Sorry, miss.
Chloe: Oh. Oh, it's okay.
[Cellphone rings]
Hope: Hey, Bo. What did you find out? A pro. No surprise there. Hey, do we have a 20 on this guy? South America? Well, what about the authorities down there? Oh, great. Well, your brother was almost shot dead and we still don't have any leads. No, wait a second. Maybe there is a way. No, no, no. Let me take a crack at Stefano myself. Okay. Bye.
E.J.: Hey, did you get my voicemail?
Nicole: Uh, well, no. I didn't have a chance to check it yet. I just gave Sydney her bath.
E.J.: Listen, my father's gone away for a few days.
Nicole: Oh. Really? Where'd he go?
E.J.: Doesn't matter. We can talk about that later, but, uh, nobody can know that. You understand? Nobody.
Nicole: All right. I mean, who am I gonna tell anyway? So, uh, when you coming home?
E.J.: Um, I'll be back in a little bit. I've just got a couple of errands to run. Give Sydney a kiss for me.
Nicole: Okay, I will.
E.J.: All right, be back in a bit.
Nicole: I love you. Hey, you. Hey, monkey. Are you sitting up? How's my girl? Mwah! Ooh, that is from your daddy. Yeah.
Nicole: I mean it, Mia. You can see the baby today, and then that is it, okay? You have to swear to me, and then you won't bother us again.
Mia: Fine. Please. Please let me hold her.
Nicole: [Sighs] Well, at least that's one problem solved. Hey, you. Huh? Finally, huh? Finally.
Announcer: Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives.
Will: Yo, what's up?
Mia: Oh, nothing.
Will: Well, what were you thinking about?
Mia: Just seeing Grace earlier. That baby is so sweet. I can't believe how good she is.
Will: Yeah. Yeah, she's pretty cool.
Mia: You know, it wasn't only Grace. This is fun, too. Hanging out -- you and me.
Will: Yeah, I know. I-I mean, yeah, yeah. It is, definitely. Listen, so, I was, uh, thinking that there's something else that we could do that's fun. I mean, if you're interested.
Rafe: You know how long I've wanted to be with you like this?
Sami: [Breathless] Why didn't you say something?
Rafe: 'Cause I didn't think that...
Sami: You didn't think what?
Rafe: I didn't think you wanted to.
Sami: I do. I do.
Will: Anyway, this would, uh, be on Thursday. Actually, a week from Thursday.
Mia: Oh. So next week.
Will: Yeah. It's our first home game of the season, so... I mean, I know we were joking earlier about how you hate baseball, but we have a really killer team this year, so the game shouldn't be, uh, too boring. I mean, unless you got something else to do, you know, but don't sweat it. I mean, I was just asking 'cause, you know, it'd be a great way for you to meet some new kids from school.
Mia: Yeah, sounds like fun.
Will: Really? Okay, well, um, I mean, I can pick you up or I could meet you there, if that's easier.
Mia: No, we could -- we could go together.
Will: Okay, cool.
Mia: But, anyway, we have a while to figure it out.
Will: Yeah, no, you're totally right. We should just, uh --
Mia: Talk about it next week?
Will: Yeah, sounds like a plan.
Nicole: [Sighs] Oh, hope.
Hope: Nicole, I'm looking for Stefano. Is he here?
Nicole: No, he's not, and I'm busy.
Hope: Do you know where he is?
Nicole: [Sighs] Oh, gosh, let's see -- it's Wednesday night, so he must be bowling. Or is it Tuesday?
Nicole: Come in. Well, you're either selling tickets to the policemen's ball, yet again, or this is about Philip Kiriakis.
Hope: Where's E.J.? Or is he bowling as well?
Nicole: [Chuckles] No, he's at the office. Isn't there some sort of law against you forcing a wife to -- I don't know -- give any evidence up against her husband?
Hope: So you have evidence?
Nicole: No, I -- I just mean if I did, which I don't.
Hope: And you know what? I almost forgot. You and E.J. Are newlyweds. Wait a second. Shouldn't you be on your honeymoon?
Nicole: We postponed it.
Hope: Postpo-- oh. But not the wedding.
Nicole: No.
Hope: Even after E.J.'S brother only died a few days ago. That didn't cast a pall over things?
Nicole: Of course not. The wedding was perfect.
