Blair says she also doesn’t want Marty to be the person who tells him.

Rex says he will make him something else. Shane tells him that what he really wants is for his parents to get along again; they are no fun anymore. Rex evades the topic by telling Shane to go brush his teeth. When Shane goes upstairs, Roxy knocks on the door. She tells Rex she is there to pick up Shane for volunteer day. Rex asks her who told her she could do that, and Gigi replies from behind him that she did.

She tells him that she is taking a stand and this is the most effective way for her to fight for same-gender rights. He tells her she is making a mistake. She asks if he thinks it is going to cost her the campaign. He tells her it has nothing to do with the election; she is about to marry someone she doesn’t love. Dorian asks him when he became a proponent for love. He tells her he has always been for love when there is no possibility for monetary gain. Dorian tells him she can’t pass up this opportunity to combine her prominence with Amelia’s activism. David tells her she is being used. Dorian assures him that so is Amelia. David asks what this will do to her family. She says her family will be just fine. He then asks her what will happen if she falls in love with a man when she is married t Amelia. Roxy tells him that Gigi said she could spend time with Shane even though she and Rex are estranged. She tells Rex she is sorry. Gigi asks Rex if he can just forget about it for right now. Shane needs his Grandma. She takes him a few steps away and tells him they can use the time that Shane is with Roxy to work things out between them.

Todd tells him she could never forget them. Jack asks why Todd wanted her to get hypnotized. Todd tells him that Blair cannot remember one important thing that Téa told her before she fell out the window.
In Marty’s office, Marty thanks Blair for all her research on doctor-patient confidentiality, but assures her that not everyone needs to be reminded how to behave ethically. Blair asks her what is ethical to her. Marty tells her she is keeping Todd’s child from him. Blair says Téa did that. Marty asks if Blair thinks that if Todd finds out he will run back to Téa. Blair asks why she should risk it. Marty tells her that Todd will eventually find out because the truth always comes out. Blair asks why Marty cares as long as she is not responsible. Marty tells Blair that Todd kept her past from her. When she found out, she went off the deep end and tried to kill him twice. Elijah comes in and asks him if he is supposed to be eating that candy. He tells him he must be Manning’s kid. Jack asks him who the hell he is. Elijah tells him he is Todd’s lawyer; the one that won Todd shared custody of him, Sam and Starr. He asks Jack where his mother is. Jack asks what it is worth to him.
In Marty’s office, Blair says she knows she can’t keep Todd’s child from him forever. Marty asks her why she doesn’t tell him now. Blair says she is waiting for the perfect moment. Blair asks if Marty is working her. Marty says that as her doctor she is trying to help her to consider all the angles. Blair says she already has. She says that no matter how angry Todd is, that child binds him to Téa for life. Marty asks if Blair intends not to tell Todd. Blair tells her not to worry about what Blair does, just make sure she never tells anyone or Blair will sue her. Marty heads toward the door. As she opens it, she tells Blair this will blow up in her face. Blair yells for Marty to keep her secret safe. Todd is on the other side of the door and asks what secret.
At Gigi and Rex’s house, Gigi tells Rex that they can use this time together and besides, Roxy is still Shane’s family. Rex asks Roxy if she has talked to Natalie. Roxy tells him that her calls keep going to voicemail. She tells Rex to tell Natalie that she knows Jared isn’t a killer. Shane comes downstairs. He is exited to see Roxy. Roxy is surprised to see that Shane has braces on his teeth. Shane asks Rex if he can go to Volunteer day with his grandmother instead of with him. Rex tells him it is ok. Roxy and Shane leave. Gigi tells Rex that Shane knows that there is something wrong between his parents. She tells him they have to fix it.
