Hope: You take a nice, long nap for Mommy, okay? Mommy wishes she could take a nice, long nap.
Chelsea: Good morning, Hope.
Hope: Hey, good morning, Chelse. What do you have there?
Chelsea: I have a chocolate-chip muffin.
Hope: Ooh, they smell delicious. I didn't know you like baking.
Chelsea: Oh, it's not like I made them from scratch or anything.
Hope: Mmm. Mmm. These are delicious. Please, don't make me eat alone.
Chelsea: Oh, no. I already had one, you know, to make sure that they tasted all right.
Hope: You don't have to do that.
Chelsea: It's fine. I don't mind.
Hope: Chelsea, please give that to me. The laundry can wait. We don't have to do that now.
Chelsea: I was just trying to make myself useful.
Hope: And I appreciate that. I really do. But you know what I'd like to do right now? I just want to relax and...talk.
Chelsea: You want to talk to me?
Hope: Yeah, I want to talk to you. I want to know what's going on in your life, your world. What is --
Chelsea: Going on in my world. Well, um...actually things are really good right now.
Hope: Really? Hmm. Well, that wouldn't happen to have anything to do with the opposite sex by any chance, would it?
Chelsea: How did you guess?
Hope: I'd know that look anywhere.
Chelsea: Okay, um...it's about Nick. He and I, um...we did some talking yesterday, and...
Hope: What?
Chelsea: Hope, can I ask you something?
Hope: Anything.
Chelsea: It's kind of embarrassing.
Hope: No, no, no. Don't be embarrassed. Just ask me.
Chelsea: Okay. Um...when... how do you know if you're ready to lose your virginity?
Willow: [Snoring]
Nick: Wakey, wakey, Willow. Time to get up.
Willow: Five more minutes.
Nick: No, no, no, no. I told you, you couldn't stay here.
Willow: I knew you wouldn't mind.
Nick: "Wouldn't mind"? Wouldn't mind the fact that you broke into my aunt's place and you slept in my bed?
Willow: Well, you weren't using it.
Nick: Willow, I gave you money for a motel.
Willow: But it's so cozy in here.
Nick: Well, how's this for cozy?
Willow: What are you doing?
Nick: It's check-out time, Willow, all right? And none of the bellhops are available, so you're gonna have to check out yourself -- the window.
Willow: Nick, I'm doing the late check-out so I have time to read the paper, take a hot bath.
Nick: Willow, this isn't funny. You need to go right now, all right?
Willow: Why are you so spaz?
Nick: Oh, I don't know. Maybe it's because if Aunt Maggie finds out that you're here, she'll completely flip out.
Willow: Well, I'm not leaving until I have a hot bath.
Nick: Are you crazy? A bath? You can't take a bath.
Willow: Fine, I'll take a shower.
Nick: No, no, you won't. You're gonna leave right now, all right? Willow!
Willow: I am not leaving. The reason why I'm in this mess is because you stole the stupid hairbrush for your guilty girlfriend.
Nick: For the last freakin' time, I didn't steal the hairbrush.
Willow: I know you did, Nicky boy, so will you just save your breath so I can take a hot shower?
Maggie: Nick? [Knock on door] Sweetie, is everything all right in there?
Nick: I'm officially dead.
Steve: Hey! Any Brady boys in this burg?
Shawn D.: Uncle Steve, that was you landing that plane out there?
Steve: Yeah, I heard I had some relatives down in this area, so I thought I'd drop on down and say hello.
Bo: That's nice of you. Does Kayla know you took this little trip?
Steve: Now, who the hell do you think sent me? She thought you dudes could use my help. It's hot in this burg, isn't it? Actually, you know, I was thinking about working on my full-body tan. I heard there's some crazy nude beaches down here. Don't tell your Aunt Kayla about that part.
Bo: Tell me something -- how'd things go with that deprogramming?
Steve: Oh, good, man. You are looking at the new-and-improved Steve Johnson.
Shawn D.: So it worked. That's great.
