Sami: Yeah, 'cause my grandma did all this work. You know what, this is perfect timing.

Sami: Will graduating high school, us having the chance to stop worrying about our problems for a second and celebrate the positive things in our lives, you know? It's just nice.

Rafe: You're right. You are absolutely right. As always.

Sami: I'm so lucky to have such an amazing, supportive husband who is... gorgeous, inside and out.

Rafe: I love you. And you're making it really hard for me to act like a jerk right now.

Sami: Hey, you know what? I believe in you. I know you can do this.

Sami: Yeah, all right. All right, let's celebrate will's graduation.

Sami: My kid, he's all grown-- our kid.

Daniel: What the heck? How could you not after everything that you've been through? Listen, I am so sorry--

Carly: Please don't apologize. I'm fine, I'm just--I'm not the only one who's had a rough time of it.

Daniel: No, that's true. But you--you--

Carly: As far as our patient goes, EJ is heavily sedated. He has still two days to remember who attacked him.

Daniel: Carly? Carly, you don't have to do this.

Carly: What am I doing?

Daniel: Do I have to spell this out for you? Covering up what Brady did to EJ, putting your career on the line, not to mention your life.

Carly: I told you.

Daniel: Yeah, well, I'm telling you. I wanna take the hit myself.

Carly: No!

Daniel: And just walk away. Carly, walk away. It's not too late.

Detective McCarthy: If you are not going to talk to me about EJ DiMera here, we're going to talk about him down at the station. Now!

Melanie: Okay, wait. Wait, please wait.

Bo: What you did was attempted murder.

Brady: Are you gonna arrest me?

Bo: No. Not yet. There may be a way to keep you out of jail, but in order to do that... all hell's gonna break loose.

Victor: What if Stefano and EJ find out that you're covering for Brady?

Brady: They're not gonna find out because this isn't gonna happen. Look, why don't you just arrest me? I would love for EJ to know that I was the one that tried to kill him.

Nicole: So you figured it out?

Taylor: It makes perfect sense. The guy is a homicidal maniac. He murdered our mother, and then he tried to murder EJ too.

Nicole: Brady, please tell me what happened. And mainly...who was the other guy?

Brady: EJ. And he's way worse off than I am.

Nicole: You really believe that?

Taylor: You don't?

Rafe: Here you go.

Sami: Thank you. Thank you very much. I saw you talking to will in the food line.

Rafe: Uh-huh, he was just thanking me. For being here, and... for the check I gave him.

Sami: It was very generous of you.

Rafe: Eh, well, I wish it could've been more.

Sami: He can't stop talking about how relieved he is that you're back to your old self.

Rafe: I'm glad he's relieved. But let's not forget, we need to be careful. I don't want that getting out.

Sami: Gabi's saying the same thing.

Rafe: I don't even wanna think about how that jerk treated Gabi, okay? Let's not even--

Sami: I can't help but think about it. I just can't--I mean, I-- I remember all the times he was so nasty to her, to the kids, to everyone.

Rafe: So Gabi and will, they talk about the accident? And me behaving differently?

Sami: Yeah, they tried to. But they kept looking for a glimpse of...you, and the way you used to be, you know? And then when they didn't see it, they just thought he was gonna be like that forever. So did I.

Rafe: I am so sorry you had to go through that.

Sami: I'm sorry for what you had to go through. [Sighs]

Rafe: Hey, but guess what? I'm proud of you, like always. Why? Because you're here now, you're putting your kids first... and you're obviously ready to party.

Sami: Oh, yeah. I am definitely here counting my blessings. And you know what else? I am newly determined.

Rafe: Oh, yeah? Why's that?

Sami: Look, I'm not naive enough to think that the DiMeras are actually going to pay for their crimes. I mean, they have done a lot of horrible, unforgivable things to my family over the years. And they have never once served time, or actually been punished for what they have done. Because they can pay off anybody--judges, lawyers, whatever they need. But you know what? This time is going to be different. Because it is a new kind of punishment. They are going to suffer, Sami Brady style. They are going to face the consequences for what they did. And yeah, fine, I would love for them to go to jail. Obviously, I would love nothing more than to see EJ behind bars in solitary confinement in some maximum security prison. But that's not going to happen. So you know what? I'm going to make sure that every single person in this town knows what he is capable of, and he is never able to con another woman into his poisonous web. Which means...he's never going to find love. EJ DiMera's going to be all alone for the rest of his miserable life.

