Lucas: Hey, Aunt Maggie. Just the person I was looking for.
Maggie: Hello, Lucas.
Lucas: I called your house, and I left a message.
Maggie: Well, I'm sort of in a bit of a hurry.
Lucas: Right. I know. I was just thinking maybe we could continue the conversation we were having about my mom and Chloe.
Maggie: Lucas, I already told you everything that I know.
Lucas: I know. You said I was being paranoid and I was making a big deal out of nothing, right? And -- and you had no idea why my mom and Chloe were acting so weird.
Maggie: A-and I don't. I'm as baffled by it as you are.
Lucas: I don't think that's entirely true, Maggie.
Maggie: What?
Lucas: The night that I fell off the wagon -- I'm starting to remember now. I remember exactly what you said.
Kate: Is anyone home? Hey. I didn't expect to see you here.
Daniel: Yeah, I was just waiting for victor. He's in the study on the phone.
Kate: Something's wrong.
Daniel: It's Philip. He's in trouble.
Sorry, fellas. There's a mistake.
Look, we got our orders --
I don't care what you got. This corpse is not on my list. We got to get him out of here.
Melanie: Brady, listen to me. Brady -- why -- why would you do that?
Owen: Why do you think?
Melanie: Oh, my God. You do have Stephanie, don't you?
Owen: And I'm not gonna let the two of you mess it up for me.
Look, all the paperwork's notated and in the chart.
It says to bring the body here.
So, what's the problem?
The paperwork could say it's the year 2055. It doesn't make it so.
Look, we're just trying to do our job.
All right! All right! Look, let me see if I can find any other forms around here that might clear this up, okay? Maybe the hospital stuck something in the bag, hmm?
Melanie: Okay. Can you -- can you just relax, because there's really -- there's no need to point a gun at us.
Owen: I'm only doing what I have to -- making sure no one's around when I leave with Stephanie.
Melanie: And that's fine. In fact, really, I'm pulling for you, Owen. I just think --
Owen: Wait a minute. If you and Brady are here, where's Philip?!
Philip: [Thinking] What the hell is going on out there? Why won't this moron leave?
Look, no problem. We're way behind schedule.
Look, I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this.
You have 30 seconds. After that, we take the body off your hands. And when your client finds out you've refused acceptance, it hits the fan, but, hey, no big deal, right?
It is a big deal. Losing business, maybe getting hit with a lawsuit. Times are tough enough as it is. Fine! You win! Give me the form.
On the dotted line.
I'm sorry if I held you up.
All in a day's work.
Owen says he wants to learn the ropes. I'm gonna wait. Let him handle this client.
Philip: [Thinking] I've got to get out of here before Owen gets back. I've got to find Stephanie.
Jamie: [Clears throat]
Mia: Jamie. Hey.
Jamie: Hi, Mia.
Mia: Uh, what are you up to?
Jamie: Just taking a walk. That's all. Who's your friend?
Mia: Uh, this is will. Will, this is my cousin Jamie.
Will: Nice to meet you, Jamie.
Jamie: The same.
Mia: Well, I --
Will: You have to go?
Mia: Yeah.
Will: Yeah. It's cool.
Mia: Talk later?
Will: Yeah. Sure.
Mia: He is so nice... and cute... [Chuckles] ...And sweet.
Jamie: Mia...
Mia: Yeah?
Jamie: Can I ask you something?
Mia: Go ahead.
Jamie: Are you out of freaking mind?
Maggie: What do you mean, you remember?
Lucas: The night I relapsed at the Cheatin' heart, when you came over there to give me hell and stop me from drinking -- I remember. Even though I admit it's a little hazy, I remember you saying that you knew more.
Maggie: I have nothing to hide, Lucas, but if my answers don't satisfy you, I --
Lucas: You know what, Maggie? I can feel it. You know something. There's something you're not telling me. I can feel it.
Chloe: Hey.
Maggie: Hey.
Chloe: Am I interrupting?
Maggie: Uh, actually, I was leaving.
Lucas: Well, no. We were just talking about the night I started drinking again -- when I fell off the wagon -- something that aunt Maggie told me.
Kate: What's happened to Philip?
Daniel: Well, apparently the police are after him -- some sort of sting operation down at the pier. Philip was there. And when they tried to apprehend him, he just took off.
Kate: And why didn't anyone call me?
Daniel: I --
Victor: 'Cause we had the situation under control -- until Brady screwed everything up.
Melanie: I don't really -- I don't know where Philip is right now.
