Doug: Well, now, look, we all know that this is a very awkward, difficult situation.

Julie: Yes, and it all could've been avoided if anybody had listened to me. Or Celeste, for that matter. She said that Maggie was still alive. But, no, nobody listened... except maybe Bonnie. And she hustled you off to the Justice of the Peace before Maggie could come back from the dead.

Bonnie: Oh, do I want to hear that explanation in a court of law. I didn't force Mickey to do anything. He married me of his own free will. Didn't you, dumpling?

Mickey: Yes.

Maggie: And you married me all those years ago and swore that we would love each other till death do us part.

Bonnie: And, honey, legally, you are dead. And legally, I'm Mrs. Mickey Horton.

Julie: Uncle Mickey, you are a lawyer. Clearly, Maggie is not dead. So just annul this sham of a marriage, and go back to your happy marriage with your one true love.

Mickey: I'm sorry. I just... can't do that.

Bo: Hey.

Billie: Hey, Bo.

Bo: I got here as soon as I could.

Billie: Good. Where's Hope? I thought she'd be with you.

Bo: She didn't want to come. She's got a bad feeling about what's on that disk.

Billie: Yeah, well, her bad feeling was right on.

Bo: Yeah? What do you have?

Billie: All right, just keep in mind this was all downloaded from Tony’s mainframe computer on the island. It was encoded and encrypted, but I finally cracked it. And you're not gonna believe what's on this thing.

Lexie: Brandon, what are you still doing here? Abe's been transferred to the clinic. There's no point in you hanging around.

Brandon: Well, I saw you crying when the ambulance pulled away. I'm so sorry you guys have to be separated again.

Lexie: Yeah. He'll be home soon. If I could take Theo, I would go be with him, but Abe and I decided it's a sacrifice we have to make. You know, the eye clinic is his only chance of regaining his eyesight.

Brandon: Mm, I know. Thank God he's married to a doctor. You always know exactly what to do to make sure he gets the best care.

Lexie: I don't know about that. Right now, I just -- I just feel so helpless, Brandon, you know? I just -- I wish the tests had shown us something concrete. Your father was in a pretty severe tidal wave. He suffered some severe head trauma. I just hope there's nothing else wrong with him.

Brandon: Yeah, well, until we find out, I want to be here for him.

Lexie: Thank you.

Tek: Lexie.

Lexie: Tek, is something wrong?

Tek: We just got news about Roman and Marlena and the others who are missing.

Sami: Well? Come on, Kate, what did Brady say? Where did they find my parents? Is Grandma Caroline with them? What about everybody else?

Kate: Sami, I never said that they found anyone. What I said was that Brady was at sea, and he talked to me on a satellite phone. And he said they found something, and they're sending it back to Salem. And then I lost the connection.

Sami: Yeah, but it has to be my mom and dad. What else could it be, right? Brady just didn't say anything because he wants to surprise us.

Belle: Sami, I don't think Brady would do that.

John: Belle's right. I wouldn't get your hopes up right now.

Kate: Sami, I didn't get the impression that it was good news.

Sami: Well, that's because you don't want them to be found, do you, Kate?

Lucas: Enough of that.

Sami: Forget it, Lucas. I just -- I just can't wait for my parents to come home because then these two are gonna get what they deserve. And my parents are finally gonna be together.

Hope: I'm afraid that's not going to happen.

Belle: What is that?

Roman: [Groans] Doc? Doc, wake up. Doc...Doc, wake up. Wake up. Are you all right? Are you all right? Are you okay?

Marlena: Oh, my gosh. What happened?

Roman: I don't know. But somehow, we wound up on this floor. And I don't know what the hell this is we're wearing.

Marlena: Our rescuers have left us. And there's no reason to think they'll ever come back. Oh, my gosh, Roman. We could be held captive by Tony forever.

Bo: Damn, Billie. You hit the mother lode. This disk contains the entire financial and criminal history of the DiMeras.

Billie: Mm-hmm, yep. Along with a list of the DiMera holdings, fronts for the illegal operations... employees, politicians, and industrialists who are on their payroll.