Bo: You know damn well that if you confess to attacking EJ--

Brady: I'm not afraid of the DiMeras, Bo, at all.

Victor: Then you're a bigger idiot than I thought you were. Well, what can I do to protect him, to protect both of you?

Bo: Nothing. The DiMeras are going to find out the extent of this very soon. When you try to kill somebody, news travels fast.

Brady: So what do you wanna do?

Bo: You do nothing. You sit tight, keep your mouth shut. I'll handle this.

Victor: You can count on us to keep quiet. What about Nicole?

Nicole: Sure, I think it's possible.

Taylor: Possible? I think it's more than possible. I mean, it has to be Rafe--

Nicole: Okay, I'm not Rafe's biggest fan. And while I would pay to watch him fry for killing mom, EJ... well, there could be extenuating circumstances.

Taylor: What are you talking about?

Nicole: EJ. I believe that he provoked his own attack.

Taylor: Right. Right, right, right. Let's blame EJ for being beaten so badly that he nearly died.

Nicole: I'm just saying. You're so in love with this guy that you can't even see straight. But he's a bigger son of a bitch than anyone even imagined.

(Announcer)

Jennifer: Uh, honey, listen, it's not...

Abigail: It's not what?

Jennifer: I don't want you involved in all of this.

Abigail: Mom.

Jennifer: I'm just telling you it's better this way.

Abigail: How is it better that I don't know what's upsetting you? I mean, don't you trust me?

Jennifer: Okay, listen, it's Carly.

Abigail: Oh.

Jennifer: Why do you say it like that?

Abigail: I just... I'm just wondering what else you're going to tell me.

Jennifer: I don't know. Tell me some things. I mean, you work with Carly. Have you noticed anything strange about her lately?

Abigail: Well, yeah, I have. But I'm sure there's an explanation.

Jennifer: Wait, an explanation for what? Tell me.

Abigail: Okay, I saw Carly at a pharmacy. The one across town, next to that office supply store. And she was getting this prescription filled for Katerina von Leuschner.

Jennifer: Yes, that is her other name, yes.

Abigail: Okay, yeah, I know. And anyway she--I confronted her about it, and she said that she was getting it under that name because she didn't want you or Daniel to know that she's very sick.

Jennifer: And why didn't you tell me this?

Abigail: I'm sorry, mom, I-- I guess that I should have, but I-I made a promise to her. You think that she lied to me?

Jennifer: No, no. But I think that Carly is sick. She is very sick.

Carly: I am in this as deep as you are. So are Melanie, and Jennifer, and Dario.

Daniel: Yeah, yeah, but you shouldn't be a part of this--

Carly: Who are you to tell me what I should and shouldn't be? I'm not going to walk away and let you, or anyone else, take the fall for something that I'm every bit involved in. Do you understand? Do you?

Daniel: Yeah, I do.

Carly: We are in this together, for our daughter, okay? Our number one priority--our only priority--is to keep Melanie safe. And I won't let you do that alone.

Melanie: Look, I just overheard you saying you needed to take him down to the P.D. To talk about who beat up EJ, but you don't have to do that because he didn't beat up EJ.

Dario: Melanie, just stop.

Detective McCarthy: You have evidence proving he wasn't involved?

Melanie: Yeah, I do.

Brady: Nicole won't say anything.

Victor: Oh, of course she won't, because she's such a reliable friend.

Brady: She promised.

Victor: Oh, well, in that case, if she's promised.

Brady: Granddad, look, cut it out.

Victor: Will you tell this gullible fool that Nicole walker cannot be controlled, no matter what she promises?

Brady: I'm not listening to this crap anymore.

Bo: Brady, hold on. Victor's right. She can't be trusted. But she might be able to help us.

Victor: How? What are you talking about?

Bo: Well, she knows what Brady did, but... she might also know something about EJ. Something we could use to our advantage.

