Katie: Okay. All right. Listen. I care about him. I do. I'm not gonna lie about that. And he has been so... nice to me. I mean, he understands this whole mess from my point of view. He gets it, probably better than anyone, but that's it, Liam. That's it. I would be beyond a hypocrite if I let anything develop between the two of us.
Liam: What, because of what Brooke did to you?
Katie: Yes!
Liam: I don't think that makes you a hypocrite, Katie. Totally different situation.
Katie: There is no situation.
Liam: You know what I mean.
Katie: I'm texting Ridge. I need to talk to him. I need to make sure that we're on the same page about this.
Liam: Listen, Katie, I'm not telling you what to do, but I do think you deserve to be happy. I mean, I love my dad, but i hate the way that he turned on you, and you and ridge -- honestly, I can't think of anything wrong with that.
Katie: That's not who I am. I'm not Brooke.
Liam: Katie, you can't help the way you feel.
Katie: Liam, it has been so long since I have just been able to relax and have fun. I got caught up in a fantasy. But it's not real. Nothing can ever happen between Ridge and me.
