Edmund: What the hell --

Ryan: Warner?

Maria: What's going on?

Derek: Maria, where's my witness?

Maria: I have no idea. He's not even supposed to be out of bed.

Aidan: Looks like Bobby-o couldn't take the heat.

Derek: I'll go and flag security.

Ryan: How far could a guy get with bloody clothes and cracked ribs? How far?

Edmund: Son of a bitch. You're not going to steal from me and get away with it.

Maria: What did Bobby steal from you?

Greenlee: Did you do it, Jonathan? Did you poison me?

Jonathan: Did I, your brother-in-law, slip you drugs that wacked you out and damn near drove you to your death? It'd take some twisted piece of evil to do that, somebody capable of anything.

Babe: This is it. Hey, wave, bye-bye, James. Remember how to blow a kiss?

Adam: This is your charge, J.R. How do you want to handle it?

J.R.: I say we make an entrance. Kick it in.

Man: Freeze!

Tad: Ok. There goes my security deposit.

J.R.: Where are they?

Tad: Hi, J.R. Good to see you, too. What brings y'all down to New Orleans?

J.R.: You know why we're here.

Adam: Take the kitchen and the bedrooms. You, the roof and the basement, and everything in between. Move it!

J.R.: All right. Give them up.

Tad: "Them"? As in a four-letter word for everyone I know?

J.R.: You know damn well! Jamie, Babe, and my son! Where are they?

Adam: We know they were here with Liza and Colby.

Tad: Really? Liza and Colby, too? Well, I'm sorry I missed them. I'm down here on a case. Speaking of which, you're wasting good money. I doubt those chimps on your payroll could find the bathroom with a map and a flashlight.

J.R.: That's funny. Laugh it up now. Joke's over when we run down Jamie and my ex. And trust me, Tad, we will run them down.

Edmund: Bobby stole from all of us, ok? He left before he gave up the evidence that could've nailed Slater. Look, he was the only one who saw Ryan's shooter.

Aidan: Well, that was his story, anyway.

Edmund: It was a good story, and it made sense. Without that testimony, Slater goes free. No justice, no closure. No one gets on with their lives, and there is no way I'm going to let that happen.

Ryan: Can't say the guy didn't have a sense of humor. He left a note in a bedpan, single ply.

Edmund: Let me see that.

Jonathan: Greenlee, you think I poisoned you?

Greenlee: I connected the dots and they led to you.

Jonathan: Dots? What dots? Why would you even consider me?

Greenlee: I was poisoned over a period of time. Whoever did it had to be around me a lot. Living with us, you had regular access to what I ate and drank.

Jonathan: So does everybody you work with.

Greenlee: Which also includes you. Most of my workforce doesn't have a hate-on for me.

Kendall: Yeah, as a rule.

Jonathan: Neither do I.

Greenlee: Right. Right, you were all hugs and kisses when I ratted out your bogus MBA to Ryan. And a guy fitting your description ripped my head off when your brother gave over half of Cambias to Ethan.

Jonathan: I copped to that. I had a meltdown. Ryan gave away everything he's worked his butt off for.

Greenlee: And you blamed me.

Jonathan: Yes, for about ten seconds. And now I got my head on straight.

Kendall: Fine. Guilty with an excuse. The question on the table is, did you poison Greenlee?

Jonathan: Kendall, do you want to talk poison? Why are you poisoning Greenlee against me?

Greenlee: No, it wasn't Kendall. I got to this scary place all by myself.

Jonathan: No. I don't think you did. I think you had help connecting those dots. What do you have against me?

Kendall: Oh, please. You're the one who's so hooked on shredding me.

Jonathan: Oh, gee, I can't imagine why. Yeah, maybe it's because you slept with me my first day in town for payback against Ryan?

Kendall: Wow, you sound very bitter, Jonathan.

Jonathan: I don't like being used or lied to.

Kendall: Good. Go with that. Come on, work it. You could be on the verge of a big breakthrough.

Jonathan: You going to shrink me now?

Kendall: I want you to just open up and let it all out. Come on, dig deep. Let your inner bad boy come out and tell him to show his big, bad, scary face. Tell him to bring all his anger and rage with him. Come on, let it all out.

Greenlee: Kendall, cool it.

Kendall: I know what I'm doing.

Greenlee: Poking a hornet's nest with a stick?

Kendall: Mad I can deal with. That scary calm creeps me out.

Jonathan: Sorry. I don't do requests.

Kendall: Or answer direct questions.