Hope: Of course not. It was perfect. Really? Usually when a close family member passes away, people put off weddings and such until they've had time to, you know, grieve.
Nicole: E.J. And I have had plenty of time to grieve, as has Stefano. He was devastated when his son died -- shattered -- which is why we went ahead with the wedding so we could break up some of the sadness.
Hope: Of course.
Nicole: Look, my brother-in-law was a very special person in our lives. And in no way did we disrespect him by having this wedding. I am ecstatic to be Mrs. E.J. DiMera. And my husband and I are very much in love and devoted to each other and our little girl. And not only are we soul mates, but we are husband and wife forever till death do us part.
Hope: You poor, poor thing.
Sami: [Laughs]
[Knock on door] Oh, my God.
[Speaks indistinctly]
Rafe: They'll go away.
Sami: What if -- oh, God. What if it's will? I have to get it. He might have locked himself out.
Rafe: Oh, come on.
Sami: I promise it'll be quick. Okay, I promise.
Rafe: Okay. Quick.
Sami: Right, I will. Ooh! Where's my sweater? Oh, God. My ha-- oh, God.
Rafe: Here. Sami.
Sami: Ooh. Thank you. Here. Okay. Just a second. Hi. Oh, oh, my God. E.J.
Brady: Hey. I'm sorry about that. I talked to that guy's supervisor. It's not gonna happen again. You're on the list. Everything's cool.
Chloe: Hey, what happened to your face?
Brady: Oh, um, no big deal. Nothing, nothing. Anyway, I heard Philip is asleep right now.
Chloe: Oh.
Brady: So Daniel said he was -- he was up for a while 'cause he had a lot of visitors today.
Chloe: Okay, well, I guess I'll just come back later then.
Brady: Probably be best, actually.
Chloe: Hey, you know, Brady, you didn't have to come to my rescue like that before. I could have handled it myself.
Brady: [Chuckles] I know, I know. But we're friends, right? I heard that friends stick up for each other. That's what they do.
Chloe: Well, then, thank you, friend.
Brady: [Chuckles] What'd you get him anyway?
Chloe: Oh, just some "mad Libs," the latest issue of
the onion.
Brady: The on-- I love that publication.
Chloe: I know, so does Philip.
Brady: I know he does. He quotes it all the time.
Chloe: I still can't believe that we almost lost him.
Brady: Those damn DiMeras.
Chloe: Well, you know that Nicole is one of them now.
Brady: So what?
Chloe: So that must be kind of hard on you.
Brady: Why would that be hard on me? I mean, that doesn't affect me at all.
Chloe: Oh, come on, Brady.
Brady: Come on what? What?
Chloe: Like I don't know that you're in love with her.
Brady: I am not in love with Nicole. Not anymore.
Nicole: How dare you insult me like that. I'm trying to do you a favor here.
[Sydney crying] Oh, great. Now Sydney's upset. Thank you very much. Oh, hey, honey. Hey. Mama's here. Yes, mommy's here. Oh, I'm so sorry to have raised my voice, honey. Yeah, you okay?
Hope: She's beautiful.
Nicole: Yes, she is. Did you hear that, Syd? You're beautiful. You love that fire, huh? You're beautiful. I'm gonna sit you right down. Can we get on with this now? I have to fix her a bottle.
Hope: Yesterday at your perfect, memorable wedding, did you notice anything out of the ordinary with Stefano --
Nicole: No.
Hope: Might want to let me finish the question.
Nicole: Why? This is a total waste of time.
Hope: Philip almost died last night.
Nicole: I'm sorry about that, but I don't know anything.
Hope: Wow. You've always lied about yourself, and now you're lying about your husband and your father-in-law.
Nicole: I want you to leave.
Hope: You've become the perfect little DiMera housewife. E.J. Would be so proud of you.
Nicole: Get out.
Hope: Then again, that is if he were here.
Nicole: If E.J. Were here, he would throw you the hell out.
Hope: That's where you're wrong. E.J.'S a smart man. He knows better than to tick off the police, especially under these circumstances.
Nicole: What circumstances?
Hope: Let's see, what do we have here? Hmm, almost dinnertime. You and E.J. Have been married for what, less than 24 hours? And yet he's out and about, nowhere to be found. What could be so important that he had to tear himself away from his new bride and beautiful daughter? Where is he, Nicole?
Sami: Look, what are you doing here?
