Brooke: Please, Nick, let go. Do you love me that much?

Nick: I do understand your position, and I do know how hard this is for you. And I do want what's best for you. But don't believe that Forrester's the answer. And I do love you enough to let you go, if that's what you want.

Nick: Tell me that's what you want. Do you want me to let you go?

Brooke: (Whispers) No. (Sobbing) No, I don't.

Eric: (Laughing)

Donna: Mm.

Eric: Mm. (Sighs)

Donna: (Sighs)

Eric: Whoa.

Donna: (Giggles) You are insatiable.

Eric: Well, I can't take all the credit for that, you know.

Donna: Mm.

Eric: You are quite the, uh...

Donna: (Laughs)

Eric: You're quite the turn-on, miss thing.

Donna: Mm.

Eric: But you're right. I'm just, uh-- I'm just getting started.

Donna: (Laughs)

Eric: Mm.

Donna: How did I get so lucky?

Eric: No, and I love you s mud that when we're together, I just--I feel almost-- almost desperate to make the most of every moment we have together.

Eric: Desperate.

Don: (Laughs)

Eric: Here I am ling with Stephanie, and all I want to do is be with you. It not what I wanted for us, you know?

Donna: I know.

Eric: (Sighs)

Donna: I know darling.

Eric: But that's the way it has to be right now. At least we can rest assured that Stephanie has no idea we're beating her at her own game.

Donna: Mm.

Eric: Come here. (Moaning)

Stephanie: I so did not want to believe that your father is still sleeping with her, but when I found this prescription, I-I knew.

Ridge:  Oh, Mother. Stephanie: Honey, he's lied to me, and he's betrayed me. And after all the years at we've been together, he has just-- he's played me for a fool. Well, the are consequences to these things, and they've brought it on themselves. Now Donna is really going to find out what it's like to lose someone that she loves.

Storm: Well, hello, there, my darling sister.

Katie: Hi.

Storm: Mm.

Katie: Ohh.

Storm: Ohh. How are you?

Katie: What's that-- what's that all about?

Storm: I'm just grateful for every moment of my freedom, and it's all thanks to Stephanie.

Katie: (Sighs) yeah.

Brooke: (Whispers) no, Nick. No, Nick, I can't. We can't.

Nick: Maybe not today, but it's gonna happen. You know it. We both know it.

Brooke: (Sobbing) (Whimpers)

Eric: Mmm-mmm-mmm.

Donna: You know what?

Eric: What? What?

Donna: You are amazing.

Eric: (Exhales deeply)

Donna: I have just-- I've never felt like this before.

Eric: I know, know. I'm the best lover you've ever had.

Donna: (Giggles) Tell me all about it.

Donna: Eric, you are a wonderful lover...

Eric: Mm-hmm.

Donna: Yet so much more

Eric: Yeah?

Donna: I just feel so loved when I'm with you, you know, like--like we're one. It hurts to be apart.

Eric: I know it feels like that for me, too.

Donna: Yeah.

Eric: What?

Donna: Give me your hand. Give me your--

Eric: My hand?

Donna: Yeah.

Eric: What? There it is.

Donna: Ooh.

Eric: What are you doing?

Donna: Strong, long, deep lines.

Eric: Oh, thank you. That's a good thing, right?

Donna: (Laughs) They tell a lot, you know?

Eric: They do?

Donna: Mm-hmm.

Eric: What-- and what do they tell?

Donna: Well, let madam Donna tell you your future.

Eric: Madam Donna?

Donna: Yes. (Giggles)

Eric: This is a part of you I've never seen, a side of you that's a little strange.

Donna: (Giggles)

Eric: Go ahead. Do you need a turban for this or anything?

Donna: St .

Eric: All right. Go on.

Donna: Well, I see you and I together...

Eric: Mm-hmm.

Eric: I see happy in love. I see that.

Donna: A very, very, very, very, very long time.

Eric: That's because there are very, very, very long, deep lines.

Donna: (Giggles) oh, but, you know, with Stephanie out of the picture.

Eric: Oh, yeah, I don't see Stephanie in there. Holy cow. No, she's not here either.

Donna: (Giggles)

Eric: Okay, we're all right. We're all right.

Donna: God, I'm just-- I'm so proud to be with you. I'm happy to be the woman that you love. I want to--I want to go up to the rooftop right now and just shout it out for the whole world to hear. (Giggles)

Eric: You do?

Donna: Yeah.

Eric: Okay. No, no, no, no, don't do it yet.

Donna: (Giggles)

Eric: Don't do it. I promise I'll do the same with you. I'll go with you, and both of us will yell it out there for everybody in the world. But we can't right now. We gotta take it one day at a time, all right-- placate Stephanie and make sure that she continues to believe that we're not seeing each other anymore. We'll be all right. We're gonna be wonderful. Mm.

