Kimberly: [Humming noise] Yeah, we're here! Hi.

Bo: Hey, Kimber.

Hope: Oh, sweetie, we're so thrilled to see you.

Kimberly: Oh, yes, I'm thrilled, too. I moved a few things around, made some arrangements.

Bo: My sister's a shrink. I still can't believe it. You know what? Your auntie there was one wild woman. 

Kimberly: Oh-ho-ho-ho! Look who's talking. Hey, where's the leather jacket, bro?

Hope: He gave it to Shawn.

Shawn: Yeah.

Kimberly: Oh, my, how grown up you are.

Caroline: Can you stay for Shawn's graduation?

Kimberly: Oh, God. Guys, I'd love to, but I got to get back.

Bo: Mm-hmm.

Kimberly: Hello there. I don't think we've been properly introduced. Hi-lo.

Bo: Are you being shy?

Kimberly: I'm your Aunt Kim. Are you married? No. This outfit is so adorable.

Hope: Maggie gave it to him.

Mickey: My wife has connections.

Maggie: Oh, Zack is almost as handsome as his big brother Shawn.

Kimberly: Oh-ho-ho-ho. You know, your parents keep me up to date with everything that goes on with you, so I know you've been going through a rough time.

Shawn: Yeah, you could say that.

Kimberly: And I'm sorry, Shawn. The last few years have been hectic for me, but that's no excuse for not seeing my family. Sorry.

Shawn: No.

Kimberly: And I know you miss J.T. So much.

Shawn: Yeah. Last time I came to church, I prayed we'd get to keep him, so it's just -- it's weird being here. It's hard to believe in all this stuff.

Belle: Mom, really, it's okay. I see Shawn at school every day.

Rolf: [Sighs] You do not call a priest in church.

Bart: Like that's the big sin of the day. Who's impersonating a man of the cloth? Who's planning to commit murder in ye olde church over there?

Rolf: No, no, no, not murder. How many times do I have to tell you? The poison in the baptismal font will only make Isaac appear to be dead. He will revive in Alexandra's arms, and then they will leave the country and live happily ever after under Stefano's protection. I am performing a good deed, reuniting mother and son.

Bart: Lex is dead set against you faking her kid's death, Rolfo. She's looking for you.

Rolf: Do not tell her where I am. Do you hear me, Bart?

Bart: All right, maestro, one last time. I don't know nothing about nothing, and neither will Lexie.

Lexie: What won't I know anything about?

John: Well, I guess it's just a fact of life for Bo and Hope. They're always going to have to be on the lookout for DiMera.

Roman: Especially today. Zack's christening is a prime opportunity for Stefano to pull some kind of stunt that could get a lot of people hurt.

John: Mm-hmm. Even though he's gone underground, we both know he's got his people out there doing his bidding for him.

Man: Ahem. Commander.

Abe: Yeah. All quiet so far?

Man: Yes, commander.

Abe: Listen, under no circumstances is my wife to be allowed in today. You understand that, Connors?

Connors: Yes, sir.

Abe: She is not to attend this baptism. If she does try to get in, arrest her.

Jennifer: Boy, this really has got to be so tough for Abe right now.

Brandon: Yeah.

Jennifer: There's my cousin Melissa. Come here. Melissa!

Melissa and Jennifer: Hey!

Jennifer: How are you? It's so good to see you.

Melissa: Good to see you.

Jennifer: This is Brandon walker. Brandon, this is my singing cousin from Nashville.

Melissa: Hi, Brandon. Nice to meet you.

Brandon: I don't sing.

Melissa: Well, it's not required. So where's Abby? Do I get to see her?

Jennifer: Jack has her today. He's going to be bringing her any minute.

Abby: Mommy!

Jennifer: There you are! Hi, baby! Do you remember your cousin Melissa?

Melissa: Give me a hug. Oh, it's so good to see you, Abby.

Abby: Actually we're first cousins once removed. Great-Gran explained it all to me.

Melissa: Well...

Jack: She gets her looks from her mother, and her brains from me. Hello, Melissa.

Melissa: Jack.

Jennifer: Obviously Jack still has a very high opinion of himself. Thank you for bringing Abby to the church.

