Eric: Uh, let's see it on you. Let's put it on right away. Thank you.

Ridge: Oh, trying to get a preview, are we, Mother?

Stephanie: (French accent) But of course.

Eric: (Chuckles)

Stephanie: I just came to say good luck.

Eric: Good.

Stephanie: It seems so strange to be... (Sighs) challenging each other, you know, but it is a good cause.

Eric: Yes, it is.

Dottie: Oh, wonderful. I caught you all together.

Eric: (Chuckles) Oh, God what do you want?

Stephanie: Well, hi, Dottie.

Dottie: Mwah. Mwah.

Eric: Hello, darling.

Dottie: Hello. Mwah.

Ridge: Welcome. Welcome.

Dottie: Thank you. Good to see you. Mwah. I just wanted to thank you all again so much for helping us out with this challenge. I know it wasn't exactly your idea. But, oh, guys, I-the turnout has been amazing.

Stephanie: Well, that's all that matters.

Ridge: I think this is gonna be a great night, an exciting night.

Stephanie: Full of lots of surprises.

(Indistinct conversations)

Bill: What is it, Jarrett?

Jarrett: There's still time to stop this. I-I could have a word with the judges, tell them you don't--

Bill: You're not gonna have a word with anyone.

Jarrett: Whip Jones didn't give you that invitation so you could sabotage Forrester. He just wanted a chance to compete.

Bill: (Sighs)

Jarrett: So let them. Jackie M. may win on their own, and you won't have done anything to wreck things with Katie.

(Applause)

Jarrett: Everyone knows the Royalty campaign was her idea. If it fails, she'll get the blame.

Katie: Hey.

Bill: Wow. I heard there was gonna be royalty here tonight. I guess I heard right.

Katie: (Laughs)

Bill: You look... absolutely beautiful. No one will outshine you tonight.

Katie: Well, that's exactly the reaction I hope we'll get from the judges.

(Indistinct conversations)

Donna: Stephanie.

Stephanie: Donna, hi.

Donna: I want to wish you good luck.

Stephanie: Well-- well, thank you, Donna. That's very sweet of you. But you better keep some of that luck for yourself. I think you're gonna need it.

Donna: (Chuckles)

Bridget:  It feels so weird competing against you guys like this.

Brooke: (Sighs)

Eric: I couldn't ask for a more talented competitor.

Bridget: Oh, Daddy, thank you so much.

Brooke: (Giggles)

Bridget: And whatever happens, just remember I feel so honored to get to share the stage with your designs.

Eric: It's a good thing.

Brooke: Well, we better hurry. The show's about to start. (Laughs)

Eric: Yes.

Eric: Yes! Forrester Royalty. Look at this. Exactly right. And royalty is not in the blood. Remember, it's not in your blood or in your veins. It's in how you feel and how you think. And Forrester Royalty is the ultimate confidence, and that's what I want to see on that runway today. I want to see all the confidence and all the pride that I have in all of you... (Whispers) especially you.

Donna: (Giggles)

Brooke: Yay.

(Applause)

Dottie: Thank you. Thank you all so much for coming tonight. Now I know many of you have been involved with Human Outreach Council for a long time. And your generosity has just been overwhelming, but it's so very necessary. You give an incredible gift to thousands of displaced children and families all over the world. So thank you.

(Applause)

Dottie: And now we have something incredible for you tonight. We have a head-to-head fashion showdown between Forrester Creations and Jackie M. Designs.

(Applause)

Dottie: And to help us out tonight, we have three wonderful celebrity judges to help us-- celebrity wedding consultant Serge...

(Applause)

Dottie: (Laughs) Television personality Melissa Rivers...

(Applause)

Dottie: And talk show host Rich Ginger.

(Applause)

Dottie: Thank you, judges. And without further ado, let the challenge begin.

(Applause)

Brooke: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I am Brooke Logan, and these are my sisters, Donna Forrester and Katie Logan and tonight we celebrate a new approach, the royalty of the modern woman-- very strong, very independent and ruling our own world. Forrester Creations brings you the grace and the elegance of royalty right here on this very stage and to every woman who has ever dreamt of living like a queen.

(Applause) (Applause) (Applause)

Jackie: They're very good.

Nick: We knew Ridge and Eric were gonna bring their best.

Bridget: Any other collection, this would be the showstopper, but in this, of course, it's the opening volley.

Taylor: Your father and grandfather should be very proud of themselves. They've outdone themselves this time.

Owen: Don't count us out yet.

Steffy: You think Jackie M. can do better?

Owen: Look, we're not number one in L.A. for nothing.

(Applause)

Bill: Can't you let me enjoy the show?

Jarrett: I don't see how you can. You already know how it's going to end-- with Forrester in ruins and Katie’s spirit crushed. Look, her campaign is genius. The designs are brilliant. Everyone in this room can see that. 

Bill: Come on now, Jarrett, let's be fair. I think we should reserve judgment until we see what Jackie M. can do.

(Applause)

Stephanie: Their collection is wonderful, but Jackie M.'s designs are better. It's just a question of whether those judges are gonna buy this royalty concept crap or they're gonna go with your award-winning designs. And that's what I believe. I think we're gonna win. I do.

(Applause)

Eric: Wonderful. Good job. Are they ready?

Ridge: We're all set.

Rick: Music is cued, Dad.

Eric: Okay, let's go.

Melissa: Genius.

(Applause)

Woman: Wow.

(Applause) (Applause) (Applause)

Jackie: The judges seem rather subdued.