E.J.: Nothing. I just -- I downloaded these preschool applications. I've had them in my car for a while. I was hoping that we could look them over, 'cause we do need to make a decision.
Sami: Are you kidding me? You couldn't call first?
E.J.: Samantha, I did call several times. While I'm here, do you mind if I see the kids?
Sami: I do mind, and they're not here.
E.J.: Oh, I see.
Sami: Goodbye.
E.J.: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Just give me a second, will you? Rafe, sorry. We haven't really got to know each other very well. Do you mind if I call you Rafe? Is that okay?
Rafe: That's my name.
E.J.: Okay. Um, I'm a little bit surprised to see you in town, actually.
Sami: E.J.
E.J.: Well, just one second. I'm actually glad to see him in town, darling. Um...I might have a business proposal for you.
Rafe: Listen, uh, I don't think right now is the right time.
E.J.: Humor me.
Rafe: Okay.
E.J.: As you, I'm sure, are aware, our family has, uh, been getting a little bit of bad press recently, and, uh, well, to a certain degree, the situation has become menacing, and we are looking to improve our security.
Sami: E.J., Seriously, can you just go away, do this some other time, please?
E.J.: Well, if you are looking for work and you happen to be in town, my wife needs a bodyguard.
Sami: No way.
E.J.: Can you let him speak for himself, please, Samantha? Look, from what I understand, he's the perfect candidate. He's very well-qualified. He looked after you. And from what I have been told, you're also very familiar with my house.
Mia: In español, where is the post office?
Will: Uh...dónde est*... el ficio de posto?
Mia: ¿Dónde est* la oficinia de correos?
Will: How do you say "I really suck at Spanish" in Spanish?
Mia: You're doing fine.
Hey, will.
Will: What up, dude?
Dude, so get this -- I talked my velt. Said gunner's out with a sore shoulder for at least two games.
Will: Sweet.
We are gonna kick some butt this weekend. Hi. Tad.
Mia: Hi. Mia.
Nice to meet you.
Will: Mia here transferred from, uh... where'd you go again?
Mia: Uh, Salem west.
Mia. Were you on the cheerleading squad? Hey, I know all about you.
Nicole: You think I keep an itinerary when anyone leaves here?
Hope: Answer the question, Nicole.
Nicole: I don't happen to keep track of E.J.'S whereabouts, okay? Maybe that's how you and your husband work, but I happen to trust mine.
Hope: This has nothing to do with trust. I just find it odd that he's not here...less than a day after the two of you were joined in holy matrimony.
Nicole: Okay, your five minutes are up. If you want more dirt, you're gonna have to dig somewhere else.
Hope: We already have our lead. I think you know that. I think you have a pretty good idea who it is as well.
Nicole: Even you can't be dumb enough to think you're actually being effective here. Your snide little remarks are, what, supposed to scare me into turning on my own husband?
Hope: No, what I'm trying to do, Nicole, is make you realize that you're not just responsible for yourself anymore. Look over my shoulder. You have that beautiful little girl to think about now.
Nicole: Sydney is E.J.'S daughter, too. If you're insinuating that you don't think that little girl is first and foremost on my mind all of the time --
Hope: Would you wake up? If that little girl were first and foremost on your mind, what the hell are you doing living in this Godforsaken place with these Godforsaken people?
Nicole: All right, that is enough out of you, hope.
Hope: E.J. DiMera is not worthy of your loyalty nor your love. Don't you get it? Don't you see what you've done? What's in the cards for you if you stay, if you continue in this marriage? That family will destroy you. They'll chew you up, and they'll spit you out, along with your daughter.
E.J.: Well, not to worry, Rafe. I'm sure if the bodyguard thing doesn't work out, you can always get a job as a cable guy. I'm sorry. Samantha, did you not tell him?
Sami: I'm so sorry, Rafe. I just didn't think that --
E.J.: Well, not to worry. You must be very busy, though, presently. I mean, on the one hand, you have to keep Samantha safe and warm, and then on the other, you managed to find the time to come over to my house and give yourself a guided tour. Did you find what you were looking for? Well, of course, you probably can't tell me, can you? Official FBI business. And it was official FBI business.
[Cellphone ringing]
Rafe: Ah. It's new York. I got to take this.
E.J.: Damn.
Rafe: Yeah. Hello? Yeah.
Sami: What the hell is the matter with you?
E.J.: What do you mean?
