Hope: I can't leave him alone.

Bo: We have police all around the house.

Hope: I'm trying, Bo, honestly, okay? I am. I'm trying to be courageous and not to panic, but... Look, I know that if anyone can protect this family, I know it's you, Brady, but we're not talking about normal everyday dangers here. We're talking about DiMera and Lexie, who has become a DiMera. My God, Bo, she's out there.

Zack: Bo.

Hope: She's out there somewhere wanting our baby -- wanting him with such unbelievable sick intensity that I'm scared.

Bo: Wait, wait. I know exactly what we have to do.

Hope: What? What -- what can we do?

Bo: We'll board the "Fancy Face" tonight and leave Salem.

Jennifer: Whoo!

Nicole: We need champagne.

Colin: This is just the beginning. The best is yet to come. Whoo!

Nicole: [Laughing]

Brandon: That's my sister.

Jennifer: Nicole?

Brandon: Whose jets does he think he's turning on?

Jennifer: Oh, no. This can't be happening -- not now.

Brandon: It's happening, all right.

Colin: Small world.

Brandon: Is this your idea of a joke?

Nicole: Do you think I would get a room right next to my brother? I had no idea you were here.

Jennifer: But you knew, didn't you, Colin?

Colin: Guilty as charged.

Sami: [Panting]

Jack: Those gunshots were real, and that antique gun had real bullets in it.

Sami: What?!

Jack: Sweet old Iris is loaded for bear, and that's not all. Brandon and Jennifer are not on the guest list.

Sami: Wait a second. Brandon called here.

Jack: We have been set up! This is Brandon's idea of a practical joke.

Sami: Well, that book and those gunshots are not funny.

Jack: You get your stuff, we're getting out of here right now.

Sami: Oh, man. We should have known any place called the full moon...

Jack: I'll just get our keys. Then we're going to go. Where are my keys? Come on. Where are my keys? Come on, let's go. Let's go. Let's get out of here. Come on. Come on, come on, come on. Where are you? Oh, Brandon's gonna pay for this, the muscle-head. If he so much as touches Jennifer, I am going to -- come on, step on it. We're getting out of here no-- Sami? Sami, come on. Quick. Iris: Missing something?

Jack: Yes -- my roommate. She was here. Now she's not, and she didn't just disappear into thin air.

Iris: Well, of course not. I just saw her in the hallway.

Jack: What?

Iris: Yeah, I think she was headed outside.

Jack: No. Sami, don't leave without me! Sami!

Iris: [Chuckles]

Sami: [Gasping]

Harry: You're toast, Blondie. You can bend over and kiss your butt goodbye.

(Horn honking)

Brandon: I don't believe this. You tailed us here?

Nicole: He planned it in advance right down to the room arrangements.

Jennifer: You set it up so that you would be in the next room?

Colin: Lighten up, folks. We're supposed to be on holiday.

Brandon: No one treats my sister that way and gets away with it.

Jennifer: No, Brandon!

Colin: Take it easy. I'm not as devious as you're making out.

Brandon: Like hell you're not.

Colin: I heard you describing the lodge to someone at the hospital, and it sounded like an ideal spot, so I booked a room. I mean, who knew you were going to turn up on the same weekend, practically in the same hot tub?

Brandon: Please. I don't buy that crap.

Jennifer: Please, why don't you go see how Nicole is doing, all right?

Brandon: What, and leave you alone with him?

Jennifer: Oh, believe me, if he tries anything, I will scream this place down. Go ahead. Go on.

Brandon: Be right back.

Jennifer: Okay.

Colin: Jennifer? You still there?

Jennifer: Yes, I am still here.

Colin: I'm decent now.

Jennifer: How could you do this, Colin? How could you stoop so low?

Colin: Oh, come on.

Jennifer: You think this is funny, don't you?

Colin: You Americans see everything as an affront, an attack. Well, I'm not attacking you or Brandon or his sister. I'm doing what you suggested I do, Jennifer, what you claim you're doing -- trying to put the past behind me and move on. So I brought a beautiful woman to a spectacular resort.

Jennifer: Yes, you did, making sure that I would see you just hoping that I would be jealous.

Colin: Are you, Jennifer? Are you jealous?

Bo: I'm not saying we leave town for good. Only till Lexie's found and we know that Zack here is safe.

Hope: I think it would be kind of nice to be alone as a family, not always having to watch our backs.

Bo: So is that a yes?

Hope: Yes. Yes, I'd love to do it.

Bo: All right. Hey, tiny man, looks like you're going to get your sea legs. You know, I'll call Shawn, let him know what's up.