At La Boulaie, David asks Dorian if she thinks whatever they had is over. She tells him that they tried several times and he always ruined it. He asks her how he could have ruined something that apparently never meant anything to her. She asks if he is suggesting that he was never in love with him. He concedes that they were good in the sack but questions whether it was love. She asks him if he has forgotten that he stood her up at the altar and humiliated her in front of the entire town. She tells him that she was so in love with him and he broke her heart. He reminds him that his late former brother, the sociopath made him do it. He tells her he knew she never forgave him for that. She asks him why he thinks she fell for him again when she followed him into the faux Buddhist thing and married him. He protests that she married him because she found out he was a Buchanan. She tells him money had nothing to do with it. She tells him that the day they were married in that Ashram she couldn’t have loved him more. She tells him he chose his acting career over their marriage. He reminds her that she told him to follow his dream. She says he chose shilling for hemorrhoid cream over a life with her. She tells him if he really loved her, she would have been his dream. He tells her he had hardly unpacked his bags in Los Angeles when he found out she had fallen into the arms of that Columbian Casanova. She tells him she thought she was never going to see him again. He tells her she made sure of it when she sent him the picture of her kissing Ray Montez. Dorian tells him he had no trouble letting her go. He asks her if she is kidding. He tells her he couldn’t get her out of his head and that is why he came home. She tells him he wanted to trick her into using La Boulaie for his tacky little reality show. She says he told her he wanted her back but all he really wanted was to be a star on reality TV. He tells her that doesn’t make it any less real; that’s why they call it reality! He tells her he is sorry if he hurt her but he meant every word that he said when he told her that he wanted them to be man and wife. He wanted them to be married again. She asks him what about now.
At the Buenos Dias, Nick is on the phone with Amelia while Kyle and Oliver are talking. Nick hangs up and tells Kyle that everything is set for tomorrow’s ceremony. Oliver is surprised that it is happening so soon. Nick explains that they wanted it to coincide with gay history month. Oliver says even Martha Stewart couldn’t put something together that quickly. Nick says that is why Amelia needs his help at Alliance headquarters. He asks Kyle if he is coming with him.
Roxy is sitting on a stool at the counter watching Oliver, Kyle, and Nick. Shane comes up to her and gives her a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Roxy asks him if they aren’t supposed to be volunteering. Shane tells her that Mrs. Vega said his class could cook and take meals to people who are sick or can’t afford food. She asks where everyone is. He tells her they are meeting in the kitchen in five minutes. Roxy looks over at the three men again and asks Shane if he can hold down the fort for a few minutes because it looks like her friend could use a peanut butter cup.
Kyle tells Nick that he has to study and then has a shift at the hospital. Nick starts to leave, then turns around and comes back to kiss Kyle, then he goes. Oliver turns away.
Roxy tells Shane she guesses he has questions. He says just one. She begins to tell him about two guys kiss each other. He tells her he knows that means they are gay. He says he wishes his parents would kiss each other again.
At home, Rex asks Gigi what her idea is. She says she is not sure he is going to like it. He tells her anything that will stop him from feeling the way he feels. He says he loves her so much but can’t stop thinking about Schuyler, and Stacy, and the baby. He says it is such a mess. He tells her he is willing to try anything. She tells him he might not want to say that before he knows what it is. He tells her if it is a tantric sex workshop in the mountains, he is ok with that. She tells him she thinks they need couples therapy and they can see Dr Marty Saybrook.
In the doorway to Marty’s office, Todd asks Marty what secret is safe with her. She tells him to ask Blair. Todd asks Blair if she remembered something about Téa, Blair lies and tells him that she asked Marty to hypnotize her again but still remembers nothing.
At the jail, Ross tells Téa that her attempts to buy him off are getting boring. She asks what choice she has after he threatened to disappear with their child. He asks if he is supposed to forget it because she shows up with a little cash. She tells him it worked when she wanted a divorce. He tells her they are talking about his flesh and blood. She tells him she wants a clean break and doesn’t want him anywhere near their child. He asks if she wants a clean break so she can be with Todd. She tells Ross that Todd doesn’t want anything to do with her and this has nothing to do with Todd. Ross asks her if she loves Todd that much that she can’t let Ross be a father. She tells him he was never much of a father. He tells her that no matter how much she wants to, she cannot change that. He reminds her that Todd may have been on that island, but she had sex with Ross. Ross got her pregnant. She tells him they both know what happened. Ross tells her that if she thinks Todd was mad when Blair told him that Téa and Ross were married, wait until he finds out they have a kid.
Outside Marty’s office, Todd tells Blair not to worry about what Téa did. He says Téa was willing to kill her over it so it has to be big. He tells her she will remember it eventually. Todd asks her if she is ready to go; he promised Jack he would let him drive. She asks if Jack came to pick her up. He tells her that Jack couldn’t wait and even said he was going to start to treat her better and maybe spend a little more time with her. Blair says that Jack may be feeling a little guilty about being so crazy about Téa. Todd asks what better way there is to forget about Téa than to hang out with Blair. Todd takes Blair’s arm and start to walk down the hallway. Blair looks at Marty over her shoulder and smiles.
