Victor: You know, it's a shame you never learned to play chess.
Brady: Don't start with me.
Victor: Well, it teaches you strategy, how to plan ten moves in advance. Teaches you the folly of saying, "Well, when it comes to that, I'll just wing it." Keeps you from waking up in the morning and realizing you've been screwed.
Lexie: Well, your feelings for Taylor are making you insane?
EJ: Insane.
Lexie: Oh, ho!
EJ: And if Nicole is gonna find out about this.
Lexie: Well, she'd have your head, or, uh, more sacred parts of your anatomy.
Lexie: So you're trying to protect Taylor?
EJ: I'm married to her sister.
Lexie: Yeah, right. Wouldn't want to dirty up the sanctity of that union.
EJ: (about Taylor) I don't know. Look, I just--I saw her...
Lexie: Mm-hmm.
EJ: And then something happened.
Lexie: Hmm. Something that you had no control over. That must have been a pretty unique experience.
Tad: (Abigail leaves when she finds out that Chad is a DiMera) Aw, did you break her heart already?
Chad: For me to do that, she'd have to have a heart, wouldn't she?
Jennifer: (leaving a message on Jack’s voicemail after reading his blog post about living selfless with good karma) But I just thought maybe you were wondering where I was, and I'm in Salem with Abigail. Yeah, she's fine. She's great. Thank you for asking. But you know, Jack, I just wanted to let you know that I'm not so fine, that I ran into a little trouble a while back, and this is gonna sound crazy, Jack, but someone cut my heart out, and I am not metaphorically speaking. It really happened. I almost died, and you weren't here! And you want to know what's really weird, Jack? It's that you hurt my heart more than the person who cut at it with a knife! [Sniffling] So take that and burn it out of your karma... dharma!