Steve: Yeah, no more crazy business. From here on out, it's just plain old boring Uncle Steve.
Shawn D.: Oh, come on, Steve. You were never boring. Gabby, you got to hear some of this guy's stories here.
Gabby: I'd like that.
Steve: Anytime, sweetheart.
Gabby: I'm gonna go check up on Philip's coordinates. It's nice to meet you.
Steve: Good to meet you, too. So, you keeping close tabs on Philip Kiriakis, huh?
Shawn D.: Yeah, Belle -- she's got a GPS tracking device so we can keep tabs on them wherever they go.
Steve: Cool beans. That Belle, she's a smart one, isn't she?
Bo: Nice plane you got out there. Where'd you get it?
Steve: I picked it up on Guam -- one of those airstrips that rents by the day.
Bo: So you flew from Salem to Guam.
Steve: That's right. And I've only got that baby for 24 hours, so maybe we ought to get on it and go find Philip Kiriakis. What do you say, flyboy?
Shawn D.: Yeah.
Steve: Want to take a ride in the clouds?
Shawn D.: Let's do it.
Bo: Slow down there, cowboy. Shawn's not going anywhere with you.
Chelsea: I am so sorry. I probably really should not have asked you about that. I'm just gonna go clean the kitchen.
Hope: Chelsea...please, sit down.
Chelsea: You know what? Um, let's just forget about the virginity thing and –
Hope: No, I owe you an apology, and I am sorry. I never meant to react like that. It's just that you [Chuckles] completely took me by surprise. That's all.
Chelsea: Yeah, I got that. Look...if you don't want to talk about this with me, that's --
Hope: No, I do. I want to talk to you about it, and I have to tell you, I really truly am flattered that you came to me to talk about this. But are you sure that, maybe, wouldn't you rather talk to your mom about this?
Chelsea: No. No, I would not. Absolutely not.
Hope: Why? Oh, I'm sorry. Okay, because of what happened between her and Nick.
Chelsea: Yeah. I mean, seriously, how weird would that be?
Hope: It might not be that bad, honestly. I mean, I'm sure that your mom --
Chelsea: No, Hope, I'm not gonna talk to her about it. And I need you to promise me that you're not gonna tell her I'm talking to you about it.
Hope: Of course. Okay. Um...this will stay strictly between us.
Chelsea: Thanks.
Hope: So, when did you and Nick start seeing each other again? I mean, I thought you guys had called it quits.
Chelsea: Yeah, um, we had, but then we got to talking, and I just started telling him all this stuff that I never told anybody else before, and he just really made me feel comfortable, like I could really be myself.
Hope: Well, you should always be able to be yourself. That's very important in a relationship. And so is trust.
Chelsea: Well, I mean, I definitely trust Nick.
Hope: And you have an awful lot of reasons not to.
Chelsea: Yeah. But, okay, you know how, um, you know how just sometimes you can just get this feeling about somebody, like they really are a good person, they just did some really stupid things?
Hope: Yes, absolutely. Actually, I know a guy just like that.
Chelsea: Yeah, I imagine my dad was pretty out there when you guys were younger.
Hope: For the record, he's still kind of out there, honey.
Chelsea: Look, I know that Nick has lied about a lot of really awful things, but in all fairness, I'm sure I didn't really make it that easy for him to tell me the truth.
Hope: Wow.
Chelsea: What?
Hope: That was...that was very mature, Chelsea Brady.
Chelsea: I'm getting there.
Hope: Yes, you are, and I'm very proud of you. You've come a long way in the last few months. You really have.
Chelsea: Thank you.
Hope: And that...is very important, you know. Especially since you're considering thinking about... taking things to the next level with Nick.
Chelsea: The next level. Kind of sounds like we're talking about a video game.
Hope: Believe me, it's no video game. It's real life, honey. And you have a lot to think about and a lot to consider before you decide to take such a big step.
Chelsea: Like what?
Hope: Okay, say...say you didn't want to get pregnant. And all of a sudden, you found yourself pregnant.
Chelsea: Wait a second. Who said anything about having a baby?