Owen: Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. I know you were at the funeral home snooping around, and I know you weren't doing it alone.
Melanie: Okay, you're right. I was with Philip. Um, I asked him to help me find my friend Stephanie, but he wanted to do things his own way.
Owen: So you got Brady instead?
Melanie: Yeah.
Owen: Just morphed into Nancy drew and went to work.
Melanie: More or less.
Owen: You think I'm an idiot?
Melanie: No. Did I say that?
Owen: You don't even like Stephanie Johnson. The only reason you're doing this is to help Philip.
Owen! Owen, where the devil are you?! Well, until you get back, this cadaver is gonna have to wait to be embalmed. Just got to make sure all the T's are crossed. Wait a second. What the -- this body's supposed to be cremated.
Tad: Hey, man.
Will: Oh, what up, T.? How's it going?
Tad: It's going. It'll be better when finals are over.
Will: Oh, tell me about it.
Tad: You meeting someone?
Will: Nah.
Tad: No? I was supposed to meet up with Kinsey, but she just texted me and told me that she's gonna go shopping with her mom or whatever. What's up?
Will: I don't get it, T.
Tad: You don't get what?
Will: Never mind.
Tad: No, man, say it. What don't you get?
Will: Why do you hang out with that chick?
Tad: Kinsey?
Will: No, the tooth fairy. Who else would I be talking about?
Tad: Okay. All right. I get it. She's kind of -- she's kind of --
Will: What, a bitch?
Tad: All right, dude. Can you lay off Kinsey, seriously? Like, she's not even my girlfriend, but we practically live next door, and we hang out.
Will: Okay. Okay, okay, okay. Just -- we'll -- we'll drop it.
Tad: So, are you and Mia still together?
Will: Look, she's just a friend -- just like Kinsey's your friend... except Mia's actually nice. She doesn't go around talking trash about everybody.
Tad: So she's a saint, huh?
Will: Well, why do you say it like that?
Tad: Okay. I'm sure she might be a nice girl, but, I mean, it's not like she doesn't have her problems, either.
Will: Hey, hey, watch it, T. I mean, don't start talking trash about her, too.
Tad: I'm not talking trash about her. You know, I-if you're okay with it, then fine.
Will: Okay, okay, she had problems. She doesn't anymore. It's Kinsey that's going around making problems for her. She's going around talking trash behind her back and stuff, and you're right there with her.
Tad: I'm not right there with her. First of all, when she starts talking all that crap, I tell her to shut the hell up and I'm serious, dude.
Will: She doesn't shut the hell up when she's around me.
Tad: Look, I'm sorry she's gotten on your case, dude, seriously, but don't lump me into this. I'm your friend, and if -- if you're into Mia, then I think that's cool.
Will: Thanks, man.
Tad: [Exhales sharply] Dude, I got to actually -- I got to get home and study, um, but if you want to see a movie or something this weekend, I'm around.
Will: Yeah. Maybe. I'll -- I'll call you.
Tad: Cool. Say hi to Mia for me, too.
Will: Yeah. Sure. Later, man.
Tad: Later, man.
Will: [Exhales deeply]
Will: Oh!
Will: The next time I see you, it's got to be right -- the setting, everything. [Chuckles] Yeah. That's it.
Mia: Whoa. Whoa. What is your problem?
Jamie: You and your friend will -- that's my problem.
Mia: Jamie, chill. He's just a friend.
Jamie: Like the last guy was just a friend?
Mia: Okay, that was different. Will is different.
Jamie: How?
Mia: Okay, I've heard enough of this. Thank you very much, but I'm out of here.
Jamie: Mia, wait.
Mia: Jamie, get out of my way.
Jamie: I don't want to see you get hurt. That's all.
Mia: What happened last time isn't going to happen again.
Jamie: You're right. It isn't, 'cause that kid -- the sweet one you were about to make out with in the middle of the pier -- you're not gonna be seeing him anymore.
Kate: Brady? What the hell does Brady have to do with any of this? Where's Philip?
Victor: [Sighs] Daniel, would you excuse us for a moment?
Daniel: Of course.
Victor: Oh, and, Daniel, would you call Lucas and, uh, tell him to come to the house? He needs to know what's going on with his brother.
Daniel: Yeah.
Victor: [Exhales deeply]
Kate: Okay. How did this happen?
Victor: Sit down. You need a drink.
Kate: Great. You know, I am gone for one week -- one week.
Victor: You know, maybe it would be better if you didn't know the whole story.