Jonathan: Loaded questions, like when did I stop making human sacrifices?

Kendall: When did you?

Jonathan: This is ridiculous.

Kendall: I agree. You have had umpteen chances to admit your guilt or protest your innocence.

Jonathan: Hmm, I didn't realize I was on trial.

Kendall: Well, if you were, you'd have to answer yes or no.

Jonathan: Or refuse to incriminate myself.

Greenlee: This is getting us nowhere fast.

Kendall: Wait, hold on a second, Greenlee. Maybe this is too hard, so let's go back and start with an easier one. Jonathan, how do you feel about me and Greenlee right now in this very moment? Come on, don't hold back. Give us your best shot.

Jonathan: I don't blame you, either of you. Really, I'm miles from angry. It's killing me that it had to come down to this.

Kendall: Down to what? You turning yourself in?

Jonathan: I should've known Greenlee would be suspicious and done something about it.

Greenlee: What could you have done?

Kendall: Yeah, that doesn't involve insanity by psycho drugs?

Jonathan: There's only one way to end this now.

Derek: Warner's gone.

Maria: What?

Aidan: For sure?

Derek: Well, the EMT in the loading bay saw him getting into a cab.

Aidan: He left a note.

Derek: "I can't trust anyone in this stinking town. I feed Zach to the cops, my life's worth spit. Police protection's a joke. Slater will cut my tongue out and hang me with it."

Ryan: Guy's got a way with words.

Derek: "Don't waste your time looking for me. You won't find me. Pleasure doing business with you. Bobby." Well, I put out a bolo. I got the travel hubs covered, and I'm just waiting to hear from the cab driver where he dropped him off.

Maria: I got to go break this to Anita.

Derek: Ask her if she's got a current photo of her husband.

Aidan: Ex-husband.

Derek: We could fax it around.

Maria: Ok.

Derek: You know what, Edmund, I got to tell you, without Warner, we can't hang anything on Slater.

Edmund: Thank you, Derek. Thank you. Tell me something I don't know.

[Phone rings]

Ryan: That's me. I'll take it outside.

Aidan: It looks like Bobby left you high and dry. What was the last line on that note? "Pleasure doing business with you"? Now, who was he doing business with?

Ryan: Yo, Hockett, what's up?

Jonathan: Ry. Hey, man, sorry to bother you, but I got kind of a situation here. I could use your input.

Ryan: Where are you?

Jonathan: I'm at my place. Greenlee and Kendall are here, sort of a grievance committee.

Greenlee: Give me that. Give me that, give me that.

Ryan: What's going on?

Jonathan: It's a little awkward. I really don't want to do this on the phone.

Ryan: Ok. Give me 10.

Jonathan: Ryan's on his way.

Greenlee: You had no right to do that.

Jonathan: You mean you haven't shared your theory with Ryan?

Greenlee: No, not yet.

Jonathan: Why not? It's all in the family, right? Families don't keep secrets.

Kendall: Oh, the hell they don't.

Jonathan: Keeping secrets from your husband is setting a dangerous precedent.

Kendall: Wait a minute, what kind of fasty are you trying to pull here, Jonathan?

Jonathan: You have such a suspicious mind. Doesn't it ever work against you? I mean, what if you turned those big, bright blue high beams over to Ramsey, let's say?

Kendall: Ok, Ethan --

Jonathan: You might find --

Kendall: No, Ethan is not a part of this. Now, you are gaming us and I want to know why.

Jonathan: No, I'm not. I just want to get everything out in the open and deal with it. Oh, my God, where are my manners? I'm sorry. Here, sit down. Get comfortable while we wait for Ryan. I can get you something to drink. A soft or from the bar? It's 100% poison-free, I promise.

Anita: Ok, Maria, what's wrong? You've got that look like when you're about to break bad news to a patient's family.

Maria: It's about Bobby.

Anita: Zach got to him? Oh, my God, is he ok?

Maria: He's ok, he's ok. He just -- he took off.

Anita: Took off? What are you -- where?

Maria: I have no idea. He took off before Derek could ever even question him about Ryan's shooting. I'm sorry, honey. I'm really sorry. I mean, I know you guys are broken up and everything, but still it's --

Anita: No, you know what? I'm not sorry he's gone. I'm sorry that he took the coward's way out, sorry that I believed, even after blowing chance after chance, that Bobby might actually stand up and do the right thing. How dumb does that make me? Never learn.

Maria: No, you are not the dumb one.