Hope: Come on, Chelse, it's hard to talk about sex and not at least discuss the possibility of pregnancy.
Chelsea: Well, Nick and I would, you know, use protection, both of us.
Hope: And you've discussed this with Nick already?
Chelsea: Um, no. But it's Nick.
Hope: Right.
Chelsea: I know Nick.
Hope: I know you know Nick. I know, and I don't doubt, but look, I'm not trying to give you a hard time here, okay? You know that I have always liked Nick. I think he's good for you, but I just think --
Chelsea: You just don't think that I'm ready.
Hope: I just... Chelsea, all I'm saying is I want you to really, really think about this, okay?
Chelsea: But I have thought about it for like the last 20 years of my life, and I really do think that I'm ready.
Hope: All right, then, let me ask you this. How many of your friends are having sex?
Chelsea: Are you joking?
Hope: No.
Chelsea: Gosh, um, just sit in on a Monday morning class. It's like a weekend recap of who did who at what frat.
Hope: Exactly what I thought. All right, here's the big question for you -- would you be having sex because everyone else is? Or because you really love Nick?
Maggie: Nick, sweetheart, is everything all right?
Nick: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Everything's fine.
Willow: Hey, hey, hey. Be careful, mister.
Nick: Not one word out of you.
Willow: Okay.
Nick: Okay?
Maggie: Nicholas?
Nick: Uh...coming.
Maggie: I could have sworn I heard voices in here.
Nick: You know what? It was probably Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. I downloaded a movie on my computer, and I was watching it.
Maggie: I don't know how you kids do it. I mean, I was so thrilled when I learned how to do the e-mail.
Nick: Yeah.
Maggie: Why is your sleeping bag on the floor? Hmm?
Nick: Oh, you know what? I got this horrible backache in the middle of the night last night, and I think that mattress is -- it's not firm enough.
Maggie: Oh, so you slept on the floor all night?
Nick: Yeah, I had to.
Maggie: You know what? I'll get you some aspirin.
Nick: Oh, you know what? I already checked in there. There's no aspirin.
Maggie: Well, we have some. I mean, Mickey had a toothache last week, and I stored up, so you know what? I'll get it.
Nick: Oh, thank you, Aunt Maggie. Careful.
Maggie: That sleeping bag.
Nick: Take your time.
Willow: A backache?
Nick: Willow, you have to go. You have to go.
Willow: How dense can your aunt be? I mean, you could get away with murder.
Nick: We'll discuss my aunt's density a little later.
Maggie: You-hoo, I found it.
Willow: I know, I know. You know, your hospitality really sucks.
Maggie: It usually just takes two.
Nick: Oh, thank you.
Maggie: And I'll put these in the bathroom.
Nick: No, you can't -- you can't go in there.
Shawn D.: Come on, Dad. I'm fine.
Steve: Yeah, Dad, he's fine.
Bo: Well, I just need to know that you're in the right frame of mind before my son gets on a plane with you.
Shawn D.: I don't believe this.
Steve: Shawn, it's all right, man. It's cool. It makes sense. You remember what happened on the way to Canada -- Uncle Steve's wild ride.
Shawn D.: Yeah, but you're okay now, right?
Steve: I'm right as rain, but if Bo needs a little more reassuring, that's cool. Go ahead, ask away.
Bo: Tell me a little bit more about this deprogramming.
Steve: There's not much to tell. This dude Arrowsmith -- deprogrammer – he dragged me through hell. Everything the DiMeras did to me, he undid.
Bo: It's a process that usually takes weeks, sometimes months. So, this guy was able to turn you around in a matter of hours. That is amazing.
Steve: Well, I had a can of spinach tucked away in my back pocket. As soon as I gulped that down, I was back in business and ready to save the world. Well, Shawn D.'s little piece of it at least.
Shawn D.: That's not gonna happen unless we get moving. Philip -- he's got a huge head start, and Steve's plane is the best way to get us there.
Steve: He's got a point there.
Bo: I said no, Shawn.
