DVD TV Show Reviews

This is a great series and I have really enjoyed watching each season as it comes out. I'm sure all "Magnum" and Tom Selleck fans feel that way.  This is probably one of the best action shows ever (along with MacGuyver). I didn't watch it back when it was on, but I have seen it many times in reruns and enjoyed it.

This season was as good as the first two, if not even better.  It includes the moving episode "Did You See the Sunrise" and a crossover episode with "Simon and Simon". The only extra with this set is a "preview episode" of the next season and some coming attractions.

It's great to have the show on DVD, but I sure wish they would include some commentary, interviews with the actors (who are all still around), and some other behind-the-scenes stuff. That would make it really worthwhile. I read a review on Amazon where the reviewer copmlained about the quality of the DVD and its picture. I did not see any of this when watching my copy.  Then again, I am not one of those perfectionists when it comes to sound or picture quality.  You may have a different opinion.
