Ridge: This is it, Logan, right now. The life we always wanted together is right there within our reach. It's right there. You have to make a decision. Do you want a life with me, Hope and R.J.? Or do you want a life with Nick and that child?
Felicia: The flowers are gorgeous. Nice choice. Thank you.
Woman: Thanks.
Stephanie: I'm so happy you're here.
Kristen: Oh, are you kidding? I wouldn't have missed this for the world.
Stephanie: How are the boys?
Kristen: They're good, yeah.
Stephanie: Good. Good.
Felicia: I knew I'd get her back here if I said we were having a party.
Stephanie: That's all it takes anybody to see 'em. (Gasps) Pam!
Pam: Hello!
Stephanie: Oh, what a wonderful surprise! Oh, Felicia.
Pam: She called me, and I couldn't resist flying in for the big occasion, and mother sends congratulations.
Stephanie: Oh, right.
Pam: But, of course, I baked you something.
Stephanie: Of course you did. You're so sweet!
Felicia: You just wait, Mom. Tonight is gonna be a night that you and Daddy will never forget.
Stephanie: Hmm.
Donna: Did you just stop by to show me how handsome you look?
Eric: That's exactly why I stopped by--to hear you say something wonderful to me like that and to say good-bye before I have to go to this thing.
Donna: Oh, God, don't--don't say good-bye. I hate that word. Will you just stay with me, please?
Eric: You know I want to, and you know I can’t.
Donna: (Sighs) I know. I know. I know. You have an obligation to your family. And I love what a wonderful father you are to your children, but I just don't know if you know what you're getting yourself into tonight.
Eric: You have nothing to worry about, all right? My heart belongs to you. And this ring on this finger proves it.
Donna: Just be careful, okay?
Eric: Look, I am well aware that my children will do anything, anything, to keep me with Stephanie. And I'm also aware that this evening is going to be emotional, and, uh, it's gonna have a big impact on me.
Donna: Yeah, that's exactly what I'm afraid of.
Eric: But, Donna, my future is with you, not with Stephanie. I'm going to this party because I want to and because I want to fulfill my obligation to my children and to my family, to Stephanie. But when it's over, I'm gonna come home to you.
Donna: (Sighs) (whispers) I hope so.
Nick: What's going on?
Jack: (Crying)
Nick: I know he's not hungry. He's eaten. His diaper's dry.
Bridget: He's probably just overly tired.
Nick: Yeah? Normally, he sleeps like a champ. I don't know what's the problem tonight. What's up, buddy? What's up? What's the matter, huh?
Bridget: Why don't you let me give it a try? Come here, Jack.
Nick: Please.
Bridget: Come here, Jack. Oh. Good boy.
Nick: (Sighs)
Bridget: Yeah. Come on. Come on, baby doll. Shh.
Nick: You're good.
Bridget: This is what it should have been like with our little girl. This is what we missed out on.
Jack: (Hiccupping)
Brooke: You are and always will be the man of my dreams. It's you that I want to marry. It's you that I want to spend the rest of my life with.
Ridge: I believe you do want that, but there are a few, little, critical details that you need to sort through before we can move forward.
Brooke: No, no, I-I don't really need to sort through anything, 'cause I know what I want. I know that I want you and hope and R.J. and I want our lives to start together right now. So let's get married. Let's just run away and do it. (Laughs) I'm serious. In fact, we could go to your parents' celebration with some wonderful news of our own.
Ridge: (Laughs)
Brooke: (Laughs)
Ridge: You want to get married right now?
Brooke: Yes. Yes, right now. And we could take the Forrester jet after the party, and we could go anywhere in the world. It would be so incredibly romantic to be whisked away and elope. (Giggles) So what do you say?
Katie: Okay, I'm here. What's the matter?
Donna: Eric is being ambushed by his family tonight.
Katie: What do you mean, "ambushed"?
Donna: It's Eric and Stephanie's anniversary celebration tonight.
Katie: Oh, I see.
Donna: Yeah, and the whole evening is going to be about Stephanie and Eric's life together. You know, their--their memories and their stories. You know, it's a big, frickin' Forrester family lovefest. (Sighs)
Katie: Well, you seem pretty convinced that Eric is committed to you. Why are you so threatened by this party?
Donna: Because that family will do anything to keep their beloved mother happy. And they are gonna pull out all the stops tonight.
Eric: (Sighs)
Felicia: Daddy, what do you think?
Eric: I think you've probably outdone yourself putting together this party for your mother and me. That's what I think.
Felicia: (Laughs) You've got some special guests.
Eric: Kristen!
Kristen: (Gasps)
Thorne: Whoa.