Sami: What do you mean what do I mean? Are you serious? You couldn't pick any other time to talk to him? You have to -- after now when we're obviously busy. Waltz into my house like you freakin' own the joint.
E.J.: Well, if you'll excuse me, I should be going now.
Sami: Good. And the next time you are so desperate to speak to me, why don't you pick a better excuse than stupid brochures that I could have downloaded off the internet myself?
E.J.: "Desperate"? Desperate to spend time with you? Well, I must be like every other man on the planet, Samantha, because you are so...charming?
Sami: Give my best to your witch, I mean, wife.
E.J.: If anyone should be getting an explanation, Samantha, it should be me.
Sami: What?
E.J.: "What"? Oh, I'm sorry. Did you forget? Let me remind you. You interrupted my wedding. Yeah, remember that? You rudely disrupted the ceremony.
Sami: Still gonna harp on that, are you?
E.J.: [Laughs] It's not a small issue, okay? Not only did you make a complete fool of yourself, but you almost ruined the most important day of my life and not unintentionally, I might add. And bizarre explanations by you notwithstanding, I have no idea why you did it. None. Why did you decide to try and ruin my wedding, hmm? If it's not to do with me and it's not to do with feelings that you have for me, then I can only assume that it has something to do with our child.
Chloe: Brady, your feelings for Nicole --
Brady: You know, right now my feelings for Nicole are just feelings of anger, okay? And if I never hear the words "Nicole DiMera" again or ever see her again, I think I'll be better off.
Chloe: Wow. That's a complete 180. Not that I don't think it's smart for you to let her go, but yesterday at the church, you seemed --
Brady: Yeah, I know. A lot has happened since then. And besides, I have bigger and more important things to deal with now.
Chloe: Oh, yeah? Like what?
Brady: Forget it.
Chloe: No, I will not forget it. I thought you just said that we're friends, right, and as your friend, it is my job to knock some sense into you when I think you're about to do something really stupid.
Brady: Chloe, it doesn't concern you.
Chloe: Brady, that cold, hard look in your eyes, I barely recognize you. Please don't be like victor, all right? Please don't let what happened to Philip change you.
Nicole: Who the hell do you think you are? You have no right to speak to me that way.
Hope: Someone has to, for your daughter's sake if not for your own.
Nicole: Get out.
Hope: Nicole --
Nicole: Unless you plan on slapping some handcuffs on me, I suggest you leave now.
Hope: Good luck.
Nicole: Hey. Mommy's sorry, sweetheart. All that commotion. Yeah. Everything's gonna be fine. I promise.
E.J.: Not even gonna answer me?
Sami: I gave you an explanation.
E.J.: [Chuckling] Right. You did it for the excitement.
Sami: Well, you know me. I'm ever a thrill seeker.
E.J.: And that's it? That's the best you got?
Sami: Frankly, I don't owe you any explanations, E.J.
E.J.: So why you interrupted my wedding shall just be one big great unsolved mystery, hmm?
Sami: What?
E.J.: Samantha, I'm worried about you.
Sami: [Laughs]
E.J.: Look, I'm not kidding. I'm worried about your behavior, and I'm not talking about the wedding. I mean in general.
Sami: What are you talking about?
E.J.: I'm talking about the fact that you seem to be having a very hard time weaning yourself away from me.
Sami: What?
E.J.: You and me. Look, Samantha, no matter what you say or how you try to hide the truth, the real reason that you tried to stop this wedding -- I just can't help feeling it was an indication of you wanting to be a part of my life. I'm not talking about just sharing a child.
Sami: I don't know how many different ways you need me to say this to you, E.J. I am not in love with you.
E.J.: Samantha --
Sami: No way. No how. We are not back together. It's over. Whatever was between us is done, finished, gone forever.
E.J.: Done, finished, gone. I'm not talking about you and me.
Sami: Okay.
E.J.: I'm talking about you and what's his name -- Rafe.
Sami: Oh, stop it. What? What about him?
E.J.: It -- it's a rebound thing. Come on, Samantha. I know that. You know that. The only person who's oblivious is Rafe.
Sami: Don't you dare talk about him like that. What the hell is the matter with you any-- hey.
Rafe: Didn't mean to interrupt.
Sami: You didn't. E.J. Was just leaving.
E.J.: Yeah, well, take care. You let me know about that proposition.
