Jamie: The interest and late fees are killing us.
Babe: Well, I'm trying to get some extra overtime at the bar.
Jamie: You know, you can work around the clock, and it might just put a dent in this one.
Babe: Well, hey, if I have to work 24/7 to get us through this rough patch, I will gladly do so.
Jamie: I love you for it, Babe, but this is more than a rough patch, and bringing your sleeping bag to work isn't the answer.
Babe: I just wish there was something I could do to wipe this worry off your face.
Jamie: Soap and water ain't cutting it, huh?
[Knock on door]
Jamie: Oh. Creditors come to take the soap and water away?
Babe: Hey, it could be Ed McMahon with a check for a million dollars. You never know. Amanda, hey.
Amanda: Expecting someone else?
Babe: Actually, yeah, a couple cameras, a guy with a mike, maybe some balloons. We're expecting the lottery.
Amanda: Oh. Well, guess what -- you won it! Look! Surprise!
Babe: Come here! Oh, I missed you.
David: Late for a Hosers Anonymous meeting?
J.R.: Why don't you blow it out your squeegee, Hayward? Anita -- hey, how's Diana? Is she feeling any better? She have a rough night?
Anita: She seems to be doing well. We moved her to a room this morning.
David: Diana's in here? Why?
J.R.: How the hell do you know Diana? And why do you care?
Tad: Dixie.
Di: What are you talking about? How did I get in here? Where is J.R.?
Tad: They brought you here -- after you left the ER late last night.
Di: Oh.
Tad: And I'm sure that J.R. will be along shortly. Is there anything else I can fill you in on?
Di: The baby. Is he ok?
Tad: Yeah, the baby's just fine, thank you very much. It's you everybody's worried about, what with your kidney infection and all.
Di: I'll be fine.
Tad: You sure about that, Dix? After all, you've only got one. Come to think of it, how's your heart doing?
Di: It's hard enough waking up in a hospital fuzzy on how you got there. I don't need you staring at me like I'm some science project, calling me your dead wife's name.
Tad: What should I call you?
Di: You know my name. It's Diana Cole.
Tad: No. It's not.
David: Don't bust your brass, Junior. I don't know Diana personally. I just know she's Little Adam's nanny.
J.R.: Why do you care that she's in here?
David: The woman takes care of my grandson. Of course, I'd be concerned if she's hospitalized. Little Adam could be at risk.
Anita: She's not suffering from anything contagious.
David: Ok. Why is she here?
Anita: I can't tell you that.
J.R.: Translation -- get lost, tidy man. Is she going to be ok?
Anita: Yeah, she's -- she's resting comfortably. We're going to continue to monitor her, do some more blood work. And we'll know something more a little bit later.
J.R.: Can I see her?
Anita: She's in Room 216.
J.R.: Isn't there some sort of VIP suite you could put her in?
Anita: It's all booked up. It's a hospital, J.R., not the Royal Plaza.
J.R.: Well, I'm just trying to make sure that she's comfortable, that's all.
Anita: She's being very well taken care of.
J.R.: Well, make sure that she has the best nurses, the best food, the best of everything. Do you understand?
Anita: Ms. Cole will get the best available service, same as our other patients. If that's not good enough for you, J.R., you're going to have to take it up with someone a little higher on the totem pole than me. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to work.
David: Just tell me why she's here.
Anita: You know I can't divulge patient information.
David: The woman takes care of my grandson, Anita. Look, come on, it's not like J.R.’s done you any favors. I heard the way he was just barking orders at you. And it wasn't too long ago that he stole your keys and tried to set me up as a drug thief.
Anita: I'll tell you what, David, you get Ms. Cole's permission, and I'll tell you anything that you want to know. Till then, you're going to have to let that warped mind of yours run free.
Maria: I have a right to know who you've been talking with on the Internet.
Maddie: You're my mom, not the CIA. I'm not going to let you pry in my private life.
Maria: Honey, there are all kinds of twisted people who specifically go on the Internet to find boys and girls that they can try to seduce and con and do worse to!
Maddie: Oh, please, you are so paranoid! It's none of your business who I chat with. And if it were, I wouldn't tell you, so drop it!
Maria: No, honey, I'm not going to drop it. I'm not going to drop it until I know that you're safe.
Maddie: Get a clue, would you? Leave me alone!
Sam: Hey, here's an idea. Why don't you pack her up and move her to California? I'll stay here. Problem solved.
Maria: No, because we're not going to go anywhere without going as a whole family.
