Angel Episode Guide
Season Six; Episode One: "Spin the
Bottle" ByCathy
(This is a short recap; we hope to have a longer, more detailed summary
later)
Aired: November 10th,
2002.
A humorous
episode where we find out what the gang was like when they were younger. Lorne (Andy Hallet) performs a spell on
Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter) to help her regain her memory. This causes Angel, Gunn, Cordelia, Fred and
Wesley (Lorne gets knocked out and tied up because of his demon-like
appearance) to return to their teenage years, where they have no memory of each
other.
Angel becomes
Irish Liam, believing that he is in Hell and freaks out over modern
technology. Cordy goes back to her
self-centered, flirting character again.
Wesley is back in his Watcher’s School days, fleshly-trained. Gunn doesn’t change much; he is street wise
with an attitude. Amusingly,
we discover that Fred was an alien fanatic that is just trying to score some
weed.
The gang think that they are being tested, so they need to kill a vampire, while Angel discovers
he is one. They eventually figure out that
Angel is a vampire and attack him. Angel fights back. Connor (Vincent Kartheiser)
comes to Cordy's rescue; he and Angel fight.
Lorne manages to convince Fred that he's a good guy and she helps him escape so
that he can fix things. When Cordelia’s
memory is returned, she is struck with the vision of a beast that will bring
disaster.

Boreanaz, J. August Richards, Amy Ackers, and Alexis Denisof.
Written and directed by: Joss Whedon.