Brady: Arianna's murder.

[Phone ringing]

Bo: Among other things. Excuse me. I gotta get going.

Brady: But, Bo, Bo, come on. We're supposed to sit here and do nothing?

Bo: As soon as some of this plays out, I'll be in touch.

Brady: [Groans] This is--this is ridiculous. We're just supposed to sit-- why don't I go down to the hospital? I'll just finish EJ off. We'll just do it, we'll get it over with, and it'll be done.

Victor: For once, why don't you just park your massive ego at the door and do what Bo tells you to do?

Brady: Why should I listen to Bo? I don't know.

Victor: You can't figure it out, you idiot? For Melanie.

Hope: What's going on in here? You're not supposed to be together. Taylor, go out to the detective area.

Nicole: Oh, you hear that, tay? It sounds like you're getting a time-out.

Hope: Go. Or I'll call in a cop and have you escorted out.

Taylor: Oh, right, you're gonna call in a cop for me? While Rafe Hernandez already killed our mother, and he's tried to do the same to EJ.

Hope: Go. Now.

Nicole: She's right, you know? About Rafe killing our mom. But she's dead wrong about him attacking EJ.

Hope: Right. And I'll take your word for that.

Nicole: I don't care if you take my word. You and Bo have a big mess on your hands. How are you gonna handle it?

[Music plays]

Chad: Welcome to the real world, everybody. Congrats all around.

All: Thank you.

Chad: You know what, Kate said she was really sorry she couldn't make it to the party.

Will: Yeah, that's-- I understand.

Chad: Yeah, she and my dad had to go to the hospital right after the graduation ceremony, so, um...

Kinsey: Oh, right, to be with your brother, huh?

Chad: Yes, thank you.

Kinsey: So gross that he was beaten to a pulp like that. Ick! I mean, especially so soon after he was shot in the head and almost croaked.

Will: Kinsey.

Kinsey: What did I say?

We just--we don't need anyone bringing up bad memories, okay?

Kinsey: Um, hey, I'm just stating the facts, that's all.

Chad: Anyway, uh... I just hope they catch who attacked him, that's all.

Kinsey: Do you think it could be the same sick-o who shot him in the head?

Kinsey.

Kinsey: Okay, okay. Excuse me for living.

Chad: You know what, I-- I'm actually supposed to... meet Abigail here. I guess she's running late. But, um... excuse me. Hey, Mrs. Brady... Mr. Hernandez.

Sami: Chad, hi.

Chad: Congrats on your son's graduation.

Sami: Thanks.

Chad: Mm-hmm. And it's so good to see you're feeling well, Mr. Hernandez. I know Gabi and will have been saying that you're almost back to your old self again.

Sami: He has his good days, and...not-so-good days. But we are very hopeful, thanks. [Clears throat] So how is...EJ doing?

Chad: Well, doctors have him pretty heavily sedated, so no one's been able to visit him yet.

Rafe: Mm. Did they find out who did it?

Chad: Yeah, actually. I have a pretty good idea. My doctor told me calcium

Jennifer: Listen to me, sweetie, okay. This is really, really sad. Okay, Carly is not in good shape right now.

Abigail: What's going on? I mean, do you know?

Jennifer: She has the shakes all the time.

Abigail: Shakes?

Jennifer: Yeah, and she loses her temper at the drop of a hat. She's easily agitated, she's angry. But the worst thing is... [Sighs]

Abigail: What? What's the worst thing?

Jennifer: I found this powder residue in her hotel room.

Abigail: Powder?

Jennifer: Yeah.

Abigail: You think Carly's taking drugs?

Jennifer: I have no idea. Carly said it's aspirin. But you know what, I don't believe her. And that's why I took her room key so that I could get the residue tested.

Abigail: And when I bumped into you, you were having second thoughts about it. About going into her room.

Jennifer: Yeah. And you know what, Carly is my dear friend. And I wanna trust her, I really do. But after what you just told me, my gut instinct is right. She's in a lot of trouble.

Daniel: Carly, I understand you are wanting to protect Melanie.

Carly: Why else would I do it, Daniel?

