Devon: Well, it depends. Are you gonna lecture me?

Dru: Okay, Devon, I simply wanted to share a conversation over coffee, all right?

Devon: Does that mean that you've accepted my decision to stay here and go to G.C.U.?

Dru: No, I have not. No. No, and I hope that you have not made that decision either.

Devon: It's my life, all right? I'm not a kid anymore either.

Dru: All the more reason for you not to make childish decisions.

Kevin: Hey, Ashley, just so you know, um... I feel really bad about Tom putting you in that situation. I know what it's like to be pushed to the limit by him.

Ashley: Well, thanks. But Tom was still your father.

Kevin: Yeah, and I would've pulled the trigger myself if I had the chance. I'm sorry he didn't call me that night instead of you. So if, um... if you want me to testify, you know, about his temper or about what he did to me when I was a kid, uh...

Ashley: I appreciate that. Thank you.

Kevin: I know you wouldn't hurt anyone unless your life was in danger. You're not like that. You're not like Tom.

Michael: Look, you do realize that the only thing Sheila Carter is interested in is her own self-preservation, right?

Lauren: I am well aware of that.

Michael: And she's interested in murder. Don't forget she tried to blow you up on your honeymoon.

Lauren: I have not forgotten that. But she's been trying to kill me for years. And she has not been able to succeed. Honey, she could've left me down there to die. But when the moment of truth came, she couldn't do it.

Michael: Doesn't mean she won't try again.

Lauren: Let me tell you, I realized that I'm a match for Sheila. She will not conquer me.