Sam: Well, you are stuck in Pine Valley, because I'm not going anywhere.
Maria: Do you have any idea who she's talking to on the Internet?
Sam: Hmm. Maybe it's Dad.
[Doorbell rings]
Lily: Hi, Sam.
Sam: Lily, you're back.
Lily: Yes. I've been home from Florida for 3-1/4 hours.
Sam: Well, how was the wedding?
Lily: It was really nice. The weather was sunny and beautiful, and there was an average temperature of 76 degrees. Everyone said I looked beautiful.
Sam: Well, that's a given.
Lily: My dad got married, Erica's my new mom, and Bianca and Kendall are my new sisters, and Miranda’s my niece. Aren't you going to kiss me hello?
Babe: You look good enough to eat. You know that? Yes, you do. Yeah.
Amanda: Look at how happy he is. This is so great.
Jamie: Do you know how much trouble Babe could be in for this?
Amanda: No one will ever know we were here.
Jamie: And J.R. has the family court on speed dial.
Amanda: J.R. went to the hospital to check on the nanny.
Babe: The hospital? What happened?
Amanda: Oh, I'm not sure. Diana went overnight for tests or something. I heard him tell Winifred it's not life threatening, but maybe she went to get her teeth sharpened.
Jamie: And J.R. left the baby with you?
Amanda: Technically, he left him with Winifred, but I offered to pinch-hit for her and take Little Adam to the park. On our way, we decided to take a detour, so he could say, Hi to his mommy and Daddy Jamie.
Babe: The three of us -- we haven't been together in so long.
Jamie: Yeah, but Babe can lose her visitation rights if J.R. finds out.
Babe: What's that?
Amanda: I didn't mean to kick things up, honest. I just got to thinking -- J.R. is the center of this little boy's world, and that really creeped me out. Little Adam needs to be around a real man, a good man, even if it is only for a couple of hours. He needs you, Jamie.
Babe: She's right. I mean, look at him, our boy. The three of us back together again. Hey, say, Hi.
Jamie: Hey, there, big guy. You remember me?
[Little Adam talks]
Jamie: What's that?
Tad: You're not Diana Cole.
Di: Oh. Did I wake up in The Twilight Zone?
Tad: You know something? That's a really good question. Matter of fact, I've been asking myself that one a lot lately. Because I'm sure you remember just before you fainted I was telling you that I met a good friend of yours in Germany. And her name was Diana Cole. The Diana Cole that worked for Bryce Wellington in Philadelphia all those years, raised his two sons. You know, the Diana Cole whose resume you used to get your position with J.R. What? No snappy comeback? Or is your brain just tearing itself up trying to come up with another lie? Maybe -- just maybe you're considering telling the truth. So what is it? Who the hell are you?
Jamie: Huh?
Babe: Jamie has been going quietly bonkers missing that little boy. You have no idea how much you brightened our day. Thank you so much.
Amanda: Well, I figured someone needed to toss you guys a bone. And besides, I've grown pretty crazy about that kid. He's the only happy face in that big old mausoleum the Chandlers call a home.
Jamie: I wish you'd find a way out of there.
Amanda: I haven't run up against anything I can't handle yet. Anyway, don't you want someone living with Little Adam that's in your corner?
Babe: Well, that's not why you're staying, right? Not for our sake?
Amanda: That's an added benefit, but, hey, I can do shallow, too. A maid, a cook, and a pool? It's nice to live the high life. Do you hate me?
Babe: Of course not. How could I hate anyone who brought this sweet little angel to come see us, huh?
Jamie: Go to Mom.
Babe: Ain't that right, cutie pie? Daddy's right.
Amanda: Look at that smile. Now I know I did the right thing. Unless -- did we come at a bad time?
Babe: Oh, God, no. There's never a bad time. Every minute with my son is like gold. It's just that I'm supposed to go see my mama today, as in -- as in, like, minutes from now.
Amanda: Oh. And here I am, dangling your son in front of you, making you choose between the two. I am so --
Babe: No, seriously, please stop. I really did need this visit. I did.
[Little Adam talks]
Jamie: What?
Babe: Just like Mama needs to see me. Hey, bub. I got to go, ok? Go see your nana. She gets really lonely in there. She does. And seeing me, it brightens her day, just like me seeing you brightens mine. But at least you get some time with Daddy Jamie.
Jamie: Look how big he is. You going to be a tight end or a quarterback?
Babe: Oh, uh-uh. No, basketball. No tackling, right?
Jamie: What?