Jack: De nada.

Abby: I invited Daddy to stay for the christening. And he said yes.

Jack: Ha ha ha.

Sami: Jack, Abby, hi.

Jack: Oh, Sami, hello.

Caroline: Hi. Hi.

Jack: Well, look, it's the man of the hour. Hey, Zack.

Caroline: Oh, no. Are you the mystery guest that Bo and hope were talking about?

Jennifer: No, hardly. He wasn't even invited.

Jack: Oh, no, no, no. Not true. Hope did call and ask me. Bo is Abigail's godfather, after all. As Abigail's dad, I'm still part of the family.

Zack: [Babbling]

Caroline: Oh, yeah, I guess somebody's looking for his mommy and daddy. Well, anybody seen Bo and hope?

Zack: [Babbles]

Caroline: No, hon.

Hope: So, finally, what did the lab say?

Bo: I don't know.

Hope: What do you mean, you don't know? You just said that that was probably the lab on the phone. Didn't they have the DNA results yet?

Bo: By the time I got to the phone, there was nobody on the other end.

Hope: Okay, so call. Just call right now.

Bo: I will.

Hope: Okay, call, because not knowing is driving me absolutely crazy. Are you Zack's father?

Bo: I -- ahh...

Bo: He's at lunch? Okay, there's got to be somebody at the office who can give us our test results. Wh-what -- wh-- all right, listen, have him call me on my cell as soon as he gets back.

Hope: And tell him it's urgent, could you, please?

Bo: Okay, bye.

Hope: Oh, God, Bo.

Bo: Got to be patient. Just a little while longer. Nice advice.

Caroline: Oh, there you are!

Bo: Hey, Mom.

Hope: Hi.

Bo: Hi.

Caroline: Is anything the matter?

Bo: No, everything's fine.

Hope: No, of course not. What could possibly be the matter? Today's Zack's very special day, isn't it, sweet pea? We're going to go inside and say a prayer in the church.

Bo: Yeah.

Caroline: Say a prayer? For what? Are you sure there's nothing wrong?

Bo: You know hope. She just wants everything to be perfect.

Caroline: Oh, no, no. I'll keep Zack for a while. You and hope go to the church and meet your friends.

Bo: Okay.

Caroline: Yeah, good boy.

[Whispering] What, this?

Roman: [Laughs] Boy, you love being a grandmother, don't you?

Caroline: Can you blame me? Look at this cutie pie.

Roman: Hey, buddy, how you doing? Hey, you know, maybe one day you can come over and play with your cousin will. Sami would like that, I'm sure.

Caroline: Oh, and so would will. That's a wonderful idea, huh?

Roman: Yeah. Sami really wanted him to be here with us today.

Caroline: What happened, Roman? Why didn't she bring him?

Roman: Well, Lucas wouldn't allow it.

Caroline: Oh, that's terrible, you know? He's part of the family, and she should have invited him.

Roman: Well, I don't think she was going to do that, Mom. I mean, it's not like the two of them are even civil with each other.

Caroline: That's a shame, you know. He is the boy's father. And she's going to be dealing with him for the rest of her life.

Roman: That's what I keep telling her all the time, but the anger, the resentment -- I don't know. It just doesn't go away.

Caroline: Poor Will. He's the one that's going to get hurt.

Roman: Yeah. Did Sami tell you?

Caroline: What?

Roman: Lucas is going to take will away for the summer.

Caroline: The whole summer?

Roman: Yeah. It's going to be

Sami: Mom, come here.

Rolf: [Thinking] If I put too much in, there's a chance Isaac will never revive. If the child actually dies, Stefano will have me drawn and quartered.

Colin: [Sighs] I made it, Uncle Shawn, but I still feel out of place at a family gathering.

Shawn: Come on now. You got every right to be here. Colin, you're a Brady.

Julie: What is Jack doing here?

Jennifer: Oh --

Jack: I heard that.

Doug: Maybe he's the mystery guest.

Jack: Why does everyone keep saying that? I did my time in this family. I think it certainly entitles me to be here.

Shawn: Hi. I wasn't sure you'd come.

Belle: I almost didn't.