Kate: No. No. You're not pulling that on me. You are going to tell me everything, and you're gonna tell me right now. [Exhales deeply]
Victor: We kidnapped Stefano in retaliation for the attempts on Philip's life.
Kate: What else?
Victor: They took Stephanie.
Kate: Why?
Victor: Negotiating ploy.
Kate: Yeah, well, Philip is just dating her. It's not like she's a Kiriakis.
Victor: Oh, my God. You don't know. He proposed to her. They're engaged.
Kate: Wh-- well, he didn't even tell me he was gonna ask her. Oh, my God. And the DiMeras found out.
Victor: Apparently. So we brokered an exchange. We let Stefano go.
Kate: So Stephanie's safe?
Victor: No.
Kate: Oh, God.
Victor: The DiMeras' guy decided to go rogue, so he kept Stephanie. We're not sure why. We don't know if he's holding out for a bigger payday or something else.
Kate: "Something else"? Do you think she's hurt?
Victor: We don't know.
Kate: Oh, my God. Victor --
[Exhales deeply] What about Philip? Where's Philip?
Victor: [Exhales deeply] Well, all hell broke lose once Brady went to Bo. The police tried to do a sting down on the pier. Philip took off, so now he's on the run -- all because Brady had to be a hero.
Kate: Well, he probably did what he thought was right. It was because of your -- [Sighs] It was because of you -- because you're a maniac. Just -- Philip has been through so much -- so much. I can't believe he has to deal with this now.
Victor: Kate, we're doing everything we can.
Kate: Well, you need to do more.
Victor: We will, but you have to promise me something. Daniel and Lucas can't know anything about the kidnapping or about what's going on.
Kate: Daniel is the one who told me about Philip. He already knows.
Victor: He knows what everybody else knows. Once the police got involved, the news went public.
Kate: Well, thank you for the lecture about criminal journalism, all right? You just need to find Stephanie, and you need to find Philip, and you need to clean this mess up.
Victor: Well, you just have to promise me you're gonna be discreet.
Kate: Do you even need to ask?
Chloe: So, what about the night that you relapsed?
Lucas: I remember something that aunt Maggie told me. It's all coming back to me.
Maggie: Lucas, whatever happened that night -- it's in the past. Don't you think it's high time you let it go and start focusing on the future?
Chloe: Yeah, I-I agree with Maggie.
[Cellphone ringing] Oh.
Lucas: Well, who is it?
Chloe: Uh, Daniel. Sorry. Daniel, hi. What a surprise.
Daniel: Yeah. I'm looking for Lucas. Uh, his cell keeps going to voice mail. Is he around?
Chloe: Oh, yeah. He's right here. Hang on. Hey, uh, he wants to talk to you.
Lucas: Hey, Daniel, what's up?
Daniel: Hey. It's about Philip. Victor wants you at the mansion, as soon as you can.
Lucas: I'm on my way. Thanks for letting me know.
Chloe: What's going on?
Lucas: Victor wants to talk about my brother. Come on. Let's go.
Chloe: Y-you know what? I have a couple things to do first, but I'll just meet you there.
Lucas: All right. Fine. We will talk later.
Maggie: Sure.
Chloe: Maggie, thank you.
Maggie: Um, I wouldn't if I were you.
Chloe: "Wouldn't"?
Maggie: Thank me. It seems that Lucas is starting to remember, Chloe. It's just a matter of time before he learns the truth -- that you betrayed him... with Daniel.
Mia: Why would you even say that? I'm not going to be seeing will anymore -- says who?
Jamie: Mia, come on.
Mia: No, you come on. I am not the same girl I was a year ago.
Jamie: Fine. I get that.
Mia: And will and I are just getting to know each other.
Jamie: All right. All right. Would you shut up and let me talk? My lease is up on the apartment. Travis and I are leaving town.
Mia: What? When did you decide this?
Jamie: When he lost his job and couldn't get another one -- not in Salem, anyway. So either you find yourself a new place to live... or you move back in with your mother. Your choice.
Chloe: Maggie, he can't find out about Daniel and me. I won't let it happen. I mean, I made a promise to God that I'd give up Daniel if Lucas lived.
Maggie: Chloe, I know you've been loyal to Lucas since you made this deal with God, but it doesn't change what happened before. You cheated on Lucas when you were engaged to him. Now, if he finds out...
Chloe: He'll leave me.
Maggie: Well, let's be positive here. It hasn't happened yet.
Chloe: You know, it's just a matter of time before all this blows up in my face.