Babe: No.
Jamie: No, what? Tell your mom she's crazy, and I won't tell her she's wrong if you don't.
Babe: It's so good seeing you two together. He really does belong in your arms.
Jamie: Hi, buddy. I'll make sure he gets home ok.
Babe: Hey, my biggest boy.
Jamie: Hey.
Babe: Mommy has to go, ok? But I'm going to take that kiss, I'm going to give it straight to nana. It'll be like you gave it to her yourself. Ok? I won't be long. Seriously, I can't thank you enough. Bye.
Jamie: What's going on?
Amanda: All right. Are we having fun yet, or what?
Jamie: Yeah, we are. Hey, you want to check something out?
Amanda: Ooh.
Jamie: How about you get one of these someday when you get older, huh? Yeah.
[Jamie makes revving sounds]
Amanda: Now tell me you're not completely stoked I stopped by.
Jamie: Completely.
Lily: After Erica -- I mean, Mom married Dad under the Banyan tree, we had a little party, and then I went on their honeymoon with them.
Sam: Oh, a buzz kill.
Lily: But I didn't stay for long, because Reggie came and got me on a motorboat, and then he got sick. And Zach Slater isn't a bad man anymore.
Sam: Wait, wait -- whoa. Where did that come from?
Lily: From me. From Zach. He said he's -- you don't have to hate him more than anyone in the world anymore.
Sam: Zach Slater went to your dad's wedding?
Lily: No. He wasn't at the ceremony. He was at the hotel. He said he wasn't going to be the bad man in your life or your family's life.
Sam: You know what? Zach is a liar. Let's just drop it, ok?
Lily: But I thought you'd be happy that Zach isn't going to be bad anymore. Isn't that a good thing?
Sam: When is Zach going to stop screwing with us? Now he's using Lily. Damn him!
[Sam storms out, slamming the front door.]
Maria: Lily, are you all right?
Lily: I think I just lost another boyfriend.
Di: I'm not sure where to start.
Tad: Ok. Maybe I can give you a little push. Because my mind's got a thousand questions that are begging for answers. First and foremost, why'd you think it was a good idea to steal Diana Cole's identity? Secondly, are you the woman I've been chasing for weeks? All the way back to some country doctor in Switzerland, because you miraculously survived a car accident the same week my ex-wife supposedly died in one? You want to talk about The Twilight Zone? I got evidence that tells me that Dixie, a woman I love more than life itself, never died in the first place, that she's lying here in a hospital bed in Pine Valley. And if that's true, then no matter how hard my heart just wants to reach out, grab ahold, and never let go, my head's telling me something else. It's telling me there's no way she could be Dixie, because the Dixie I knew would never do something like that. She'd never sneak back into our lives and let us go on thinking that she were dead. The woman I was in love with -- no matter what happened to her, no matter how much things changed -- would never do that to me, and she would certainly never do it to her own son. So now I think it's time for you to say something. You tell me who you are, damn it. Answer me.
J.R.: Hey, get away from her. What's your problem? What do you want with this woman?
Babe: So then he squishes up his face --
Krystal: Uh-huh.
Babe: And the next thing you know, he's spitting this pickle all against the room. I swear, I think it'll probably be the last time he'll try one of those for a while.
Krystal: You know, you did the same thing when you were his age, with an onion. Earth to Babe.
Babe: I'm sorry. I just -- I was thinking about Jamie, the look on his face when he was looking at Little Adam. I swear, I haven't seen him smile that big in a long time, Mama.
Krystal: Oh, honey, that's a good thing. Why are you so sad?
Babe: Because he gave up so much to be with me.
Krystal: Now, I may be stuck in here, but I know for a fact that Jamie wouldn't change a thing. Honey, he loves you.
Babe: But he deserves better, and here I am -- I'm standing smack in the middle of him getting what he deserves.
Krystal: If he walked out on you when his aunt offered him that whopping pile of cash, would you ever even want him back?
Babe: No.
Krystal: No.
Babe: I wouldn't. But he would never even do something like that.
Krystal: Ok. Ok, then. You chose the right man, and he chose you. You be proud of that. You be proud and you move on. And you concentrate on making him happy that he made that choice.
Babe: He gave up his dream, Mama.
Krystal: You're the dream that counts. You listen to me. I don't want you second-guessing yourself and Jamie, because that kind of thinking can only lead to trouble.
Amanda: How do you stay sane, Jamie? Living like this without this little boy who's obviously missed you so much? Dodging all the ammo J.R. throws at you. Seems like you should have been committed a long time ago.