Bo: This is incred-- look at this. It goes all the way back to when Roman and then Marlena were taken prisoner by Stefano.

Billie: I haven't heard anything about other survivors yet, have you?

Bo: No, not a thing. Hey, the chronicle of the pawns'... mercenary train-- you know what? This could tell us about John's past. You find anything else?

Billie: No. No, but there were some obvious deletions. I'm just hoping the computer team at the I.S.A. can recover or reconstruct -- and I'm very thankful that this disk was not destroyed while we were in the water.

Bo: Yeah. Still, the amount of information here is staggering.

Billie: Yeah. Hmm. It could take the rest of my career in the I.S.A. to follow up on all these leads.

Bo: Oh, you're leaving Salem?

Billie: Yep. Unless you could give me a reason to stay.

Sami: If it is bad news, I don't want to hear it.

Kate: Then just leave, because the rest of us are desperate to know what happened to the people we love.

Belle: What did Brady find? What's in the bag?

Hope: Lucas, could you help me with the table, please?

Lucas: Yeah, sure.

Hope: Thank you. This was... was all they dredged up from the ocean where the boat and the rafts were sunk by the tidal wave. Brady was there when it

was all recovered.

Sami: Well, wait, that's just a bunch of old clothes. I mean, they could belong to anyone.

Belle: Yeah, Sami’s right. Those clothes don't mean anything.

John: Oh, my God. This...was the shirt Marlena was wearing when she left me on the raft.

John: This was Roman's shirt.

Sami: [Sobs]

Kate: Oh, no.

Hope: Brady also I.D.'D some articles of clothing that belonged to Victor and Caroline. I...recognize Jack's backpack.

Sami: It still doesn't prove anything, okay? I mean, just because you found their clothes does not mean that they are dead.

Hope: I want to believe that, too, Sami, but... these are bloodstained. The police lab are comparing them against the hospital records of everyone who's still missing.

Belle: And if the bloods match...

Sami: No. Look, Belle, we just can't think like this, okay? I won't believe it. There is no way that my mom and dad are dead.

Roman: Take it easy.

Marlena: Oh, my goodness. My arm is sore.

[Gasps] We have been injected with something.

Roman: You know what? My arm's sore, too.

Roman: Well, look at that. I got one of my very own. What do you think they injected us with?

Marlena: I don't know. It could be anything. Who knows what'll happen when it starts to affect us?

Maggie: I don't understand. Are you saying that you don't love me anymore, Mickey? And that you would rather be with our housekeeper?

Bonnie: Not anymore, I'm not.

Julie: Oh, Mickey, just annul the damn marriage. Throw the cleaning woman out on her ash can.

Mickey: Julie, I can't just annul a marriage because I want to. There have to be valid grounds.

Julie: Valid grounds?

Doug: Your wife coming back from the dead doesn't qualify?

Mickey: Maggie is still legally dead. Our marriage has been dissolved.

Bonnie: And our marriage is 100% legal.

Doug: I suppose, since the marriage has not been consummated post legalities, that Mickey and Bonnie have been -- how shall I put it -- conjugalating for some time now?

Maggie: I don't wanna hear any more about that. I would like to forget that ever happened.

Bonnie: Well, as a witness, and willing participant, I can tell you that that's something mighty Mickey will never forget.

Julie: Oh, you... trash-talking tramp.

Maggie: No, Julie, don't move a muscle. This time, the bitch is mine.

Tek: Coast Guard found a whole bag full of tattered clothing and a chewed-up backpack. It was all found in the vicinity of the area of where the rafts and the boat went down.

Lexie: I can't believe it. This whole thing just makes me sick. They were so close to coming home. They survived so much.

Tek: I know, I know. Hope's in John's room right now telling him and his family the bad news.

Lexie: Oh.

Tek: Oh, Lexie, this is just the last thing Abe needs right now. Do you -- do you want some help telling him? Want me to go with you?

Lexie: Abe's gone.

Tek: Oh, oh, my God.

