Tracy: I don't know where you get these fairy tales about my past.
Anthony: Fairy tales? No. More like true crime drama. Gino Soleito was a very powerful man. Not to mention a thieving bastard. I was proud to call him friend--until our falling out.
Tracy: I don't associate with that element.
Anthony: Mrs. Gino Soleito? Sounds like a pretty close association to me. Ah, I got your attention now, don't I?
Tracy: You've got nothing of mine. Get out.
Anthony: Nice. Good stance, level tone, high note of indignation. All the qualities a good widow--or should I say Godmother--needs to run their dead husband's business interests.
Tracy: Why don't you stop circling and tell me what you're after.
Anthony: Well, I'm going to make a point first. Gino must have looked at you like a ship in full sail. He probably couldn't wait to get onboard.
Tracy: That's disgusting.
Anthony: Gino liked women who could hold their own with him. He liked the challenge. Someone who could run his life from a penthouse window if he e wound up in the joint. Unfortunately he wound up in a wooden box instead, with a view of six feet of dirt.
Tracy: He was an awful man.
Anthony: And an awfully rich one. Money that I helped him make. I guess what they say is true--you can't take it with you. But you did, didn't you?
Tracy: I took nothing.
Anthony: Would you stop being so damn modest? You did what half a dozen rival families and two decades of police commissioners couldn't do-- you dropped 'em. Not that's my kind of woman.
Tracy: All right. I'm done. You need to go now.
Anthony: No. What I need to do is make you understand that you and me are going to be spending a lot of quality time together.