Shawn D.: Dad, come on. This is Belle and Claire's lives we're talking about here. Just let him fly me in there. I don't have time to sit around while you try to figure out if he's crazy or not.
Hope: Honey, there's a lot of pressure put on young women to have sex before they're ready.
Chelsea: Oh...nobody's pressuring me.
Hope: Does Nick know that you're a virgin?
Chelsea: Um, not exactly. Before, when we were hanging out, um, I may have kind of given him the impression that maybe I have had a little more experience than I actually have had.
Hope: You need to tell him the truth.
Chelsea: Yeah, I know.
Hope: Chelse, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. If Nick cares about you as much as he says he does, he'll understand.
Chelsea: What if I do something wrong? Or -- or what if it's, like, awkward between me and Nick afterwards?
Hope: Okay, you know what? Let's go back to my original question, okay? Can you honestly say that you love Nick?
Chelsea: Yeah, I think so.
Hope: You think? Think? No, that's not good enough.
Chelsea: I don't know, Hope. I guess I just always saw myself with someone with a bit of an edge, with, you know, that kind of bad-boy status, and Nick is just...completely opposite of that.
Hope: Opposites attract.
Chelsea: You mean like you and my dad.
Hope: Yeah. Exactly like me and your dad. You know, when I first met your dad, he...he was everything I wasn't looking for. You know, a real tough guy. But my point is, we could not be more opposite. But it worked. You know what? We balance each other.
Chelsea: Yeah. I kind of think that, that's how me and Nick are.
Hope: Huh?
Chelsea: I just mean he's so different from any other guy I've dated, and...I kind of really like that. I love that sometimes his pants are a little too short, and no matter how hard he tries to fix it, his hair is always sticking up, and...and I love that he knows corny little bar tricks and can recite the periodic table of elements. And I like that when he hugs me, I just -- I feel really safe. You know what?
Hope: What's that, honey?
Chelsea: I think I do love Nick. Thank you.
Hope: What? Wait, what are you thanking me for? Chelsea, wait a second. Where are you going?
Chelsea: Um, I'm gonna go tell Nick that I think I'm ready to take it to the next level.
Hope: That's not what I was saying. Chelsea Brady! Chelsea.
Bo: Shawn...having Steve involved with this, it's not a good idea.
Shawn D.: Unless you come up with a better plan, Philip -- he's gonna get away.
Steve: Come on, let's cool down here, boys. Let's just be rational.
Bo: [Chuckles] That's funny coming from you.
Steve: Dude, I'm just trying to lighten your load here.
Bo: Thanks, but this is between me and my boy.
Steve: Yeah, I know. And I think you and your boy could use some help. That's why I flew halfway around the world to be here. And, no offense, but I think a little appreciation might be nice.
Gabby: Hey, guys, they're 80 miles out.
Shawn D.: See what I mean?
Bo: Shawn, listen, I know you're not happy with me right now.
Shawn D.: This is my family that we're talking about here. Unless I do something, anything, I might never see them again.
Bo: And you're my family. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you.
Shawn D.: Dad, nothing is gonna happen to me.
Bo: How do you know that? What if he has one of his episodes at 10,000 feet? What then?
Shawn D.: I can't play the "what if." This is my decision. This is my risk. I know you would do the same thing if it was me and mom out there.
Steve: Hey, guys. Guys, listen, I'm not here to cause a problem. I just thought it might be nice if I could do some good after all the bad I've done. Come on, Bo. I just want to help.
Shawn D.: Come on, Dad, please?
Bo: All right, I'll go check out the weather report. Shawn, fill your uncle in.
Shawn D.: Thank you.
Steve: That's good.
Shawn D.: This is the GPS system we got set up here. Right there, that's their whole entire path that they've been on.
Maggie: Nick, relax. I'm just walking to the bathroom.
Nick: No, no, trust me, Aunt Maggie, you don't want to go in there. It's a huge mess.
Maggie: I raised two daughters. I pretty much have seen it all.
