Erica: I'm sorry I'm late. I know how important this meeting is, but things were just so crazy at the studio today. I mean, how many makeover shows can a person do in one season? I mean, I know that it creates a lot of buzz for Fusion and all --
[Ryan grunts as he does some chin-ups shirtless]
Jake: Here's an idea: Why don't you stay out of our life? Amanda and I will make our own family decisions.
David: I was just offering a suggestion, trying to help.
Jake: Well, your kind of help sends people to Outer Mongolia. Your kind of help sends people towards dementia, amnesia. Your kind of help kept little Kathy away from my brother. We don't need your kind of help.
David: Well, you know something? Sometimes advice is just that: Advice. You really need to get over your suspicions.
Tad: It's no good if anybody sees us.
Taylor: Shouldn't Opal be here by now?
[Footsteps approaching]
Tad: Huh? What did I tell you? Right on time.
[Phone rings]
Taylor: [Whispering] Is that her?
Tad: Shh. Mama?
Amanda: Tad, it's Amanda. Opal is stuck at the hospital with Joe. Whatever you do, do not leave the baby.
Tad: Whoa, whoa, whoa. What do you mean, Opal's at the hospital?
Amanda: She's with your dad.
Tad: No, no, no, no, no, she's not. She can't be. I mean, she was just here. We heard her take the baby.
Amanda: "Heard"?
Tad: I'll call you back.
Amanda: Tad, wait!
Jake: What did he say?
Amanda: Someone took Trevor.
Jake: What are you --
Amanda: Someone took our son.
Ryan: I'll be done in one second.
Erica: Oh, no, that's ok. Take your time. I have a lot of work to do.
Ryan: Ah, oh. I'm done. I'm definitely done. That used to be a lot easier. Wow. Well, I can see -- I can see why you didn't have any time to stop by Fusion, huh? You got a lot of work.
Erica: Yeah. Well, I mean, we've scheduled double episodes for the rest of the month, and I'm gonna do two shows a day. The homework is -- well, it's impossible. For example, tomorrow I have to know about the art of the recessionista, how to dress for less, and then I have to know about fashionomics and -- and style on a budget.
Ryan: Well, remind me to set my DVR.
Erica: Hey. So I, um, I gather you got Emma off all right for her sleepover?
Ryan: I did. I did. Which is why I thought we'd get a little work done before our meeting with the head buyer of Lacey's.
Erica: Oh, no. That head buyer meeting -- I completely forgot about it. Look at me. Ok, I'm going home. I'm gonna go home, and I'll change.
Ryan: Oh, or you could just sit right down right here. You can sit down, take five. It's ok.
Erica: Really?
Ryan: I got it covered. See? It's all right. That's the good news. The bad news is that the numbers are down across the board, and this was even before Kendall got convicted. Ok? A big buy from Lacey's is exactly what Fusion needs to get in the black. I mean, the economy is just killing Fusion right now. Especially considering Lacey's is buying up every department store on the East Coast, it should be a great way to unload a lot of inventory.
Erica: Well, I'm all for that. Ok, my five is up. I'm going home. I'm gonna change. I'll meet you and Gary.
Ryan: You're not going anywhere.
Erica: But this meeting is critical.
Ryan: It is critical, and I will handle it.
Erica: That's not necessary.
Ryan: You got a lot of homework to do.
Erica: But this is --
Ryan: No buts. No. No buts about it. I'll take care of it, ok? I'm gonna take a shower.
Tad: Anything?
Taylor: This is crazy! Whoever took that baby couldn't have gotten far!
Tad: Who takes a baby? Why didn't they take him into the church or talk to a cop? Why didn't they just ask somebody? Who takes a baby?!
Taylor: Ok, listen, maybe -- maybe they took Trevor to a hospital or to a police station for help.
Tad: No, no, no, no, that's no good. Because if they did, he'd go right into the system, and Jake and Amanda couldn't get him back. Think about the questions.
