Baby: (Fusses)
Dr. Meade: Ventilator-- 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20...
Dr. Caspary: Bag every tenth compression. I need 1 milligram of epinephrine.
Dr. Meade: 36, 37...
Woman: Epi on board.
Dr. Meade: 39-- suction here, will you?
Baby: (Fusses)
Dr. Meade: Secure. Two... four, five six...
Bill: Katie...
Dr. Meade: Seven... nine.
Bill: Fight.
Dr. Meade: 10, 11, 12...
Bill: Fight. You're not going to leave us.
Dr. Meade: 16, 18...

Donna: Really? (Chuckles) Seven phone calls, Pam? Seven? I'm allowed a lunch hour.
Pam: Did you listen to your messages?
Donna: No, because whatever I did this time, I'm sure I'd rather hear in person. Otherwise, I'll never learn.
Pam: It's Katie.

Donna: The--the baby?
Pam: Yeah she's in labor.
Donna: What? Labor? No.
Pam: Yeah, I know.
Donna: No, it's too early. It's--she's not due for a while.
Pam: Liam sounded kind of worried about it, so I think you should go, Donna. Just go be with her.
Donna: Oh, her heart-- she knew this was a possibility being a heart transplant patient and preterm labor. I-I have to call Brooke.
Pam: No, I already tried. I tried her cell, but it just went straight to voice mail.
Donna: What? Right. Oh, my god. She's--she's not checking messages. Should I-I-I--I don't even know where she is.
Pam: Look--
Donna: She--she and ridge were so secretive about that.
Pam: Don't worry.
Donna: Oh, my god.
Pam: I'll track her down. Donna, I'll track her own.
Donna: I don't know what to do. I mean, Brooke always knows what to do in these situations. I--
Pam: Donna, you should just go. Katie needs you. Be there for your sister.
Donna: Is--is the b-baby gonna live?

(Alarm sounding)
Dr. Caspary: Three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, 11, 12, 13.N.
Dr. Meade: Continue C.P.R. while I charge.
Dr. Caspary: 14, 15, 16...
Bill: Come on.
Dr. Meade: Clear.
Dr. Caspary: Clear.
Woman: Clear.
Bill: (Mouthing words)
Dr. Meade: Crank it up--300.
Woman: 300.
Dr. Meade: Clear.
Dr. Caspary: Clear.
Woman: Clear.
(Flatline alarm dings)
Dr. Meade: Okay, let's do 360.
Hope: (Gasps) Oh, excuse me, hi. Sorry. Excuse me. Um, how's my aunt? What's going on?
Woman: They're trying to save her. She's had a heart attack.
Liam: What?
Hope: (Gasps) Oh, my god.
Woman: Yes. I'm sorry.
Liam: What about the baby?
Woman: I'm taking him to NICU so they can examine him now. If you want to help... pray. Excuse me.
Hope: (Voice breaking) oh, my god. (Sobs)
Dr. Meade: Clear.
Dr. Caspary: Clear.
Dr. Meade: Continue C.P.R.
Bill: Do something.
Dr. Caspary: We're doing everything we can.
Bill: Well, try harder! Get her back!
Dr. Caspary: Give me another amp of epi.
Woman: Epi on board.
Dr. Caspary: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Bill: Bring her back. Come on, Katie. Come on, Katie.
Man: Blue team to I.C.U., Please. Blue team to I.C.U.
(Elevator bell dings)
Donna: Excuse me. Uh, I need some information on a patient--Katie Logan. She's in labor. She--
Hope: Donna. Donna. Hi.
Donna: Hope! Oh, my God, hope. Oh, my god.
Hope: I.
Donna: What's happening? What's happening? Tell me. You're crying.
Hope: (Sighs) (sniffles)
Donna: Is the baby okay?
Hope: He's here. Baby's here. And seems okay.
Donna: God. Oh, god. Thank goodness. Thank goodness. Will, what--he's here? He's here?
Hope: Mm-hmm. Yeah.
Donna: Katie--Katie did it?
Hope: Mm-hmm.
Donna: Oh, my god. She did it. I was so worried. I mean--with... well, s-s-should I stop being worried?
Hope: (Sighs)
Liam: Donna. Um, Donna..