Brandon: Oh, wait. Hey, hey, get your hands off her.

Tek: Hey, easy, man.

Brandon: Hey, back up.

Hope: We'll know more once we get the results of the blood test. I'm gonna go call the station.

Hope: I really am so sorry.

Sami: God, I know what you two are thinking. You can't wait for those blood test results to come back positive so you can tell everyone that my parents are dead, and then you can carry on with your sleazy affair.

Lucas: Stop it. You're making it worse, Sami. Enough.

Belle: I'm so tired of it, too, Sami. My dad could be paralyzed because he tried to save everyone from Tony DiMera.

Kate: John was the one who killed tony so the others could escape the island before it blew up.

Sami: Oh, really? 'Cause that's what he tells everybody. I think I know what really happened. John was fending for himself, and he deserted my parents, and he left them both to die.

Bo: I thought you were staying in Salem because of your family. Why are you asking me to give you a reason to stay?

Billie: Well, I'm not -- outside of work, of course. I mean, I'm gonna go see my mom, and Lucas, and Philip. But unless there is something more pressing for me to do here, Commander Brady, I know the I.S.A. is anxious for me to finish up with all this.

Bo: Okay, Shane can assign anyone, anywhere, at any time to work on the DiMera case.

Billie: But I want to do this.

Bo: You've earned the right to do this. But what kind of life is that for you?

Billie: Right now, my job is my life. It's all I have.

Bo: Is it all you want?

Roman: Tony, why were we drugged, and why were our clothes taken?

Tony: I didn't expect you to be awake already. Well, you look a little ridiculous. Not quite your policeman's outfit. Best I could do. You see, your luggage got eaten away by the big wave. Couldn't find anything onboard. Marlena, heh heh heh, looking as stylish as ever.

Roman: Tony, what were those injections you gave us?

Tony: Well, what the hell? It's not as if you can do anything with the information. To put it bluntly, neither of you are going anywhere for a long, long time.

Marlena: You can't keep us here forever.

Tony: What, on this boat? No, no, no, I wouldn't stay on this boat forever. No, no. As a matter of fact, we should be reaching our final destination very soon.

Roman: And where the hell is that, Tony? Tell us now, you son of a bitch.

John: Samantha. I understand why you feel the way that you do.

Sami: Oh, like hell you do.

Kate: Sami, the way you deal with pain is to lash out at others, and you cause them pain.

Lucas: She doesn't do that, all right? At least not deliberately.

Sami: If that is your way of defending me, Lucas, forget it.

Belle: Sami, you know what? Maybe -- maybe you should go see Lexie, and see if you she can give you something to calm you down.

Sami: Lexie? What, are you kidding? She has to be the worst doctor on the planet. Let's not forget that she's the one who told us they were all dead. She's either in on it, or a moron.

John: It's not Lexie’s fault. The victims were given some kind of a drug that made their nervous system appear to shut down.

Sami: Oh, really? And who told you that -- Tony, her half brother? He's the one who planned the whole thing.

John: I'm just glad that nothing happened to you, Samantha. Remember last year when you were getting really close to Tony, and everybody tried to tell you that you were headed for trouble?

Sami: Wait a second. Are you saying this is my fault now?

Lucas: Of course not. That's not what he's saying.

Belle: God, Sami, you are so paranoid. You think that everyone in Salem has it

in for you.

Kate: They probably do.

Hope: I've got the test results for the blood samples taken from the clothing and the backpack. They, uh, they tested positive for matches on Cassie and Jack, and Victor and Caroline, and Roman... I'm sorry, and Marlena.

Sami: [Sobbing] No! No, no!

Bonnie: Let's get ready to rumble! Come on, Maggie May, bring it on! Come on, bring it!

Mickey: Hey, hey, ladies! Hey! I will not have you both fighting over me, flattering though it may be.

Julie: Well, then, Uncle Mickey, you're going to have to choose. And ya better pick Aunt Maggie.