Shawn-d: Well, I'm glad you're here.

Julie: Melissa! Ooh!

Melissa: Hi.

Julie: We got your CD.

Doug: Yes, play it all the time.

Mickey: Hey, now we just have to get the DJs to play it.

Melissa: Well, it's good to get away from the music business for a couple of days, anyway, especially for such a happy occasion. How is Hope doing, really?

Julie: She misses J.T. like crazy.

Doug: As we all do.

Julie: Of course. However, she has Zack, and he keeps her hopping, so she really doesn't have much time for brooding.

Melissa: So they still don't know who the birth father is?

Julie: No idea. And Bo has been wonderful about it.

Doug: Boy, hasn't he. That guy has stood by my little girl always. God bless him.

Melissa: You know, you all are so amazing. My friends are always complaining to me about their relatives. Then I tell them about the Hortons, and they all get jealous. I really lucked out when I made it into this family.

Maggie: Unh-unh. Mickey and I are the ones that lucked out.

Mickey: Oh, say that again, say that again.

Brandon: Big family, the Hortons. How many cousins do you have, anyway?

Jennifer: Oh, I don't know. I think I've lost count. But I think, uh, I think my grandma knows.

Roman: You know, Shane also told me to tell you that he will call you later so you can check up on Andrew and Jeannie.

Kimberly: Ah, the joys of divorce.

Roman: Happens to the best of us.

Jennifer: Excuse me. Kim, hi!

Kimberly: Hi!

Jennifer: How are you? It's so good to see you.

Kimberly: Hi, Jennifer.

Jennifer: I would love to catch up with you later at the party and chat a little bit.

Kimberly: That would be great.

Jennifer: I need to talk to you for a minute. Excuse me.

Jack: I was about to greet my ex-cousin-in-law.

Jennifer: Do not put a spin on your behavior.

Brandon: Is there a problem?

Jack: Who asked you to butt in?

Jennifer: Look, I know what you're doing. You're lurking. You're trying to get information on this baby switch story, and don't deny it, because I know how you operate.

Jack: My editor put me on this story.

Jennifer: I know, but I don't want you to work on it in church.

Jack: What better place to seek the truth than in church? Now have you asked your pal Brandon what he knows about the baby switch? It's common knowledge that he and Lexie are very close friends.

Brandon: We're here to witness a sacrament, Jack, so take off your Sherlock hat. Come on, Jennifer.

Belle: So, did Jan come with you?

Shawn: Of course not. It's a family thing.

Belle: But she's still living with you, right?

Shawn: She's... Staying with us. It's complicated.

Belle: It seems really simple to me. She was going to have your baby, Shawn. You're always going to have this...Connection. Anyway, you should be with your family right now. This is your little brother's big day.

Shawn: No, it's not. Isaac and J.T. were christened at the hospital long time ago, so I don't know why my parents are making such a big deal about this ceremony. It's for show. It means nothing. But no one listens to what I ask.

Bo: Shawn... We need to talk.

Bart: What are you doing?

Lexie: I have to push redial to make that fool tell me where he is.

Bart: Lexie, relax, will you? Rolf will be back in an hour, tops.

Lexie: An hour? Why would he be back in an -- the christening. Oh, my God. Oh, my God, Rolf is at the christening, isn't he? Isn't he? You tell me!

Bart: I don't know anything.

Lexie: Damn it! Okay, Abe has the church staked out. There is no way he'd let Rolf in there. But you just spoke to him. That's where he is. He's planning to fake Isaac's death during the ceremony, even though I told him not to, isn't he? Isn't he?!

Lexie: You don't work for Rolf. You work for my father, for me! Now you answer me, damn it! Is Rolf at the church? Did he defy me, go against my orders?

Bart: Rolf said that he was bringing your baby home to you. Lexie, please, he's doing this for you. You don't want to screw it up.

Lexie: No, he screwed up! He has all along. And now he's going to risk my baby's life by trying to save himself. Well, no, no, unh-unh. I'm going to stop him.

Bart: You can't. The church is crawling with cops.

Lexie: Yeah, I know. I know, and they're all looking for me. My husband informed me that they won't let me go anywhere near my baby.