Ridge: I think you're jumping to a very hasty conclusion here. So Dad's missing a pill. That doesn't necessarily mean he's still sleeping with Donna.

Stephanie: (Chucks) well, what else could it mean? He's certainly not getting it on with me.

Ridge: Mother, I already told you you're not gonna win Dad back by confronting him with all of these suspicions of yours. (Cell phone rings)

Stephanie: Excuse me. (Rings)

Stephanie: Hello.

Man: Mrs. Forrester, it's Rocky. I've got that information you wanted.

Stephanie: Well, that was fast. Uh, did you find him?

Rocky: Yes. He 's at 8211 Sycamore, apartment 2b.

Stephanie: 8211. All right, uh, um, Rocky, thank you very much. I appreciate all your hard work. Bye. That was a private investigator I hired. Found your father shacked up with her someplace south of Sunset Boulevard.

Ridge: You hired a P.I. To spy on Dad?

Stephanie: Yes, I did. I'm not proud of it, but I did it, because I had to know if he was being truthful with me.

Ridge: Mother, are you sure you want to do this? If you're right and you find Dad with Donna, it's gonna be extremely painful. Really hate to see you put yourself through this.

Stephanie: Believe me, it's going to be, but not as painful as it will be for her.

Brooke: (Sighs)

Storm: Hey, sis. Everything all right? You look, uh, you look a little tired.

Brooke: Uh, yeah. No, it's--it's nothing.

Storm: Well, it doesn't look like nothing. (Sighs) you know I'm always here for you, both of you.

Brooke: (Sighs heavily) No, it's--it's fine. It's all good. Just had a long day.

Storm: Okay.

Brooke: Besides, you're not supposed to be looking out for us. We're supposed to be looking out for you.

Katie: Brooke's right. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.

Storm: All right. If you say so, I'm convinced. Well, listen, I better go. I'm late for another--mm-- therapy session. Listen, I know I've said this a few times, but I really-- I really can't thank you enough, both of you, for forgiving me. I'm a lucky man being part of this family.

Brooke: (Chuckles)

Storm: You guys have a great day, okay?

Katie: Mm-hmm.

Storm: Bye.

Brooke: Okay.

Katie: You know, I didn't want to say anything in front of Storm, but he's right. You look like hell.

Brooke: Thanks a lot, Katie.

Katie: So did you see Nick? Did you tell him where things stand?

Brooke: Yes, yes, I did see him.

Katie: What did you say? What happened?

Brooke: I told him that I'm going to marry Ridge and that we're going to raise our kids-- Hope and R.J.—an have a future.

Katie: Good. I'm glad. I know that must have been very hard for you, but I think you're making the right decision

Brooke: I don't know. I mean, I do know, I do, because I love Ridge, and I know he loves me, and we're getting married, and we're planning a life with our kids. But--

Katie: But what?

Brooke: E-ever since Taylor left, now Nick is home alone with Jack, and he's gonna need some help. This is not going to be easy for him.

Katie: I wouldn't worry about Nick. I'm sure he's gonna have all the support and all the help he needs with Jack, just not from you.

Nick: Nothing to be worried about. You know, things work out the way they're supposed to work out. We, uh, we shift to plan "B" here. You know, Mom took off. So it's just the guys now.

(Doorbell rings)

Nick: That's cold. Um, let's get the door, huh, babe, your food has to be warm.

Jack: (Fussing)

Nick: Easy. It's okay. Let's see who--hey, Bridget. Hi. Come in.

Bridget: Hi.

Nick: What a nice surprise. How you doing?

Bridget: Oh, well, I'm good. I just--I had a long break from the hospital, so I thought I'd come and check on you and Jack. Hi, honey.

Nick: (Chuckles)

Bridget: Handsome-- I-is it's a bad time?

Jack: (Fussing)

Nick: No, no, we love when pretty girls stop by, don't we? We love it.

Bridget: Oh, well-- (laughs) well, you've got your-- your hands full here.

Jack: (Coughs)

Bridget: Do you--

Nick: Uh, you know, Bridget I guess handful is right. You know, corporate takeovers, manning vessels-- this is a little different You got the babies and the bottles and the heating and the holding and--

Bridget: Uh-huh.

Nick: Sometimes I wish I had four arms. But it's all good. (Laughs)

Bridget: Well, I'm--you do right now, so--hey, Jack.

Nick: Oh, that's nice.

Bridget: Oh, I think he's a little tired. Why don't I just take care of him for a second, and, uh--

Nick: All right.

