Stefano: Ah, you deserve a chance to grow up... and not say things that you will regret.
Chad: You know what, father? You're right. You did me a favor. As much as I would have liked to keep the title of CEO or co-CEO or whatever, I just don't want the responsibility right now. So I'm happy to have you back in charge.
Stefano: Grazie. So now you think that you are on a vacation, hmm?
Chad: I'm out of a job.
Stefano: You are my son. That is a full-time job. You will still come to work every day. You will learn the business. That way, when the time comes, you'll be ready... because you are the future of this family.