Mickey: Like I have said before, this is not as simple as it seems. Maggie, I love you so dearly, and you cannot know the devastation I felt when I truly believed that you were gone. I was wasting away, dear... even wanting to -- to kill myself so that I could -- that I could join you. But then Bonnie showed me that -- that my life wasn't over, and that I could look forward to each new day, and to spending the rest of my life without my precious Maggie. It's not that I love one of you more than the other. There is so much good about both of you that I love. And frankly, until this is all worked out, it is impossible and it is unfair for you to -- to ask me to choose.

Maggie: You've been married to her for about a second. I don't know you anymore, Mickey Horton.

Bonnie: Then what's the problem? I guess you don't want to be with him after all.

Julie: You're really asking for a mouth full of fist.

Doug: Now, let's just look at this from Mickey’s point of view here for a second. He's in an impossible situation. We are asking him to break somebody's heart on the spot. I can understand if he needs to take a little time.

Julie: Doug Williams, if I wasn't so thrilled that you're alive, I could kill you for saying that.

Brandon: When Lexie said that Abe was gone, she didn't mean that he was dead, Tek. Only that he was taken to another facility for tests.

Tek: Thank God. Oh, thank God.

Brandon: Not really. I mean, you would have been happier if he was dead, wouldn't ya? That way you can move in on a grieving widow.

Tek: You need to shut your mouth right now!

Brandon: Oh, I got you there, huh, super cop?

Lexie: Okay, okay, stop it, both of you. Brandon, I'd like a moment alone with Tek. Please?

Brandon: All right, fine.

Lexie: I have to tell you something.

Tek: I think I know what it is. We can't see each other anymore.

Lexie: I'm sorry. I don't wanna hurt you, but... whatever there might have been between us is over. Abe's back. He's my husband, he's the father of my son.

Tek: You don't have to explain, Lexie. I'm really thrilled that Abe’s alive. I'm gonna pray for him to regain his eyesight.

Lexie: Thank you.

Tek: I can't help feeling a little jealous, though. Having you and Theo makes Abe the luckiest guy on earth.

Billie: Of course I want more in my life. But right now, my job will have to do. You know what? It's not your problem anyhow.

Bo: Are you insinuating that it's my fault?

Billie: Of course it's not your fault.

Bo: Then why does it keep coming up whenever we have a discussion? Look, you do not have to give up on a fulfilling personal life unless you choose to.

Billie: It's not as easy as you think, Bo.

Bo: So, you're telling me there's not some guy out there somewhere you're looking forward to seeing again?

Billie: Uh, no. Unfortunately, all the men I meet are either too young, too immature, or, well, criminals. And since I don't need a man for financial stability --

Bo: You'll find someone to love. You're a wonderful woman. Someone would be lucky to have you.

Billie: Well, thank you for saying that, but it just doesn't seem to be in the cards.

Bo: Billie, I'm not blowing smoke. I mean it.

Billie: Thanks.

Bo: Last time you were here in Salem, it was a very uncomfortable situation for everybody.

Billie: You know what? That was all my fault. Okay, really, I mean, being duped by that bastard Larry Welch into helping him kidnap Hope. I-I very much regret that.

Bo: Well, that's all behind us now. And I'm glad you were here this time, even though the circumstances weren't the best. You saved Hope and me a couple of times, and for that, I'm grateful.

Billie: Well, hell, I'd be a piece of petrified wood if it wasn't for you. I say we call it even.

Bo: Even.

Billie: Well, you and Hope have a wonderful life with your family. You deserve it.

Bo: Thank you.

Billie: Okay, I guess this is goodbye. I, uh, I don't know when I'm gonna see you again. You know, finishing up all this investigation with the DiMeras could take a while, and I can't wait to get started.

Bo: All right. Goodbye, then. And good luck.

Billie: Oh, come on, Bo. I think we've been through way too much together. I don't think a hug would threaten your marriage. Do you?

Bo: No, of course not.

Sami: No, no. No. No, Hope, please. It can't be true. Please. They can't be dead!

Hope: I'm sorry. I... I wish it were true. But I was just -- honey, we can't ignore the evidence. The Coast Guard is recommending that we call off the search and list everyone as missing and presumed dead.