Jamie: I probably would have been if it weren't for Babe. As long as we're together, I can handle just about anything.
Amanda: Just about? You're not saying there's a chink in that shinning armor, are you?
Jamie: Maybe.
Amanda: Get out. Well, I'm looking, and I don't see it. So what's it take to put Jamie Martin over the edge?
Jamie: You.
Lily: I don't think I'm a very good girlfriend.
Maria: Oh, honey, you're a wonderful girlfriend.
Lily: If that were true, I would know how to make him happy, but he just got angry.
Maria: That's because he's -- Sam is really confused right now. And he's hurting inside. And it's not because of anything that you did. I promise you. It's because he's really having a hard time with everything that has to do with Zach.
Lily: But Zach’s not a bad man anymore.
Maria: Well, you know that and I know that, but I think Sam's having a hard time believing that.
Lily: Sam said that every word out of Zach’s mouth is a lie. That can't be. Zach wouldn't lie to me. Dad says that you can trust family more than anyone else.
Maria: That's true, but -- I mean, he's not your family.
Lily: Yes, he is. Since my dad married Erica, Kendall is now my sister. And since Kendall and Zach were married, Zach’s my new brother-in-law. You see, he is my family.
[Reading from Di’s medical chart….]
David: Let's see what's going on with you. Renal infection. "Cipro regimen began --" "possible complications due to patient's early --"
J.R.: How come you have to constantly be harassing my nanny?
Tad: I wasn't harassing her. I'm just looking for some answers.
J.R.: To what? I mean, what could you possibly say to Diana?
Di: Tad, I understand your concern. But you don't know everything that I've been through. I think you'd understand a lot better if you did.
Tad: Well, why don't you fill me in?
J.R.: No, no, here's a thought -- why don't you fill me in?
Di: I'm trying to put Tad's mind at rest.
J.R.: Well, then you better use some of that magic on me, because I'm completely lost. Tad comes over to my house, says he has some urgent questions for you. Now I find him hovering over your hospital bed about ready to completely lose it. So what gives?
Tad: You want to tell him or should I?
J.R.: You've been playing with my head for way too long now. So if you have something to say about Diana, you'd best start saying it.
Tad: All right, J.R. Maybe you better sit down first.
Di: J.R., you need to understand -- anything Tad does is done out of love, for you and your mother.
J.R.: No. No, Tad stopped loving me a long time ago.
Di: I don't think that's true. In fact, I know it's not. He still loves you. He wouldn't be here if he didn't.
J.R.: Tell me how him bullying you with 101 questions is love.
Di: Did you ever consider that maybe he's making sure you don't get hurt? What he doesn't get is I'm trying to do the same thing. We may have different methods, but we're both aiming for the same target, Tad. We're both looking out for J.R., what's best for him, for everyone involved.
J.R.: I'm sorry. You know, I must have left my secret decoder ring in my cereal bowl this morning. I think you better start talking English.
Di: I know you have a lot of unanswered questions, but I think I need to be alone with J.R. right now.
Anita: Excuse me, sorry to interrupt, but I have some work I need to do.
Di: Be gentle.
Anita: Oh.
Tad: She's right about one thing. I do care about you. I never want to see you get hurt.
J.R.: That's two things. I don't really care about either. So, thank you for nothing.
Anita: Ok, you can look now.
Di: Oh.
Anita: The worst part's over. But I need you to wrap up your visit with J.R., because I need to come back in a minute and do some more tests in private. Ok.
[Door closes]
J.R.: Well, I can see that this whole conversation you were having with Tad has got you all messed up.
Di: Just a little woozy from having that blood drawn.
J.R.: Look, I'm not mad at you, Diana. In fact, I miss you already. And Little Adam, you know, he practically cried himself to sleep last night, because you weren't there to kiss him good night. The house just hasn't been the same with you gone.
Di: It means a lot to hear you say that.
J.R.: It's the truth. But I'm going to have to know -- what is really going on with you and Tad?
Krystal: So how's that nanny J.R. hired? Has she still got you worried?
Babe: I'm trying to work things out with her, for the baby's sake.
Krystal: Good. So you guys have kept your claws in check, have you?
Babe: You know, she's really not that bad. And I think she takes pretty good care of my son.
Krystal: Well, good. I'll tell you, after the parade of washouts that J.R. marched through that nursery, makes a real good thing that Little Adam's finally got some stability. So how is Amanda?