Daniel: Hey, hey. We're on the same side here.

Carly: Protect Melanie? Wow, you know, you make it seem like it just occurred to you that I might actually care about my daughter's safety and her well-being.

Daniel: Okay, Carly, no, no.

Carly: I've been trying to protect Melanie my entire life. That's why I gave her up at birth, so I could protect her, keep her from Lawrence.

Daniel: Hey, I understand--

Carly: I don't think you do, otherwise you wouldn't suggest that I turn my back on her to save my own ass.

Daniel: Okay, that's not what I'm saying here.

Carly: Am I turning your words around? I'm sure you'd like to believe that.

Daniel: You know what, we're not going to do this here.

Carly: Where would you prefer to do it? You know what it's been like for me. I still tear myself up knowing that I gave my little girl to that monster, Trent. And it kills me every day that I never told you about her.

Daniel: Carly, we have been over and over this. Mel and I, we understand, we get it, we forgive you. Which is why I-I--

Carly: What? Say it.

Daniel: Well, if helping Melanie cover this up, if this is your way of atoning, I... Carly. Our relationship as a family cannot be about regret or remorse over the past. It's gotta be about moving forward. You know what it's about? It's about both of us. Just being there for our daughter, fighting like hell to keep her safe together.

Dario: Melanie, really, I can handle this.

Melanie: What's to handle? You did nothing wrong.

Dario: I told you to back off, okay?

Melanie: I'm not gonna let you take the rap for something you didn't do.

Detective McCarthy: So do you have anything to back up your claim here? Do you know where Mr. Hernandez was at the time EJ DiMera was attacked?

Melanie: I do, he was with me. We spent the night together.

Sami: Huh. You know who beat up your brother?

Chad: I didn't say I know. I have an idea, that's all.

Sami: And you're not going to share it with us?

Chad: You see, my family has a lot of enemies. And I'm sure any one of them would happily like to see my brother, and father for that matter, out of the picture completely, permanently. Talk about stating the obvious, right?

Rafe: [Chuckles] Yep. Pretty much.

Chad: Anyway, I seriously doubt the police would have any interest in finding out who did it, whoever it was. Enjoy the party.

Rafe: [Scoffs]

Sami: I'm pretty sure that's what we're doing.

Rafe: Yeah.

Sami: Right? Enjoying the party?

Rafe: That's what we're doing. You know what today is? It's will and Gabi's day.

Sami: [Giggles] Well, you know what else? It's our day, too. 'Cause we are going to treasure these moments. [Sighs]

Rafe: Treasure.

Sami: And you know what else?

Rafe: Hm?

Sami: I'm not worried. EJ and Stefano, they're not going to win. We won't let them.

Hope: Found them together, the devoted sisters. But I separated them before Nicole had the opportunity to shoot her mouth off about EJ.

Bo: Good, we have to keep those two apart.

Hope: Uh, Bo... Taylor thinks that Rafe is the one who almost killed EJ.

Bo: She does?

Hope: Mm-hmm. You thinking what I'm thinking?

Bo: That means we have to...

Both: Release Taylor.

Abigail: So what now?

Jennifer: I need to help her. I can't walk away from this. I need to go to that hotel, and get a sample of that residue, and take it over to the hospital, and have it tested.

Abigail: Okay. Okay, I'll go with you.

Jennifer: No, absolutely not.

Abigail: Mom, you shouldn't have to do--

Jennifer: No. End of story. You are not going to be involved in this. You're supposed to be at your cousin's graduation party.

Abigail: Yeah, but that's not--

Jennifer: No, you're not going. All right, you need to go over to the pub, and I will handle this on my own.

Abigail: Fine. But I really hope you're wrong about Carly.

Jennifer: Yeah. You and me both, sweetie.

Brady: What does Melanie have to do with this?

Victor: Use your head, Brady. The girl lied for you. She put her life on the line by not going to the police about EJ's attack. If the DiMeras find out about that, she's in the same boat you are.

Brady: I didn't want her to get involved in this.

Victor: How is that the issue? For god's sake, Brady, think about somebody else for a change! Or are you so hell-bent on avenging Arianna's death that you're willing to sell Melanie down the river, after what she's sacrificed for you. What kind of a friend are you?