[Door closes]
Sami: Sorry. That was a long phone call, huh?
Rafe: Bad reception, you know. Maybe I can use the landline?
Sami: Oh, yeah, of course. You, um -- you don't have to ask.
Rafe: Thanks.
Sami: Anytime.
So, yeah, my boy goes to west. Brett winters. He's like a skater dude. You got to know who I'm talking about. He used to talk about you all the time. No? Mia here, she's like high-school royalty. She's prom queen, homecoming court, right?
Will: Who'd you hang out with at west?
Mia: I don't know. Whoever.
Will: Dude, isn't that where Mr. Jackson transferred? Dude, oh, he taught geometry. You must have known him.
Mia: Nope.
Will: You did go to school there, right?
Mia: Yeah, yeah, I did for a little while and then I left. So, you're on the baseball team, too, right? What position do you play?
Brett is gonna die when I tell him I talked to you. Seriously, he had the biggest crush on you. You know who I'm talking about, right? Brett winters -- skater dude.
Mia: No. No, I don't.
E.J.: Hey.
Nicole: Hey, you're home.
E.J.: Yep. Is Sydney awake?
Nicole: Ah, she's out like a light.
E.J.: Oh, that's a shame. I was hoping to tuck her in.
Nicole: Yeah, well, she's, uh, tired.
E.J.: Tired?
Nicole: Yeah.
E.J.: She had a big night?
Nicole: She did have a big night.
E.J.: [Chuckles]
Nicole: But it wasn't her. It was, uh -- it was me. She senses things, you know, when I'm upset.
E.J.: Well, why are you upset? What happened?
Nicole: Hope stopped by.
E.J.: Did she? Did she come to drop off her wedding gift?
Nicole: No. She asked a bunch of questions about you and Stefano. But don't worry. I didn't say a word.
E.J.: Good girl.
Nicole: You know, you never did tell me where your father went.
E.J.: [Clears throat] He's gone away for a little bit of -- some medical treatment, but that's between you and me, okay?
Nicole: Yeah, okay. We've established that. That everything in this house is one big secret.
E.J.: Shh. Do you hear that? Did you hear that?
Nicole: No.
E.J.: Shh, listen. Silence. We're alone. Just you and me. My father's gone. Mary has the night off. I wonder what we should do with this amazing opportunity.
Nicole: Well, what did you have in mind?
E.J.: Oh, I have something.
[Whispers indistinctly]
Nicole: [Chuckles] Interesting.
E.J.: Interesting? Well, maybe we should go and give it a whirl. What do you think?
Nicole: Okay.
E.J.: I'll just lock the door.
Nicole: So, is this where you were tonight, huh? You and Samantha have a nice little visit?
Sami: So -- oh, hey. So, how did it go? Did you tell them that you're not taking the job?
Rafe: Yeah, they kind of figured that when I didn't show up.
Sami: Are you having second thoughts about it?
Rafe: Why would I be?
Sami: No reason. Good. Good. So, um, what do you say we get back to where we were before we were so rudely interrupted? What's wrong, Rafe?
Rafe: Why don't you tell me?
Yeah, I'm gonna bounce. Um, dude, I'll catch you at practice.
Will: Yeah.
Mia: I am so sorry I overreacted like that. I just...
Will: What?
Mia: I really didn't remember that friend that he was talking about. I mean, a lot of kids went to Salem west. It's not like I knew everybody.
Will: Okay, it's cool. I get it.
Mia: Okay. Uh, now, where were we?
Will: But can I ask you something real quick?
Mia: Okay.
Will: I mean, I don't want this -- you to take this the wrong way or anything, but why are you so closed off? I mean, it's like every time we talk about something that happened before you met me, you just don't want to talk about it. Why is that?
Brady: All right, I will. Keep me posted, all right?
Chloe: Important phone call? Victor? Listen, Brady, I know that you're upset about what happened to Philip, and you have every right to be, but whatever your grandfather's got planned --
Brady: You know what? You've made your point, all right?
Chloe: I just want you to know that victor has a dark side. He's mean and vindictive, and that's not you.
Brady: You know what, Chloe? I am -- I am upset about what happened to Philip, and I think whoever did it deserves to be punished, but that doesn't mean that I'm gonna start shooting first and then asking questions later, all right? I do want this done by the book.
Chloe: And if it isn't, then what?
Nicole: So, you were with Sami.