Nick: Ow! Oh, oh, my gosh!
Maggie: Oh, my goodness gracious. What's the matter?
Nick: It's like a muscle spasm or a cramp.
Maggie: Okay, okay.
Nick: Oh, my gosh.
Maggie: Oh, oh, oh. All right, okay, all right. All right, all right, all right.
Nick: Yeah, right there.
Maggie: You know what? Maybe you shouldn't go to work today.
Nick: Oh, no. I've got to go to work. I've got to go to work. I'm so backed up. I can't lose a whole day.
Maggie: At least you'll be at the hospital, that's for sure, if anything else goes wrong.
Nick: Yeah, that's a good point.
Maggie: Does that help?
Nick: Yeah.
Maggie: Will you promise me, though, that you'll go to a physical therapist or something if you have any more problems?
Nick: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I promise, Aunt Maggie.
Maggie: Is that better?
Nick: A little bit, yeah.
Maggie: Okay. All right, well, I'm gonna go fix some breakfast. Do you want anything?
Nick: No, no, no. I think I'll just grab something at work, you know. Thank you, though.
Maggie: Okay.
Nick: What are you doing?
Willow: I'm getting ready to take a shower. What does it look like? Hey, where do you keep the conditioner?
Nick: Will you put your clothes back on?
Willow: Yeah, I checked the cupboard, but there were like five bottles of gel.
Nick: Willow, you need to leave.
Willow: Fine, I'll just shampoo, but I got to tell you, this is gonna take forever to comb out.
Nick: Great. Just great. [Knock on door] Aunt Maggie, I'm changing.
Chelsea: You're changing?
Nick: Chelsea.
Chelsea: Is there anything that I can help you with?
Shawn D.: You can obviously see by the GPS that they're headed towards Australia.
Steve: Oh, I've been there.
Bo: Hey, Gabby, you got a second?
Gabby: Yeah, sure. What's up?
Bo: I need your help.
Gabby: Is there some problem with Steve? I thought you guys were friends.
Bo: Yeah, we were, but long story, another time. Listen, my cell's dead. I need a phone. I got to call the States. It's important.
Chelsea: Okay, I know that you're late for work and everything, but this couldn't wait.
Nick: Unfortunately, it's gonna have to.
Chelsea: So, I've been doing a little bit of thinking. Actually, I've been doing a lot a bit of thinking, and I've made a decision. Oh, my God. I'm really, really nervous right now. Am I babbling?
Nick: Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea! I can't do this right now. I don't have time.
Chelsea: Wow. Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
Nick: I'm really sorry, but can you come back later after work?
Chelsea: Nick, why are you being all weird right now?
Nick: I'm just a little grumpy, and I'm a little irritable because I haven't had my morning coffee.
Chelsea: Okay, well, I think that I can cheer you up without the caffeine. Sit. Okay, it's really important, and I promise it'll just take a second. So, you know that talk we had at the church last night? [Water running] Is that the shower?
Nick: The shower? Y-yeah, it's the shower. I'm warming it up so that it's hot when I get inside of it.
Chelsea: Nick, you're wasting like gallons of water. Did you not see the Al Gore movie? And what about Sami's wedding? Did you not learn a thing about protecting the environment?
Nick: Whoa! Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Um [Chuckles] you can't go in there.
Chelsea: Why not?
Nick: My...unmentionables.
Chelsea: Your what?
Nick: [Chuckling] They're on the floor, and they're really embarrassing.
Chelsea: Okay, um, first of all, I cannot believe that you just called them your unmentionables. And second of all, nothing is as embarrassing as those.
[Telephone rings]
Hope: Hello?
Bo: Hey, Fancy Face.
Hope: Oh, Bo. Thank God. It is so good to hear your voice. Did you find Shawn? Is he okay?
Bo: Yeah, yeah, he's here with me at the hotel. He's fine.
Hope: Thank God. Can I talk to him?
Bo: I'm sorry. I'm in a hurry. We don't have much time. Philip left the island with Belle and Claire.
Hope: Oh, my God, no.