Taylor: Think of the attention: David would find out.
Tad: Whatever we do, we got to do it under the radar, and we got to do it now.
Taylor: Listen, go to Jesse. He'll help you.
Tad: No, no, no, no, no. We got to -- we got to reconnoiter with Jake and Amanda first, figure out what our first step is. I just can't believe this has happened. I can't believe I lost my brother's kid.
Taylor: No, no, no, no. We will find him.
Tad: Yeah, you're right. We'll have him back home in time for bed, right?
Joe: Your pulse is irregular, and you still have palpitations. That means you stay put until your medically cleared, all right?
Opal: But, Joe, I --
Joe: I'm gonna get your chart. I'll be right back. Don't move.
Opal: You got to call Tad. You have to tell --
Jake: Too late: Someone took the boy.
Opal: Oh, no. Oh, my God, it's all my fault!
Amanda: Listen, Opal, it's gonna be ok. Just breathe, all right?
Opal: Ohh!
Jake: Hello. Did you find him?
Tad: Jake, we looked everywhere. There's no sign of him.
Jake: Oh, my God.
Tad: I don't -- I don't know what to say.
Jake: It's all right. Just -- just keep looking, ok? We're on our way.
Amanda: This can't be happening.
Jake: It is happening. We're gonna search for him until find him, and we will find him. Ok?
Opal: All right, I'm coming with you.
Jake: No, no. Just stay here, let my father finish checking you out, ok? Maybe keep your eyes open. Somebody might show up with a baby.
Amanda: That makes sense, right? I mean, if somebody finds a baby, they'd bring him to a hospital, right?
Opal: If I see baby Trevor, I will hang on to him till he's safe and sound back in your arms.
Jake: Just worry about getting your heart rate down, ok? You ready?
Amanda: Ok.
Opal: Oh --
David: So I hear you're having heart problems again.
Jesse: My wife, my marriage, my life: Stay out of it. It's not your business.
Madison: Must be rough, huh, walking that line? Police on one side, your wife on the other? Aren't you just a little bit sorry that you decided to protect your murder-and-conquer daughter-in-law?
Jesse: You are on very, very thin ice.
Madison: Of course, I guess that's what families do, huh? Band together in the name of love? Of course, if it were me --
Jesse: Well, it's not you. And I'm not in the habit of taking advice from a frigid, clueless skank.
Madison: You need to be careful how you talk to me.
Jesse: Oh, that was careful. But keep it up.
Madison: You don't even know me.
Jesse: But I'm beginning to. Dead husband? Didn't even faze you. Cover-up? Barely blinked twice. But the prospect of putting $10 million in your pocket? Now, this is where I saw something in those broken eyes of yours. Money is all you love, isn't it?
Madison: Is this the part where you tell me how pathetic I am?
Jesse: Yeah, it is. It's also the part where I tell you if this doesn't go right, you've got just as much to lose as anybody else. So you better hope like hell that this can be fixed.
Gary: I'm sorry Ms. Kane won't be able to join us.
Ryan: Very full schedule.
Gary: I remember when Lacey's first started buying time on "New Beginnings." I watched the show with my ex-wife. I don't think my ex ever quite got over my crush on Erica Kane.
Ryan: Ha ha ha! Yeah, Erica has that effect on people.
Gary: Hmm.
Ryan: She also is very deeply committed to her business ventures, and I think it would make her very, very happy if Lacey's saw the upmarket potential in buying a percentage of the inventory. We could talk about some numbers and see what you guys are comfortable with.
Gary: Uh, I'd feel more comfortable if Ms. Kane were here.
Ryan: Hmm.
Gary: With her daughter in prison, isn't Erica stretched a bit too thin to give Fusion the attention it deserves?
Ryan: I've been with Fusion a very long time, a very long time. I know the numbers, the demos, the potential as well as anybody does.
