Brenda: I think half of what you just said is actually really true, right?
Sonny: I would never intentionally hurt you for anything. I know what you've been through. And I hate that this has caused you so much pain, that you want to leave me.

Brenda: I don't care what he did. It's between Carly and Jax. Do you know that you can't just do whatever you want to people? You can't! You can't just go and take someone's life and tear it apart because they did something that you don't like. You can't take his life away from him; his family away from him. His career, his reputation, because you feel like it!

Brenda: No, trust me, nothing is between you and him and everything is between you and Carly. Everything. And this is a woman who wants to hurt me, your wife.
Sonny: So you're going to make this about you and Carly now?
Brenda: No, I am telling you I am making this about you and Carly. Do something about it. You did this. This is because of the choices that you've made. This is because of the people that you insist must be in your life every second.
Sonny: I know you hate when I say this, but Carly's the mother of my sons. What's your excuse for keeping Jax around?
Brenda: But he says it anyway. I don't need an excuse. I've barely seen Jax. And you know what the amazing thing is? Jax is actually a decent human being. You know I'm not talking about you. Don't play games with me. We're talking about Carly, right?
