Taylor: You know, you really need to see someone about that anger issue of yours.
Brooke: You deserved that slap. You are so out of line.
Taylor: Self-righteousness really doesn't become you. I know you too well.
Brooke: No, you don't. If you did, you would know I wouldn't make a move on my sister's husband.
Taylor: Yes, I do, Brooke. I know your history. You can't deny it.
Brooke: Look, I don't have time for this. I just need to find Katie. Where is she?
(Baby crying)
Marcus: Hi. For my beautiful wife.
Dayzee: Oh, thank you. What's this?
Marcus: It's a mood lifter.
Dayzee: Aw. It's working already.
Marcus: Mm.
Dayzee: (Chuckles)
Marcus: So any word from Eric?
Dayzee: Um, no. But it makes sense. He's taking care of Stephanie.
Marcus: God bless that woman.
Dayzee: Yeah.
(Telephone rings)
Dayzee: (Sighs)
(Ring)
Dayzee: Dayzee's.
Katie: I'd like to order for takeout--some soup.
Dayzee: Okay, um, what kind? We have chicken noodle. We have tomato. We have beef barley.
Katie: It doesn't matter. Chicken noodle is fine.
Dayzee: That's it? Um, we have some new coleslaw. It's a little spicy, but it's to die for.
Katie: Sure. Why not?
Dayzee: Uh, dessert?
Katie: No, that's all.
Dayzee: Oh, okay. Can I get your name?
(Phone hangs up)
Dayzee: (Scoffs) that was weird.
Marcus: She hung up?
Dayzee: Yeah.
Marcus: Okay. (Chuckles)
Steffy: Man, I needed that.
Liam: Dude, you were killin' it out there. Seriously.
Steffy: You were shreddin' all over. Cutting me off on the shoulder?
Liam: That--that wasn't me. That was you. You-- you were out of control, man.
Steffy: No, no, no. Oh, wait. I was out of control?
Liam: Yeah.
Steffy: You want to see out of control, huh?
Liam: Not--no. No. Hey.
Steffy: You want to see out of control? You want to see out of control?
Liam: No, no, no, no, no, no! No, stop. No, no, no, no, no!
Steffy: I'll show you out of control.
Liam: I'm gonna do something to you. I'm gonna--I'm gonna...
Steffy: Huh?
Liam: Do something.
Steffy: You're gonna do something? You're gonna do something?
Liam: (Laughs)
Steffy: Promises, promises.
Dayzee: Mmm, that is good.
Marcus: Yeah. (Laughs) Uh...
Dayzee: What?
Marcus: No, I-it's just that you have a-a mustache.
Dayzee: Oh, like here?
Marcus: No.
Dayzee: Here? Like--
Marcus: Unh-unh. No. More--no, Babe, right--
Dayzee: (Laughs)
Marcus: I didn't marry no woman with no cream 'stache.
Dayzee: (Laughs) Are you sure?
Marcus: I'm positive.
Dayzee: Are you gonna trade me in now?
Marcus: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, I can't do that. Are you kidding? Nonrefundable.
Dayzee: Oh.
Marcus: Well, that's what the minister said.
Dayzee: Yeah, so I'm a keeper.
Marcus: Yeah.
Dayzee: (Chuckles)
Marcus: You're a keeper. My Zee.
Taylor: I don't know exactly where Katie is, and even if I did, I wouldn't tell you.
Brooke: But you do talk to her.
Taylor: When she wants to talk to me, she contacts me.
Brooke: Tell her to come home, Taylor, to Bill, to her baby.
Taylor: If you really care about your sister, then respect her marriage.
Brooke: I do care, and I am doing everything I can to help, and for you to insinuate otherwise--
Taylor: Oh, come on, Brooke. How many times did you cross the line in the past? Or did you forget about all that?
Brooke: I-I'm not listening to this.
Taylor: Of course, you're not, because you always have the best intentions. That's the way it always is, until some rich, powerful, handsome, sexy man...
Brooke: (Scoffs)
Taylor: Comes into your orbit, and then everything just goes right out the window. I-it's all about destiny.
Brooke: Oh, stop, please. Just stop.
Taylor: No, that's exactly the truth. I cannot believe that you're telling me that you--you don't see this. You're vulnerable. You're all alone. You lost Ridge. There's a man out there who's rich and powerful, and he is all alone. You don't see it as the making of a perfect storm. You don't see how potentially dangerous this is? Or do you just not want to see it? Or do you just not care anymore than you cared about me and my family? Just don't do it to your sister.
Brooke: (Sighs)
Liam: Something is on your mind.
Steffy: (Sighs)
Liam: Or someone.
Steffy: I'm sure you know.
Liam: Mm. Heck of a party.
Steffy: Yeah. My grandfather is crazy about that woman.
Liam: Yep.
Steffy: Yeah.
Liam: I always just sort of assumed that my dad and Katie would end up like that.