Bo: He...he chartered the fastest boat he could find, and we think he's headed to Australia.
Hope: Shawn must be going out of his mind.
Bo: Yeah, it hasn't been easy. But here's the kicker -- Steve arrived here on the island.
Hope: Steve? Steve's in Tinda Lao?
Bo: Yeah. I don't suppose Kayla knows.
Hope: No, not as far as I know. Oh, my gosh. We were all wondering what happened to him after they took him.
Bo: After who took him where?
Hope: Brady, after you left, Steve was at the hotel with Kayla and the deprogrammer, and a couple of guys broke in and kidnapped him.
Bo: Oh, damn. It had to be Wells.
Hope: That's exactly what the police think, too. Roman's been looking everywhere for him.
Bo: Hey, listen, I need you to talk to Kayla for me.
Hope: Okay.
Bo: Find out how Steve's doing, I mean, if he can be trusted, because at the moment, he's our best chance at rescuing Belle and Claire.
Hope: Okay, give me about a half-hour. I'll call you back.
Bo: Thanks, Fancy Face. I love you.
Hope: I love you, too. Be careful.
Bo: Steve, my man...I got a bad feeling about you.
Nick: Peeky peek, huh? What are you looking at?
Chelsea: You know, Nick, you actually look pretty hot in those boxers.
Nick: Yeah, right.
Chelsea: No, I mean it. You are, like, seriously drool material. Who knew? And I can't wait to find out what unmentionables you have on the bottom of your floor.
Nick: No, Chelsea, Chelsea. Do you hear that? Is that your phone?
Chelsea: I don't hear anything.
Nick: Oh, it must be my phone. [Sighs] Great. It's, uh, it's work. I'm so, so late. I'm sorry. You know what? Let's just -- I'm sorry. We're gonna have to reschedule some other time, all right?
Chelsea: Nick.
Nick: I'm sorry. Is it okay if you come back later after work?
Willow: Where is my bag? [Sighs]
Chelsea: Just admit it, Nick. You're trying to get rid of me.
Nick: I'm not trying to get rid of you.
Chelsea: I'm not going anywhere.
Nick: Chelsea, I love having you here.
Chelsea: Look, you know what? We are arguing about something so totally stupid. I'm sorry that I just freaked out. It's just I have a lot going on in my head right now, and that's why I wanted to talk to you. Is it really hot in here? I'm just --
Nick: No, Chelse.
Chelsea: Just relax, okay? I'll be a few seconds, and then we can have our talk.
Shawn D.: Okay, so, you want me to write down the coordinates?
Steve: Yeah, write them down. I had no idea he was going that fast.
Shawn D.: So, what are we gonna do?
Steve: There's only one thing we can do. I'm gonna have to drop you off a little ways in front of his boat.
Shawn D.: Do you want to try to catch him by surprise?
Steve: I guess we can wait a little while.
Shawn D.: Maybe catch him while he's sleeping.
Steve: You know what I could do? I could drop you about a mile away from where he is just to be sure.
Shawn D.: Yeah, that could work.
Steve: I think we got a good shot here.
Shawn D.: Yeah, well, that's what I thought, too, when my dad showed up. Then we ended up losing them somehow.
Steve: Come on. Give your old man some credit. You know, he's like the Mounties. He always gets his man. Almost always. From what I understand, E.J. Wells is still jerking him around.
Shawn D.: That guy's a real piece of work.
Steve: Tell me about it. Hey, didn't I hear something about the cops needing your help to nail that sleazebag?
Shawn D.: Me? Why would they need me?
Steve: I don't know. I just thought I heard Kayla mention something about it.
Shawn D.: My dad, he never said anything to me about it. If you want, I can go ask him.
Steve: No, no, no. Forget about it, man. It's okay. We got more important business here. Let's get back to the plan.
Shawn D.: Okay, so, you're gonna drop me in the path of the boat right there, right?
Steve: That's right.
Shawn D.: You know, Steve, thank you for doing this.
Steve: What's family for?