Anita: I should've known better. Good or bad, people always do what they want. Wait, with -- with Bobby gone, the police have nothing on Zach. They can't put him away. Oh, Maria, I'm afraid for you.

Aidan: Police might need this as evidence.

Edmund: Of what? My stupidity in trusting that loser?

Aidan: Are you sure you can't shed any light on this business that Bobby mentioned?

Edmund: Aidan, I'm hiring you to track him down.

Aidan: Really? Because before, it was, "Butt out, Devane." Now, what beside my dashing charm changed your mind?

Edmund: I need somebody I know. You're the best I know.

Aidan: Well, why don't you settle for some free advice? Don't waste your money chasing Warner.

Edmund: It's my money.

Aidan: Well, I tell you what, you're going to be wasting it. You're going to be pouring it down the drain because Bobby is a serial liar, and he's lying about Slater ordering Ryan shot.

Edmund: Listen to me, I know when my sources are lying, all right? Bobby was straight up. Now, you just find him, he can put Slater behind bars.

Aidan: So any ideas where Warner would lay low?

Edmund: He has an account in the Caymans.

Aidan: And you know this because?

Edmund: He's going to find that account to fund his little run. You follow the money, you'll find Bobby.

Aidan: Hmm. You know what I reckon? I reckon you're the one that's been doing business with Bobby, and you know about this Cayman account because you're the one who funded it. You paid Bobby to give up Zach. You're a bloody fool.

Jonathan: Ry, come on in.

Ryan: Hey.

Jonathan: Thanks for dropping whatever you were doing.

Greenlee: Ryan, I did not want you dragged into this.

Ryan: It's ok. What's going on?

Greenlee: I'll explain everything when we're home alone.

Kendall: Good idea.

Jonathan: I think it's better that we clear the air now, all of us.

Ryan: Ok. Who would like to go first?

Jonathan: Ok, this is going to be hard. Um -- Greenlee thinks I'm the one who's been poisoning her.

Babe: Liza and Colby are safe?

Jamie: Oh, for sure. My dad leaves nothing to chance.

Babe: So now what?

Jamie: Now we stay put and wait for Tad to sound the all-clear. Then we head to the docks, catch our boat, and then we set sail for Argentina.

Babe: Hey.

Jamie: It's ok, buddy.

Babe: To think I almost thought we were home free.

Jamie: Hey, we're going to be. You have my word.

Babe: Yeah, but they already tracked us down once. J.R. and Adam are just -- they found Liza’s place. I could just feel them breathing that hate on the other side of that door.

Jamie: Don't worry about that, Babe. My dad will take care of J.R. and Adam.

Adam: Look what I found.

Tad: It's mine. I can't sleep without it.

Adam: Cute. Colby has loved this little guy since the day she was born. Liza must have been in a hell of a hurry to leave without him.

J.R.: Babe and Jamie left squat, except for the stench of bug spray she calls perfume.

Sister Fatima: No sign of them in the building. I got my boys cruising the area.

J.R.: Tell me where my son is.

Tad: As far as I'm concerned, you don't have a son.

Adam: Oh, you smug, arrogant son --

J.R.: Dad, Dad, Dad, hey.

Adam: All right.

J.R.: It's cool. It's all right. All right, then. Let's try this another way. Now, where is my son?

J.R.: Join the search, Fatima. I don't want witnesses.

Tad: Does that include Adam?

J.R.: Dad? Well, I'm about to make his day, if you don't tell me where Jamie and Babe took my son.

Tad: Let's play a little game of around the world. You pick a spot and I'll tell you whether or not you're getting warmer.

J.R.: I'll tell you what, why don't you pick a spot where you want the bullets to go?

Adam: I have a couple of suggestions.

Tad: Just don't mess with my hair.

J.R.: Nobody's laughing here, Tad.

Tad: I know, J.R. I've had a lot better times myself.

J.R.: So why don't we end it? Tell me where my son is!

Tad: You do what you need to do, because I'm not telling you anything.

J.R.: You'd go that far to keep me from my son?

Tad: For his own good, yeah.

Adam: Don't push him, Tad.

J.R.: What would you do if somebody kidnapped Jamie when he was a baby, they ran off with him? What would you do? Would you pick up a gun? Would you load it? Would you take a shot to save his life?

Tad: I'd still take a shot to save you. But I'll tell you what I wouldn't do. I wouldn't pick up that gun and point it at the man who'd loved me and raised me from birth.

J.R.: Well, I guess that's where we differ. I'd do anything for my son.

