  The Mountain Between Us

 Review by Suzanne Lanoue 12/24/17

I really enjoyed this movie. Two people crash in the snowy mountains and have to fight to survive and get to civilization. They both have great chemistry and are really good actors. The story was good and not as depressing as I had feared. I'm glad they didn't kill anyone off that I liked. I don't want to put too many spoilers, there.

Some reviewers didn't like the ending. They felt it was too unrealistic or cutesy. I liked it. Without that ending, the movie is kind of sad. Too many movies today have too many sad or depressing endings.

There are some really good features about the making of the movie, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I think this movie would make a great TV series pilot, too.