Steffy: Don't give up. Don't. My grandparents have been through so many terrible things. I mean, they got divorced more than once.
Liam: Hmm.
Steffy: And you-- you watched them at the party, you know, celebrating my grandmother.
Liam: I like how positive you are.
Steffy: Life is-- is full of good things. We just have to look for them. Thank you, by the way.
Liam: For what?
Steffy: Well, you know, I was trying to... (Sighs) Keep it together at the party. But afterwards, I was a mess. And, you know, when we came home, you just... you really know how to take care of me.
Liam: Hey, Steffy?
Steffy: Hmm?
Liam: Your grandma-- you know, she's gonna live on in you. I mean, you're so much like her. You're the perfect namesake.
Steffy: You know, when I was-- when I was little, she-- she held my hand, and as I got older, she had my back. I wouldn't be who I am if it weren't for her.
Liam: Hey, she taught you how to be amazing. And she taught you how to be like her.
Steffy: (Sighs)
Bill: Taylor leave?
Brooke: Oh, yes. But not until after she called me a tramp and worse things. And then I slapped her.
Bill: Wait a second. I go for a little run, and I miss all the action?
Brooke: (Scoffs) Well, she is convinced that I am going to seduce you.
Bill: Really? She tell you where Katie is?
Brooke: She doesn't know. But we will track her down.
Bill: The longer she's gone...
Brooke: We need to stay positive. (Sighs)W don't want all this stress to rub off on little Will.
Will: (Fusses) (Cries)
Brooke: I know he brings a smile to your face, so I'll go get him.
Dayzee: Hi, Taylor.
Taylor: Hi.
Dayzee: (Chuckles)
Marcus: Looks like you can use a pick-me-up.
Taylor: Yeah.
Dayzee: We're all kind of feeling that way.
Taylor: Yeah.
Dayzee: Have you heard from Stephanie?
Taylor: No.
Dayzee: I know that you guys are--you're her best friend.
Taylor: Well, she has a lot of those.
Marcus: An incredible woman.
Dayzee: Hey, Tony, is that the takeout order?
Tony: I'll check.
Dayzee: Okay. Thank you. I'm glad she's with Eric.
Taylor: Yeah, yeah, I am, too. And, you know, you brought a lot to Stephanie's life.
Dayzee: (Scoffs) Well, no more than she brought to mine.
Taylor: Well, you gave her something none of us could. You gave her a reason to go on. This place is a testament to that.
Dayzee: (Sighs) Yep. It is definitely the house that Stephanie built. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her.
Taylor: Uh, excuse me. Sorry. I have to go.
Marcus: Okay, now that was weird. Taylor was in a hurry. Where do you think she's going?
Dayzee: I don't know.
Steffy: You really think I'm like my grandmother?
Liam: I do, yeah. You know, powerful, committed, loyal.
Steffy: You're sweet.
Liam: And you are the next Stephanie Forrester.
Steffy: You know, I don't-- I don't really want to think about it that way.
Liam: I know. I know you don't. Um, you know, my dad-- he always told me how exquisite you are, and--and he was right, you know? You are-- you are everything that any man should want in a woman, especially this one.
Steffy: Even if I am stubborn?
Liam: (Chuckles) You'll never beg for anything.
Steffy: No.
Liam: And I won't let you. Hey, um... I have something for you if you want it.
Bill: Hey, my little man. How you doing, huh?
Will: (Fusses)
Brooke: (Babbles)
Bill: Thanks for feeding him.
Brooke: Yes, of course. He was a hungry boy.
Bill: (Chuckles)
Brooke: Right?
Will: (Fusses)
Brooke: Oh, my goodness. I think it's time for a diaper change.
Bill: Uh-oh. Uh-oh.
Brooke: Mm-hmm.
Bill: Are you still hungry? Are you still hungry? There you go. There you go. There you go. All right.
Brooke: Guess what? It's your turn, Daddy. Come on.
Bill: What?
Brooke: Diaper change.
Bill: No, no, no, no. I can feed. This is-- I'm good with the feeding. Diaper changing? No.
Brooke: Now come on. You've gotta learn sometime.
Bill: Seriously?
Brooke: Yeah, seriously. Let me take him, and you put that down. Come on. You're a good little boy. Good little boy.
Bill: Okay, here. We'll see if he is okay.
Brooke: Come here.
Bill: There you go.
Will: (Fusses)
Brooke: Yes, I know. Come here. We gotta change your diaper.
Bill: Hang on. We'll give you your bottle.
Will: (Crying)
Brooke: Give me the bottle. Thank you.
Bill: All right, here you go.
Brooke: It's okay. There you go.
Bill: Okay.
Brooke: We'll just put him down gently on the table.
Bill: I got you.
Brooke: There we go. There we go, yeah. Now just take this off.
Bill: Yeah?
Brooke: Like that.
Bill: All right.