Bart: All right then. Give it up. There's nothing you can do.

Lexie: Look, that's where you come in. You're going to help me.

Rolf: [Thinking] I'm afraid there's too much poison in the water. Isaac may end up dead longer than I planned -- a lot longer. I have to get to him. I must make sure nothing goes wrong.

Kimberly: You've always been my hero, Abe... But even more so today, buddy.

Sami: Hey, Mom, let's go say hi to Aunt Kim.

Mickey: Oh, yeah.

Kimberly: Hey, sister-in-law. Oh, my gosh. Oh, technically not anymore, but you know what? You'll always be a sister to me.

Marlena: Aw, honey.

Kimberly: Sami, are you okay?

Sami: Oh, yeah, I'll be fine.

Kimberly: Oh. Do you mind if I steal this woman away for a minute?

John: Only if you bring her back.

Kimberly: I promise. Come on. So, how's john doing? He seems kind of quiet there.

Marlena: Well, he's had a rough few months. He was very close to J.T., You know.

Kimberly: Has anybody heard from J.T., How he's doing in Iowa?

Marlena: No, I haven't wanted to ask. I don't want to upset hope.

Kimberly: How are you, my friend? You seem awfully worried about something.

Marlena: I could never keep a thing from you, could I?

Kimberly: You and -- ha ha ha -- you and John aren't --

Marlena: No, no, no, no. No, we're fine, we're fine. We're wonderful. We just renewed our wedding vows in Las Vegas.

Kimberly: Marlena, that's great. Aw, at least something good came out of that trip.

Marlena: Mm. But I am worried about John. He is so obsessed with the idea of Stefano. I know, I know, I know. Stefano no longer lives in town. It's just that he was clearly behind this baby switch, and who knows what else he's got in mind? It seems like he'll never quite be out of our lives.

Marlena: Come on.

Brandon: You know who this is?

Jennifer: Who am I?

Brandon: Your godmother. That's right, she can grant all your wishes, so ask for something good.

Jennifer: Wait a minute, I'm not your fairy godmother. Don't listen to what he says.

Brandon: Ask for a car.

Abby: What's it called again?

Jack: Uh, a font. It's like a fountain, only not.

Abby: It's so big, Zachary could go swimming in it.

Jack: Mm.

Abby: I hope it's not too cold.

Rolf: [Thinking] no!

Jack: Uh, no, no, no, no, sweetie. No, we don't dip our fingers in the holy water, not in that holy water.

Abby: Why not? Is it like magic? Will I get struck by lightning?

Jack: No, no, no, no. It's good magic -- healing magic. It, uh, it symbolizes new life. You know, when we baptized you, your mommy and I made a sacred promise to raise you with lots of love.

Abby: I love you lots, Daddy.

Jack: I love you lots, too, lady Abigail. I love you lots, too.

[Cellular phone rings]

Bo: Um, go on in. We've got to take this call. We'll be in right away. Brady. It's the lab.

Father Jansen: I wanted to discuss something with the parents.

Caroline: Where are Bo and Hope?

Shawn: Uh... I'll go hunt them down.

Caroline: Good. Yes.

Shawn: All right?

Caroline: Okay.

Father Jansen: I wanted to leave it up to the family to decide, but because Zack's already been baptized, it isn't really necessary to bless him with the life-giving waters again.

Rolf: [Thinking] Yes, it is necessary!

Bart: [Coughing]

Connors: Hey, hey, there's a ceremony today. You can't go in.

Bart: [Slurring] What do you mean? It's the church! I always... Take my nap in there.

Connors: Not today, buddy. Go to the mission around the corner. They'll give you lunch and a place to sleep.

Bart: Mission? What's that?

Connors: Come on, I'll show you.

Bart: Show me. Please show me.

[Mumbling]

Lexie: Where are you, Rolf?

Julie: So typical of this family.

Doug: What, celebrations?

Alice: Starting late.

Doug: Oh, well, maybe Hope and Bo are waiting for the mystery guest.

Julie: Grandma, do you have any idea who it might be?

Alice: I have a suspicion.

Julie: Who?

Alice: I'm not telling.