Gary: Your reputation as a businessman is impeccable, but Fusion is a company that needs a feminine touch. No offense.
Ryan: None taken.
Erica: I'm offended.
Ryan: Hey.
Gary: Ms. Kane, I -- I hope I'd never do anything to offend you.
Erica: Well, you ordered your cocktails without me. Ha ha! A Virgin Mary, please.
Gary: Let me get you a chair.
Erica: Thank you.
Tad: Jake, I talked to the pastor. I talked to the maintenance man. I talked to anybody I could find. Nobody saw anything.
Amanda: How could you let this happen? Who just leaves a baby by himself? Just leaves him alone -- who does that?
Jake: Try to stay calm.
Amanda: Trevor is missing.
Tad: Amanda, I'm sorry.
Jake: It's not just your fault. We all agreed to do this plan.
Amanda: We have to call the police, and they'll issue an Amber Alert.
Tad: We're thinking about talking to Jesse.
Jake: I don't think we should do that.
Amanda: It's the only way.
Jake: Well, uh, fine. But if we do that, then you have to be prepared to expose ourselves to...
Amanda: It doesn't matter. Trevor is missing. Jesse will understand.
Tad: Even if he did, anything that Jesse tried would have to be through official channels. Which means that David could find out about it, which means that he could end up with Trevor.
Amanda: Great. My baby is in the hands of God knows what kind of person.
Jake: I just -- I think we should do everything that we can ourselves first. And then if that doesn't work, we should go to the police. Right? Or what do you --
Tad: We have to cover as much ground as possible. We have to split up.
Amanda: It's right in front of us. We missed it, you guys. It's David. It's got to be.
David: Perhaps you've had some stress that you're experiencing?
Opal: Stress?
David: Yeah.
Opal: No, no. I mean, everything's just hunky-dory.
David: Huh. I mean, come on. You're living in a three-ring circus. The Martins, the Cortlandts, Krystal, all living under Tad's roof? That could certainly have something to do with it. Well, at least Jake and Amanda moved out. Jake and Amanda? Interesting.
[Opal's heart monitor beeps faster]
Opal: Well, I miss them, that's all.
David: No, I'd say there's something more to it than that. Jake and Amanda.
Opal: Would you stop doing that, please?
David: All right, Opal, what's going on? Why is your heart thumping out of your chest the moment I say their names?
Opal: Well, maybe it is because I know how terrible you have been to both of them, and that they're still mourning that child, and that upsets me.
David: Or there's something else, something you're holding on to. My advice? Get it off your chest before your heart jumps out of it.
Amanda: It's David. It's totally a David move.
Jake: David was at the hospital with us.
Tad: Yeah, but maybe he's not working alone. I mean, he was able to con that nurse into poisoning Adam.
Taylor: But how did he find out?
Amanda: He could've been following me. He could've been watching your house. You brought Trevor there. Opal saw him. Kathy saw him. It's not so crazy that David would figure it out.
Jake: You know, at one moment he mentioned to me something about adoption.
Amanda: See?
Tad: But that doesn't mean he was following us. That -- that could've been just a coincidence.
Amanda: No, this is totally David. This is exactly what he would do. He's toying with us, guys. He wants us to know he knows our plan. If David found out that Trevor is alive, he would do anything to get him back. Jake, he's got him.
Jake: I -- I have an idea, but we'd need your help, though.
Tad: Sure.
Jake: Honey, I think you should go back to the hospital. You know, we have that plan, the open-baby safety plan, that somebody can bring a baby back, no questions asked. Maybe whoever took the baby would feel safe enough to bring the baby back.
Taylor: Right. You go to the hospital. I'll stay here. I'll scout around. I'll ask questions. If anyone saw anything, I will find out.
Jake: Are we clear?
Tad: Yeah, yeah.
Jake: All right.
Tad: We will find him.
Gary: I'm your biggest fan.