Maggie: No, no, no, no. No, not necessarily. Look, the one thing that we know is that Kate loves her son. She wants to see him happy. And if he's happy with you -- and I think that he is -- she's not gonna risk upsetting Lucas, potentially losing him, just so she can tell him what happened.
Chloe: I hope you're right. And I really pray that Lucas doesn't remember.
Maggie: Pray hard.
Kate: Hey, baby.
Lucas: Hey, mom. I'm so glad you're back.
Kate: You know about Philip, right?
Lucas: Yeah. Yeah, I do. I'm sorry you had to come home to that.
Kate: [Exhales deeply]
Lucas: How was London? How's Billie doing?
Kate: Well, the, uh, the rehab is intense, but, um, Chelsea is with her pretty much around the clock, and the doctors say that she's going to make a -- make a full recovery.
Lucas: Good. It's good news.
Kate: Yeah. Oh, sweetie.
[Sighs] How is it that all of my children are facing such terrible adversity right now?
Lucas: Well, the way I see it, I'm a lucky guy. I'm as lucky as Austin is. You know, he's got Carrie, and I have Chloe. Everything's great, mom. At least some things are working out, right?
Melanie: You know, the reason I'm "doing this" is because I am a human being. I care about my fellow man. Everybody thinks I'm so shallow and insensitive, and I don't understand why, because I am not! If Philip and Stephanie want to be together, then that's fine. If he really loves her, who am I to stand in her way, so I'm trying to do the right thing. Shoot me. I'm kidding. Don't -- don't shoot me.
Owen: I understand your motives, but it's too late. You can't help her now.
Melanie: What do you mean?
Owen: It's over for you two.
I hate these glasses! Now, is that box filled in? Is "cremated" filled in, or is that just a big, fat ink blot?! Oh, God. I'm gonna have to wait till the family contacts me. Until such time... I'm gonna store this stiff in a drawer. You just wait for Owen.
Philip: [Thinking] It looks like I finally caught a break.
Victor: Well, what the hell are you doing here?
Chloe: Mm. Hello to you, too. Where's Lucas?
Victor: The invitation wasn't extended to include the village slut.
Chloe: [Sighs] I am here to support my husband, and if you don't like it, you can take it up with him.
Lucas: There you are. I thought I heard your voice. What are you doing? Where are you going?
Chloe: I just need a minute alone.
Lucas: What did you do? What did you say to her?
Victor: Nothing. I just told her she was always welcome in my home.
Lucas: Yeah.
Kate: I shouldn't have left Salem. Chelsea was with Billie. I should have waited to go to London.
Victor: No, you needed to be with Billie. It was the right thing to do.
Kate: Oh, God, victor. We have to find Philip. We have to find Philip before it's too late.
Philip: [Grunts]
[Thinking] Think, Philip. All you have to do is unzip this thing from the inside and you're out of here. Then you find Stephanie. Come on. Come on. Come on, come on, come on. Come on.
Stephanie: [Groaning]
Victor: The reason I've assembled the family, as I'm sure you've all assumed, is to discuss the situation with Philip. I know you're all concerned, but I have to ask you to stay calm and to stay out of it. We're handling the situation internally, which means no police.
Chloe: Um, shouldn't Brady be here?
Victor: Do you have a question, Chloe?
Chloe: Uh, yeah. I'm just wondering why Brady isn't here.
Victor: My grandson is dead to me.
Lucas: What? Why?
Victor: Well, let's just say that he made an unfortunate decision, and I can't afford any of those -- personal or professional. That's all I have to say for now.
Daniel: Victor... I know you're upset with Brady for whatever...
Victor: Just stay the hell out of this, will you, Daniel?
Daniel: No. No. I care about this family, victor.
Victor: Do you?
Daniel: I'm your Godson. You have taken very good care of me.
Victor: And I noticed the way you've repaid me.
Daniel: What does that mean?
Victor: Well, first my granddaughter, and then Kate, and now the town slut. Boy, you sure do get around.
Daniel: [Scoffs] Wow. You know what? I feel sorry for you -- I do. You've become a bitter, angry man.
Victor: I just call 'em the way I see 'em.
Daniel: Mm-hmm. Well, good night. I hope Philip is safe and that you find him very soon.
Brady: [Groans]
Melanie: Brady? Are you okay?
Brady: Yeah. Yeah. I'll live, I think.
Owen: Sorry I had to hit you, Mr. Black, but you stuck your nose where it doesn't belong, sir.