Sami: Hi, Belle. I saw you talking to Shawn earlier. Good for you.

Belle: Not good. More like weird.

Sami: Well, look at the bright side. He didn't bring the evil Jan with him, so maybe you should cozy up with him at the party later.

Belle: Sami, I'm really not in the mood.

Brandon: So, Abby, do you remember being dunked at your christening?

Abby: Like I can remember that far back.

Brandon: Well, I bet your mom has pictures. I'll get her to show me.

Abby: Cool.

Colin: Congratulations on your godmotherhood. Is that a word?

Abby: If it's not, it should be.

Colin: I agree. You look smashing, Abigail, as befits the daughter of a godmother. My cousin Bo made a rare good decision choosing you.

Jack: If you don't like Bo, what are you doing here?

Colin: Can't resist making trouble. Is no place sacred to you, Jack?

Caroline: If it's not against church law, I'm sure my son and daughter-in-law prefer to have the whole ceremony, including the holy water.

Father Jansen: It's doable.

Caroline: Thanks, Father.

Father Jansen: Well, it's good to see both of you on such a joyous occasion.

Marlena: Yes, isn't this lovely?

John: Yes. Father Tim, I'd like to set up a time when we can talk.

Father Jansen: Of course, john. Call me.

Marlena: Were you wanting to talk to him about when you were in the seminary together?

John: Mm. When I was under Stefano's control.

Maggie: Mickey played a big part in bringing Bo and hope to this wonderful day.

Mickey: Yeah. But I could not prevent their losing J.T.

Maggie: Oh, honey.

Melissa: You know, I believe that most things work out for the best eventually. If anybody knows that, it's me. No, Bo and hope are going to raise her son together, and that's a beautiful thing, no matter who the birth father is. Where are Bo and Hope, anyway?

Shawn: Ahh.

Hope: Uh, Shawn, hey. Um, is Zack okay?

Shawn: Oh, he's fine. He's fine, love. But, uh, how are you doing?

Bo: We're doing -- we're doing just great, Pop.

Hope: We're just a little emotional today, that's all.

Shawn: Well, listen, Caroline sent me over to find you. I mean, the people are wondering, you know, just when we're going to get started.

Bo: Oh, yeah. We're on our way. Thanks.

Shawn: All right. Uh...

Bo: Let's go.

Shawn: Yeah, yeah.

Shawn: Listen... Uh, whatever you're feeling, you are Zack's father from this day on, and that's all that matters.

Shawn: You are a Brady, through and through... And so is Zack.

Hope: Hi.

Jennifer: Hey.

Hope: Hey, sweetie.

Belle: Mom?

Marlena: Hmm?

Belle: Does it look like Shawn's upset?

Marlena: Uh, yeah, a little bit.

Hope: Jen, thank you so much for watching him. There you go, baby.

Jennifer: Are you kidding? We had the best time together.

Zack: Ba-book, ba-book.

Jennifer: That's your book. Let me see in your book. Show me. Hey, look who's here.

Hope: Who's that?

Jennifer: All right.

Bo: Yeah.

Hope: Who's that?

Zack: Daddy.

Hope: Daddy, yeah. Oh, gosh, I am so sorry that we're getting a late start here, but I hope you can all be patient a little while longer. Um, when I invited most of you here today, I mentioned that we might be joined by a mystery guest. Well, this very special day would not be complete in Zack's life without him. We have just been joined by...

Hope: Zack's father.

Marlena: Oh, my goodness.

Marlena: You know, hope seems to be mighty happy. Do you suppose the father could be somebody that we know?

All: [Murmuring]

Hope: Hey, everybody, up here, just for a second, please. You've probably noticed that Bo and I seemed a little distracted today. Well, we were waiting to hear some very important news, and we just heard. Our family has truly been given a miracle today. Bo is Zack's father.

Mickey: What?!

Hope: His biological father.

Jennifer: [Gasps]

Mickey: Hey!

Doug: But, honey, honey... You have said -- I mean, you told us many times that it was impossible for Bo to be the father.

Hope: Daddy, I know. That's what we thought, too, but then we discovered in Paris that we were wrong.

Julie: While we were with you in Paris? Why didn't you tell us?

