I enjoyed this DVD, but I'm not sure I would have if I wasn't a
huge Kevin Smith fan. Basically, he stands on a stage and just talks. Sometimes
it's funny, and sometimes it's not. He's story teller, not a stand up comic. He
talks a lot about movies, and to me that's fascinating. But if you expect it to
be as funny as his movies, you may be disappointed.
Kevin Smith's movies, Twitter feed, and this DVD, all have a lot of gross stuff
and bad language, so please don't watch this if you are the type to get offended
by those things. He has two separate stories involving his going to the
bathroom. It's not all about that, though. He talks about being thrown off
Southwest Airlines for being fat, and another time he was detained going across
to Canada; and another time police showed up at his home. He also talks about
working with George Carlin, and his death; and working with Bruce Willis. He
also takes a few questions from the audience. Some of those are worth watching.
One was so bad that I had to fast-forward through it.
This DVD definitely gives you your money's worth. All of the features are really
long. This goes on for hours and hours.I didn't find it boring, though, but then
again I like him a lot, and his movies, and film-making in general. My only
disappointment is that it is not closed-captioned for the hearing-impaired.

Poking fun at his much-publicized brouhaha with Southwest Airlines,

but
still manages to ask the hard questions - like "Whatchoo talkin'