Hope: Okay, and I'll think about what to pack.

Bo: Ooh. Don't pack too much. If DiMera's men are watching the house, we don't want them to know.

Hope: Right. We don't want them to think that we're leaving town. You're right. Besides, I'll pick up whatever we need once we're out of Salem.

Bo: Yeah, spend some money.

Bo: Ha.

Hope: For being such a wonderful dad.

Hope: Good. I'll be back in a few.

[Knock on door]

Bo: Hey. Come on in. Thanks.

Abe: I just wanted to check on things here.

Bo: It's been pretty quiet.

Abe: So how's Hope doing?

Bo: Great, now that we've decided to leave.

Abe: What?

Bo: We're going to board the "Fancy Face" and take off, just until Lexie's been -- you know, till she's back in custody.

Abe: That's a good idea. I'll go with you down to the dock.

Bo: Yeah. Thanks. Appreciate that. I got to make a few calls before we leave.

Abe: Okay. You go ahead, and I'll, uh... Send some of my people down there to check on the boat.

Bo: All right.

Abe: And secure the area.

Man: It's dead tonight.

Man #2: I want to see more action.

[Cellular phone rings]

[Ring]

Man: Santos. Commander Carver. Yes, sir. Right away.

Man #2: Don't tell me -- we're finally going to see some action.

Santos: He wants a sweep of detective Brady's boat, the "Fancy Face."

Harry: If you do as I say, then you'll live to see your Dever-ox again. Now get moving. Ooh!

Sami: It's Deveraux, you stupid jerk!

[Gunshot]

Sami: Aah!

Harry: You little -- you'll pay for this! Ow! Aah!

Jack: Sami! Sami, come on, come on, come on. Come out, come out, wherever you are, Sami. Come on. Are you -- oh. Sami, come on, get in this car quick before the next round of gunshots. Sa-- wait a minute. Wait a minute. Who's been messing with my car? Oh, no. Somebody stole the battery. Now I really am stuck.

Man: Hurry it up, man. We don't have all night.

Man #2: She's heavier than she looked -- a real dead weight.

Both: [Laugh]

Man: Give me a hand over here, will you?

Jack: [Thinks] Oh, my God. Sami.

Both: [Grunting]

Man: So much for the old lady.

Man #2: These two innkeepers are playing in the wrong league.

Jack: [Thinking] Damn it, Brandon Walker. You sent us to a mobsters' convention.

Man: That's right.

Jack: I got to find Sami and help get us the hell out of here.

Iris: Cake, dear?

Jack: C-cak uh... Wait a minute. I, uh... I-I -- I saw you, um... I-I mean -- I saw you in the trunk.

Iris: You're, uh, not a man who holds his liquor well, are you?

Jack: No, something -- something very weird is going on here. I mean, you sure you're not, uh...

Iris: Watch that!

Jack: Just testing. Testing. Um, tell me, uh, have you by any chance had any news of car thefts in the area?

Iris: Your car is missing?

Jack: No, no, no. I-it's right outside. Somebody ripped off the battery.

Iris: Oh -- tsk, tsk, tsk -- dear. First your girlfriend leaves you and now you have car trouble. Well, perhaps she took the battery to keep you from following her, hmm?

Jack: [Thinking] Sami never left this house. She was so scared after those gun shots, she was all over me like a cheap suit.

Iris: Yoo-hoo. Excuse me. If you don't need anything else, I think I'll turn in.

Jack: No, no, no. Iris, one more thing. A little earlier, one of Harry's Murder and Mayhem books fell off the bookshelf up in our room.

Iris: Oh, dear.

Jack: No one was hurt, but, uh, but, uh, the book fell open and there was a marked passage, and we started to read it out loud, and I could have sworn that there was a man in the next room reading the same passage right along with us.

Iris: This old house makes quite a few strange noises.

Sami: Jack! Help!

Jack: Like that?

Iris: Like what?

Sami: Help me! They're trying to kill me!

Jack: Like that. Don't try to deny it. You heard it, too. Sami's in trouble. Sami! Sami!

Jennifer: Dr. Colin Murphy, you are the most arrogant, obnoxious man --

Colin: You are jealous.

Jennifer: I am not going to let you ruin this weekend for Brandon and me.

Colin: I'm jealous as hell of him. I admit that.

Jennifer: Goodbye.

Colin: That's not all she wrote, my lovely Jennifer -- not by a long shot.

Jennifer: Oh, why did this have to happen? Everything was so perfect.

Brandon: I'm going to kill that guy.

Jennifer: Oh, gosh. Is Nicole still really upset?