Bo: We didn't want anybody to get their hopes up -- mostly ours -- until we had confirmation, and now we do. This little guy is mine. I'm his pop.

Mickey: Hey, hey, hey!

All: [Clapping]

Hope: It's amazing, isn't it? I mean, finally, we have a happy ending.

Maggie: Oh, no, hope, no endings.

Mickey: No, it's a beginning.

Hope: You know what? You are absolutely right, Uncle Mickey.

Zack: Ah-choo.

Hope: God bless you, sweetheart.

Mickey: [Laughs]

Hope: You're right. The beginning of our life with Zack, and a new beginning for our family. And God knows we do need it because the last few weeks have been... Well, how do I put this?

Bo: A challenge?

Hope: There you go. Right there. The greatest challenge of our lives. When J.T. left our home, I was afraid that I would never feel joy again. I still miss him so much.

Jennifer: You know, we all do.

Hope: I know. I'm just so grateful that we were able to give him a happy start in life, but, gosh, wouldn't it be wonderful if he were here to share this day with us? He'll always be in our hearts, and Shawn will always be J.T.'s brother and Zack's brother, too, just like Abe will always be a part of Zack's life.

Hope: Thank you all so much for coming here today and sharing in our joy.

Shawn: Mom, can I say something?

Hope: Please, honey, go right ahead.

Shawn: I don't know how much sense this is going to make, but when I found out we might lose J.T., I prayed a lot, and when we found out that we were going to lose him, I was pretty upset 'cause I didn't understand why God didn't answer my prayers, but then I was thinking -- maybe God did answer them. It's just that I couldn't hear it or see it at the time. So it turns out that Zack is my mom and dad's real son. He's my brother. And so I wonder -- did God have that in his plans all along? Did he give J.T. to us because he knew that we were the Bradys and that we could handle the hard stuff? I don't know, and -- and maybe none of that even matters, but the important thing is that my mom and dad have their son, even though they went through hell -- sorry. But -- but they never gave up on God, even when they didn't understand. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I will spend the rest of my life trying to be as brave as they are. And, Grandma -- ha ha ha. It's like you always say, you just got to have faith. I-I don't know. I guess that's it. But from now on, I'm going to always have faith, even when it looks like things won't work out. Mom, Dad, I am so proud to be your son and to be Zack's brother. I love my family.

Hope: We love you, honey.

Bo: Yes, we do, and we're proud of you. What do you say, Zack? Hey, buddy. You ready to become part of this family, huh?

Zack: Daddy.

Hope: Ha ha.

All: [Cheering]

Julie: I should have known something was up that day in Paris when you two were so hyper and so excited.

Bo: Yeah, it was pretty difficult to not tell you, but we wanted to wait till we knew for sure.

Doug: Zack, you are a lucky little guy. Bo is the best daddy going.

Julie: Oh, welcome to the family, darling.

Belle: Shawn was so incredible.

Marlena: He's come a long way in a short time.

John: It's a great day for our friends, isn't it?

Bo: Want to see your uncle?

Maggie: Okay.

All: [Cheering]

Lexie: There you are.

Rolf: I knew you would try to stop me, but are you sure you still want to, Alexandra? Look at the way they've taken over your son. They don't care about your suffering. They'll make sure that Isaac never remembers you. Think hard, Alexandra, and tell me if what I'm doing is so wrong.

Jennifer: I don't know about you, but my mind is totally blown. I mean, I can't wait to find out what happened.

Brandon: You think they're going to tell you? It's kind of personal.

Jennifer: Oh, yeah, but Hope and I -- we tell each other everything. I mean, we're more like sisters than cousins. You must think I come from a really weird family, huh?

Brandon: You mean all christenings aren't like this one?

Jennifer: You've never been to one before?

Brandon: I don't remember. Maybe when I was a kid. I don't even know if I was baptized.

Jennifer: Your mom didn't talk to you about it?

Brandon: My mother had enough troubles keeping herself together. I mean, my father wasn't exactly a man she could depend on.

Jennifer: Well, you know what? I think that your mom did something right, because you are really terrific, Brandon Walker.

Bo: Excuse us.

Abe: Yeah.