Liam: Katie isn't doing well.

Hope: We really don't know much right now. We know that she-- she might have had a heart attack.

Liam: Okay, well, listen, listen. We don't know for sure. There was a c-section. There might have been complications.

Liam: We haven't heard anything definitive, okay?
Donna: Oh, my god. (Breathing heavily) no, she's gonna be okay. She's gonna--
Liam: Yes, she is. She's gonna be okay.
Donna: Oh, my god. Unless storm's heart is finally giving out. (Sighs) (sobbing)
Dr. Caspary: One, two, three, four, fix, six...
Dr. Meade: 300 amiodarone, I.V. Push.
Woman: I.V. On.
Dr. Caspary: Seven, eight, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17--
Dr. Meade: I'll take over.
Dr. Caspary: She's still asystole.
Dr. Meade: 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26...
(Flatline alarm continues)
Dr. Meade: 27, 28, 29, 30. Stop ventilation.
Woman: op.
Dr. Meade: Continue C.P.R. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. What's her o2's?
Woman: 86.
Dr. Caspary: Monitor-- what does it say?
Woman: She's still asystole.
Dr. Caspary: 14, 15, 16... 27, 28, 29, 30... one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24...
(children laughing)
Stormie: Do you remember when we were little, and promised to stay together forever? I told you that I'd be closer than your own skin. I'd be doing what my e knows how to do and I'll be that whisper in your ear.
Katie: Storm.
Donna: If this is where it would end-- here... where it began.
Liam: What do you mean? Katie was born in this hospital?
Donna: In a way.
Hope: This I where.. she got my Uncle Storm's heart... when he... shot himself to save her.
Liam: (Inhales sharply)
Hope: (Sniffles)
Liam: Oh. I'm sorry. I only knew pieces of the story. Did-- I mean, was it Storm's fault, the reason she needed a transplant?
Donna: Yeah, he shot her. I mean--he didn't mean to, of course. She--she was, um, trying to take the gun from him.
Katie: Storm, give me the gun! What are you doing?
Storm: Lis--listen to me for a second.
Katie: Storm, give it to me.
Storm: No. Calm down.
Katie: Give it to me!
Storm: Just calm down and let me explain it to you.
Katie: Just give it to me. Give it to me. Storm, drop it.
Storm: You're gonna-- for god sakes, stop it.
Katie: Give t to me. Storm.
(Gunshot)
Storm: Just--
Katie: Aah!
(Groans)
Donna: (Sighs)
Liam: (Sighs) That's horrible.
Donna: It was. We, uh... we all thought she was... we all thought she was dying. We--we, uh, were prepared. We... (sighs) We said our good-byes.
I love you so very much. You'll always... (sobs) be alive in my heart. You keep looking out for me, okay? 'Cause heaven knows I could use it.
Brooke:
Donna: Someday, you and I, all of us sisters will be together again.
Brooke: Katie, it's me, Brooke. We're all here for you, sweetheart, and we all love you so very much. I am so--so very thankful for everything that you brought into my life. Donna's right. One day... (sighs) we'll all be together again.
Donna: (Sobs)
Hope: She needed a transplant.
Donna: Bridget made all the calls that she could, but there's nothing. There was no eartt one, that would match her, and--
Liam: So--so Storm knew that his heart would?
Donna: Yeah.
Liam: And so he sacrificed himself.
(Gunshot)
Brooke: (Gasps)
Donna: Oh, my god, what was that? (Sobs)
Donna: He... (sighs) he couldn't live with what he did, so... he... (sighs) he gave his heart to her, thinking that she would make better use of it.
Hope: For however long she was alive.
Donna: (Sobs)