Owen: That's just their job, to keep us guessing till the very end.

Nick: We're not there yet. Let’s go.  Excuse me.

Ridge: Look at that.

Brooke: (Squeals)

Eric: (Chuckles)

Katie: Oh, we did it.

Eric: Ooh, honey.

Donna: Ohh.

Brooke: Wasn't it great?

Ridge: Yes, absolutely, it was.

Donna: Oh, my God, the crowd--it? Did you hear the crowd?

Eric: (Chuckles) Great job. It was flawless.

Katie: Thank you.

Marcus: Hey, good work, man.

Rick: You too.

Marcus: (Chuckles)

Katie: Let's see Jackie M. beat that.

Eric: Yeah.

Brooke: That's right.

Donna: (Giggles)

Bridget: So Forrester did exactly what we expected them to do.

Nick: We’re the ones on top, don't forget.  We have the momentum here, right?

Jackie: Oh, my word. We've got more than that. We have got a company full of fresh faces, new ideas. Indulge a hit. And Bridget, your designs are gonna be a smash.

Bridget: (Squeals)

Whip: Well, with you at center stage, how can we lose?

Donna: So you really think we did well?

Eric: Ooh more than that.  I think we did everything we possibly could.

Donna: Yeah.

Eric: You left it all out there on the runway. I'm so proud of you, Mrs. Forrester.

Donna: Oh.

Ridge: It looks like we, uh, did it Logan. We pulled it off.

Brooke: Yes. With the two us working together, I never had a doubt. (Giggles)

Thomas: That was good, right?

Taylor: Yeah.

Thomas: Hey, Marcus.

Marcus: Hey.

Steffy: Hey. How's my dad?

Marcus: Well, everybody's doing good. I mean, you seen the audience, right?

Thomas: Yeah, but the judges didn't look too impressed.

Marcus: Really? Well, I didn't see them, but--but Eric must have. I mean, he didn't seem worried at all.

Nick: All right, we've seen the competition, we know what we've gotta do.  And let's not forget, we are the hottest fashion house in L.A.

Owen: Yes.

Nick: So let’s go prove it. (applause)  (applause)

Jackie: Congratulations, Forrester Creations. Stunning work. Absolutely everything one would expecting from a classic fashion house like yours. Now some people, they like that kind of thing.  But me, I need something with a little more... kick. And what I need, I get. I indulge my whims, my tastes, my wildest fantasies, and I think that you want to, too.  So come with Jackie M., if you dare…..to indulge.

(Applause)

Woman: Indulge. Indulge.

(Applause)

Wan: Indulge.  Indulge.

Woman: Indulge. Indulge. Indulge.

(Applause)

Woman : Indulge. Indulge. Indulge.

Katie: I want packets on desks of every fashion editor the country by morning, okay?

Jarrett: (Clears throat)

Katie: Oh, um, I-I'll call you right back. Thank you. Thanks mo much. I was wondering when you'd come find me. Oh. Hi, Jarrett.

Jarrett: Uh, I-I wanted to congratulate you on the campaign.

Katie: Thank you.

Jarrett: It was really quite brilliant.

Katie: Thank you. (Giggles) Maybe you could put a word in with the judges. Just kidding. Just kidding. (Laughs)

Jarrett: Katie, Katie, there's something you need to know. (Sighs) I'll probably lose my job for telling you this. But... can't allow this to happen. Y-you and Eric and Ridge have worked far too hard to have this opportunity stolen from you.

Katie: What opportunity?

Jarrett: The challenge.

Katie: Well, it--it hasn’t been stole we showed our designs. We're--we're finished.

Jarrett: (Sighs) In more ways than one. Katie, the competition's been fix.

Katie: Jackie M. paid off the judges?

Jarrett: No. No. Not Jackie M. He's completely obsessed with owning Forrester creations. He--he can't see beyond that. He--he won't all himself --

Katie: No, no, no, it's.

Jarrett--I'm sorry.

Kat: He-- wouldn’t.

Jarrett: I'm so sorry.

Bill: Katie, I--

Katie: Is it true? Jarrett said that you bribed the judges so that Forrester wouldn't win.

Katie: Tell me he's wrong. Tell me it's not true.

Clarke: Oh now that's what I like to hear.

Whip: Oh, they ain't seen nothing yet.

(Applause)

Rich: You gotta love is. What do you make of it, sailor?

Serge: Looks like a party to me.

Melissa: I cannot wait to review it.

Rich: In your new column.

Melissa: Mmm.

(Applause)

Serge: (Hisses)

Brooke: Did the judges seem more reserved for us?

Donna: Maybe Jackie M.’s been sending them drinks.

Eric: They're certainly giving Dottie’s friends a good show.

Ridge: It's not a show, Dad. This challenge could have serious consequences for us.

Katie: Jarrett don't know about us. He doesn't know that we've spent time together. I now you can be ruthless in business, but you're not a cheat. You wouldn't bribe those judges. You wouldn't do that to me.

Bill: It would never be my, uh, intention to hurt you.

Katie: Well, you would hurt me, Bill, more than I can say. I felt like we were getting close. I felt like I could be myself around you without any apologies. And I felt lik-like felt the same way. The other night in your office you said you cared about me.

Bill: I do care about you.

Katie: Well, then tell me that Jarrett made a mistake.

Bill: He definitely made a mistake.

Katie: Tell me you didn't sabotage the challenge, Bill, that you haven't destroyed Forester Creations and my career for your own personal gain. Did you bribe those judges, Bill? I deserve an answer.  Bill, did you do it?