Babe: She is -- she's awesome. You know, I wish I could have taken that time that she gave me and Jamie this morning with Little Adam and bottled it or something. It felt like we were a real family again.
Krystal: Honey, you are family. You are. I know you don't get as much time with Little Adam as you want, but no matter how hard J.R. tries, he is never, ever going to break the bond that you three have.
Babe: I know that you're right. But I really am so grateful for Amanda. Even though J.R. has been treating her like absolute dirt, she was so determined to bring Little Adam over to us. I really think that she'd pretty much do anything for me and Jamie.
Amanda: So, I'm your kryptonite? Why me?
Jamie: I'm used to J.R. coming after me. He's hurled so much crud, I'm beyond caring what happens next. But hurting women -- that's where I lose my cool.
Amanda: How Russell Crowe of you.
Jamie: Babe I can protect. But you -- you're in that house with J.R. day after day. Things have got to get ugly.
Amanda: I can handle J.R.
Jamie: Oh, if I had a quarter for every time I heard those famous last words --
Amanda: Ugh. I hate how he's got you so worked up like this. You don't deserve it. You should have the world at your feet, living made in the shade. You should be saving lives, not buy parts.
Jamie: Things could always be worse.
Amanda: What if I had a way to give you what you want, and J.R. exactly what he deserves?
Jamie: Bring it on.
Joe: What the hell are you doing? "Diana Cole." Huh. Didn't we have this conversation last night? Am I going to have to bar you from this hospital?
Tad: You just might, because one way or another, I'm going to get to the truth.
Joe: Yeah? Not by stealing this woman's blood, you're not.
Tad: Ok, if there's the slightest chance that that woman is Dixie, I have to be positive.
Joe: All right, then. Have you ever considered just asking her outright?
Tad: Of course I have. I did. She won't give me an answer.
Joe: How about J.R.? Has he gotten wind of what's going on here?
Tad: Not yet. Not unless I'm 100% positive can I lay something like this in his lap.
Joe: Hmm.
Tad: And I could be positive if I could just use a little of her blood.
Joe: All right, son, now you listen to me. You get Diana's permission, or you forget about the DNA test. Now, I mean that.
Tad: What's wrong with this picture, hmm? This should be the single happiest day of my life. Why am I so damned miserable?
Joe: Well, I think you know. I mean, if she is Dixie, why would she be pretending to be someone else? Why would she be conning her way into the Chandler household? And, of course, why would she want everyone to believe that she's dead?
Tad: As torn up as I am by it, it would destroy J.R.
J.R.: What is Tad's problem with you, anyway?
Di: I think he's worried.
J.R.: About what? There's nothing to worry about. No, wait a second. No, don't tell me that Tad's fallen for you.
Di: I -- no. I don't know.
J.R.: Yes, you do. It's all over your face. There's something that you're not telling me. Did you know Tad before you moved into my house? Is that it? Do you and Tad have some sort of past?
Di: Yes, we do.
Joe: You think it's about time that you brought J.R. into all this? You know, couch it in whatever terms you think, but best ease the blow.
Tad: Dad, how in God's name am I going to ease a blow like this?
Joe: Well, I don't -- I mean, however you do it, he's got to be told. The woman is looking after his son. And whether she is Dixie or whether she isn't, she's not the woman she says she is. So she is an imposter. Shouldn't be under his roof. And she most certainly should not be responsible for his boy.
Tad: Why not? What if that is J.R.’s mother?
Joe: Well, if it is Dixie, I guess the first thing is we'll try to find out why she's been hiding her identity. And then we would just accept it as the miracle that it is. But in any case, you got to tell J.R.
Sam: Tad, I've had it. I am done with that family. She wants to pack us up and move to California!
Tad: Why not? Maybe a change of --
Sam: Oh, no, no, no. Don't you start, too. Don't. I am staying here in Pine Valley. They can go without me. I am staying right here with you, if you let me.
Joe: What's going on?
Tad: Long story. Mm-hmm.
Sam: I know who you are. You are my great-grandfather. Yeah, my mother is your granddaughter. You're my family, same as Tad.
Tad: Sam, we've discussed this.
Sam: Tad, I'm only going to say it one more time. I'm not going back to Wildwind. I don't want anything to do with that woman.
Maria: Zach and Kendall Slater --
Lily: Now I've made you mad, too. Your mouth is turned down.
Maria: No, no, mad. I'm just surprised.
Lily: I thought you'd all be happy that Zach isn't the bad man for your family anymore.