John: Oh, baby, I'm sorry. Oh, baby.

Hope: I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do?

Sami: Just don't touch me! You were part of this.

Hope: No, Sami, I'm sorry.

Sami: Yes, yes. How did you and John and Bo manage to make it off that island, but you couldn't manage to save my parents? Why? Because you didn't give a damn whether they lived or died.

Hope: No, Sami. That's not true, sa--

Kate: Lucas, no. Don't go.

Hope: Could I have a moment alone with John, please?

Kate: Yeah. We'll -- we'll wait outside.

Hope: Kate, I'm so sorry.

Hope: Belle.

John: What is it, Hope?

Hope: When Bo, Abe, and I went aboard to search the fishing boat, I, um, I found this.

John: My God, that's Doc's wedding ring!

Roman: All right, Tony. Why don't you quit playing games? Where are you taking us? What are you gonna do with us?

Tony: You'll know soon enough.

Marlena: Why did you take our clothes? And what did you inject us with?

Tony: For the record, I didn't inject you with anything. As a matter of fact, I was just drawing some blood.

Marlena: Blood? For what?

Tony: I just wanted your blood type in my files just in case some accident might befall you. But I have to go. Please try to relax. We'll be there soon.

Marlena: Roman, do you think that it's that simple?

Roman: Yeah, Doc, it's possible. I mean, we could just be reading too much into it. They wanted our blood samples. They knocked us out so we wouldn't struggle.

Marlena: I'm sorry, I'm not buying it.

Mickey: Maggie...

Maggie: Oh, Mickey.

Mickey: Oh, Maggie, I am -- I am so sorry. I don't know what to say.

Maggie: Well, then, you're saying you're choosing Bonnie?

Mickey: No, I'm not saying that.

Maggie: Well, what are you saying, then?

Mickey: I am saying that it's going to take some time before this is all sorted out. And until then, I think that I have the perfect solution. There are three very comfortable bedrooms right upstairs. And Maggie and Bonnie and I can each take one.

Bonnie: Dibs on the master! All my stuff's in there already.

Mickey: Maggie!

Julie: How could you? How could you?

Mickey: Oh, God.

Bonnie: Oh, baby. Oh, my baby. I know how tough this is, but I... I think it would be best for everyone if you just let Maggie go.

Belle: Hey.

Sami: Thanks for your support back there, little sis.

Belle: Look, I'm sorry, Sami, but my dad needs our support right now. He certainly doesn't need your accusations.

Sami: Your dad is gonna be fine, just like he always is. What about our mother?

Belle: We're all grieving, Sami.

Sami: I'm not grieving because she's not dead!

Belle: Sami --

Sami: They all thought she was dead. They all said she was a mass murderer. Well, I am not gonna accept anything that those liars have to say now. But I do know who is behind this whole thing.

Kate: Are you sure this is the woman that you wanna spend the rest of your life with? She is completely irrational. Lucas, a psychiatrist could make their entire living off her.

Lucas: Stop.

Kate: Even her mother couldn't help her, Lucas.

Lucas: Stop, she's just in denial, okay?

Kate: Oh, yeah, she certainly is, about a lot of things.

Sami: I can feel you staring at me, Kate. And I know that you're telling Lucas all sorts of horrible things about me.

Belle: There you go again. Sami, please.

Sami: Damn it, Belle! When are you gonna listen? When are you gonna figure out the truth about your father -- that he hated Mom, and he wanted her dead.

Belle: That is not true. My dad loves Mom, and he loves you, too. You just refuse to see it.

Sami: He's got you brainwashed, just like everyone else.

Lucas: I'm sorry, I better --

Kate: No, yes. Just go. Just go.

Lucas: Are you gonna be okay?

Kate: I don't even know what that means anymore.

Lucas: Well, I love you, okay? I'm really sorry about Roman.

Kate: Thank you.

Hope: The fishermen claimed it must have gotten caught in one of the fishing nets. I found it in the passageway.