Eric: Now this is the best anniversary gift ever.
Kristen: No.
Eric: Yes, it is.
Kristen: God, having you and Mom back together-- that is the best gift.
Eric: Yeah.
Pam: Hello, Eric.
Eric: Pam, hello. Hi.
Pam: Happy anniversary.
Eric: Thank you. Well, thanks for being here. What a great surprise.
Stephanie: I have to warn you. Apparently, they have something planned that I don't know anything about. Just putting you on notice.
Felicia: Uh, it's true. This is going to be an evening that will change our family forever.
Stephanie: Whoa.
Thorne: (Laughs)
Bridget: (Whispers) Sleep tight.
Nick: Wow, you're good. You're like the dog whisperer, only it's the baby whisperer. You saved the day, or the night, rather.
Bridget: (Normal voice) I'm sure you would have managed just fine without me.
Nick: (Sighs) you know, this single parenting-- this is brutal. This is harder than running Marone Industries. I'm--I'm gonna need some help around here, full time, too.
Bridget: Well, look no further.
Nick: Yeah? You got somebody in mind?
Bridget: Me. I'm here for you, Nick.
Brooke: Ridge, say something. I just asked you to elope with me.
Ridge: Logan, after weeks of waiting, now all of a sudden, you-- you're anxious to rush into a marriage. Is that...
Brooke: (Sighs) Are you having second thoughts about me, about our future?
Ridge: Do you see why I might be just a little bit cautious here? You're obviously still seeing Nick.
Brooke: I'm only still seeing Nick because I'm concerned about that baby. (Sighs) Ridge, it wasn't by choice that I'm involved in Nick's and this baby's life. I just happen to be his biological mother, and now because of everything that Taylor is going through, I'm concerned about him. I want to make sure he's safe and secure and he has everything that he needs.
Ridge: And Nick needed you, too, right? Logan, you don't see what you're doing here. I do. You've got one foot in Marone's door and one foot here. You say that you need us. Are you sure that isn't just out of force of habit?
Brooke: No. God, Ridge, I say that I need you and I want you because I do. That's really how I feel.
Ridge: (Sighs) You need to think about... if being with me would make you truly happy. Or will you always be longing for Nick and that child? These are questions you need to--to think about and answer, Logan, before we can move forward with our life together.
Katie: Look, Stephanie made a huge sacrifice for our family. She could have sent Storm to jail, but she didn't.
Donna: You don't think I realize that, Katie?
Katie: The only thing she wanted in return was to spend her anniversary with Eric.
Donna: We are talking about the man I love.
Katie: Eric is just keeping his end of the bargain.
Donna: Yeah, well, I can only imagine the guilt trip that his family is putting on him right now. I just hope he is not too affected by it. I mean, I can't even imagine losing Eric to Stephanie. (Sighs)
Kristen: (Speaking indistinctly)
Thorne: Yeah.
Pam: I baked some of these lemon bars that you love so much--no cinnamon.
Eric: Thank you. Thank you. I'm so happy you did. I can't wait to dig in.
Pam: Mm. You know, I actually have to get going. I'm a little exhausted, but I also have to take tiny for a walk.
Eric: Aren't you staying here on the grounds with us?
Pam: No, no, I'm staying in a hotel.
Eric: Well, l-look, thanks for coming. I'm honored that you would come all the way from Chicago for this. Thank you.
Pam: Um, Eric, listen, be patient with Stephanie. Just remember what a rough childhood she had. She's only a product of that upbringing. I know she can be difficult at times, but she loves you so much. Anyway...
Felicia: (Laughs)
Pam: I gotta go. Tell Steph I'll--I'll be back.
Eric: All right. All right.
Felicia: (Laughs)
Thorne: (Speaks indistinctly)
Felicia: It's happening. The magic is in the air.
Thorne: Yes, it is. Where's Ridge? Has anyone heard from him or Brooke?
Kristen: No.
Thorne: They should have been here by now.
Felicia: (Sighs)
Nick: Well, thank you. It's--it's very generous of you to offer, and I-I will definitely need help with Jack, but are you sure it won't be too hard for you given the fact that we lost a baby together?
Bridget: I have thought about that. You know, I've done-- I've done some pretty major soul-searching lately, and I'm probably gonna hate myself for saying this, but maybe the--the way that Jack was conceived... you know, the mis-- the mistake that was made-- never mind.
Nick: No. No. No "never mind." What--what is it?
Bridget: I mean, maybe all this was supposed to happen to bring you and me together again. Katie and I talked about it, and she's the one that actually mentioned that perhaps the whole egg mix-up was destined to be.
