DVD TV Show Reviews

This is a fun little tongue-in-cheek movie about rich teens.  It is much funnier than you might imagine.  The actors do a great job.  It is bound to be a classic teen movie, up there with "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" (directed by the same person). Unlike that movie, the stars are actual teens.  It spawned a TV show that was not nearly as good and made Alicia Silverstone a star.

It doesn't have a ton of special features, but they are entertaining.  There are 5 little shorts that talk about how the movie was made and what effect it had on fashion, plus one about the teen-talk in the movie and one explaining the game "Suck 'N Blow" that was used in the movie.  Not bad at all for a cheap DVD movie.

I still don't like that you can't go directly to the menu to skip the previews and ads, but at least you can fast-forward past them.

I really think people of all ages would enjoy this light, fun, frothy movie.  Check it out!