Shawn D.: Yeah, well, you went above and beyond the extra mile, that's for sure. And I'm really grateful.
Steve: You can always count on your Uncle Patch.
Nick: Where is Willow?
Willow: I am under here, stupid.
Nick: You stay there.
Willow: I am freezing. My hair is wet.
Nick: I don't care. Just stay put.
Willow: Well, get rid of her quick or I will.
Nick: Okay, I will.
Chelsea: Nick. I think I found one of your unmentionables.
Nick: Oh, yeah?
Chelsea: Now I know how you keep your skin so soft.
Nick: [Chuckles] Can we keep this as a little secret between the two of us?
Chelsea: Yeah, sure, we can keep it a secret. I'm really good at keeping secrets. I'm actually really good at a lot of stuff.
Nick: Like what?
Chelsea: Well, you know what I'm talking about.
Nick: I do?
Chelsea: Mm-hmm. You know, I've been doing a lot of thinking about us.
Nick: Yeah.
Chelsea: Yeah. And I was up all night last night thinking about if we should take this relationship to the next level or not, and you know what I think? I think...that it's time.
Nick: [Mumbling] You know what? It is -- you're right. You're absolutely right. It is time. It's time for you to leave.
Chelsea: What?
Nick: I'm sorry, Chelsea. I can't do this, not now.
Gabby: So, did you get that phone call made?
Bo: Yeah, I'm waiting for a return call. Gabby, um...I need to talk to Shawn alone.
Gabby: Steve's been sticking pretty close to him, huh?
Bo: Yeah, like they're joined at the hip.
Gabby: Well, I'm pretty good at distracting people.
Bo: That'd be great. You be careful.
Gabby: I'm always careful.
Bo: Thanks.
[Doorbell rings]
Hope: Adrienne, oh, thank God. Thank you so much for coming right over.
Adrienne: I was surprised to hear from you. What's going on?
Hope: Well, actually, I'm looking for Kayla. Stephanie said that you met with her last night. Any idea where she went? I keep trying to call her on her cellphone, but she doesn't answer. Adrienne.
Adrienne: I'm sorry, Hope.
Hope: You're sorry. I don't understand. Why are you sor-- where's Kayla?
Adrienne: I can't tell you that.
Hope: What do you mean you can't tell me? Adrienne, it's extremely important that I talk to her. Bo called this morning from Tinda Lao. Steve's there.
Adrienne: Is he okay?
Hope: I don't know. I don't have a lot of information. That's why I'm trying to get in touch with Kayla.
Adrienne: What do you mean?
Hope: Bo thinks there's a chance that Steve's dangerous. We're worried about Shawn. You know something, don't you? Adrienne, Adrienne, my God, tell me. What is it? Please, you have to tell me.
Gabby: So, what's the plan, guys? When are you guys gonna take off?
Shawn D.: A couple of hours. Hopefully, we're gonna try and catch Philip by surprise.
Gabby: That's a good idea. It'll give you guys some downtime, too. And you must be exhausted, huh?
Steve: Right now I'm running on pure adrenaline, baby.
Gabby: Well, if you need a break, I can get you a room on the house.
Steve: On the house?
Gabby: Yeah, I got connections.
Steve: Do you now?
Gabby: We kind of own the place -- my dad and I. Yeah, so, can I take you to your room?
Steve: What do you say, Shawn? You mind if I take a little catnap?
Shawn D.: Yeah, man. Go ahead.
Steve: Lead the way, honey.
Gabby: Oh, hey, maybe you can tell me one of those wild stories Shawn was talking about, huh?
Steve: Yeah, maybe.
Bo: Hey, Shawn.
Shawn D.: Can you believe this? Who would have thought that Steve was gonna show up here with a seaplane?
Bo: [Chuckling] Yeah. Pretty hard to believe.
Shawn D.: I don't get it. This is a really good chance to rescue Belle and Claire.
Bo: Shawn, listen to me.
Shawn D.: No, Dad, I don't want to listen to you if you're gonna be telling me about the whole thing about Steve being psycho. I don't want to hear it. Steve is here to help us.
