DVD TV Show Reviews

I have a couple of things to say about the show "Las Vegas". 

First of all, the show is a totally fun, fast-paced, light show with solid acting and lots of great characters.  It is not a "deep" show, but it is just plain fun.  It's great to see James Caan glowering and having run with this role. Secondly,  There are many beautiful faces and bodies, plus the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas.  Two of my favorite ex-soap stars, Vanessa Marcil and Josh Duhamel, co-star in the show, plus some other new faces and popular actress Nikki Cox.  The cast works really well together.  Other shows that have tried to copy Las Vegas have failed for one reason or another.

The DVD has many fun extras, including a mini-movie sequel starring Jon Bon Jovi and John Elway; a short called "Inside the Montecito", and a small movie about Las Vegas itself and its history.  It also has audio commentary on the shows and some NBC promos.  One minor quibble: I found the menu a little difficult to navigate.

I really enjoy watching this show every week. I can't wait until the other DVD's come out!
