Fridays 9/8c on CBS
This is pretty much an average show about a woman,
Martina (Janet Montgomery), who works for defense lawyers in
a big firm. It reminds me of "Fairly Legal,: but it's not as
good. The lead character is from New Jersey, and apparently
the people in her law office are snobby. However, some of
them recognize that she has really good instincts, even
though she's only a first-year and doesn't have a great
pedigree.
The cast's good, including Kyle MacLachlan, who is always a
fun actor to watch. The script is just not all that
interesting. I guess that's why they put it on Friday
nights. That's where they place shows they aren't too
confident about. I heard that the shows ratings are bad, so
watch it quick why you still can.
