"Glee" second season premiere review by Suzanne
Tuesdays 8/7 c on FOX starting Sept. 21st.

The season premiere of Glee is really great. It picks up on some of the feelings and attitudes from the end of last season, when they lost the last competition, and Will and Sue were more friends. Rachel and Finn are still a couple, but almost everyone else has changed in some way. It's a great episode for a glee club named New Directions because that's exactly what this is, in many ways.

The songs were awesome, as usual. Most of them were modern songs than usual, though. I hope that's not a trend because I like the mix of old and new rock songs mixed with showtunes and everything else. I don't recall seeing Emma or Terri, but they really packed a lot into the episode. I can't wait for the rest of the season!

If you haven't watched the show before, you will have no problem picking it up from the season premiere, but still, you will definitely want to watch the first season because it was about as perfect as a TV show season can be.