Erica: Oh, thank you, Gary. That's so sweet of you.
Gary: And there's no denying the -- the quality of Fusion products. But, uh, with the -- an offer the size you're making, it's the economy. You know, Lacey's is decreasing, not increasing inventory, and I -- I can't possibly commit to this.
Ryan: Well, it's not set in stone. Fusion can deepen the discount, reduce the numbers.
Erica: I understand that negotiating is about both parties being satisfied. No one should ever leave the table hungry -- in business or in pleasure.
Gary: Absolutely. Uh, and I understand completely. But in this economic climate, the numbers -- they just --
[Slow music plays]
Erica: Oh, Gary. Will you dance with me?
Gary: Now, that's an offer that I would never turn down.
[Gary chuckles]
Erica: Thank you.
Singer: The day you came up to me with your smile...
Opal: Ok. Yes, uh, there has been a little -- been a little hectic at home lately. I mean, Tad shot -- got shot in the head and Amanda lost her baby and Krystal's moved in. Petey, the -- I mean, well, there's always something going on with Petey. That -- that is a lot for one heart to handle, but I swear to you. You let me go, and I will go straight to bed and do a few omms, and I'll just be right as raisins by morning.
David: No, I don't think so. You're already had one heart attack. You have a history of compromised cardiac activity.
Opal: But this isn't about that. I mean, look. Look right there. You see? Steady as a clock. I fixed it myself.
Amanda: Hey, are you all right?
[Door handle jiggles at Wildwind]
Jake: Get away from it.
Tad: I did. Just give me a minute. I don't hear a baby.
Jake: Doesn't mean he wasn't here or isn't here.
Tad: I tell you what. I'm gonna look around upstairs. You check down here, make sure the stork didn't pay Hayward a visit.
Jake: Right.
Taylor: Excuse me? I -- I just want to talk. I was hoping you could help me.
Woman: You're pretty.
Taylor: I was wondering if you saw someone around here earlier, somebody with a basket.
Woman: She wasn't as pretty as you.
Taylor: So you saw someone?
Woman: Tattoo, right here, like a spider web. Walked with a limp, like this.
Taylor: And -- and the basket?
Woman: Talked to it in Spanish. "Mi precioso. Que paso?"
Taylor: Wait, wait. Uh, is there anything else you can tell me?
Woman: Fell out of the basket.
[The woman hands Taylor a tiny baby sock]
Taylor: How old was this woman? What was she -- what was she wearing? What color was her hair?
Woman: You a cop? I thought you were pretty. Never should've opened my mouth!
Taylor: I'm not a cop. I'm not a cop. I just -- I need your help. I thought that I heard a baby crying.
Woman: Don't. No more questions. No more!
Frankie: Want some company?
Madison: Shouldn't you be home with the little woman?
Frankie: I needed some air, but I was hoping you'd still be here.
Madison: Why is that?
Frankie: You made me an offer.
Madison: Did I?
Frankie: To gamble.
Madison: Oh. So you gambling money or something else?
Frankie: What else?
Madison: Well, if you're here, that means there's trouble at home. And if there's trouble at home --
Frankie: Ah, things are fine. Like I said, I just needed some air.
Madison: In a climate-controlled casino with a woman who attempted to seduce you?
Frankie: Look, if you're not interested, then I --
Madison: No, I didn't say that. It's just you're not very good at this.
Frankie: Good at what?
Madison: Working people.
Frankie: I'm not "working you." You made an offer. I'm here.
Madison: So you are.
Angie: That was fast.
Jesse: Baby, I thought I asked you to leave Henry North's autopsy report alone.
Angie: "Ask"? You told me. You ordered me.
Jesse: They reopened his case as a homicide.
Angie: You sound like a man about to be accused of murder.
Jesse: You should've stayed out of it, Angela.
Angie: Did you kill North?
Jesse: I'm begging you, baby, please leave it alone.