Detective McCarthy: Mr. Hernandez said he came late, missed a delivery. Do you believe miss Layton when she says that they were together?

Adrienne: Yes, I do. Melanie's telling the truth.

Gabi: This one is from Mrs. Brady. Let's see. Oh, wow. This is so beautiful!

Caroline: Well, I saw it in the window of the little boutique down the street. And it had Gabi's name on it.

Gabi: I love it. This is so sweet. Thank you so much.

Sami: I tried to tell everybody, you can't let grandma go first because her gifts ruin it for everybody else. They're the best.

Kinsey: What do you know, this one's for me!

Will: Uh, that one is from me and Gabi.

Kinsey: [Giggles] Let's see. Hey, what is this?

Gabi: Well, you know, nothing beats good old-fashioned film, and we figured you already had a digital camera, so...

Will: And since we're pretty sure you're gonna be the next Annie leibovitz...

Kinsey: Oh, my god!

Caroline: Oh, boy.

Kinsey: You guys, I don't know what to say!

Rafe: Say cheese.

All: [Laughing]

[Camera clicks]

Sami: I have one. Here, I wanna make sure you see. It's from Johnny. He drew it himself.

Will: Eh, "happy graduation, I love you."

Sami: That was for everybody. We all love you. We're so proud of you.

[Door opens]

Nicole: So? What's the latest? Have you arrested Brady?

Bo: No, not yet.

Nicole: What's with the look, commissioner?

Bo: Let's be honest with each other.

Nicole: Well, that's all I've ever tried to be.

Bo: Mm-hmm. Well, for once, you and I want the same thing--to put EJ behind bars. You're the key. All I need is rock solid evidence that the DiMeras are responsible for your mother's murder.

Nicole: Otherwise they'll slither away like they always do.

Bo: To wreak havoc on innocent lives like yours.

Nicole: Well, I guess it's time for me to tell you everything.

Taylor: What in god's name is going on here?

Hope: It's okay.

Taylor: Why is the man who killed my mother running around free when my sister and I are being detained here for no good reason?

Hope: Calm down, Taylor.

Taylor: Why am I the only one who sees who the real criminal is?

Hope: We still have no proof that Rafe killed your mother.

Taylor: What are you talking about? We all heard him confess.

Hope: Yeah, but he was drunk.

Taylor: There is something going on here.

Hope: Taylor, like I told you before...we're still trying to find evidence that will be admissible in court.

Taylor: By hauling me in here? And dragging my sister along too.

Hope: Taylor, we're on your side. Believe me. We want the man who killed your mother brought to justice just as much as you do. You have to-- listen to me. Just trust us.

Taylor: I'm sorry. But I don't.

Nicole: Mr. Rosen, this is police commissioner Brady. Commissioner Brady, this is my lawyer, James Rosen.

James: Good to meet you, commissioner.

Bo: You too, what's in the box?

Nicole: Proof. Against EJ and Stefano. You want the truth? There it is. The DiMeras kidnapped Rafe after his accident and locked him in their basement so they could control his mind.

James: What ms. DiMera is trying to say--

Nicole: My mother told me that EJ had a secret, and she must've found out about Rafe. So EJ and Stefano had their newly brainwashed drone kill my mother to shut her up. They are the ones to blame for my mother's murder, commissioner, and I wanna see them burn in hell for it.

Bo: And this is the proof?

Nicole: Yes. I found Rafe's DNA, and I confronted EJ about it. And of course I knew better than to trust a DiMera. So to protect myself, I had my lawyer lock the DNA results in a safe place.

Bo: Okay, let's take a look at it. DNA results? This is a last will and testament, where you leave everything to your beloved sister, Taylor.

Nicole: What?

Brady: Of course I don't wanna put Melanie in danger. But there's no way I'm gonna let Bo risk his life to protect me.

Victor: Brady, there is something you have got to understand. You are not alone in this world.

Brady: I am very aware--

Victor: You have family. You have friends! Who care about you, who want to protect you.

Brady: I know that, I know--

Victor: No, you don't! All you know is that you know all the answers. Act now and to hell with the consequences. That's your mantra, isn't it?