At the jail, Téa tells Ross to let her worry about how Todd will react to their child. Ross tells her to take her paper and her money and get out. She asks her what kind of parent he can be from jail. He tells her that Eli is in the process of getting Blair to drop the kidnapping charges. Once she does, he will no longer be a fugitive. She asks him if he will be father of the year and he says he would like to try. He asks her if he is just supposed to give up his kid to make her life a little easier so she can be with a guy who doesn’t even want her. She tells him to tell his lawyer to stop trying to find their child. Ross says Elijah will never give up. Téa says Elijah is his lawyer; he does what Ross tells him to do. He tells her that Eli is not only his lawyer; he is his brother.
In Blair’s hospital room, Elijah asks Jack if he thinks he is going to pay him to tell him where his mother is. Jack tells him that they each have something that the other wants. Eli says this is not a negotiation. Jack says his dad always told him when you’re unhappy, walk away. Elijah concludes either that or hit someone over the head. Jack says the man was trying to steal his stepmom’s briefcase. Eli tells him that doesn’t matter; he can still send him to juvie for assault and battery. Jack says it is called trespassing and tells him to look it up. He says Ross was in his dad’s house and Eli is in his mom’s room. Eli asks if Jack is going to hit him. Jack says no, he will just call security and say Eli was trying to kiss him. Blair and Todd return to Blair’s room. Todd asks Elijah what he is doing there. Eli says he and Jack were getting acquainted. Blair asks why she is getting the feeling that they may need to apologize for something. Jack tells his mother that Elijah wanted him to tell him where she was. Elijah says he supposes Jack was just trying to protect her. Todd tells Jack that he guesses they can’t get too mad at him. Jack says he needs a drink and leaves the room. Blair asks Elijah if he wanted to see her. Todd tells her this is not a good time; he was just about to take her home. Eli says this will just take a minute; he is here on behalf of his client Ross Rayburn. Todd asks if Ross isn’t in jail. Elijah says Ross made things worse when he came here to the hospital to see Blair. Todd asks Blair why Ross would do that. He wonders what Blair has going with Ross.
At Rex and Gigi’s house, Rex asks Gigi if she thinks they need counseling. She tells him she knew he wouldn’t like the idea. He asks her if things are that bad. She tells him she doesn’t know what to do; Rex isn’t the only one who wants to change their feelings. Rex concludes that she means her feelings for Schuyler. She tells him that she wouldn’t even be thinking about Schuyler if things were right between the two of them. She tells him they love each other and they don’t want to break up. There is nothing wrong with needing help. He says he knows that. It’s just that they were perfect. He asks what happened to them.
At the Buenos Dias, Shane tells Roxy that when his parents said they were getting back together, he thought that everything would be ok. Roxy says she doubts they were expecting a knocked-up, home wrecking stripper. Shane concludes she is talking about his Aunt Stacy. Roxy tells him she is staying out of it. Shane says Stacy is having his dad’s baby. Roxy says Stacy claims that. Shane says Stacy figures it will drive his mom and dad crazy. Roxy tells him that if his parents could get through his getting sick, they can get through anything. Shane asks her if she still wants to give her friend a peanut butter cup. Roxy looks over at Kyle and Oliver and says he looks a little busy right now. She suggests they go into the kitchen to cook.
At a nearby booth, Oliver concludes to Kyle that he is really going through with marrying Nick. Kyle tells him he could think of worse things. Oliver asks him what. Kyle says like pretending they were never together. Oliver says that was different. Kyle tells Oliver that he and Nick are doing this to give same-sex couples the same rights as straight couples. Oliver asks if because it is a political statement it means that he doesn’t love Nick.
At La Boulaie, David tells Dorian it doesn’t matter how he feels about her; she is betrothed to a woman now. David says Amelia will help Dorian get elected and Dorian will be the poster child for same-sex civil rights. Dorian says she feels like she has a calling to champion equal rights. She says this is a wonderful cause for her, even if she does have to marry a woman. David moves in close to Dorian and says women are wonderful, but he knows her; she needs a man. She likes men. As he caresses her face, he tells her she likes the way men touch her, hold her, and love her. She nestles her face into his chest. He asks her if she really thinks she could give this up. She pulls him into a passionate kiss.