Tad: Including scar him for life?

Adam: No. No, sentence him to a dirt-poor life on the run with Jamie and that bimbo. That's just what a grandparent dreams about.

Tad: Maybe. I know that Dixie would want her grandson to stand a fighting chance, and I know she'd understand that you're in no position to raise a boy. Look at you. A gun in your hands, threatening my life?

J.R.: This is not a threat! He still doesn't think that I’ll do it.

Adam: That's a dangerous assumption, Tad.

J.R.: He still doesn't think that I have the rocks to pull the trigger!

Tad: I know you do. That's reason number one I'm going to do everything I can to make sure you never get your hands on that baby.

J.R.: You must think that you're some sort of hero.

Tad: No. If I was, I would've been able to save you.

J.R.: I am not messing around here, Tad!

Adam: Tad --

J.R.: You tell me where my son is or you will go down!

Adam: Tad, tell us where we can find our children and you can walk away.

Tad: You do what you need to do. That's not going to happen.

J.R.: No? You sure about that?

Tad: Whether you like it or not, I know you better than you think I do. And I know exactly what kind of father you'd make to that boy. I'm sorry, son. He deserves more. He deserves better than you.

Babe: Sleep tight. Little man's had a busy day.

Jamie: Hey, Babe, look what I found. It's your great-great-grandfather's mp3 player. It's a gramophone. My great-grandma Kate's is in my dad's attic.

Babe: Right. Yeah, I think I saw one on one of those "Roadshow" auction things.

Jamie: Let's see here.

Jamie: Hey, here's the discs. Want to give it a spin?

Babe: There's no electricity, remember?

Jamie: Oh, this puppy runs on elbow grease, if it's still got its stuff.

[Static]

Jamie: All right.

[Jazz plays]

Babe: Wait, wait, somebody could hear it.

Jamie: Babe, there's not a chance. We're in the middle of nowhere, and the road's half a mile down the drive. You know how to cut a rug?

Babe: I don't know. Do I?

Jamie: Well, let's find out.

Ryan: Greenlee, how could you think that Jonathan -- on what planet -- and what possible motive would he have?

Greenlee: I --

Jonathan: I already told Greenlee I don't blame her.

Ryan: Where is this coming from?

Greenlee: I tried to tell you last night, but I lost the nerve.

Jonathan: Because she's loyal. She loves you. She didn't want to shred you with her suspicions.

Ryan: Suspicions based on what? Hey, what did Jonathan do to make you think that he would do this?

Jonathan: I lived and worked with you guys, so I had a lot of opportunity to slip her the antipsychotics.

Ryan: That's it?

Jonathan: That, and Kendall seems to think she's on to something.

Ryan: Kendall. So you're behind this.

Jonathan: That's what I assumed, but Greenlee denies that Kendall --

Kendall: Would you just shut it and let someone else talk here, please?

Ryan: You've had it in for my brother since you embarrassed yourself by sleeping with him.

Kendall: No, this is not about some stupid grudge I have against your brother.

Greenlee: I'm the one who put your brother at the top of the suspect list.

Ryan: And now I'm back to, why?

Greenlee: I've had a bad vibe about him for a very long time.

Ryan: Well, do you have any proof to back up your suspicion? Any evidence? Any witnesses? Right, so you're accusing my brother of poisoning you based on a bad vibe?

Jonathan: Ok, I hate that Greenlee has doubts about me, because I want her to feel safe with me. I think the only way to get her there is to allow her and Kendall to finish what they started when they broke in.

Ryan: You broke in?

Jonathan: Greenlee's very handy with that lock-pick set you gave her. All right, so anyway, ladies, I want you to scope out my files.

Kendall: You wiped your hard drive.

Jonathan: I just cleared out the files on to disc, sorted out the ones that were Cambias copyrighted so that I could pass them over to Miranda and Ramsey. I'm serious, feel free. And when you're done with these, I want you guys to toss the place. There's a little file cabinet in my bedroom. This is the key. Also, my PDA has my entire life in it. And when Maggie comes home, she can answer any questions about dates, times, my whereabouts, what was going on. Ryan, I want you to help them with this. I want you guys to turn this place upside down because I want this to end tonight.

Maria: No, no, no, you don't have to be afraid for me, Anita.

Anita: Maria, your life's been tangled up with Zach’s ever since he got to Pine Valley. Now, if he shot Ryan --

Maria: I know Zach would never hurt me. I know that.

