TV Show Reviews

"Guys
With Kids" review by Suzanne
Wednesdays on NBC
I watched the premiere of this show a few weeks when they
had a "special preview" online or something. I didn't write
the review because I completely forgot about this show.
There's a reason for that. It's pretty forgettable. Sure,
the characters are likable, and some of the jokes are funny,
but it's not the kind of show that you're going to want to
talk about for long after.
There are a bunch of new shows with gay men in them, and
I thought this was one of them, until I watched it. Sadly,
it's not. It's just a regular sitcom about these three guys,
and their wives, and their kids.
The actors do a good job. You'll probably recognize
Anthony Anderson (Gary) because he's been in so many shows
and movies. Tempestt Bledsoe is most known for her role on
"The Cosby Show" and Jamie-Lynn Sigler is most known for
"The Sopranos".
If you're looking for some light fun to kick back with in
the evening, this show is it!