Melanie: He's got her. He's got Stephanie. He's probably hiding her in the funeral home.
Brady: All right, listen. Listen, man. Why don't we talk about this, all right?
Owen: No more talking. I got to get rid of the two of before anyone sees you. Come on. Get up. Let's move.
Brady: Take it easy.
Owen: Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Move it.
Melanie: I-I need by pur--
Owen: Now. This way.
Lucas: You know what, mom? He can at least be civil to her.
Kate: [Sighing] Oh, God. Lucas, maybe she provoked him.
Lucas: She didn't provoke him. Come on. Chloe's trying hard with victor -- really hard -- and every time she opens her mouth, he slaps her in the face with another insult and tries to humiliate her. I'm sick of it. Talk to him, all right? It's unfair.
Will: Hi.
Kate: Hey!
Lucas: There he is. There's my man. What's going on, big guy?
Will: Nothing.
Lucas: You all right?
Will: Yeah. Did I miss something?
Victor: Your father will fill you in later on, will.
Will: About what?
Victor: Excuse me. I need to get some air.
Will: Mr. Kiriakis, wait.
Victor: Yes?
Will: Um, the reason I came by -- I was hoping -- uh, would it be cool if I invited some friends over so we can use the pool?
Victor: Just check with Henderson, make sure he's going to be here.
Will: Uh, yeah. I will. Thank you.
Lucas: Hey. There you are. What's going on?
Chloe: Hey, I was just calling Caroline to check on Allie.
Lucas: Oh.
Kate: Could you two excuse me a moment?
Chloe: Uh, but she didn't answer, so -- you know what? -- Maybe she wasn't by the phone. I'm gonna try again.
Lucas: All right.
Chloe: Hey, will.
Will: Hey. Dad, what's going on here? Why is everyone so upset?
Lucas: Oh, just the usual drama. You know the drill.
Will: Right.
Lucas: What brings you by?
Will: I was just asking Mr. Kiriakis if I could use his pool, invite some friends over.
Lucas: Friends, huh? Anybody I know?
Will: I doubt it.
Lucas: Why would you bring them here? It must be somebody you want to impress.
Will: "Impress"?
Lucas: Yeah -- impress -- you know, like a girl -- like the girl who was at your baseball game -- that girl.
Mia: "Go back home and --" why would I want to live with my mother? Why would you even suggest that?
Jamie: 'Cause it's free.
Mia: It's a horrible idea.
Jamie: Either you go there or you're on your own.
Mia: Thank you, Jamie. Thank you for being so understanding. It's really good to know you're here for me.
Jamie: Mia, come on. It's not like I can afford to pay your rent for you. I've got money issues myself.
Mia: I know that. It's okay. I just don't know what I'm gonna do.
Jamie: I wish I could help. I'm really sorry, Mia. I'll see you later, okay?
Maggie: Hey, Mia.
Mia: Uh, Mrs. Horton. Hi. It's nice to see you again.
Maggie: Honey, are you all right?
Mia: Yeah. No, I'm fine. It's -- it's nothing.
Maggie: [Exhales deeply] Mia, listen. I-I realize that I don't really know you. I mean, we have talked, you've been to my house. But I can tell -- it's not nothing. Do you want to tell me what's going on?
Chloe: Caroline, thanks again for watching Allie. I really appreciate it.
[Chuckles] Great. Yeah, I'm gonna come pick her up soon. Would an hour be okay? Great. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah, you too. Bye-bye.
Victor: The poor child.
Chloe: Excuse me?
Victor: You know, I used to feel sorry for Allie because she was the spawn of Sami and your new genius husband. But now, with you as a stepmother, boy, the cards are really stacked against her.
Chloe: Allie is a very happy little girl.
Victor: Really? The last time I saw her, she was bawling her head off.
Chloe: Excuse me.
Victor: She'll cheer up, though, as soon as her father smartens up and dumps the wicked stepmother.
Chloe: [Scoffs] You know, not only are you mean and nasty, you're completely crazy. Do you know that? Even Lucas agrees you're a complete mental case.
Victor: Oh, well, take the source. He married you.
Chloe: [Scoffs] Lucas and I are gonna spend the rest of our lives together, because I love him with all my heart.
Victor: And how many men have you told that to -- 10, 20, 100?
Chloe: God, I despise you.
Victor: Was it something I said?
Kate: Are you all right?
Daniel: Just rattled.
Kate: Well, victor was out of line. He's been making a practice of that lately.
Daniel: Yeah. Well, Brady's a good man, and if he raised some sort of alarm about this thing with Philip, I'm sure he's had good reason.