Anita: Well, then do you think that maybe he got someone else to shoot Ryan?

Maria: I know that I went to him right after it happened and I asked him about it, and he wanted me to look him right in the eye when he told me no, and I believed him. And I believed him because I had to because I couldn't be in love with someone who could kill somebody, and I -- you know what, I'm scared to death now that he did lie to me. I don't know.

Anita: Maria, you look me in the eye. Zach is dangerous. You have to get away from him.

Maria: Yeah, well, it's all over now anyway, so it doesn't matter because Edmund and I are going to give our marriage another chance.

Anita: Oh, thank you, thank you!

Maria: Now, there's no guarantee, there's no guarantee it'll work out, but --

Anita: No, it will if you both want it enough.

Maria: I -- I do. I don't know what Edmund wants. I think he's changed. You know, he's -- you know, I always knew that he had a dark side to him, but he just goes there more and more.

Edmund: Back off, will you? I'm warning you!

Aidan: What, 20, 30, 50 grand? How many zeroes are we talking about? You've actually given Bobby enough money to fade totally out of the picture.

Edmund: Listen to me -- I had to pay him, you understand? Bobby would not flip Slater to Maria or the cops without incentive.

Aidan: An incentive? How about a buyoff? You pay Bobby, Bobby trashes Zach to Maria, and then you basically get proof that your wife's ex-lover's a contract killer. Now, why am I getting the feeling that no one lives happily ever after?

Edmund: I'm not hiring you for editorials. Now, just find him, all right? Drag his sorry butt back here.

Aidan: You've given him a hell of a head start, Edmund.

Edmund: Oh, would you just find Warner? He is not screwing me over. The only reason he's alive is to help me put Slater behind bars for life.

Aidan: Let's just get something straight -- I don't take orders from you because I'm not on your payroll.

Edmund: Name your price.

Aidan: Do I look like Bobby "cut and run" Warner? You know, there's a lot more riding on this than some stupid payback game that you have with Slater.

Edmund: Aidan, do you want the job or not?

Aidan: You know, Ryan Lavery has survived two tries on his life. Greenlee was poisoned. Now, if I'm going to devote any time to this case, it's to protect those two from another attack, not to satisfy your blood lust for Slater.

Anita: Aidan? What's wrong? Did they find Bobby?

Aidan: No. I'm sorry, they didn't.

Anita: Don't be. I hope Bobby never comes back.

[Jazz plays]

Jamie: Hey, relax.

Babe: How am I supposed to do that?

Jamie: Close your eyes and lean into me. Come on. We're time traveling now, ten years into the future. We're married and we're living on a cattle ranch in Argentina. Big hacienda, poco fiesta, celebrating our 10th anniversary. Our kids are clocking Zs.

Babe: How many kids?

Jamie: Uh -- three niños, including James, and three niñas.

Babe: Seis muchachos? Ay caramba.

Jamie: Listening to this same song on the gramophone I’ll have my dad send from home, flashing back to this -- tough times, close calls. But you, me, and James, we made it to our own safe place. You know we're going to make it, right, Babe?

Babe: Yeah. Because we love each other and we love our baby, and nobody has the power to take that away from us.

J.R.: That was a warning shot. You walk out that door, the next one is for you. This is your final chance, Tad. Tell me where my son is.

Adam: And my daughter.

J.R.: Babe is cheap! Life is not!

Tad: I know. And that's exactly why you don't want to do this.

Adam: J.R., give me the gun. Tad and I have had this date for years.

J.R.: No, this is my fight. I'll finish it.

[Phone rings]

Adam: It's my source in Llanview. Yeah, Adam Chandler. Yes? What? Do you have the address? Excellent. All right, keep in touch.

J.R.: What was that?

Adam: That is the sound of victory. The local cops have got a lockdown on Jamie and Babe. Bo Buchanan’s on his way, though.

J.R.: Well, I guess they call that the 11th-hour reprieve.

Jonathan: What are you guys waiting for? I mean, this is why you're here, right, to search for any evidence that I poisoned Greenlee? You have my permission.

Ryan: Hockett, there's not going to be any search.

Jonathan: Ryan, it is the only way your wife will believe that -- she'll never believe. She'll figure I hid any evidence and the trust factor will never happen, will it? Which is going to put a huge strain on your marriage. It kills the chance that we have of working together.

Ryan: Hey, hey, listen to me --

Jonathan: Ryan, no. The last thing I want is to come between you and your wife, so I think the best thing here is for me to pack up and leave Pine Valley -- tonight.