Dr. Meade: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven-- doctor, switch--eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16-- switch on 17--17.
Dr. Caspary: 18, 11, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.
Dr. Meade: Okay, clear.
Woman: Clear.
Dr. Caspary: Clear.
Katie: (Sighs)
Storm: Oh, no, you don't. I gave you my heart, and you're not giving up now. Now it feels right, you know, being her, but it's not time yet. We'll be together someday, just not yet.
Katie: Mom? (Sighs) Storms, om, too.
We'll still be together untie, you have things to do. You have a purpose in life-- your new baby, your husband.
Katie: (Sighs) I wish bill could feel this with me. It's peaceful.
Storm: Well, he needs you to go back to him.
Bill: Come back. Come back. Come back. Katie, please, please, please.
(Machine charges up)
Dr. Meade: Clear.
Dr. Caspary: Clear. (Sighs)
Bill: Come back to us.
Dr. Caspary: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine ten...
Storm: Our heart is stronger in you than it ever was in me.
Dr. Caspary: 16, 17, 18...
Storm: Keep using it.
Dr. Caspary: 19, 20, 21, 22, 23--wait.
(Bell dings) (heart monitor beeping)
Dr. Caspary: We got her.
Woman: She's back.
Dr. Caspary: We've got her!
Bill: Katie.
Dr. Caspary: (Sighs)
Bill: You came back. You came back to us. Katie. Thank you.
Hope: (Sighs)
Donna: So you-- you have no idea how to get ahold of your mom?
Hope: I called her, but it--it went straight to voice mail, and I-I don't know-- I couldn't leave a message. I didn't know what say. (Sighs)
Donna: Okay, well, Pam-- Pam called so hopefully, you know, she checks soon.
Hope: Oh, god, I don't want to be the one to tell her.
Liam: (Sighs)
Hope: (Sniffles)
(bell dinging)
Liam: Guys. Guys. I think that's one of her doctors.
Dr. Meade: Katie Spencer's family?
Liam: Yes, yeah.
Donna: Yeah.
Hope: Yeah.
Dr. Meade: It was, uh, touch and go for quite a while, but she pulled through.
Donna: Really?!
Liam: (Chuckles) (sighs)
Hope: Oh, my god. Thank god.
Dr. Meade: She's awake.
Liam: Yeah?
Donna: Oh, my god. Can--can we go see her?
Dr. Meade: Absolutely. Follow me.
Liam: Yes.
Hope: Oh, my god.
Katie: I want to see him.
Bill: What?
Dr. Caspary: Take it easy, Katie. You gotta save your strength.
Katie: Where's our boy?
Bill: Can they bring the baby?
Dr. Caspary: Let me see if they're done with him.
Bill: Okay.
Dr. Meade: Hello. Some visitors are here.
Hope: Hi.
Dr. Meade: See?
Hope: Hi. (Sighs)
Bill: Hi, son.
Donna: Oh, Katie.
Liam: Hey.
Donna: God, I was terrified.
Katie: (Sighs)
Donna: Look at you. You're a mommy. Oh, honey.
Hope: Oh, my gosh. (Laughs)
Dr. Caspary: I'm told he's already on his way up.
Bill: How about that? You're gonna hold your own in a minute.
Dr. Caspary: And here he is.
Woman: And here he is.
Hope: Oh, oh, my Gosh.
Woman: Here we go.
Katie: Oh
Woman: Look, it's mommy.
Dr. Caspary: Ooh, careful. Katie's still very weak. Dad, you need to help.
Bill: I got him. I'm right here.
Katie: Oh, there. Hi. (Giggles)
Liam: (Chuckles)
Katie: Nice boy, sweet boy.
Bill: Look at him.
Katie: (Sniffles) (sighs)
Bill: (Chuckles) look at you.
Katie: (Chuckles)
Bill: I almost lost you. How could I have done this myself? I couldn't. I knew you wouldn't leave us. Hi, little boy.
Baby: (Coos)
(children laughing)
Bill: What? What's going on? Look at that kid, huh? Look at that boy.
All: (Laughing)
Bill: Look--look at those little muscles. Look at those little biceps.
All: (Laughing)
Bill: You see that? Look at that kid. Oh.
All: (Laughing)