Maria: No -- yes, I'm very -- that's very good news that he's not a bad man.
Lily: Zach says he's been dead wrong. That's an expression. But he says he's been wrong about anything he's ever done and every choice he's ever made.
Maria: Well, I think he was probably being a little hard on himself.
Lily: I thought so, too, but he said he's been wrong 100% of the time.
Maria: Lily, everyone makes mistakes and has regrets. But Zach was never really a bad man.
Lily: He wasn't? You really do know him well, don't you?
Maria: Yeah, I actually probably know him better than anyone. And Zach is a very good man.
[Eavesdropping from the hall, Maddie is not happy.
J.R.: This is so unreal. It's perfect. How long have you known Tad for? What, did he have you planted in my house?
Di: No. He had nothing to do with my coming to work for you. That was all me. The minute I walked into that house and saw Little Adam, I knew it was where I belonged.
J.R.: What, do you expect me to just buy this coincidence? That you had a relationship with my stepfather, the man who stabbed me in the back, and now you just happen to be caring for my boy?
Di: I'm not Tad's spy. You don't have to believe it, but it is true. Any connection Tad and I had is in the past.
J.R.: And anything that involves you and Tad Martin, past, present, or future, I want to know about. Like when you met, what you two meant to each other. I want to know everything. I want to know it all.
Di: Ok, please don't push me on this right now, J.R. I promise, you'll know it all, eventually.
Anita: Let's wrap it up, J.R. I have work to do, and Ms. Cole needs to rest.
Di: Do as she says, J.R. Please, let me get some sleep for a while. I promise, you and I will talk later.
J.R.: All right, Diana. I'll talk to you later.
Joe: Son, I know this has come as a big shock to you. Why don't we come down to my office, and we'll talk?
Sam: No, there's just nothing to talk about. Are you going to let me move in with you, or do I have to do this on my own?
Tad: We've been through this. Moving in with me is not the answer.
Sam: I'm out of here, then.
Joe: Oh, Sam -- Sam, come on, wait.
Sam: No, don't bother. You don't want me, either.
J.R.: All right, I want answers right now, Tad. What's this big secret? How do you know Diana? Are you going to tell me, or am I going to have to beat it out of you?
Tad: No, son. I think maybe it's time you knew.
Jamie: Look at him here. Laughing, playing, lost in his own little world. Giving me hope.
Amanda: The way it should be. You two together, J.R. out of the picture.
Jamie: Back to the real world. So you had a solution for my troubles?
Amanda: Foolproof. Sure you want to hear it?
Jamie: Absolutely. Why wouldn't I? What do I have to do?
Amanda: Break up with Babe and go out with me.
Babe: And another thing about Amanda -- it's so great. She can fill me in on all the little things that the baby does. Things that I miss out on not being with him around the house.
Krystal: Well, sounds like you two have a shot of becoming real girlfriends.
Babe: I hope so. Especially after everything fell through with me and Bianca. I never really thought I'd have another friend again.
Krystal: I know what you mean. And I hope Amanda can become that for you.
Babe: Me, too. I almost forgot.
Krystal: What?
Babe: Pictures.
Krystal: Oh!
Babe: Yeah.
Krystal: Don't make me wait another second! I want to see the little munchkin.
Babe: Ok, here's one. That's the first one.
Krystal: Oh, would you look at that face!
Babe: So cute.
Krystal: Oh, is he the cutest baby in the world!
Babe: Second one, same day.
Krystal: Oh. Oh, he's got your nose.
[Krystal laughs]
Babe: Isn't that ridiculous?
Krystal: He's precious.
Babe: He's so cute.
Krystal: Oh.
J.R.: All right, your dad's gone. Diana's not here to interrupt or cut us off. It's just you and me. So let's just make this as fast and painless as possible.
Tad: I don't know if I can do that. At least not painless.
J.R.: What is with all this drama? Just tell me what you know. Who is Diana to you?
Tad: Dixie. I think she might be your mother.
[Diana looks up and is surprised to see David standing in her room.]
David: What have I done? I thought my plan was so clever. I have Martin convinced that you are Dixie. But all along, it's been your plan, hasn't it? Dixie -- is it you?
>> On the next "All My Children" --
Greenlee (to Ryan): I'm not sure I can stay here. I don't know if this is even a marriage anymore.
David (to Di): You're more like Dixie than I planned.
Tad: We should walk into that room and confront her.
J.R.: What if she stonewalls us?
Tad: Ask her for a DNA sample.
Amanda (to Jamie): Ready to play?
