Nikki: I understand you've been pitching a lot of innovative ideas.
Victor: Yes. Abby has come up with an idea for an incubator at Newman Tower.
Faith: An incubator? Like, for babies?
[Laughter]
Victor: One could think that. You know, there are some people who have new ideas for a business, ideas for developing a new product, but they don't have the money to start a new business. So, in exchange for free rent, they agree to share some of their profits, in case they become successful, with the landlord.