Angie: You told me that you did something for the baby. Did you mean Randi? Did you kill North to protect her?
Ryan: Thanks.
Gary: Thank you so much for that dance.
Erica: Oh, you're so welcome.
Gary: Ooh, past my bedtime. Um, thank you, again, for a great evening.
Erica: Well, you're very welcome, Gary. Thank you. But aren't you forgetting something? We had an offer on the table?
Gary: Double it.
Ryan: Ok. I will draw up the documents tomorrow. How does that sound? Thank you very much for your business.
Gary: Sounds good. Pleasure's all mine.
Erica: Thank you, Gary.
Gary: You know this woman is a national treasure?
Erica: Oh.
Gary: You could learn a lot.
Erica: Thank you.
Ryan: Now, Erica, I have -- I've seen you operate, but that was spectacular. You really are a national treasure.
Erica: Ooh, that makes me feel like I ought to be bronzed or something. Uh, I think I prefer "deal closer." And actually, I should be getting hazard pay because, I mean, Gary is a very, very nice guy, but he's not a dancer.
Ryan: Let me see that. Well, you may have just single-handedly saved Fusion. Of course, looks like you sacrificed a few toes in the process.
Erica: Well, next time we have a meeting with Gary, uh, remind me to hold that meeting in the office.
Jesse: You have to let this go.
Angie: I am not letting anything go. Now, you better give me some answers.
Jesse: I made promises.
Angie: To Randi? I'm your wife. You made promises to me! Now, I'm tired of you disrespecting me and this marriage.
Jesse: Baby, you don't understand.
Angie: Because you won't talk to me! Now, what is it?
[Jesse sighs]
Angie: Jesse? Did you have an affair with Madison North? Did Henry North find out, and you killed him?
Jesse: Oh, hell, no.
Angie: Well, then hallelujah. An answer: A denial. At least that's a start. I still say that Henry North died before his car hit the bottom of that ravine. Blunt-force trauma. Clever cover -- up, but not clever enough.
Jesse: I have told you I did not kill that man.
Angie: I believe you. But you know who killed him, and I want you to tell me.
Madison: Your first mistake was telling me that everything's ok at home. You want to work me. You tell me that your wife doesn't understand you. And then you say that I am so hot, you just couldn't stop thinking about me, so you came back. See? That's how you soften me up, so that you can lead me to whatever it is you really want.
Frankie: I just wanted to blow off some steam.
Madison: Gambling with a woman that you don't seem to like very much? You know, the truth is I already know why you're here and what you want.
Frankie: You got a Magic 8 ball in that purse?
Madison: Your mom's been stirring up all kinds of trouble about how my husband died. It's got you all excited. You want answers. Such strong hands. You know, the tricky part is if you don't go about it in the right way, you're not gonna get any answers at all.
Frankie: How about this? No games. No playing you, no working you. Just the truth.
Madison: Hmm. The direct approach: That's very manly. I like it. So what do you want to know?
Tad: Jake, check it out. Hayward's definitely got baby on the brain. He's got enough stuff here to start his own nursery.
Jake: At least he's not stupid enough to actually bring the baby here. I'm thinking that he's probably got the baby someplace stashed with a nanny or something until he makes his next move, just like I did.
Tad: Just like you did. Listen, I know how much I bitched and moaned and bitched and moaned about all your plans and schemes: The baby, you and Amanda. I just want you to know that I know why -- how much you love her, that you'd do anything to make her happy.
Jake: So stop your bitching and moaning.
Tad: I can't. See, this is my fault. If I'd kept an eye on Trevor, then none of us would be here right now.
Jake: Let's just find him.
Tad: I -- thing is, I can't stop thinking about all the years that I missed Kathy.
Jake: Well, you know there's nothing worse than that. So let's just make this ours, ours and not yours, all right?
Tad: I give you my word. If Hayward's got anything to do with keeping you away from Trevor, I'll do whatever --
Jake: Whoa, whoa, whoa, look at this.