Bridget: Maybe she was right, Nick. For the worst allergies,
Nick: (Sighs) I don't know why any of this happened, Bridget. It was a mistake, and there's really no explanation. All I know is that I'm a single parent and I'm alone.
Bridget: You're not alone, Nick. You have Jack.
Nick: Yes. Yes, I have Jack, and for that, I'm grateful.
Bridget: You have been so blessed with a beautiful boy to nurture and to love. (Laughs) That boy is gonna smile every single time you walk in a room. He'll be the joy of your life and worship the ground that you walk on...
Nick: (Sighs)
Bridget: 'Cause you're his dad. You're his dad. Nick, you have so much to look forward to. I thought of Nicole earlier today. I think of her every day. I came here to see you, Nick, but I also came to bring you something.
Bridget: You know, the blanket-- the blanket that I, uh, knitted for our-- our little girl. It's very, very pink, I realize.
Nick: (Laughs) Yeah.
Bridget: But it would mean so much to me if that precious, precious, little boy of yours were to have Nicole's blanket.
Bridget: And when you wrap him in it... (voice breaking) when you wrap him in it, (sniffles) there's gonna be an angel watching over him.
Felicia: Okay, everybody, gather round. Grab a glass.
Stephanie: Oh.
Felicia: I'd like to make the first toast of the evening.
Eric: Uh-huh.
Stephanie: The first?
Felicia: Yeah, of many.
Eric: Oh, good.
Stephanie: Uh-oh. We're in trouble.
Eric: I'm glad to hear it.
Felicia: Tonight is gonna be a reminder of what matters most in this world--family. And no family loves more and fights more than us.
Eric: Yeah, I think that's true. That's true.
Felicia: To the Forrester family...
Stephanie: That's true. Long may we reign.
Kristen: Aw. Same here.
Donna: Oh, I wonder what they have up their sleeves at the big Forrester soiree. (Sighs) Oh, honey bear, I wish you were here. (Knock on door)
Tiny: (Barks) (growling)
Donna: What the hell are you doing here?
Pam: Oh, I was just taking tiny here for a little walk.
Tiny: (Barking) (growls)
Pam: It's a lovely evening out tonight, isn't it? Especially over at my sister Stephanie's house.
Tiny: (Whining)
Pam: It's a big night for the Forrester family.
Donna: Yeah, save it, Pam. Why don't you just...
Tiny: (Barks)
Donna: Take that big beast and--and keep on walking then?
Tiny: (Barking)
Donna: (Gasps)
Pam: My sister and Eric are celebrating their life together, years and years of history. And it's going to be a happy ending.
Tiny: (Growling)
Pam: You will not interfere, Donna. Do you hear me?
Donna: Eric loves me.
Pam: (Laughs)
Tiny: (Growling)
Pam: Loves? Well, yeah, that doesn't matter, dear.
Donna: Yes, it does.
Pam: That family is healing. They are coming together as one. You continue to stand in the way, and I am--
Donna: I am not. Eric is a grown man.
Tiny: (Barking)
Donna: He is saying good-bye with all the dignity he has, and then we're gonna be together. We're getting married, Pam.
Pam: Marrying Eric Forrester?
Tiny: (Growling)
Pam: My sister's husband? No way. There is no way in hell that you will ever marry that man.
Donna: Oh, yes, we are. We are gonna have a big, flashy, romantic wedding, and I can tell you one person who is not gonna be invited.
Tiny: (Growls) (barking)
Donna: (Gasps)
Pam: And I can tell you one person that's never gonna be at the altar-- you, Donna. You continue to try to destroy my sister's family.
Tiny: (Growling)
Pam: I'll kill you first.
Donna: (Laughs) you've got to be kidding me.
Pam: No.
Tiny: (Barking)
Pam: I'm serious, deadly serious.
Tiny: (Growling)
Pam: If you dare try to become Mrs. Eric Forrester, I will kill you.
Tiny: (Growling) (barking) (growling)
Brooke: I can understand why you'd want to be cautious. I've given you every reason to question my commitment to you, but I never meant to do that. I just got caught up in this incredible situation with this boy, my biological son.
Ridge: Logan, I warned you in the beginning not to get involved.
Brooke: I know you did, and I couldn't help it. He needed me. But it's not because I love you any less, Ridge, and I can prove that to you.
Ridge: In time, you will. But right now, you're not ready.
Brooke: Marry me, Ridge. This is our time. This is our moment. (Sighs) I-I know that it's traditional for the man to come to the woman, but here I am. I'm coming to you on bended knee.
Ridge: (Sighs)
Brooke: Be my husband, Ridge Forrester, my husband for as long as we both shall live.
Ridge: (Laughs)
Brooke: (Laughs).
