"Better With You" season premiere review by Suzanne
Fridays 8:30/7:30 c on ABC

The show is a relationship sitcom about two sisters, their boyfriends, and their parents. One sister, Maddie (Jennifer Finnigan) has lived with her boyfriend for 9 years. They have put off getting married and are both kind of neurotic. Her sister, Mia (Joanne Garcia) gets engaged in the pilot after knowing her boyfriend Ben for just a few months. I have to admit the show was not all that funny at first, and I found Maddie a little too shrill.

The show did get funnier later, after they all met with the parents. The family dynamic is interesting and there were a lot of good jokes. Maddie and Mia bonded and were more likable. I really liked Ben the whole time, he is cute, funny, and dumb.

You have to watch for yourself to judge, to see if you think it's funny enough to keep up with.