Tad: What is it?
Jake: It's last month's phone bill. Hey, look at all these calls to Gloucester, Massachusetts. That's a nice little out-of-the-way place to keep a kid, wouldn't you say?
Tad: Yeah, most definitely. And we have a phone number. All we got to do is find out where it goes.
David: So where's Tad? I thought he'd be here to make sure that I don't cut out Opal's heart and eat it.
Amanda: He got tied up. Is Opal ok? Can I take her home?
Opal: Yes.
David: No. Your blood pressure's down, but I want to check your test results. And then we'll see if you're going home. Excuse me.
Opal: Tell me that they found Trevor. Did they find the baby? Oh, I was sure they would find him. That poor little thing! If it wasn't for me and my stupid idea --
Amanda: Opal, it's not your fault, ok? You have got to calm down. We will find Trevor because Tad, Taylor, Jake -- they're all on it, all right? And you and I, we're gonna be here in case somebody brings the baby to the hospital.
Opal: Ok, I'm just gonna get down on my knees right now.
Amanda: Was David with you the whole time?
Opal: Unfortunately.
Amanda: Was he acting any weirder than usual, say, asking any strange questions?
Opal: Well, now that you mention it, he -- he was grilling me a lot about what was going on at home, about you and Jake.
Amanda: Well, what did he say? Tell me exactly. Did he say anything about the baby?
Opal: No. He -- do you think he's behind this? I mean, what if David had Trevor kidnapped?
Amanda: I -- I don't know. I mean, we've been so careful. I mean, Trevor has been at Taylor's dressed as a girl. I mean, we've been so careful --
Opal: But I saw Trevor at Tad's, and I figured it out. I think Kathy -- she saw a baby. She could see something was screwy. Now, if a 7-year-old could be curious, why wouldn't David be -- oh, oh, oh, my God! Oh, no. What if David has Trevor?
Erica: It was a rush, wasn't it? Making the deal?
Ryan: Nothing better. Except, of course, going to the park with Spike and Emma.
Erica: Ah.
Ryan: Reading books with them. Waking up with them. You know.
Erica: I know. Nothing better than spending time with our children.
Ryan: And you're missing Kendall?
Erica: Hmm. I keep thinking that if I work hard enough and long enough and focus on deals and numbers and demographics, that it's gonna keep me so busy that I won't have time to miss her.
Ryan: But you do?
Erica: Oh, every second. Every second.
Ryan: You surprised me tonight coming here. I thought you were down for the count, buried in research for the show.
Erica: You know, I started "New Beginnings" to make a difference. But now so much of it is puff pieces, public appearances. I mean, if I'm not in the studio, I'm on a plane or at a function.
Ryan: Well, if running Fusion is gonna be too much for you --
Erica: Oh, no, no. I love it. And, I mean, I feel so good to be able to help keep Kendall's company vital and productive and alive. I mean, that, to me, is the main reason I have for waking up in the morning.
Ryan: Ok, if the main reason you have for waking up in the morning is to go to work, then we got to do something about that.
Erica: Ha ha ha ha! Hey, are you trying to get me back on the water?
Ryan: You were a natural. I was very impressed. Of course, if you'd rather stay on dry land, we could always try a little mini movie marathon. Figure out once and for all which is the best: Your favorite, the original, or the remake?
Erica: And which one did you like best?
Ryan: I haven't made up my mind yet. A lot to be said for both.
Erica: You're very diplomatic.
[Music changes]
Erica: Do you hear that? Did you make a request from the DJ?
Ryan: Is this the song from the movie? I can't believe it. What are the odds of that happening?
Erica: So do I have to sit here all night now, or should I ask you?
Ryan: May I have this dance?
Frankie: You got it all worked out, don't you?
Madison: I just pay attention.
Frankie: And you stir it up any way you can.