Brooke: And I need another diaper, which you're gonna have to put it under his cute little butt.
Bill: Okay, we ought to switch then. You take the bottle.
Brooke: Okay.
Bill: All right, I got it.
Brooke: That way.
Bill: Watch this, huh?
Brooke: Oh, that's pretty good.
Bill: Huh? Huh? Pretty good? Looking what I'm doing here. Pretty good.
Brooke: He's going to be quite the ladies' man, actually. Don't you think?
Bill: Yeah, you know, he takes after his dad.
Brooke: Oh, yeah, right.
Bill: Uh, you know, not to brag, but I'll have you know that in high school, my nickname was "Stallion."
Brooke: How many times have I heard that before?
Bill: Yeah, but in this case, it happens to be true.
Brooke: (Laughs) All right.
Bill: Okay.
Brooke: Oh, let me get you.
Will: (Crying)
Brooke: Come here. Come here. Shh.
Bill: There you go. There you go.
Brooke: Are you going to shower?
Bill: Yeah, now I-- now I need to shower.
Brooke: (Laughs)
Bill: Thanks for the hint.
Brooke: Okay, I think he just spit up all over me.
Bill: Oh, he got you, didn't he?
Brooke: It's all right.
Will: (Cries)
Brooke: It's okay. It's not the end of the world. I'll go change. I'll go change you, too. Come on, let's go. Come on.
Bill: That's what you get for picking on me.
Brooke: (Laughs)
Bill: You're my man. You got Aunt Brooke back for picking on me. That's right.
Brooke: (Chuckles) You're really enjoying this, aren't you?
Bill: I do enjoy it. I like that look on your face. That was pretty good.
Brooke: Yeah, it's funny. (Giggles)
Bill: (Chuckles)
Brooke: Okay, hand him over, Dad.
Will: (Fusses)
Bill: Oh, come on. I don't want to.
Brooke: You go take your shower. I'm gonna put him down. Then I'm gonna do the same.
Bill: All right. Okay. See you in a few minutes, okay? Yeah, I know. You don't want to. There you go. Careful. Careful.
Brooke: Okay, I got him. It's okay.
Bill: Okay. Bye.
Will: (Fusses)
Bill: (Chuckles)
Brooke: By the way, well done with the diaper, Stallion.
Bill: (Whinnies)
Brooke: (Laughs)
Steffy: What do you have for me?
Liam: (Chuckles) Well, you're pretty self-sufficient, right?
Steffy: I like to think so, yeah.
Liam: I mean, you're not needy or clingy. I mean, you're a true modern woman, right? In charge of her own destiny.
Steffy: Mm-hmm. Where are you going with this?
Liam: I mean, you-- you'd never ask, because, well, for one, you're too prideful, but... (Chuckles) You value your independence.
Steffy: Liam, what are you talking about?
Liam: I want you to move back in with me. I don't want to spend tonight without you... or any other night.
Brooke: See? Auntie Brooke's all clean. Good as new. (Sighs) You are such a happy little boy. You little stallion. (Chuckles) Where is your blankie? Did we leave that downstairs? Maybe it's in your daddy's room. I'll go find out.
(Baby crying)
(Knock on door)
Taylor: Katie, open the door, please. I know you're in there.
Katie: No, I can't.
Taylor: I'm not leaving until you open the door. Please, open the door, Katie.
Katie: You can't be here. I will call you if I need you.
Taylor: You need me, Katie.
Katie: I swear to God, if you--if you tell Bill or my sisters where I am, I will run, and you will never see me again.
Taylor: I-I'm not saying anything. I-I promise. I'm not talking to anyone right now. I-I am definitely convinced that you are depressed.
Katie: O-of course I'm depressed. I am not gonna torture my son by bonding with him and then dying when he needs me most.
Taylor: Katie, you've got to get out of this place. If you're not careful, you're going to lose everything that matters to you. Why are you here? Why are you here away from the people who love you? Your husband? Your son? Come on, please. Let's get you out of here.
Katie: No.
Taylor: I want to take you home. Brooke is there.
Katie: Good.
Taylor: No, no, that is not good. (Sighs) Bill is a man, and he's frustrated because you walked out on him, and he's alone there with Brooke.
Katie: I don't want to think about that.
Taylor: Well, you better, because I for one can tell you exactly how this turns out.
Katie: I don't want to have this conversation.
Taylor: I'm sorry, Katie, but you need to. That is reality. Your husband is there. He is handsome, and he's rich, and he is powerful. It's everything that Brooke finds enticing in a man. I know. I know she's your sister, but Brooke doesn't think like that, okay? He is your husband, and she is going to look at him differently very soon. You have to believe me.
Katie: (Sighs)
(Knock on door)
Brooke: Bill? Bill? Oh, there it is.
Bill: Well, I don't give a damn. Just make it happen. Do I have to do everything myself?
(Horse whinnies)