E.J.: I don't want to talk about anything or anyone except you and me.
Nicole: Could you at least tell me what's in this envelope?
E.J.: Sure. Brochures for preschool. You can have a look if you want to.
Nicole: I just don't understand why you have to go all the way over there for --
E.J.: All right? Look at me. Close your eyes.
Nicole: What?
E.J.: Just close your eyes. Good. Now... I want you...to think about... lying on a beach... the sun falling into the horizon. The water is lapping at your toes. A warm wind caresses your body. Just you...and me... and all the time in the world.
Nicole: I like that fantasy.
E.J.: Now think about... me just...slowly pushing you into the sand... and you feel my weight on top of you. You feel my lips on your neck... ...and on your cheek... and on your lips.
Nicole: Oh...my.
Sami: Great.
Rafe: What?
Sami: Obviously you overheard E.J. And me.
Rafe: Caught a bit of it, yeah.
Sami: Come on. You can't really care what he thinks. He's an egotistical maniac, and he has to believe that everyone's into him and then anything else is meaningless and a rebound or whatever he said. It doesn't matter what he thinks. Rafe, what about -- what about everything that we said to each other? Look, if I wanted to be with E.J., I'd just tell him about Grace. And I'm not going to do that, right? You believe that?
Rafe: I do.
Sami: Good. Good, then there's not a problem.
Rafe: Actually, there's a big problem. And we both know what it is.
Mia: It's not like I'm deliberately keeping stuff from you. I don't know. I'm just -- I'm just private, and there's really nothing to tell.
Will: There's got to be something.
Mia: Whatever happened to me before I met you, it doesn't matter to me now. None of it.
Brady: So, hey. How is it being married again?
Chloe: Ah, we're changing the subject, are we?
Brady: Come on. Does Lucas have any annoying habits? Does he leave the shower curtain outside the tub?
Chloe: No. In fact, he squeezes the toothpaste from the bottom of the tube.
Brady: Get out of here. Wow, that guy's a keeper.
Chloe: Definitely. I can't believe that it's been over a month already. Time goes by so fast.
Brady: Yeah. Is it good?
Chloe: It's been chaotic, but we really love each other. I feel lucky.
Brady: He's a lucky guy. And I'm very happy for both of you.
Chloe: Thank you, Brady. That means a lot.
Brady: You're welcome. Listen, uh, I better go 'cause I got some things at titan I got to straighten out before I call it a night.
Chloe: Brady. I know that you'd rather that I leave you alone about this, but I really care about you. And whatever it is that you feel like you need to do with victor to avenge Philip, please, I'm begging you, don't.
Nicole: Ooh.
[Chuckles]
E.J.: I love you so much.
Sami: Of course you love me.
Rafe: It's funny, because I thought it was all about Grace. And that's why you went to the church so you could tell E.J. About his daughter.
Sami: It was. Rafe [Chuckles] I don't know what you're talking about.
Rafe: You were hoping that he was gonna leave Nicole at the altar and propose to you.
Sami: Okay, that has to be the stupidest thing you have ever said.
Rafe: Okay, so now I'm stupid on top of being -- what was it -- oblivious?
Sami: He shouldn't have said that. E.J.'S a jerk, okay? He's stupid. It's not true, and you know it.
Rafe: I don't know. The lines of truth are a little bit blurred right now, aren't they?
Sami: Okay, well, I can tell you one thing for sure that's true. I'm not interested in having a relationship with E.J.
Rafe: Well, then, why did you wait till his wedding day to tell him about Grace? You could have told him two weeks ago, but instead, no, you wait till the last second.
Sami: Because I wasn't sure, all right? You know very well that I was wavering about what to do.
Rafe: The only thing that I'm actually confused by is why you thought that he would even call off his wedding. So you have another kid with him -- big deal.
Sami: [Scoffs]
Rafe: He has a child with Nicole, too, you know. But then it started to make more sense. See, the only way that he was gonna leave Nicole when you told him about Grace is if he actually was in love with you.
Sami: Which obviously he's not.
Rafe: Right. See, but for some reason, he's under the impression that you are in love with him. Why would he possibly think that?
E.J.: You listen to me. Whatever you have planned, stop it.
Stephanie: I want you to run away with me.
Chelsea: My mom was in an accident.
Max: Oh, my God.
Sami: You're right. I guess we do have a really big problem.