Brandon: She won't even answer the door. What do you say we pack our things and get out of here?

Jennifer: No. No, no, no, no. What do you say -- what do you say we don't?

Brandon: Well, I don't see us sharing the hot tub with Nicole and Colin.

Jennifer: Well, that's okay, because I don't intend on sharing you with anybody.

Brandon: We came here to be alone.

Jennifer: We are alone.

Jennifer: Uh-huh.

Brandon: You're serious.

Jennifer: Yeah, because, you see, we agreed to start out in the hot tub, and then we said that we would end up right here in this bed, and a deal is a deal.

Jennifer: I want to be with you right now, for the rest of the night.

Nicole: I was beginning to think my brother drowned you in the hot tub.

Colin: I figured that'll be at the top of your wish list.

Nicole: Why don't you get out of that wet towel and find out what I'm wishing for?

Colin: You're just full of surprises, aren't you?

Nicole: Ha ha. Oh, I don't compare to you when it comes to surprises.

Colin: Here's your second chance.

Nicole: Damn right I do.

Colin: I don't suppose we could work this out.

[Thud]

iris: Don't worry. I know the drill. We'll take good care of your Mr. Dever-ox.

Jack: [Thinking] Dever-ox? That's what those hit men in Vegas called me. I'm a marked man.

Iris: Okay, then. Goodbye. Oh, didn't find your girlfriend?

Jack: Uh... No, I-I'm -- I'm going to leave that up to the police. They're going to tear this place apart.

Iris: Ha ha ha. I don't think so. My Harry's the sheriff.

Jack: Well, then, he better start talking, because I'm telling you, I heard Sami screaming before. She is trapped in this house somewhere. I don't know what sick game you and your hubby are playing, but it is over, done, finished!

Iris: I don't have to take this from you.

Jack: Now, y-y-you can't shoot me. I mean, people know I'm here. They're on their way here even as we speak.

Iris: It's time to explain the full moon checkout policy to you, Mr. Dever-ox. Nobody -- nobody leaves this B & B alive.

Sami: Oh, I lost him. Okay, Sami, just pull yourself together. There's got to be a way out of here. You've been in worse scrapes than this.

[Gasping]

Brandon: Samantha, up here!

Sami: Brandon!

Brandon: Don't move.

Sami: Oh, God, Brandon, please help me! Please help me!

Brandon: I will, Samantha, I promise, but I need you to listen to me, okay?

Sami: Bran--

Brandon: You've got to press your back against the hillside. Can you do that?

Sami: What next, the ghost of Christmas past?

[Footsteps]

Nicole: You are such a sicko.

Colin: You're a sore loser!

Nicole: Pervert!

Colin: Hothead!

Brandon: Nicole! Are you all right?

Nicole: Brandon.

Colin: Superman to the rescue.

Brandon: What the hell did you do to her?

Colin: Me?

Brandon: I'm gonna kill you!

Jennifer: Open the door! What happened?! What's going on?

Brandon: He attacked her.

Colin: She threw the lamp, not me.

Nicole: Next time I won't miss.

Colin: There won't be a next time.

Brandon: You got that right.

Jennifer: No, Brandon!

Brandon: Come near my sister again, I will break your neck.

Nicole: I am going to the spa. But first I'm going to freshen up, and when I come back, Colin, I better find you gone.

Brandon: You heard her, mate. Get to packing. From now on, you stay away from her and Jennifer.

Bo: Thanks for covering for me, roman. I owe you one. Okay. All right, all right, I owe you more than one. Yeah, I talked to pop. I told him I'll be in contact with you and Abe the whole time I'm gone. All right, later.

Hope: Abe.

Bo: Hi.

Abe: Ha ha. No, everything's okay. Just came by to check up on you.

Hope: Thank you.

Bo: Roman says "hey." He's going over to Mrs. H's after we're gone.

Abe: You know, I think you need to keep your travel plans as quiet as possible. We don't want Lexie and Stefano getting wind of it.

Bo: Yeah. When I radio in, I won't tell you my exact location.

Hope: Did you hear from Shawn? I packed a few things for him.

Bo: He's not coming with us.

Hope: I want him with us.

Bo: Yeah, well, he wants to stay here, think about his summer plans and college. I said it was okay.

Hope: Bo, wait a minute. Do you really think it's safe for him to be alone with everything that's going on?

Bo: I called all the grandparents, Mrs. H. They said they're going to take turns keeping track of him. Roman will, you know, spend time with him, too.

Abe: Look, I'll stop by and I'll make dinner with him as often as he'll have me. We can watch some baseball. He'll be fine.