Greenlee: You're kidding, right?

Ryan: There is no way that you're leaving -- this is insane! I'm not going to lose my brother over some ridiculous misunderstanding. We're going to settle this right here, right now. Greenlee, Jonathan is my brother, all right? He's not some wack job. He loves me and he loves you. And, yeah, he's got a little bit of an edge, courtesy of our not-so-happy childhood, and he can be moody and a little distant, and some people take that the wrong way, but it's just a cover. It's just -- you know, it's his way of dealing. Underneath all that, he's just my kid brother. The only monster in our family is his old man. Jonathan did not try to hurt you. There's no way he would ever because that would be the same as hurting me, ok, so you're just going to have to take my word on this. He didn't go after you, he didn't want you gone, and there's no possible way that he tried to poison you, ok? God. I am so sorry.

Anita: What I said, hoping Bobby never comes back? Sounds harsh.

Aidan: It's totally understandable.

Anita: I want the police to find him and get what they need, but then I want Bobby to make a life for himself someplace else, someplace far from here.

Aidan: Well, like they say, "out of sight, out of mind."

Anita: Ever since high school, my life's revolved around Bobby's, always worried what he'd be up to next, what scam he would try to pull. He was always trying to prove himself, and I was always there to pick him back up after he would fail because he was my husband and I loved him, for better or for worse.

Aidan: Yeah, and I think Bobby gave you a lot of the worse.

Anita: But that's over now. My marriage is over. I'll always care about Bobby, but not in the same way. I don't love him anymore. Huh. That -- that's the first time I admitted that to myself or even said it out loud. I don't love him. Sounds so strange. I should be sad, but I'm not. I feel -- I feel as if someone's opened a door that's -- that's been locked, and when I walk through it, I can be anyone. Does that sound totally selfish?

Aidan: No. I think it's because you found your freedom finally.

Anita: Yeah. Yeah, that's it, Aidan. I'm free.

Maria: How you doing?

Edmund: How are you doing?

Maria: Feeling a little shaky, actually. You think you know people, and then they just turn out to be not at all what you thought they were.

Edmund: Anything I can do?

Maria: Hold me?

Jonathan: Ryan, hey, it's ok. Hey, listen, don't be mad at Greenlee, ok? Don't be mad at Greenlee. It's not her fault.

Ryan: All right.

Jonathan: If she never gave me a chance, it's probably because I never gave her one.

Ryan: Well, you come with the territory, so you're both going to have to find a way to get along. Now that we're out of Cambias, I want to find a project that we can work on together. I want us to build a company, we can climb that ladder, and that way nobody gets left behind.

Jonathan: Let's do it.

Ryan: All right?

Jonathan: Yeah. All right.

Ryan: Ok, now, what do you say, you -- you want to get out of here?

Greenlee: Yeah, I'm ready.

Ryan: Ok.

Greenlee: Ahem. Jonathan, I --

Jonathan: Hey, let's not. Let's forget it, ok? And me, too.

Kendall: Hmm. "Let's just forget it." Hmm. I'll bet you'd like that, huh, Jonathan? See, you have two things going for you -- Ryan loves you and believes you. But I don't. I know every single one of your tricks because I invented them. So you can't fool me with this ridiculous, sad puppy dog act. I don't buy it. You can't fool me. You can't pull anything over on me. And if you make one move against Ryan or Greenlee, I will come after you, I will stop you, and I will tear you apart.

[Static]

[James fusses]

Jamie: Hey, sounds like our little man wants to cut in. Hey, buddy.

Officer: You're trespassing.

Second Officer: We're about to make an arrest.

J.R.: I know. I'm J.R. Chandler. This is my father.

Officer: Well, whoever you are, you have to leave.

J.R.: No way. We're invited to this party.

Officer: Not by us you're not.

J.R.: You listen hard to me -- my son is inside this building. I'm going to go get him.

Jamie: Hey there, buddy. Did hear us talking about all the brothers and sisters you get to boss around in Argentina? Oh, what's that? Oh, he's says going to pull rank in English and in Spanish.

Babe: Really?

Jamie: Yeah.

Babe: I love you so much.

Jamie: I love you, too.

>> On the next "All My Children" --

J.R.: The fantasy's over. He's my son, not yours. Give him to me, Babe.

Jamie: You're going to have to go through me first.

Ryan: Stop! You're not going to do this! You're not going to turn me against my brother!

Maggie: Are you ok?