Madison: Tell me, does your wife like to stir it up?
Frankie: Randi's not a part of this conversation.
Madison: Oh, protective. Lucky girl.
Frankie: Look, what is it with you? Why are you out to cause trouble for my family?
Madison: From what I've seen, the Hubbards cause plenty of trouble all on their own.
Frankie: Yeah, but you started it. My parents are lying to each other. My wife's a wreck.
Madison: There are so many better things to talk about, like how much you really want to kiss me right now.
Frankie: You're out of your mind.
Madison: Hmm. Oh, hit me.
Dealer: 21. We have a winner.
Madison: Ha!
[Babies cry]
[Amanda sighs]
David: It's pretty tough, isn't it?
Amanda: What are you talking about?
David: No, I -- I do the same thing. I go in, I -- I look at the newborns, and I imagine what it would be like if one of them were mine. And after that first time you find yourself drawn to the place wishing, hoping, wanting a child of your own.
Amanda: That's all I want.
David: You know, I can't help but wonder what -- what it would've been like if -- if our son had lived.
Amanda: You'd be making my life miserable, fighting to get him away from me. But I'd be fighting you right back with everything that I had, because there's no way in hell I would ever let you steal him.
Tad: Yeah, it's definitely Trevor's, but a homeless woman gave you this?
Taylor: A homeless woman told me that she saw the woman who took Trevor. The woman spoke Spanish. She, uh, she had a tattoo. She walked with a limp.
Tad: A spider tattoo?
Taylor: How'd you know that?
Tad: Because I saw her, too.
Taylor: When?
Tad: Every day. "Los Todos Niņos"? Are you kidding? The Spiderwoman? Actually, it's not even a woman. It's a man dressed as a woman.
Taylor: No, no, no. A homeless woman doesn't own a television, and she certainly doesn't watch telenovelas.
Tad: Are you crazy? Have you -- have you driven by the electronic store on Woodmere? They got those wide-screen televisions, the plasma ones, going 24 hours a day. God, they practically serve popcorn. Come on, a spider web?
Taylor: You're right, ok? You're right! I'm sorry! I was stupid! It's so obvious. And David is too smart to use somebody that easy to identify. Did you find anything at his house?
Tad: A lot of baby stuff but no baby. I've got a contact running down a phone number that popped up a lot last month. It might give us something.
[Tad sighs]
Taylor: Headache?
Tad: No. Actually, my heart hurts more. I just can't believe -- why didn't I keep an eye on Trevor? How could I -- what was I thinking?
Taylor: We will find him.
Tad: Yeah, we better. Because there's no way in hell I'm putting Jake and Amanda what I went through with Kathy.
David: Hey, it's me. The package is on its way. Yeah, that's right. I'll be there soon.
Jake: He could've been talking about anything. It doesn't mean that he was --
Amanda: It's about Trevor, I'm sure. He saw me coming out of the nursery. He said he wondered what he would feel like if our baby still lived. And when he was checking out Opal, he was asking all kinds of questions about us. Now this call about a package? This -- what else could it be?
Jake: We found some boxes of baby stuff at his place, by the way, and I found a phone number that he's been calling. Tad's tracing it right now.
Amanda: Did you call it?
Jake: Yeah. It just rings off the wall.
Amanda: What are we gonna do? David could be taking Trevor anywhere around the world. How are we ever gonna find him?
[Phone rings]
Jake: Hello? What'd you find?
Tad: Yeah, my source got a contact, an address in Gloucester for that phone number.
Jake: Can you text it to me?
Tad: Right now.
Jake: Thank you. I think I have to go to Massachusetts.
Amanda: I'm going with you.
Jake: Are you sure?
Amanda: If my baby is there, you better damn well believe I'm going, too.
Jesse: I did not kill Henry North. Let's leave it at that.
Angie: We're not leaving it at that. I need to know everything.
Jesse: You need to let me handle this my way.