Bo: Yeah. He'll be fine. Is everything packed?

Hope: Bags are ready to go. They're upstairs.

Abe: Yeah, here you go.

Bo: Um, I'll be down in a minute. Whoo-hoo.

Zack: [Babbling]

Hope: You'll always be a part of Zack's life.

Abe: You know, I wish that Lexie would understand what she's done to that little boy... To all of us.

Hope: Honestly, I don't know how you've been able to be so strong through all of this. You've stood by us, even when it meant losing the child that you'd raised since he was born. I wish there was something more that we could do for you, Abe.

[Cellular phone rings]

Abe: Excuse me.

[Ring]

Abe: Yeah, Commander Carver. What have you got?

Santos: It's us, Commander. Yeah, we're checking, but it looks like Detective Brady's boat is secure. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Yes, sir. Leave that. The Commander's on his way.

Man: Something big must be going down.

Lexie: [Thinking] I've got to get out of here before Abe shows up. But where can I go? There's no place that's safe.

Jennifer: I am really sorry. This is all my fault, Brandon.

Brandon: Hey, you are not responsible for Colin. Besides, you know, he'll be gone soon. And we still have the whole weekend ahead of us. Think we could get back to where we were?

Jennifer: I would sure like to try.

Brandon: Let's see.

Jennifer: Ha ha.

Brandon: I think that we... Something like this.

Jennifer: And... I think something like this.

[Cellular phone rings]

[ring]

Jennifer: You should -- you should get that, right?

[Ring]

Brandon: You must be kidding.

Jennifer: Well, I mean, what if it's an emergency? What if it's the hospital calling you?

[Ring]

Brandon: Don't move.

[Ring]

Brandon: Hello?

Lexie: Brandon, it's me. I need your help.

Brandon: What's happened?

Lexie: I escaped from the hospital.

Brandon: You wh-- where are you?

Lexie: I'm at the dock. I was hiding in a boat, but the police started searching it. Abe is tracking me down. Brandon, you're the only person I can trust.

Brandon: I am not in Salem. I'm out of town.

Lexie: Come back. Please! Brandon, I don't have anyone else, and Abe is closing in. Brandon, please, please help me. Look, the police are going to be coming back. Don't tell anyone I called. Just come.

Brandon: Hello? Hello?

Jennifer: Brandon, who was it?

Brandon: It was that patient that I was telling you about before we left.

Jennifer: Oh, that really troubled one?

Brandon: Yeah. Yeah. Look, why don't you, uh, why don't you stay here? You know, you can enjoy the spa, use the hot tub, and, uh, I'll be back in time for a fashionably late supper.

Jennifer: You know, I would be more than happy to go along with you so that you don't have to drive by yourself.

Brandon: Well, I -- I'd rather have a reason to come back.

Jennifer: Okay, I'll -- I'll be here.

Brandon: To be continued.

Colin: I'm sorry.

Iris: Outside, Dever-ox!

Jack: Wh-what is this, the full moon bed-and-burial?

Iris: Keep moving!

Jack: Wait a minute. What are you going to do? You going to hand me over to your goons, let them do your dirty work for you?

Iris: I want the pleasure of taking you out myself.

Jack: [Pants]

Bo: Did you get a hold of Shawn?

Hope: Yeah, he's fine. He sends his love. Just needed to hear his voice.

Bo: You having second thoughts?

Hope: No, no. This is something that we need to do.

Abe: Okay, here we go. We're going to get on the big boat. Yeah.

Hope: Hey, big guy.

Abe: Here he is. Zack's all ready to travel here, yeah.

Lexie: [Thinking] Isaac...My baby.

Zack: Water.

Bo: Yeah, water. Lots of water. We'll stay in contact.

Abe: All right, as soon as I find Lexie, I'll let you know.

Bo: All right.

Hope: You take care of yourself, okay?

Abe: As long as I know he's safe, I'll be fine.

Hope: Okay. Okay, Mommy gets in first.

Bo: All right.

Hope: Thank you.

[Sighs]

Bo: You okay?

Hope: Yeah. Yeah. I was just remembering our first trip on the "Fancy Face" with Shawn. Now we get to share it with our youngest son.

Zack: Mommy, Mommy, Mommy.

Abe: Yeah, you know what? You are going to have a big adventure. I wish I was going with you.

Zack: Water. Water.

Abe: All right, here you go. Coming aboard. There you are.

Bo: Coming aboard. That's my boy.

Lexie: Oh, my God. Bo and Hope are going to take him away and never come back.