John: Is it possible that Doc was somewhere on that trawler?

Hope: No. There was no sign of any of the missing.

John: Are you absolutely sure?

Hope: Yeah.

John: I had this overwhelming feeling that Doc and the others were picked up on that boat. Now you tell me that you found her wedding ring there? It's just too much of a coincidence.

Hope: John, why would a Japanese fishing boat deliberately hide survivors from the Coast Guard?

John: I don't know.

Hope: I'm so sorry.

Brandon: Samantha. Samantha, Samantha, wait. Wait, Samantha.

Sami: Let me go.

Brandon: I heard about your parents. I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do?

Sami: No, because nobody cares about me or my parents.

Brandon: You're wrong about that. I care about you very much.

Maggie: I think I've had my quota of nightmares for a lifetime. Oh, God, I wake up from one and I find out I'm in the middle of another. I had just -- such a beautiful picture of what it was gonna be like when I came home. I was gonna run into my darling Mickey’s arms, and I was gonna hold him, and I was never gonna let him go. No, instead, he's married. He's married to my housekeeper.

Julie: That's not permanent.

Bonnie: Mickey, Maggie did the right and noble thing by pulling up stakes and going someplace else. That's because she's a wonderful, intelligent, perceptive, sensitive woman.

Mickey: Mm-hmm. She is all that and more.

Bonnie: Oh, I know, sugar, I know. I was just running out of adjectives, that's all. What I'm saying is that she did the right thing by leaving. Clearly, it's a woman thing, and you can't see it the way I can, but it looked to me as if she maybe left because she might have fallen out of love with you.

Doug: Well, no, Bonnie. No, no, no, no, no. That certainly is not true.

Bonnie: Then again, Doug may be right. I mean, who could not love a wonderful, generous man like you? Well, I guess that leaves only one other possible reason.

Mickey: What's that?

Bonnie: Maggie saw the great love that you and I share. She realized that she's your past, and I'm your present and future.

Maggie: Well, we'll see about that, Bonnie. You can have the master bedroom. I'll take the blue room, which I'm renaming "nightmare room." 'Cause that's what I'm gonna be to you, Blondie.

Billie: Well, you better get back to your wife and kids.

Bo: All right, keep in touch.

Billie: Sure.

Bo: See ya.

Billie: Bye. The only life I ever wanted was with you, Bo. But since I can't have that, it doesn't matter where I go or what I do.

Sami: What do you mean you care about me?

Brandon: Well, I know you're in a lot of pain, and how much you love your parents. I want you to know I'm there for you if you need me to be.

Sami: Brandon, you -- you may be the only person who understa-- understands.

Hope: I'm afraid this time there is no question. We saw Stefano’s corpse, and you killed Tony, so there can't be any kind of DiMera plot this time, John. They're really gone. Cassie and Jack, Victor and Caroline, Roman, and Marlena -- they're all really gone.

Marlena: They took our clothes, they drew our blood -- I know what they're doing. I know what tony has in mind. He will somehow get our dirty, torn, bloody clothes to Bo, Hope, John, Abe -- everybody in Salem, and then they will all believe that we're dead.

Roman: Doc, come on. Who ever knows what DiMera’s doing?

Marlena: You suspected that from the beginning, didn't you?

Roman: Yeah. And I am afraid that you probably hit the nail right on the head.

Marlena: So the Coast Guard found our bloody torn clothes, and they would turn them over to the Salem P.D., And that would be the evidence to prove that we were dead. And that would also tell them that Tony was dead, too. believe that it's just another DiMera plot or manipulation. And you know what that means.

Marlena: They'll give up the search. Oh, my gosh, Tony’s won. We will be his prisoners forever now. Here we are, at his mercy.

Sami: You brought Brandon back to town to break us up.

Kate: She's absolutely crazy.

Sami: I could kill you.

Lexie: You've suffered extensive damage to your spinal column.

Hope: I'm thankful for every night I have with you.

Billie: I think I like you, Lockhart.

Patrick: There are some things a person shouldn't mess with.