Bo: I'm not so sure about that.
Shawn D.: Yeah, well, maybe you're the one who lost it, Dad.
Bo: Shawn, stop. After what Steve has been through, we have to be extra careful with him.
Shawn D.: Okay, fine. I'll wear my seat belt.
Bo: Funny. I talked to your mom, told her my concerns. She's gonna get ahold of your Aunt Kayla, find out if Steve's got his head screwed on straight. If he does, great. You're out of here. But until we know for sure, you're not going anywhere with him.
Hope: Kayla said something about Steve. What is it?
Adrienne: I should go.
Hope: Adrienne, please. I'm sorry. Did someone threaten you? Was it E.J.?
Adrienne: No, it's nothing like that. It's [Sighs] Hope, I would tell you if I could, but I promised Kayla I wouldn't.
Hope: Why is Steve in Tinda Lao? Can you at least answer me that? Okay, all right, I understand. Okay, you're doing all of this for Kayla, and you probably feel very caught in the middle right now, and I understand that as well. But please... I'm begging you, okay? If my son's life is being threatened...I have to know. Don't you think Kayla would want me to know the truth?
Adrienne: I had a long talk with Kayla at St. Luke's last night.
Hope: And?
Adrienne: I think you better sit down. Kayla asked me to buy her a gun.
Hope: What? You didn't. Adrienne.
Adrienne: I know. I shouldn't have, but Kayla seemed so desperate. She said that -- she said that E.J. sent Steve to Tinda Lao and she was gonna follow him there. And that's why she needed a gun so she could stop Steve.
Hope: Stop him? From what?
Adrienne: Doing something really bad.
Hope: Oh, my God, Adrienne, what is it? Adrienne, tell me. What did Kayla think Steve was going to do?
Adrienne: Kill Bo and Shawn.
Chelsea: What do you mean that we can't do this right now? Did I do something wrong?
Nick: No, no, no, no. Of course not.
Chelsea: My God, I feel so stupid.
Nick: Chelsea, don't do this.
Chelsea: I mean, I know that you've had more experience than me, but...oh, my God. What was I thinking? You were actually gonna be my first.
Nick: Chelsea, wait. Just calm down.
Chelsea: Boy, I'm glad that I didn't lose it to you. That would have been a huge mistake.
Nick: Chelsea, listen, we can work this out.
Chelsea: No, no, we can't.
Nick: Can we talk about this?
Chelsea: No, we can't talk about it, Nick. We'll talk about it when hell freezes over. How about that?
Nick: Chelsea, Chelsea, can you just wait one --
Willow: Well, who knew you were such a stud-muffin, Nicky. I hope you didn't quit playing doctor on account of me.
Nick: You know what, Willow? That's it. I want you out. I want you out of here now, all right? You've ruined everything. Get out of here. And if you breathe a word of this to anyone, I swear to God.
Hope: Oh, come on, Brady. Come on, pick up. Bo, Bo, hi. Thank God. Are you okay? Is Shawn okay?
Bo: Yeah, yeah, he's fine. He's right here next to me. Did you talk to Kay?
Hope: I wasn't able to reach her, but I spoke to Adrienne.
Bo: What did she say about Steve?
Hope: She thinks E.J. sent Steven to Tinda Lao.
Bo: Oh, damn. So we're on the same page. Did she know why?
Hope: Oh, my God, Bo.
Bo: What's wrong?
Hope: Adrienne said that Steve's there to kill you -- to kill you and Shawn.
Bo: So my suspicions were right. Steve wants to kill us.
Maggie: Hey, either you got a secret lover, Nick, or just a kinky little secret.
Chelsea: Stay with Aunt Maggie and live like a monk.
Nick: No, thank you.
Chelsea: Or you could move out and get your own place.
Shawn D.: I'm getting on that plane.
Bo: No, you're not. You do and you'll die.
Philip: Claire and I aren't going back to Salem until I'm the only father she knows and the only one she recognizes.