Bridget: Oh it's freezing, Nick. Why don't you go heat it?

Nick: Yeah. Okay.

Bridget: He'd probably like that.

Nick: Oh, good. Okay, I'll be back. Here.

Bridget: Oh, okay, eat. Yeah, thanks.

Nick: Okay, see you guys. Thanks. I'll heat this up.

Bridget: Hi, baby love.

Jack: (Fussing)

Bridget: Oh, right, right.

Jack: (Fussing)

Bridget: Ahh, really? Really? Hi.

Bridget: (Laughs)

Nick: Yeah, you are in a good mood now, aren't you, huh?

Bridget: He just want a little food.

Nick: You're a natural. He feels your love and goodness.

Bridget: I feel very connected to him... and to you, just like we're a family.

Nick: I love you. I love you.

Bridget: He's so lucky to have you as a father.

Nick: Thanks.

Bridget: You ready for your nap, big boy? You know, there's something I wanted to ask you, so I'm just gonna put him down for a little nap. Yeah, you're a little sleepy, huh? Mmm. Here we go oh, what a good boy. You're such a good boy, Jack. Such a good boy. You know, I did come over to check on Jack, but I also knew that my mom was gonna stop by. You okay? What happened? Nick: (Scoffs) well, would you like the beginning, the middle or the end?

Bridget: The beginning.

Nick: She came by and said she wanted to check Jack.

Bridget: Mm-hmm. Um, so I-I-I'm gonna guess the middle.

Nick: She kept going on about her life with Forrester and I shut her up by kissing her.

Bridget: Oh. and then h-how did that end?

Nick: She said she was moving on with her life with Ridge, and she left.

Bridget: I'm sorry, Nick.

Nick: Oh, don't be sorry Bridget. It's not over, not even close.

Brooke: I'm just worried about Nick and Jack. I mean, ever since Taylor left, Nick is there taking care of little Jack all by himself. I mean, Jack is going to need his mother.

Katie: Brooke, you cannot be a mother to Jack and expect to have any kind of relationship or future with Ridge. You can't have it both ways.

Brooke: What did you mean when you said Nick would get all the help that he needs?

Katie: I just meant that there are a lot of people who love and care for Jack and for Nick. Jackie, for instance-- she loves her son. She's over the moon about her new grandbaby. They're not gonna be alone. They're gonna have plenty of support, I promise.

Brooke: I hope so. How does Storm seem to you? Like he's doing better. It just worries me, though. I just know it could all be over in a flash.

Brooke: I know. The thought that his freedom hinges on Stephanie- where is Donna, anyway?

Katie: Oh, who knows?

Brooke: She was supposed to be meeting us here.

Katie: I can't keep track of her anymore. I just hope for Storm's sake that she's not with Eric.

(Knock on door)

Stephanie: Eric? Eric, it's Stephanie. I know that the two of you are in there. So just open the door, please.

Eric: Stephanie?

Nick: I gotta do what's right for this boy. I know that your mother loves him. She's shown that since the day she found out that she was his biological mother. And in her heart of hearts, I know that she wants to be with Jack and me. But until she's willing to admit that, I just have to do what's best for this boy.

Bridget: Nick, you know you're gonna do an amazing job raising him.

Bridget: Well, I'm here for you and Jack. You know that.

Nick: (Chuckles) Yeah. You're wonderful. So special. Thank you.

Jack: (Cooing)

Brooke: Where is that girl? We had a meeting scheduled. It's not like Donna to be late.

Katie: You know, if she keeps fooling around with Eric and Stephanie finds out, there's gonna be hell to pay at Storm's expense.

Brooke: Yeah, I know. That's what worries me, too.

Katie: We can't let this go on. It--it's just selfish. We can't lose our brother. We just can't.

Brooke: Donna better not slip up. (Knock on door)

Stephanie: Where is he?

Donna: Stephanie, I don't know what you're talking about.

Stephanie: Don't play with me, Donna. I know he's here.

Donna: Eric is not here.

Stephanie: I'm gonna give you one last chance to tell me the truth, or I mean it, your brother will go to jail.

Donna: Oh, stop it, Stephanie. How dare you barge in here and--and accuse me like this. You won. I left Eric. But if--if he's not with you, that's your problem. But he's not here.

Stephanie: (Chuckles) Why would you think I would believe anything that you say when I know that he was here? And I will find him!

Stephanie: Oh, no, he wouldn't be that stupid.

Donna: Oh, you--you get out of here, or I'm calling the police. Get out. Stop it, Stephanie.

Stephanie: I'm looking out that window.

Donna: Stop it! Stop it!

Stephanie: No, stop it. You stop it! He's my husband. I'm going to look out the damn window.