In Blair’s hospital room, Blair tells Elijah that she feels terrible that Ross got hurt. Todd says Ross got what he deserved. Blair defends Ross, saying he was visiting her here in the hospital. Elijah asks if this means she will drop the charges. Blair says she feels terrible that a man should have to pay for the mistakes he made so long ago especially when he was just doing her ex-husband’s bidding. Todd says like she didn’t make him pay. Blair reminds him that he didn’t go to jail. Todd concludes that she thinks Ross shouldn’t either. Blair says no, he shouldn’t. She tells Elijah that she will do whatever she can to have the charges dropped. Elijah thanks her and turns to leave. Todd tells Elijah to tell Ross to stick to his other ex-wife; the one he married. Elijah says he thought Todd and Blair hated each other bur it looks like one big happy family to him. Elijah leaves.
At the jail, Ross asks Téa what will happen if Todd takes her back. She says she will never have to watch Ross wax his surfboard again. Ross asks what will happen if Todd finds out that they have a kid together; he has heard that Manning hates kids that aren’t his. Téa says people change. Ross laughs and says Todd Manning won’t change and won’t make a bit of difference whether he goes after Blair. Téa says she will worry about Todd and tells Ross to worry about Blair. As Téa departs, Ross tells her good luck with that.
At the Buenos Dias, Kyle admits to Oliver that he doesn’t know if he loves Nick. Oliver wonders that he is marrying him anyway. Kyle tells him it is more complicated than that. Oliver asks if it is more complicated than committing to him forever. Kyle tells Oliver he knows what marriage means. Oliver says it means that there is no hope for Oliver and Kyle. Kyle asks Oliver if he really thought there was hope for them. Oliver says he always thought. Kyle asks if Oliver thought that he would wait forever. He tells him he gave up a long time ago. Heartbroken, Oliver tells Kyle he will see him around and rushes out of the restaurant. Roxy comes to Kyle’s booth and gives him a peanut butter cup. She asks him if he thinks it was a good idea kissing that other guy in front of Fish. Kyle concludes she saw it. She informs him that the whole joint saw it. She asks him if she is trying to make him jealous with that other guy. Kyle informs her that he is going to marry that other guy.
At La Boulaie, Dorian is kissing David’s chest and David is kissing Dorian’s neck. She tells him to stop and asks him what they are doing. He asks what she thinks they are doing and kisses her neck again. She says if he is trying to find a way to tell her he loves her then to just come out and say it. She asks him if he loves her. David begins to answer when her phone rings. He tells her not to answer it. She tells him she is running for mayor and goes over to the phone. He asks her why her campaign manager can’t answer it. When Dorian answers the phone, it is Amelia. She tells Amelia that that is wonderful news; she will come right over and they can celebrate. When she hangs up, David asks if it was good news. She tells him three major media outlets want to cover their grand soiree. David says that’s great. She asks him what he was going to say to her before they were interrupted. He tells her not to let anyone talk her out of wearing white because this is her first marriage to a woman and she looks hot in white. He tells her good luck and leaves.
At the Buenos Dias, Roxy asks Kyle why he isn’t marrying the man he loves. Kyle asks her who says he loves Oliver. She reminds him that when she was drowning her sorrows in a bottle of whisky, he was doing the backstroke next to her. He tells her that he is over Oliver. She sarcastically says he is over the guy he has carried a torch for since college. Kyle tells her that he and Nick are doing this to give equal rights to same-sex partners; it’s not even a legal marriage. Roxy asks if it is still rice and a ring. He asks her why gay people are the only people that have to keep their marriage vows. She tells him if he wants to have a drive-through divorce he can knock himself out, but he doesn’t seem like the type. She asks him if he is sure that he is marrying the right man.
Marty Saybrook is in her writing on a chart. Her phone rings. When she answers it, Gigi Morasco tells her she was calling to make a first time appointment for couple’s therapy. Marty tells her she has a cancellation tonight.
Gigi takes the slot and informs Rex. Rex tells Gigi that the sooner thy get started the sooner they can get back to where they used to be.
Marty finishes writing on the chart, which is Blair Cramer’s, and files it away.

At the jail, Ross asks Elijah if Blair dropped the charges against him. Elijah says the paperwork has already been started. Ross asks how Blair is doing. Elijah tells him they are letting her out today. Ross asks if Blair said why she is dropping the charges, then he says never mind; he has a pretty good idea. After he showed up bedside and got tased twice she is pretty hot for him. Elijah says maybe, but maybe she was trying to make Todd Manning jealous. Ross concludes that Manning was there. Elijah says sorry but yeah.
At La Boulaie, Todd offers to make Blair something to eat. Blair declines, saying she is all set. Todd guesses he can take off and turns to go. Blair says wait
