I'm sorry it took so long to review this...I've been very
busy all summer, and there are so many new shows and
miniseries to review!
This is a British show that aired in the UK in 2013. I
don't know why The CW aired it this summer, but it's a very
good show. This is an anthology show, so each episode has
two different people on a date. The writing and acting are
top notch. It's very realistic. Even though the
episodes are a half hour each, they are little mini-dramas,
not sitcoms.
If you're looking for a complete story, then you won't
like the series. Each episode just has two people dating,
whether it works out or not, and you never find out
afterwards what may or may not happen to these very
interesting characters.
You can still catch these online, or On Demand, and I'm
sure they'll be out on DVD. I hope they get a second season!
