaking, and I thought he was gonna pass out. And then--and then he got better.

EJ: Did he see a doctor?

Sami: Daniel Jonas. I'm so sick of that guy. He has no clue what is wrong with my brother. He did run some tests, and called the specialist.

EJ: Darling, I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure this specialist is going to be able to work out what's wrong with Eric.

Eric: Nicole said that you and Jennifer have what it takes to go the distance. And you know that wasn't an easy thing for her to say.

Daniel: [Scoffs] Well... you know, when Jenn came into my life, I thought, "this is it. I mean, this is what I've been waiting for." But it was so complicated, right from the very beginning.

Eric: Love can have its challenges.

Daniel: Oh, yeah.

Eric: But you have to have more faith.

Daniel: Yeah, but eventually you need to face facts.

Eric: I'm hearing the man of science now.

Daniel: Yes, you are.

EJ: Hmm.

Daniel: See, I encounter situations every day that no amount of faith can fix.

Eric: Sometimes, there are no fixes. Sometimes, you just have to believe in one another, and hope eventually complications will subside.

Daniel: Yeah? Just like that, huh?

Eric: Mm-hmm.

Daniel: Okay, well, I hear what you're saying. But, see, I'm driven to find facts, and then get solutions.

Eric: Well, I hope you do. [Laughs] I've known Jennifer all my life, and I think you are what she's been waiting for, too.

EJ: Look, I may not like Jonas either, but he does seem to be a good doctor, so, I'm sure he won't stop until he finds out what's wrong with Eric.

Sami: I hope so.

EJ: Are you on your way home?

Sami: Why? You need me?

EJ: Always. But don't worry, everything is under control here.

Sami: Okay, well, then I'll be home later. Love you.

EJ: I love you, too.

Kristen: So Sami doesn't know what you've done to father.

EJ: Not yet, no.

Kristen: Interesting. Well, I'm gonna leave you two to celebrate your Victory. I just hope you have enough peace of mind to enjoy it... while it lasts.

EJ: I took a big risk. One that paid off handsomely.

Kristen: Good for you. Doesn't get any better than that. Ciao. Dr. Chyka, please. I don't care who he's with. Tell him that Kristen DiMera is calling. Dr. Chyka, I need to see you right now. I'll be in the Horton town square in ten minutes. Be there! Bacon?!

[Phone ringing]

Jennifer: Jennifer Horton. Hello, Anne. Whoa, Anne. Anne, will you calm down? I can't even--stop yelling. I can't even understand what you're saying. Theresa did go to human resources. She's there right now. What do you mean, she didn't? No, I will. I'll take care of it. Anne, I said I'll take care of it. [Sighs]

JJ: Is this what you were looking for?

[Both chuckle]

Theresa: You're a lifesaver. I'm gonna have to owe you when I get my first paycheck, but you know I'm good for it, right? I mean, I have a job.

JJ: It's on the house.

Theresa: Really? Hmm, maybe I'll be seeing you again.

JJ: Uh, well, maybe we can meet at your place next time.

Theresa: [Chuckles] Maybe.

[Phone ringing]

JJ: Hello?

Jennifer: Good, well, at least you're where you're supposed to be.

JJ: Yeah, just getting those notes done for English lit.

Jennifer: Good. Hey, um, thank you for going straight home. I'm glad you did.

JJ: Yeah, me too.

Kristen: You said the second drug would mask the first drug, and that it would be undetectable.

Chyka: That's right.

Kristen: Well, Eric had an episode today. That doesn't sound undetectable to me. His doctor is calling in a freakin' specialist. Now, are they gonna find something in his blood?

Chyka: I'm sure the situation is under control.

Kristen: Really? Really? 'Cause you're not sure of anything, are you? 'Cause you're an idiot! Aren't you?

Eric: In the name of the father and the s-son... and the holy spirit. Amen. Heavenly father, thank you. Thank you for helping me try to fight this. Thank you for helping Dr. Jonas find the answers to this.

Daniel: What the hell?

Sami: Jonas has no idea what he's talking about. [Sighs] I didn't upset Rafe. I mean, how could I? Maybe...maybe he just wanted to tell me something, and he couldn't because Daniel was there. Well, he's not there now, is he? Nobody is.

EJ: Ah! You'll let Harold know where to send your things.

Stefano: The day will come when you are on your hands and knees before me, begging me to take back what you have stolen here.