Kate: I'm gonna go make myself a drink. Could I get you something?
Daniel: No. No, I'm good. Thanks.
[Sighs] Oh, hey. Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold it. Slow down. What's wrong?
Chloe: Everything. I can't take it any more.
Mia: My cousin just hit me with some really bad news. I might have to leave Salem and quit school.
Maggie: [Gasps] Oh, sweetheart.
Mia: But I can't. I mean, I've made all these friends here, and it's almost summer break. My life is here now. I can't just leave.
Maggie: I am so sorry, Mia.
Mia: How am I gonna tell him?
Maggie: "Him"? You mean will?
Mia: He's been so nice to me, and if I leave, I'll never know what might have happened. He'll forget about me.
Maggie: Oh. Oh, Mia, no. Of course he won't. Who could forget you?
Lucas: Come on. Are we talking about the girl from your baseball game? I saw her. She was cute.
Will: Well, what -- dad, ew -- what? Gr-- come on.
Lucas: What? Come on. I heard her rooting for you. "Come on, will! Play hard! Run fast! Come on, will! Yeah!" Are you interested?
Will: Dad, I'm not interested in anyone, okay? We're just friends.
Lucas: All right. Why are you turning red?
Will: What? No, I'm not.
Lucas: You look a little red to me. I think you got a crush.
Will: You know what? Remind me never to talk to you about girls ever again.
Lucas: Relax. I'm having fun with you, all right? What did you do, lose your sense of humor or something?
Will: [Sighs] I got to go call someone. I'll see you later.
Lucas: Don't be like that. Come on. Sorry!
Owen: All right. Move over. Move over. All right. Come on. Inside. Let's go.
Brady: Oh, come on. You can't be serious. What the hell is this?
Owen: Well, why not? You should feel right at home in your family crypt. Lots of fresh-cut flowers everywhere -- it's beautiful.
Melanie: Really? You're gonna lock us in here?
Owen: And since no one ever hardly comes to visit the dead very often, the two of you are gonna have a lot of quiet time together, okay? So, uh, enjoy, yeah?
Melanie: Are --
[Door closes]
Melanie: Oh, my God.
Stephanie: [Groaning]
Philip: Stephanie? Stephanie, is that you? Stephanie? Stephanie, is that you? Stephanie? Stephanie?
Chloe: He's just so evil, Daniel. He's sadistic and mean.
Daniel: Come on. Come on. Come on. You cannot let victor get to you.
Chloe: Well, just when I think everything's going my way, everything just starts to fall apart.
Daniel: Shh! Come here. Come on. Hey.
[Exhales deeply] Hey. Shh! Shh!
Kate: [Scoffs]
Brady: It's locked from the outside.
Melanie: Th-- so there's got to be another way out of here.
Brady: There's not. I've looked.
Melanie: Oh, my God. Brady, we're gonna die in here.
Brady: Melanie, don't -- don't start with that, okay? We're gonna be found.
Melanie: How do you know?
Brady: I promise you. Trust me.
Melanie: I -- tr-- we're gonna die.
Brady: We're gonna be found because of you, actually.
Melanie: Because of me?
Brady: Yeah. You dropping your hospital badge out there -- that was actually brilliant.
Melanie: I-I don't know. What if somebody thinks it's trash? Oh. Wait a minute.
Brady: What?
Melanie: I have -- ha ha ha ha! Maybe Owen isn't as smart as he wants us to think he is.
Brady: Melanie, there's -- you're not gonna get reception in here. The walls are too thick.
Melanie: I don't know. It's worth a shot.
Brady: Melanie, this crypt is at the bottom of a hill. There's no cell towers anywhere.
Melanie: Okay. You're right. There's no reception. And Owen was right, too. Nobody ever comes down here.
Brady: What about Philip?
Melanie: Uh, Philip's in a body bag -- in a morgue. And, uh, if somebody discovers him, he's as dead as we are, so...
Brady: All right. Well, don't count him out, all right? He's -- he's resourceful at times, okay? I mean, we got to focus here.
Melanie: No. What we need is a jackhammer. Hello in there. Um, I'm sorry that nobody comes to visit you very often, but, uh, we're here now, and, uh, we might be permanently moving in.
Oh, Owen. Why can't you be more like your brother? Owen, where have you been?
Owen: Out.
Where?
Owen: Out, out, out. Why? What's the big deal?
A corpse has just been delivered here -- out of the blue.
Owen: Really?