Brady: I don't wanna listen to this.

Victor: No, well, you can't do this anymore. You can't do it to me, you can't do it to Bo and hope, and you sure as hell can't do it to Melanie.

[Glass thuds on table]

Detective McCarthy: Mr. Brady tells me Dario is no longer a suspect. You're free to go. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Adrienne: Oh, no, no problem. I understand.

Dario: Oh, but she's real sorry.

Melanie: Hey.

Adrienne: So I'm guessing this is yours.

Dario: It fell out of my pocket the night that we found EJ DiMera.

Adrienne: So what happened? You find him after the fact, and you dressed his wound with that scarf?

Dario: Yeah, more or less.

Adrienne: More or less?

Melanie: But we didn't do anything wrong.

Adrienne: Then why are you still acting like you have something to hide?

Melanie: Well...

Hope: I don't understand. How did EJ and Stefano manage to replace...

Bo: Rafe's DNA evidence with a phony will? That is a very good question.

Hope: So we have no evidence to prove they kidnapped Rafe and replaced him with an imposter.

Bo: You're right.

Hope: And meanwhile... [Sighs] Taylor is determined to persuade EJ that Rafe was the one who almost killed him.

Bo: Nicole knows pieces of the puzzle, but not all.

Hope: Yeah, but she still knows enough to be dangerous.

Bo: Yeah.

Hope: Especially if she tells Taylor that EJ is the one who's responsible for their mother's death.

Bo: And if she did tell Taylor, we know that she would confront EJ.

Hope: We can't let that happen.

Bo: Not until we have proof of what the DiMeras did to Rafe.

Hope: Okay, it's time to move on with our plan.

Bo: We have no choice. Let's do it.

Sami: [Laughing] No!

Will: Come on.

Sami: No, at least not while I'm here, right? I mean--

Rafe: Sorry, can I talk to you for a sec?

Sami: What's up?

Rafe: Yeah, I just got off the phone with your uncle Bo. He wants us to meet him.

Sami: News?

Rafe: I'd rather not say right here.

Sami: All right. Um, hey...will! So I bet you guys are ready to really start having a good time. So you can't have the old folks here anymore, right? We'll get out of your hair.

Will: What? You old farts are the life of the party.

Sami: [Laughing]

Rafe: Yeah, well, be that as it may, we gotta get the hell out of here.

Will: Seriously?

Sami: Yeah, we have some things we have to get to. So I'm sorry, but this has been awesome. And I'm so proud of you.

Will: Oh, thanks.

Rafe: I'm so proud of you two.

Sami: Nasty comments notwithstanding.

Gabi: Thanks for coming, Rafe.

Rafe: Congrats.

Sami: I love you.

Abigail: Uh...not really. But at least this time it has nothing to do with the DiMeras.

Chad: Mm. Then who does it have to do with?

Jennifer: All right, Carly. This has gotta be more than aspirin. Why else would you be doing this whole Katerina game, huh? I'm so worried about you, my friend. I don't know what's going on with you. But I'm gonna help you... and we're gonna figure this out together. Okay. [Sighs]

Carly: Well, we managed to control two things--EJ's still sedated, and Stefano hasn't been able to sneak into his room.

Daniel: Not yet.

Carly: I'm sorry about earlier. I'm--I've been stressed, but I had no right to take it out--

Daniel: No, no, we're all stressed.

Carly: Hopefully not for long. Now that Bo and hope know that Brady's the reason EJ's here, they promised to protect all of us in the cover-up.

Daniel: Well, let's hope they can manage.

Carly: Yeah. And you?

Daniel: What about me?

Carly: How are things with you and Jennifer?

Daniel: Uh... I don't know, they're actually great, yeah.

Carly: Good. That's good to hear. Listen, I have an idea. Why don't you forget about EJ for a while and just concentrate on Jennifer?

Daniel: Okay, Carly, Carly--

Carly: I'm just saying that I can handle EJ, and you shouldn't worry about me. I'm a big girl. What?

Daniel: You know, sometimes I think... you don't really know how I feel about you, do you?