Jack: No lock. No lock. Oh... Since when is there an open-door policy for the mob? Open door. Open door. Wait a minute. This -- this is exactly where Sami was standing before she disappeared. And if she didn't go out that door, then there must be another exit, and -- oh... Forget the Sherlock Holmes bit. I'm calling the police. 911. Come on.

[Telephone rings]

Homan: Emergency operator.

Jack: Police. Get me the police.

Woman: What is the nature of your emergency?

Jack: Missing person, corpses and cars, hit men and a berserk granny.

Iris: Your location is?

Jack: The Full Moon in Ogden. Hurry, we are being hunted by homicidal maniacs. We -- hello? Hello? Oh, they cut the line. They cut -- oh, maybe they'll fool 911. There probably aren't any outside lines in this morgue. Wait a minute. There's a story for the "spectator" in this -- if I live long enough to tell it. Yeah, you're the only one who can save me now.

Jennifer: I thought you were leaving.

Colin: I'll be out of here in a few minutes. Not that you have any reason to believe me, but I won't bother you anymore. I get the message.

Jennifer: Would you do me one more favor?

Colin: Name it.

Jennifer: Just keep going. Go back to Ireland or Africa or wherever it is you came from.

[Cellular phone rings]

[Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring]

Jennifer: Hold on, hold on. Brandon?

Jack: Jennifer, thank heaven.

Jennifer: Oh, Jack, not you. Please!

Jack: Don't hang up, please. This is a matter of life and death. Lover-boy Walker set Sami and me up.

Jennifer: I know. I know all about it.

Jack: You know? About the mob hanging out at this so-called B&B in Ogden?

Jennifer: Jack, I don't know what you are talking about.

Jack: Ask muscle-head about the gun-packin' mama and her dapper don hubby at the Full Moon Bed-and-Breakfast.

Jennifer: You know what? Whatever you are trying to pull, it is not going to work. Do you understand me?

Jack: You can also tell him Sami's disappeared, and she may be dead.

Jennifer: Oh, you know what? This is really sick, even for you, Jack.

Jack: This is real, I swear. If you won't help the father of your child, think about what it will do for the "spectator." "Editor busts gangland hideout." Ahh!

Jennifer: Oh, yeah? What about "editor busts her ex-husband

Jack: Don't shoot, please.

[Gunshot]

Jennifer: Jack! Jack, ans-- Jack! Answer me!

[Dial tone]

Jennifer: You don't have any rental cars available? No, no, I need one right now. Okay, thanks anyway. Jack, if this is one of your stunts, I'm going to kill you.

Colin: Problem?

Jennifer: Go away, Colin. Darn it!

Colin: You're obviously upset about something. Could you just forget that I'm the enemy for one minute and just tell me what's wrong?

Jennifer: All right. Jack is the one who just called me, all right, and I think he's trying to scare me. He said he's being chased by some homicidal maniacs, and Sami is missing, and he thinks she might be dead.

Colin: Even Jack wouldn't kid about something like that. Where is he?

Jennifer: He's in a bed-and-breakfast in Ogden. I wrote it all down. It's inside, but I don't want to call the police, because I don't trust him. Jack has cried wolf so many times. But when I was on the phone with him, I could have sworn I heard a gunshot, and then the phone went dead. And when I called back, there was no answer. All right, and now I can't even get out of here because I don't have a car 'cause Brandon had to go back to Salem for an emergency. You know what? I'm going to call 911.

Colin: No. Wait. I mean, what if jack is just playing some kind of game? Look, Ogden's only a couple of minutes away. I'll drive you. Come on. You don't even have to talk to me.

Jennifer: All right. I'll meet you outside of my room in the corridor.

Colin: Okay. Thanks, Deveraux.

Colin: All set?

Jennifer: Yeah, let's get out of here. Come on.

Abe: I hope this works and the three of them are safe.

[Beep]

Woman: Commander, the station has a message for you from the hospital.

Abe: Well, maybe they've located my wife. I'll call the station from my car.

[Cellular phone rings]

Woman: Yeah. We're on our way. A 911 two blocks away.

Lexie: No. You can't take my baby. I won't let 'em.

Brandon: Lexie!

Iris: Move! Move!

Jack: Wait a minute. H-how did you get in here?

Iris: I had an out-of-body experience -- the kind you're about to have.

Jack: You know, you're not going to get away with this. The police will be here any minute.

Iris: Going, going, gone, Dever-ox! It's time you and your blonde were reunited on the other side!

Jack: No, please, no. Aah! Aah! Wait! Hey, what do you know? Adjoining rooms. This must be some kind of a secret passage! Aah!