Melanie: Look, I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I think it would be better if you don't ask any more questions.

Adrienne: So now you're protecting me?

Melanie: That's a question.

Adrienne: Okay, look. You two...I just don't see you shacking up.

Melanie: [Giggles] That's... that's private.

Adrienne: [Sighs] Right, okay. All right, you know what, I'm glad that you had nothing to do with what happened to EJ. But I know you're still hiding something from me and from the cops. One piece of advice, be very, very careful.

Sami: So Nicole and Taylor got to EJ before...

Hope: Before we could surprise with the imposter's confession--partial confession anyway.

Bo: The good thing is, EJ has no recollection of the attack or who did it.

Hope: So we've come up with a plan. To prove that EJ and Stefano switched you with their own despicable imposter.

Rafe: Oh, okay. And the plan is...?

Bo: [Clears throat] We just go ahead and let EJ think that you tried to kill him.

Gabi: Hey, you okay?

Will: Yeah. Uh, just, uh, thinking.

Gabi: About?

Will: Um, I don't know, we've been out of high school, what, like, a couple days? I'm already starting to miss it. Is that weird?

Gabi: I don't know, what do you miss about it?

Will: I don't know. I guess I'm just not big on change. You know, and college is gonna be really different, obviously.

Gabi: Yeah, but it's gonna be good because you're gonna gain a lot of independence and freedom.

Will: But there also will be more responsibility.

Gabi: Oh, come on, like you have a problem with that. You're, like, the most responsible person I know.

Will: God, that makes me sound so boring.

Gabi: Well, it was meant to be a compliment. You're also the smartest person I know.

Will: I guess you don't know that many people then.

Gabi: Shut up!

Will: I'm serious, though. You know, I don't know if I'm ready to face this new life. You know, and everything that comes with it.

Abigail: Okay, so... here's the deal.

Chad: I'm listening.

Abigail: We are going to make this, right here, right now...

Chad: Mm-hmm?

Abigail: A problem-free zone. Which means we're gonna leave all of our annoying depressing issues at the door.

Chad: Okay, so you mean be, like, in total denial about anything that's not great and wonderful?

Abigail: You catch on fast.

Chad: So I've been told.

Abigail: But seriously, though, is that okay? Total denial?

Chad: Yeah, I just, uh, happen to be the total denial expert.

Abigail: Oh, perfect!

Carly: What more do you think of me?

Daniel: Well, I look at you and me as a team. We've got each other's backs, right?

Carly: Absolutely.

Daniel: Absolutely. And I have tremendous admiration and respect for you, your work ethic, and more importantly how fiercely you fight for the well-being of those you love. Especially our daughter. It's amazing. And we're connected through Melanie, we always will be. And I am so grateful to know that.

Carly: [Giggles]

Melanie: What was I supposed to do?

Dario: Well, you know what, you risked your reputation telling detective McCarthy that we hooked up or whatever.

Melanie: Okay, yeah. Well, sacrifices have to be made.

Dario: And the worst part of all is that I think that with this cop business, I may have missed my sister's graduation.

Melanie: Yeah, I know. That's my fault.

Dario: Well, maybe I can still make it, if I still have time--

Melanie: Well... I should probably thank you.

Taylor: So I'm free to go?

Detective McCarthy: Yep. Commissioner Brady dropped all charges against you.

Taylor: Just like that?

Detective McCarthy: That's how it works.

Taylor: Thanks. I am relieved.

Detective McCarthy: Mm, take it easy.

Nicole: Excuse me, excuse me. Um, wher--where's my sister going--Taylor?

Detective McCarthy: She was released.

Nicole: Okay, what about me?

Detective McCarthy: You are to stay here under guard until further notice.

Nicole: But I-I didn't do anything here. Hey! What the hell did I do?

Bo: Look, man, I know you know this, but it's just gotta be said. If you go through with this, the DiMeras will literally be gunning for you.

Rafe: I understand that.

Bo: Yeah. And I'm sure you understand that they won't stop until you're dead.

Stefano: You cannot and will not tell Taylor the truth!

Rafe: So it looks like Stefano's taking the bait already.

Justin: I have a surprise for you.
